Dutch Bros is known for their fun loving employees and laid-back atmosphere. I LOVE visiting. They have tons of variety in flavors of drinks to fit anyone's needs. Even proteins for the gym rats. I only have one complaint. COME TO MURRIETA! Ok, that's more of a request. 15 minutes up the freeway is doable. My birthday drink yesterday was PERFECT! I had an amazing experience at Dutch Bros! I was unsure what to order, but Lily (one of the baristas) was incredibly helpful and recommended the Golden Eagle—hands down, one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! The service was top-tier, probably the best I’ve ever experienced at any coffee shop. The team was so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back for the great drinks and even better vibes!

I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee, and the new location did not disappoint! I was a bit surprised by how short the wait time was, especially considering it’s a brand-new spot, but it made my visit even better. The staff was friendly and efficient, and of course, the coffee was fantastic as always. You can’t go wrong with a blended Golden Eagle with soft top—it's my go-to, and it never fails to hit the spot. This place has definitely earned a spot in my regular rotation, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee and a quick, pleasant experience.

This Dutch Bros location always makes my zero sugar Hopscotch latte perfect. The wait time is minimal, just like at any other Dutch Bros, so there’s nothing to complain about. Great experience overall!
I don't order coffee very often, but had to order a large quantity of drinks today. I was worried about how to tell the similar-looking drinks apart, as well as how to transport them all safely. I "ordered ahead" all of the drinks from this location - when I got there (even a few minutes early), all of the drinks were ready. They were also all EXCELLENTLY labeled to easily tell the drinks apart, as well as packed in high-quality drink holders to prevent spillage during transportation. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service here. The drink was good as well, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their drinks. If I have to order a large quantity of drinks again, it'll definitely be from this location.

I like to order the Iced Golden Eagle with Caramel around the cup with cold foam. I am a regular to this location, and I've interacted with friendly and positive employees. I have to say that sometimes I am not in a chatty mood, but I can tell they are doing great customer service. I am also the customer who prefers different color straws, not just pink lol. Hopefully, I can soon get more collectible stickers for my monster, aka nephew. The only recommendation I would offer is individual franchise owners or the corporation to offer a bit more breakfast items to pair with my iced coffee. Thanks to the team members who do a good job noticing that I'm a regular.

My husband and I are regulars and come to this location daily! We absolutely love this stand and the broistas! We've been going to dutch bros since we lived in AZ when they came out there in 2016ish. Once you try dutch you'll never willingly go back to Starbucks or dunkin 🫣

Our first time trying Dutch Bros. We had a Caramelizer which didn't really taste like it had Caramel. It was maybe more of a mocha flavor. We also tried the Double Rainbro which was pretty good not too sweet. The girl who took our order was very nice and helpful.

I go here mainly on the weekends in the morning, pretty much whatever seasonal drink with extra espresso and extra hot. My only complaint is that not once in the last year I’ve been coming here, has my drink actually been extra hot. I go as far as to say that my coffee is always warm. Which isn’t the biggest deal, especially since I’m not paying for it to be extra hot. But that’s the expectation I have when I make that request. It’s to a point where I know it’s going to be warm. And I know it’s this one, because when I go to others I damn near burn my tongue from just habitually diving into the coffee. Besides that, the app is very easy to navigate and I never wait more than two minutes. Again, I go 6 AM on the weekends. Take that one with a grain of salt, I can’t speak on their efficiency at peak times. I will continue to come here, but if anyone happens to read this and has some power, I wouldn’t mind saying ouch when I sip a coffee from here
I had high hopes coming to this restaurant since a lot of people had recommended it, but there wasn't anything that "wowed" me. I got the birthday milkshake and the choclate muffin top and I hate to say this but it didn't live up to my expectations. The girl who took our order was very nice and patient, but overall, the food wasn't what I was expecting.
This DB is the first without any kind of good drive through process. Generally I’m in and out- but this location seems to struggle with opening on time and managing the line.
I always come here. I was so happy that we got one here in Lake Elsinore, California. Today, I ordered one of my favorites. They gave me the wrong drink. I didn't notice right away. I tried contacting them. You only get corporate it is a joke trying to fix the mistake. Then I tried email contacting, but they just wanted to know about your injury. I just wanted my $5. back because I can't drink energy drinks. I will recommend this place. Corporate, on the other hand, is a mess.
What they have listed as "shake" is extremely misleading since they don't really qualify at all. It's more like an ice blended drink/frappe since it has no ice cream and is just made with ice, milk, and flavored syrups. They're also incredibly strong and borderline overwhelming in terms of flavor, which made it a slog to get through. It was my first time there so maybe they do other drinks better, and I'd be willing to try those. In terms of shakes though, you're better off going to any other fast food restaurant for something better.
I placed a mobile order and my dad picked it up for me. They had two orders with similar names so he gave them my order number snd they still got the drink wrong. I lost out on almost $9 (after tip) on a drink I couldn't drink. I tried messaging their support and it takes you absolutely no where. I was hoping to get a free replacement drink or my money back. So disappointed 😞 *amendment: Support got back to me and put a free medium drink on my account to make up for the error. Thank you!
The drinks are good. It's the service that absolutely sucks. I was very excited when mobile ordering became available on the app, but I won't use it anymore for window pickup. This is now the third time I've used it, checked in at the window and waited at least 15 minutes last the pick up time to get my drink. Not because they're still making it but because after they confirm my order, they never call out my name and it's just sitting there while they call out the other drinks. I know I'm not the only customer this happens to, the last time I had to leave and drop my children off at their lessons so they wouldn't be late, came back and another customer who had been waiting me was barely leaving and she said I needed to ask the window again because they just weren't calling out the orders that were ready. I give these kids a lot of grace because they are young and it is a fast paced work environment, but attention to customer service is a must.
There should be a separate line for order ahead. I waited in a long time about 20 mins to pick up my order ahead i had places 40 mins prior to arrival. Drinks were watered down by the time i got them. Drinks are great and staff is friendly just needs a separate line for order ahead so customers can skip the line
Not a great drive thru system. Someone who shows up 5 minutes after you in different line goes first. (Yes I chose the shorter line) Maybe i'll try the left line next time..23 minute wait at 1245pm on Saturday.
Honestly I love going to Dutch bros but these last times I went really disappointed me, I went there and got a rebel drink and though the service was great the actual drink itself was a serious disappointment. It was filled to the absolute brim with ice to the extent that I had trouble getting my straw in, I did not pay over $5 for ice, and then the next time I went I ordered a larger drink with no ice and my drink was almost $10 and they charged me for no ice. I get that this is a business but I’m not paying for ice I’m paying for a drink and I don’t expect to be charged to not to get a drink filled with the brim with ice that I can easily get at home for no charge. I’m not paying five dollars for a cup and ice. I’m paying for the drink I’m getting, which is barely anything if you poured out the ice. I’ve actually tested that theory before, and when I took out the ice more than half of my drink was gone. I’m honestly really disappointed with this experience.

Says “Skip the line order ahead”, but you still have to wait in the same line as everyone else and listen to a person complete every option on there order. There is no “Mobile Order Pickup” window 🪟

It’s busy and I totally get it, but when placing an order they seem to just not get it right. Also tried walk up and it was worse than drive thru. Customer service at this location just doesn’t have it together like all the other ones.
A little sad because I’m a regular and usually enjoy my semi daily Dutch bros but these past few times have been stressful. Let me clarify the lady taking the order is super nice however she keeps messing up my order (always puts iced instead of blended when I ALWAYS make sure to say blended) which is fine, I don’t mind waiting, I usually go when I have the time. However, this time the barista looked annoyed by me, and I don’t feel like I deserve unnecessary Strays of attitude because of a mistake I did not make. But figured this time I will leave a review, it’s becoming a little bit too consistent now with the mistakes which again I didn’t really mind, it’s not my money being wasted it’s yours. But the attitude is too much for me, especially this early in the day, and especially if I’m being kind despite the inconsistencies.

First time going to the cafe and I didn’t know my first experience will be chocolate spilling all over my car center console. One of my orders was not closed properly and spilled all over front of my seat and my center console. I also got some minor burn and irritation from my left hand. This was happened at the drive through, they were handing out the drinks instead from the counter. Seems there were some chatty people holding up the line. Didn’t had time to stay and let them know what happened, I had to rush home and try to clean as much as possible. Some electronic got damage as well. Moral of the story folks, double check your lid.
I asked for a double torture at drive thru and I asked the young man that gave me my drink that it was incorrect as the double torture is dark in color and I was given a white milky drink. I had to go back and ask to have it remade and I waited for 20 minutes because they forgot I asked for a remake. I even showed him a pic in drive thru that anit the right. My second drink was the correct one.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Coffee was very slow to come out for all the cars in the drive thru. The line was not even that long. Unacceptable. Dutch bros has good coffee. Try another location.
Very upsetting experience with poor management. Its already one thing when you come here and your drinks are hit and miss but whats more upsetting is getting cut several times in line when team members tell you to follow a car. My last 3 visits has been like this with today being the worse and being cut 3 times especially on the other side is very upsetting when there's no traffic control. I asked for a manager to explain the situation and the assistant manager came out and told me that they're "technically" not supposed to tell people who to follow (but still do it anyways) but also everyone is adults and essentially don't need people to have traffic control even though there was over 5 employees sitting around waiting for the lines to move. This was very unprofessional and not helpful to the obvious problem here but this establishment needs better management if thats their attitude contradicting their actions of making people follow behind cars but still have others cut you multiple times.
honestly every time i order here they have me sitting there for like 10 minutes and i have to go up to the window and ask if my order is ready again and they say yes and its like half melted already lol idk why this happens but it happens every time i do a mobile order
I have never left Dutch bros so dissapointed like I did today. I placed an order for pickup in the afternoon to also get a pin with my drink they were giving out at 3pm. When i got to the pick up window and asked about the pin the lady told me that because my pick up time was before 3pm I was no longer eligible...MY PICK UP TIME WAS 2:56PM AND I HAD ARRIVED AT 3PM AND GOT TO THE WINDOW AT 3:20!!! Really considering not returning over this.
Does this place sell coffee or just have their employees having podcast the whole time talking to each other outside? Lines look like In n Out. I’ve even seen an employee touch a dog in the drive thru and then handle food and beverages for the next person after. No thanks! You work hard for your money will you compromise for bad service quality?
The lady in the drive-through is rude and doesn’t have manners. She has red hair. She does not wear a vest taking orders like other people. She has a tablet. I asked her a question and she can’t even say yes or no. She shakes her head and then I asked how much the total is and she ignores me that lady needs to learn respect for other people I like going here a lot. I had no problems with other people she just has disrespect for people for no reason.
What an experience. Employees were trading off shifts in the middle of the drive-through, and stopping to chat with customers in their cars…just standing in the middle of the road. The wait was 25 minutes for four cars, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I knew the staff was actually working. I saw at least four different people get out of their cars and walk into building through kitchen and “barista only” doors (so much for that) to pop in and say hi, which has to be some level of workplace violation. Interestingly, there were two female employees shot gunning something out of a can and then spitting it all over the sidewalk next to the drive-through lane, which was not the sight I wanted to see…at all or before my drink. For reference, I ordered two on menu coffees - no add ons or substitutes - and when I EVENTUALLY pulled up to the window, the barista gave me the most exasperated eye-roll I have ever seen a human produce. If that wasn’t enough, she cut off mid conversation with me to sing karaoke with the entire staff, who was all shouting so loudly and obnoxiously that I couldn’t hear my passenger talk. I felt like I was in the back of a high school classroom. I think it is important to mention I did not voice any of my grievances, and was completely polite, which is the least anyone can do..unless your the pink haired barista at this location 👋 The coffee itself was 80% milk, which is insane for 16 dollars. Look, I’m not saying any chain coffee store needs to be run like the Navy, but this location operates like a free to enter high school party. Really fun experience for my first ever Dutch Bros visist. I’ll save my tips for a worker who doesn’t actively treat their customers with zero respect. Only plus was the nice guy in the drive through - blond buzz cut - who was in turn very helpful and polite. Save your time, money, and patience for somewhere that won’t make you want to slam your head into your steering wheel.

Absolutely unbelievable experience. We went at 3pm on the dot to get two drinks and their promotional magnets they are offering. We ordered at 3:10 and only got two drinks. WE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS only for them to say they gave away all the magnets to people who placed orders AFTER WE DID. I genuinely would give 0 stars to this place, above all else they refused to give us refunds claiming we have to contact corporate. Never been to a place with this level of incompetence and immaturity. We paid for our drinks never got them or the magnets.
This is by far the worst dutch bros location that I have ever been to. You order your drinks online, you still have to wait 10-15 minutes after the time it gives you on the app. You order your drinks in person, they leave your drink sitting on the counter for ten minutes. I literally had to go walk up to the window and ask them for my drink. I told them its been sitting there for 10 minutes, nobody cared. (I ordered at 11:20 AM and didn't get my drink till 11:33 for reference btw). The employees were also preoccupied with what breakfast burritos to order. Like no wonder my drink is just sitting there melting away while yall worry about what to eat for breakfast? the level of unprofessionalism is insanity.

Minutes. For TWO drinks. In what universe is this acceptable for a "coffee drive-thru"? I watched three cars ahead of me, two behind me, and somehow the entire staff moved with the urgency of sloths on sedatives. No explanation, no apology, just endless sitting in my car wondering if they'd forgotten I existed. THE DRINKS: A BETRAYAL OF TRUST Here's where it gets truly insulting. I ordered two COMPLETELY different drinks—different flavors, different bases, different everything. What did I receive? Two cups of what tasted like IDENTICAL sugary brown water. I couldn't tell which was which. My vanilla cold brew and my friend's caramelizer might as well have come from the same batch of disappointment. Did anyone even LOOK at the order? Was there a recipe involved, or just blind hope? THE SYSTEMS: COMPLETE CHAOS The "system" appeared to be held together by duct tape and prayers. Orders were shouted into voids, employees looked confused and overwhelmed, and the entire operation resembled a first-day training session gone horribly wrong. Receipts printed incorrectly. Names were butchered. Communication was nonexistent. CUSTOMER SERVICE: WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Not a single "thank you for waiting," no acknowledgment of the delay, no eye contact, no warmth whatsoever. When I finally—FINALLY—reached the window, I was met with robotic indifference. I might as well have been talking to an automated machine programmed to ignore human frustration. The attitude was "take your drinks and leave," and honestly, I wish I had left 19 minutes sooner. THE VERDICT: This wasn't just bad service—it was a masterclass in how to destroy customer loyalty. I came in hungry for caffeine and left starving for competence. Dutch Bros clearly prioritizes their "bro" culture over actual business operations. Save yourself the time, the money, and the emotional damage. Drive literally anywhere else. Never again.

I love Dutch Bros. Ever since my first visit to the Flagstaff location 10 years ago. So excited this one in Lake Elsinore opened. At first things were great. Slowly, this place has disappointed me one too many times. Orders not ready when app says it will. Orders wrong. But last straw was when Dutch had the Princess giveaway. They managed to make a situation that was miscommunication and "Manager" made it worse. Yes, it's been months, but it's taken me this long to get over the incident. Words of wisdom: learn from Flagstaff, Oceanside, and Norco. They know what they're doing. They take care of their customers. They get it right. It feels like what Dutch Bros. is supposed to be. Learn and do better.
Love dutch bros as a company, one of my fav places to go honestly. So when I heard one was opening closer to me I was excited. Very much willing to drive the 30 minutes and wait in a long line just to have some of my fav drinks again. But honestly its been awhile since this place has been up and it just hasn't gotten any better. The baristas are meaner then any other dutch bros ive ever been too . (Didn't even know dutch bros baristas could be mean !) There's always a problem with my drink , I always have to go back to get it fixed and they always argue with me as well ! I told them I was willing to pay extra even if it could just be made right ! Which they then usually sigh and snatch whatever back and remake it or add to it .
I love Dutch Bros. Ever since my first visit to the Flagstaff location 10 years ago. So excited this one in Lake Elsinore opened. At first things were great. Slowly, this place has disappointed me one too many times. Orders not ready when app says it will. Orders wrong. But last straw was when Dutch had the Princess giveaway. Absolutely unbelievable experience. We went at 3pm on the dot to get two drinks and their promotional magnets they are offering. We ordered at 3:10 and only got two drinks. WE WAITED FOR TWO HOURS only for them to say they gave away all the magnets to people who placed orders AFTER WE DID. I genuinely would give 0 stars to this place, above all else they refused to give us refunds claiming we have to contact corporate. Never been to a place with this level of incompetence and immaturity. We paid for our drinks never got them or the magnets.
I have never left Dutch bros so dissapointed like I did today. I placed an order for pickup in the afternoon to also get a pin with my drink they were giving out at 3pm. When i got to the pick up window and asked about the pin the lady told me that because my pick up time was before 3pm I was no longer eligible...MY PICK UP TIME WAS 2:56PM AND I HAD ARRIVED AT 3PM AND GOT TO THE WINDOW AT 3:20!!! Really considering not returning over this.
What an experience. Employees were trading off shifts in the middle of the drive-through, and stopping to chat with customers in their cars…just standing in the middle of the road. The wait was 25 minutes for four cars, which wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I knew the staff was actually working. I saw at least four different people get out of their cars and walk into building through kitchen and “barista only” doors (so much for that) to pop in and say hi, which has to be some level of workplace violation. Interestingly, there were two female employees shot gunning something out of a can and then spitting it all over the sidewalk next to the drive-through lane, which was not the sight I wanted to see…at all or before my drink. For reference, I ordered two on menu coffees - no add ons or substitutes - and when I EVENTUALLY pulled up to the window, the barista gave me the most exasperated eye-roll I have ever seen a human produce. If that wasn’t enough, she cut off mid conversation with me to sing karaoke with the entire staff, who was all shouting so loudly and obnoxiously that I couldn’t hear my passenger talk. I felt like I was in the back of a high school classroom. I think it is important to mention I did not voice any of my grievances, and was completely polite, which is the least anyone can do..unless your the pink haired barista at this location 👋 The coffee itself was 80% milk, which is insane for 16 dollars. Look, I’m not saying any chain coffee store needs to be run like the Navy, but this location operates like a free to enter high school party. Really fun experience for my first ever Dutch Bros visist. I’ll save my tips for a worker who doesn’t actively treat their customers with zero respect. Only plus was the nice guy in the drive through - blond buzz cut - who was in turn very helpful and polite. Save your time, money, and patience for somewhere that won’t make you want to slam your head into your steering wheel.
