Me and my boyfriend always come here, usually during the night. I would just like to give a little shoutout to the nightshift crew, especially the girl who took my order/at the window and I’m going to guess the manager. I really recommend coming during the night, for some reason, the food is just always better!

Difficult to access this location. No convenient parking. However, the chicken was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered a flounder sandwich combo, it was okay but not great. The fries were really small, about a kids size. I only enjoyed the seasoned fries. The girl couldn’t hear when we repeated if the sauce was spicy. They only give us one bbq sauce. I regret going to fast food chain.

They apparently use the same fryers (and oil) for everything? Don't get me wrong. I love shrimp. Just not shrimp flavored chicken. Too, despite their claims, these chicken sandwiches get smaller every time. This last time, they looked like sliders (shrimp sliders?)

I haven't been to a Popeyes in a couple of years so I'm not sure if this is across the board or just this location ... Quantities are so much smaller, the biscuit is smaller, the regular size fries looks like a children's fries, and the chicken pieces in general aren't as big as they used to be. We always get a 2 can dine deal and it was always hard to finish everything whereas today we were left hungry and went for dessert elsewhere. I don't think we're eating more because this hasn't happened to us at most places we eat at... Service was also quite subpar, they almost gave me the wrong order even though there were only 2 active ones... They had mistakenly given me a cup for drink and when they figured it was the wrong order they pretty much took the cup from my hand which felt kind of rude.

When I got home and started putting our food together, I took a couple bites and immediately realized something was wrong. The chicken looked fine on the outside — crispy, golden, what you’d expect — but when I bit into it, it was pink and raw inside. Not just slightly undercooked — raw. I could’ve gotten sick. My child could’ve gotten sick. That’s not just gross, that’s dangerous. They close at 11, so I couldn’t go back that night, but believe me, I wanted to. I took pictures for proof because I already knew how this was going to go. The next day, I called the restaurant and the manager I spoke with was so condescending. His tone made it sound like I was making it up. He basically said, “Well, without a receipt, there’s nothing we can do.” First off, I don’t need a receipt to prove you served raw chicken — I have pictures. Second, as someone who has managed restaurants before, if a customer ever told me our food might’ve made someone sick, I would’ve been apologetic, concerned, and ready to make it right — not act like it was a joke. I was told I could “try” speaking to the general manager tomorrow, but the way I was spoken to makes me feel like they’ll just brush me off again. That’s unacceptable. You don’t play around with people’s health. You don’t feed families raw chicken and act like it’s no big deal. This location needs to be inspected and retrained immediately, because God forbid this happens to someone else who doesn’t catch it in time. I will never eat here again. And to anyone thinking about it — BEWARE. Don’t risk your health or your family’s health.

4 out of the 4 times I've ordered here they messed up my order. Today (09/03/2024) I ordered 2 bacon and cheese sandwiches and it was missing the bacon and cheese! Not sure if the $20 hourly wage employees in there have trouble reading the order screen but it should be looked into regardless. 10/21/2025 Oh my God, it finally happened. I tried this place one, more, time. And they got the order right! Not going to update my stars though, but keep it up and I will!

4 out of the 4 times I've ordered here they messed up my order. Today (09/03/2024) I ordered 2 bacon and cheese sandwiches and it was missing the bacon and cheese! Please double check your food before driving away. And think twice if you are using the app for this specific location. I ordered a customized 16-piece through the app and paid extra for additional chicken breasts. The order I received was a cold, standard mixed batch with mostly thighs and wings. I only saw 1 chicken breast in the incorrect order. When I returned back to the location, the staff told me they couldn't do anything about it since it was ordered via app. But they provided me the customer service number, which is completely automated. I had to contact customer service multiple times over several days to get a partial refund for the unfulfilled items. While it was eventually resolved, order accuracy and quality control at this location were very poor. It is very different compared to the location at Wildomar, which, hands down, is the best Popeyes location. This location has been notorious for getting the orders wrong (check the other reviews!) and providing cold batches of chicken, but this was just ridiculous. If you’re paying extra to customize your order, be prepared to double-check everything. The staff on-site told me that custom orders should be ordered in-person and to not use the app. But.. I never had that issue at other locations. This is the first time I've heard this, and it was at this location. So what that tells me, is that they do not look at your order--they fill up the box with whatever leftover chicken they got. They could've at least made a fresh batch of chicken, as I genuinely didn't mind waiting for them--as long as the order was correct, I don't mind. But they didn't, and I essentially paid extra for nothing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for me. I will not be returning to this location. 💔

I went here ordered 3 chicken tenders for 9.00 no biscuits or they put 1 small chicken tenders and some crumbs on the site it's said 3 tenders and a biscuit for 5.99 they will never catch me slipping because I will never go back I should have known when I saw I was the only one in line. The lady at the window was nice that's about it I made I paid 9 dollars for some crumbs. Sad day in America

The woman came up to my window handed me my food, I said thank you and she just nods and walks away. Doesn’t apologize for the wait, nothing. Sick of the terrible customer service. Act better. Disgraceful.

AVOID using POPEYE'S MOBILE APP. if possible Placed an order through the Popeye app and was paid by credit card promptly. When I arrived at the restaurant to collect the order, Veronia, a Popeye supervisor, informed me that there was no record of the order. This situation is utterly unacceptable. I had to endure the inconvenience of sending text messages, emails, and extensive efforts to clarify the order and provide proof of payment for an order that Popeye failed to deliver. Caution is advised when using Popeyes' ordering system, particularly their mobile app. It is recommended to avoid it if possible. Never again. I just went to drive thru 1 week ago and ordered a 3 chicken piece meal spicy. I was in a rush and didn't check my order. I got home to 3 hard spicy tenders that looked like they've been out for days. What a waste. It should never have been served at all. I give up . It was nice knowing you Popeyes . You will be missed.
