The ground beef tacos are my absolute favorite. They taste homemade and all of the toppings taste so fresh. The service is always great and they have a large menu with great variety.

Douglas Burgers, great burgers and fries. Our family comes here often cause of the food but the service is lacking speed and friendliness. If your in the drive through the wait time has been consistently 30min to 45min regardless of customer traffic inside or outside, the wait time since we have been visiting them for the past 7 years as long been an issue. If your have kids with you remember to bring something to keep them busy while you wait. We would take bets on how long it would take just to get the window. Guess you can say the burger is worth the wait sometimes.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. The bread was thin and toasted perfectly with a thick beef patty. I hate thick buns and thin patties. This had the perfect ratio of meat to bun. Perfect!! I had the sausage breakfast sandwich according to price the portion was good, the ingredients were fresh and it was tasty non greasy at all. Every thing we've had their has been great. They have never disappointed us. Their portions are generous and tasty. But their French fries are the best we've ever had. Get a side of ranch dressing for the fries.

We had a nice server in the drive thru. The food was good. Ranch was so good. That is what was left of zucchini after 2 grown adults finished dinner. $25 isn't cheap but we're gonna get 2 maybe more meals out of what was left. My BLT w/ Avo wasn't stingy as you can see. Come by give them a shot. Remember if there is a line you will have to wait. But the food is fresh! So sit there and wait it's worth it. (I read reviews a lot of nonsensical complaints!) I had a great visit.

Their bean and cheese burritos are top notch. Their chili cheese fries are top notch. Their cheese burgers are top notch. The only criticisms I would have is that they need to clean their soda machine properly so it doesn't taste funny and they need to CRANK that air conditioner cause its too warm in there. But its all about the food.

Local favorite for some classic diner fare. Usually go for the fried zucchini. Massive tray overflowing with crispy, piping hot, thin cut zucchini and that distinct diner ranch to dip. Cherry on top is the fried jalapeno. When you let it sit an extra minute or 2 the corn meal coating soaks up the spicy juices for that extra kick. Prices have gone up as everything has post covid but compared to some other diners this place keeps the friendly attitude and portions relatively at value. Give them time to cook up your meal, it's worth the wait.

I always order from here. Today I got the chicken quesadilla omg I’m eating it right now. Best I’ve ever had, came with a sauce that’s the one like in n out. Major shoutout to Cinthya E. the food was absolutely delicious it was so good. The customer service is setting the bar for excellence with regard to speed. Ordered a kids pancake special with Sunnyside eggs up a turkey burger combo and an avocado bacon cheeseburger combo the food was absolutely delicious. It was so good. We didn’t even have a chance to take a photo of it before we ate it all. It’s a small charming diner with a whole lotta class. They have like glass where the registers are and kind of reminds you of like an older family restaurant with a modern day theme. I really enjoyed the drink options that they had especially the horchata. My wife said the turkey burger was absolutely delicious. My daughter said the pancake was so big. She couldn’t even finish it and I very much enjoyed the avocado bacon cheeseburger. highly recommend Douglas burgers in Lake Elsinore, California. Def recommend if you’re wondering about stopping here! Paid about $18 for the double cheeseburger combo w/ chilli cheese fries (extra cost) combo would have been about $15 with regular fries.

I honestly feel like they need waitresses now that they reopened. There tends to be a line build up with the cashier having to grab everything behind the counter like coffee. But it’s not super bad I just feel it’s help with the line other than that the food is booooomb and the server I had was really nice and quick when I needed other things. What makes it even better is the price. They messed up my sons order in a good way we ordered 1 pancake and they accidentally brought him two with eggs lol . Over all my experience was good besides the slight wait in line.

I came here because I heard it was a famous burger place. I came at 11 o'clock and there was already a very long line from the drive thru and a huge line for dining. The interior of the store was also nice and comfortable, so I really liked it. When I looked at the menu to order, I saw that there was a huge variety of menus and very good food. I was surprised by the price. This place even provided table service for the food I ordered. The staff was really friendly. The size of the hamburger was really big. The burger patty was very thick and the amount of sauce and vegetables were really good. It's too bad I couldn't take a picture because I was so hungry that I ate it in a hurry. The French fries were plentiful and tasty, and I was surprised that the children's meal was very good and the price was only $7. I enjoyed my meal and would like to recommend this place to everyone who passes by.

I've been going here for years. Food is still great, especially the breakfast burritos! Someone mentioned that after the reopening, the burritos are now "half the size." I don't even remember them selling 16" burritos. See my photo for proof, as an 8" burrito is pretty big. Douglas Burgers was purchased by a new owner along with all the remodeling updates. As any new company especially during the first three to four weeks the bugs need to be worked out in order to get a smooth running ship. I had some problems with my food however when the owner came by to ask what was happening he more than accommodated us with ordering anything on the menu and he would take care of it. I will definitely go back in a few months to update this review. I could see the sincerity in the new owner and I truly appreciate it. Cheers

Had the pastrami burger and bacon avocado burger fries and onion rings. Could've had more pastrami but still good. Only thing was fries and rings needed more flavor. Maybe a bit of low sodium Lawrys but it was good either way.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I love everything I order from here. The service is fast, friendly, with usually no errors. The coffee is less then desirable. The cheeseburger is super delicious! My husband loves the breakfast and when your on the go breakfast burritos are a great way to go.

The food is good, although a bit pricey. They're priced very close, if not the same as sit down restaurants. I had to ask for salt and pepper, as there are no shakers or napkins on the tables. I was handed two of the packets I'm used to getting at a fast food drive thru. No condiments are readily available either. These are just simple things that I have been accustomed to being readily available. If they dont want them at every table, they should place them on th e counter for access therefore we can use them and return them. Other than that, I have no complaints.

My go-to for a double bacon. Cheeseburger and onion rings. I like the one off hamburger joints. As fast food gets more expensive, at least you get a portion worth the money unlike most chain burger joints.

Very good food & great portion size. My regular go to is the breakfast burritos. Me and my wife usually get the chorizo breakfast burrito with easy beans and the 3 meat breakfast burrito with easy beans and go halves. Everything I have tried there has been pretty good. The only reason they dont get a 5 star is that the majority of staff seams unenthusiastic or bothered to take your order or serve you when food is up.

Located right off the 15 FWY on Central and Dexter Avenues by Chevron Gas with plenty of parking and drive-thru. I stopped here because I wanted a good breakfast sandwich, and I usually like burger chains' breakfast. Tbh, I am not a fan of their Breakfast Sandwich. It's literally a regular sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, eggs, and choice of sausage, steak, or ham on regular white bread. The taste was good though, but not what I expect from a "breakfast sandwich" at all. Drive-thru service was slow, it took about 25-30 minutes to get my sandwich, so it not a good idea to go during a work break imo. Service was just okay (no greeting, no thank you). Most likely, will not care to try this place again based on my experience.

I waited a long time in the drive-thru line and I figured that with this many people the food would be coming out fresh. I was wrong, the fries, see picture, we're old shriveled barely warm and brown. I called for someone to bring out a new fry in exchange for the old one and they didn't know what to do. I ended up speaking to two people who argued with me saying those fries were fresh. Finally, they agreed to bring me "new fries" they refried some and gave them to me. You can tell because older fries are very starchy. I don't know if they understand quality. Prices are too high these days for horrible food. They remodeled, and we're paying the price! Giving old food to customers and raising prices. I've been coming here since 2011. The food was good, and prices were reasonably, I even called out the best food in Elsinore. No longer the case, I called to complain about the fries, which were old starchy and cold. They said they don't give that type of food, I've received this type of order 3 times, and I'm done. They wouldn't redo the order, they lost a long time customer. When you mess up an order, you make up the whole thing to save the customer's experience. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore, only money. An hour after my order, I'm finally eating at home and had to make fries. Thankfully, I had some, we got fat food so I could cook. 🤦‍♀️

Update: my coworker got douglas .. was starvving.. $20 for a burger douglas way.. yet no avocado and no bacon when hes already back at work and starvving and had no choice but to eat it.. rip off!! I said that's why I dont go!! I told you not to go there!! When u ask for light on chili for chili cheese fries but they put extra chili?? I don't understand?? And another occasion I ask for no onions on 6 cheeseburgers. They all have extra extra onions!! Why did I put pay $60 on dinner to a place in used to love from growing up as a kid? When they cannot respect your kids simple requests. The fries are soaked in sauce like it's on purpose? I am done going here. The already refunded my money b4.. I guess i should of learned
