Always make my food to order and how I ask for it.

I just wanted to share this, most fast food places are just that FAST, and dirty, no time to clean and sanitize and well as should be... BUT.... This Burger King I have to say going thru the drive thru looking in the window to the floor and the drinks dispenser and beyond , was nothing but CLEAN! nothing on the floor, (no trash) and everything from what I could tell was wiped down , moped and the woman that handed us our food was really nice . I made the comment that its was a clean facility and she was grateful to hear it. :) Thank you for being clean and cautious during this pandemic time :))))

The burger was juicy and well seasoned.

Not one complaint. I asked two questions that involved the cashier listing off a bunch answers and they were super patient with me. They were nice the entire time and I can tell they were having fun and happy there which I always think a happy work environment is better for the food. And it was, the food turned out great... well great for Burger King. Also, didn't know they have so many sauce choices, I had zesty and it's tasty.

Been here twice in the last month. Both times was around lunch time. Not to busy. Service was fast and friendly. Food order was right. Haven't had BK in a long time it tasted better than McDonald's and a way bigger burger.

It the perfect spicy for me. May be a little spicy for some people.

The night shift is really sweet ! They also don’t mind if I ask for extra sauce & always makes my orders perfect !!

I'm not able to speak for the other. Commentators. I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience here. atmosphere, was beyond expectation. I ordered from the wrong menu, and they quickly fixed it. They went above and beyond to serve me and give that burger king treatment. The food was wonderful, fresh, and packed the flavor. Try not to dine in at any restaurant. Thirty minutes before closing, call in ask if diner still available. People clean wipe down playground and ensure for next day use. Ect.

This BK location is fantastic. Great service, very clean, hot food and quality fresh ingredients. The store I live near in Murrieta is not the place to go, make the quick drive to the Elsinore location- you won't be disappointed!

A new cook got our order wrong, but they fixed it. The dining area can usually use a little wiping, but that hasn't stopped us from going.

I got to say I really didn't care about Burger King until today. their chicken nuggets were awesome. their Hamburg. two for six very good and tasty.

Tried the newer crisper chicken tenders, the coating was a dark golden brown...seemed to have a bit of a "heat" but not spicy. The coating was too thick and too crispy for my liking. The chicken under the coating was tender and moist. How about some grilled chicken tenders??? Or just stick to the beef.

Food was fast and this place is never crowded. They have a fairly big indoor play place for kids. The furniture in here will make you feel like you travled back to the 90's. All in all pretty good.

Great customer service. Food is usually really good. However I do take an early lunch 8am and usually order double chesse burgers . There has been several times that I have gotten them tasting old. Cheese looks like it's been reheated more than once and it's not hot. Now play a little safer and stick with chicken nuggets. :)

Haven't been to a BK in awhile. I have to say it was good. Fries were a bit soggy, but the nuggets were tasty and the burger was really good. Fresh veggies on a hot burger make the difference. I'll go back for a quick lunch.

Its burger King i was hungry there was no line my stomach held up for most the day. You people in Elsinore shouldn't judge me half of yous idea of a breakfast lunch or dinner consist of a Monster or a super big gulp, a spicy bite and some chips at the 7-11. My breakfast that morning was one of Champs and it definitely didn't taste like McDonalds

Haven't been to a Burger King in years. The meal was good and the crew on duty were so polite and helpful. They appear to run shorthanded, but they were so nice and gave attention to everyone who entered.

Although, Burger King has an OVERPRICED impossible burger that I would NEVER pay almost $7 for (by itself), the staff at this Burger King is very friendly and helpful. The night shift manager quickly changed my order for me with no hesitation and a smile, even though, the drive thru was packed. I appreciate it when employees at fast food places don't have an attitude when customers change their minds. I truly recommend visiting this Burger King when you're passing through Lake Elsinore off the 15 freeway (...but don't pay that RIDICULOUS PRICE for the impossible burger). You CAN POSSIBLY get a better veggie burger somewhere else!

The food turned out excellent, no problems with my order at all! But lets be real, I bought 2 meal combos (Bacon King and 2 cheeseburger) and made the fries and drinks large, 2 orders of 8 cheese tots, 6 tacos (3 x 2 for $1.99), and a kids meal. Total? Any guesses? First let me also say, the staff and service were fast, friendly, and efficient and I have zero complaint there! The atmosphere, well it was like 10pm and I went through the drive thru, but I did have to roll down the window to order, etc. and the fresh air was nice at that time, so no complaints there either. But I just dont get out enough anymore, because I did not expect to pay just north of $50 for Burger King. Have it my way? Okay how about next time make it affordable! I had to check if the kids meal crown was actually gold plated...it wasn't! I did enjoy the food, we all did, but for that price I'll go to Chili's next time!

Waited in line for almost 30 min. I wanted to try the new ChicKing sandwich. Honestly it wasn't worth the wait. Not sure what sauce they use but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service was perfect tho felt bad for the employees

Honestly, it never looks like the picture. That's a star right there. Super greasy. I haven't been to a burger king in years, I can see why. This Burger king is a young person's game. Other than that, I can see why I don't go there often. Just meh, or mediocre at best.

The staff was all good no problem there. The food was ok chicken fries where a bit dry. And the kids play area while inside did not have air conditioning. Was told it's broken and will be fixed but who knows.

I had to wait for someone to take my order, she didn't seem to happy either. Then my kids wanted to play in the play area. The lights were off so I asked could they turn them on. I went to the bathroom and came back, they were still off. I asked 2 more times. She kept forgetting. Then she asked others to do it. They didn't know where the light switch was. Ugh! Finally someone from the back told her how to do it. Geez, really?! It's lake Elsinore 🤪

I'm not big on fast food but we were on our way up to the Bay Area from San Diego and we needed something to eat fast I'm vegetarian my son eats meat but not a lot. They don't really have many options for vegetarians. Actually they don't have any options for vegetarian except for French fries and I think hash browns. You can ask them for a grilled cheese if you want and most of them will make it I found. But I can't really complain my son like his Burger and the food wasn't bad as far as french fries are concerned. They are very very salty though. And it's very expensive there I don't know if it's just because of the area but it is much more expensive than I've ever come across before I think that we spent almost $20 on a couple drinks a burger and two large fries. I won't go back unless I have to to be honest.

I went to get a ghost burger for my son's. Upon paying them with gift cards I received from work for my anniversary they told me they didn't take them. The machine kept saying ois or something. I called the card company they said there was 50 dollars on it and it was fine to use. Well I tried one more time the csrd reader once again didnt want to take it. So if we have gidt cards why arent we allowed ti use them. I always thought they were same as cash or at least that is what this one read.

The gentleman on the PA system thought we ordered "soft-serve", when we asked for "tacos" half a dozen times. The service was fairly slow. The food was hot, but not very tasty. In fact, the fries tasted almost freezer-burnt.

It was our first time going to a burger King. We stopped here today, (Saturday Oct 28th) for lunch. My kids got kids meals, one cheese burger and one chicken nugget meal. The chicken nuggets were hard and tasted fishy to my youngest. The cheeseburger seemed fine to my oldest. The fries were ok. I ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken tasted fishy for me as well. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, they were not good at all. We left without finishing our food. It was a waste of money. The staff was extremely nice and the food came out instantly.

Notorious for taking 20 minutes plus to get orders sometimes. Never opens on time either. But very friendly staff worth 2 stars more on an otherwise 1 star place. On the whole I'd say the place needs to clean up it's act a little but otherwise pleasant experience. Goes to show good crew can make a huge difference positive or negative. I'm happy overall coming here as it's very refreshing to deal with good people. And these are good people.

We came for a quick dinner burger before heading home. It was a treat for us. I have never had their burgers. The cook either has no idea what she is doing or she doesn’t even care. The guy at the window took our order correctly as we saw on the receipt. We got our bag and pulled into a space to check out food before leaving. Good thing we did as both our burgers were completely wrong. My husband ordered a whopper and I ordered the bacon king with a single patty on a potato bun. My husbands whopper had no cheese, ketchup or mustard and tomatoes, it only had onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. I didn’t even receive a bacon king. I got a burger with mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions. So we went back and the employee at the window checked out food and agreed they were both wrong. The cook tried to say that she made what she was supposed to on the screen. The window employee put our order in correctly as we saw on the receipt. It was the cooks fault. We did finally get the right burgers and they were okay. Not what I expected though especially for a $9-$10 burger.

Food is satisfactory. Service is good at times. Today was wonderful service by our cashier. I only come here for the fact that it has an indoor playplace and my girls enjoy playing there and it's closest to where we live. However the play place is always hotter than the main dining area so even in the summer months the kids are super sweaty going up and down the jungle gym tubes. Once the manager even complained about customers asking to turn the AC on. Another manager (most likely the assistant manager) said that the store manager is older and would prefer the building to be hot [for her comfort, I'm assuming] and not the comfort of the customers. However the building is old and so what can you expect. My trips here are not very often just once in awhile.

Sadly everytime we get food from this place something is missing. Today we got chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks and more. The food came with no sauces at all. Which is disappointing since these are dipping items. And our drink was wrong. The food is good that's why we go back. But the overall experience has us feeling sad.

The food is ok, but they need to clean the restaruant, tables are always dirty and the playground........omg! Disgusting!!!! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! There is a foul smell as soon as you walk in the playroom, floors are disgusting! You can tell it hasn't been sanitized in a long time!

The man at the register was very polite, but the dining area was dirty and so were the bathrooms. Waited a long time cashier was only one working drive through and front registers.

The food is okay, but the service is pretty bad. I cant order through the drive through because either the employee's headset is broken or she seriously cant hear because I have to say my order 5 or 6 times before I give up and go inside.

It is awful.. The Whopper was the best Thing.. Nuggets, Taco, Cheese bites were terrible... The Fish sandwich should have been taken back for a refund... So look for another place to eat..

Today was my first visit for this place. I can’t justify with one visit, but how the employee talked was not polite and I couldn't find kindness. Maybe she was too tired of the work? Anyway it was not professional. Hope they get better.

Placed for curbside pickup, had to go to the drive thru. Very slow! Over 20 minutes for my order.. 3 total cars. Order was not as ordered on the app....but still was satisfactory. Will do my best to NOT go to the drive thru

This place is pretty awful. First of all I dont think they pay any attention to the playplace, due to the fact that its always filled with ketchup on the floor and salt and grease on the tables. Also to mention that there is not working a.c in the playplace which make this burger king a very horrible place to eat during the summer. Id thumbs up to any other burger king you can find other than this one.😡😡

Even though their service is fast, and my kids like to go there, it is filthy. I complained to one of the stuff and he responded they are understaffed. However, it is has always looked filthy anytime i went in. Floor very dirty and stains all over. Kids are supposed to play with no shoes on so they walk around barefooted in the filth.

Got my simple order wrong, bad thing was the wrapper said no cheese heavy pickles yet I had not one piece of cheese on it but two pieces and not one single pickle. Not to mention that the food was cold and all we did was get it from the drive thru, literally drove right across the street, parked and started to eat. There's no reason it should have been cold already. Oh also the wait in the drive thru was by far the longest wait I have been through in years. 🤪👎All it had going for it was the taste was at least decent, would have tasted better with a pickle or two tho. 😒

They could not my food right. Returned my hamburger 🍔 three times and still was not right. the 🍟 were cold. There idea of new fries is to mix the ones I returned in with the ones they had and give my order to me. By the time I got through all of that everyone else was done eating and we had to go.

Food was good, wait people very polite ,but ,out of ice at soda machines. Brought this to attention of counter person who told manager they were out of ice, he told her to get some ice out of back room for our drinks We were there for about 3/4 of an hour and the manager never came away from his computer to take the time to fill up the ice machines.employees good. Manager Bad customer appreciation .manager needs retraining!!!

I've been a customer of Burger King 🤴 eversence they have been in Lake Elsinore. The Quality and service has Dropped to their Extreme "Low Levels ". The Wait time depending on crowd are at lease 20 to 25 mins. I could say another more but not at this time.

I was so disappointed when I got the food compared to the price of it. I can see why the kids aren't fond of the food. The chicken sandwich was too dry & not very favorable but priced accordingly. The double Whopper had doubled in price, well over $10.00. Couldn't complain about the FF. I ate all of mine. I will skip this experience next time.

The food was good. Price wise was simalar to other fast food chains.I wish they would keep up the building a little better. Would be nice if the trashcans were not over flowing , spider webs on the walls, soda machine only had a few working . This BK definitely needs a remodel.Might be back for a quick drive- threw but wont go inside again.

We like this Bk because of the play place, however I am only give a two star review as it was extremely dirty the last time we came here. Every table had food on it and spills. We were the only ones inside and it was like that for at least 30 mins. There was also only about 3 cars that had gone through the drive through with long pauses between each. Not only this, but there was two workers just standing around talking, maybe one was training?They could have been cleaning it up. Also when the guy finally did clean it up, he use a wet rag and no cleaning solution. Picture features outside, inside was way worse.

Came here for the play area for my grandkid. She had fun, but the play area tables were all gross, hadn't been cleaned in a while. Ordered a grilled chicken salad, looked like a pre mixed salad, not that healthy, no kale or other dark green leaf. Lettuce, tomato, cheese; yuck! 3 choices of dressing, but they were out of the one I wanted, no alternatives. On the pro side of things, they have slush drinks. But otherwise I would recommend avoiding this place.

Place smells great at lunch time but after going there off and on for about a year I've noticed that the drive thru person that takes your order doesn't listen to what you order. It's getting worse just to be honest

The workers were polite but this restaurant is super dirty. Food on the benches, floor, and tables. The fountain drink station was filthy. A lady in the play area actually asked an employee to please clean the tables.

I ordered with mobile ordering at 11:15pm, which they accepted and charged my account for. They close at midnight and I arrived before 11:30pm. They were closing up already and the manager refused to even come to the window. Just made a hand motion of scooting me away . If you close early at least politely tell the customer especially if i already paid in advance. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

After 20 minutes our order was not even started so we asked for a refund. Restrooms were filthy.

The most dirtiest fast food place I've ever been to. There was trash through out the place on the floor, the tables haven't been cleaned probably in days, and we walked in and walked right out the playground area. It is just very dirty in general.

You can't call ANY Burger King from Perris to Murrieta - their lines are either disconnected or (at the Lake Elsinore location) they pickup and then hang up immediately. I ordered one thing and got home and then checked to find a totally different order - given its my own fault for not checking but I was the only customer there at the time and it is just not that hard to do the one task you have been appointed. Get your sh*t together.

This Burger King is the most expensive of ALL! Yesterday, (5/30/2023) I got a Whopper at this location for $9.39 before tax ($10.21 after tax). In San Jose, CA, a much more expensive Bay Area Town, one of the most expensive towns in California, Burger King sells their Whopper for $6.69 pretax. Some Burger Kings in my travels were selling 2 Whoppers for $10 plus tax. Now, Lake Elsinore Burger King wants to charge that for one. I thought at first I would stop Burger King all together but when I came to an expensive area and learned it’s not Burger King, it’s Lake Elsinore Burger King, it makes more sense. So, remember, unless you like spending more than you should, avoid this Burger King. NO BURGER SHOULD BE OVER $10 by itself.

To many fly it was hard to eat, we were swinging our arms to keep them off our food. It was hot inside very uncomfortable and the fly's kept landing on us and on our table. Very gross experience. The ac return vent was caked with grease and dust. Trust me not a cool place. We will call the corporate office because this place was the pitts.

Employee used restroom was playing around turning the lights off, laughing maniacally while I was using the restroom and did not wash their hands all before going back to work to touch your food. Disgusting and immature.

The place is filthy, floor is sticky, play pen horrendously dirty, restrooms are smelly and dirty. I you pass by the drive-thru make sure you check your order before leaving, they won't include napkins ketchup, and often the fries box is half full. I don't know how tgis place has escaped the local health inspector for 20 years!!

I ordered 3 Oreo Shakes and a Small Caramel Frappe but they forgot the frappe. I waited longer for my frappe and when it finally came, the coffee flavor was too strong and I couldn’t drink it. Although my siblings enjoyed their shake I was not satisfied with the frappe. Edit: I asked if they could add a bit more milk or creamer (which they did) but I was replied with “It’s supposed to be like that CoFfEe iS nOt FoR KiDs” by the drive through lady. I’m not sure how young the lady assumed I was but I felt so attacked...smh. (11/24/19 @12:35pm) the cashier lady was nice.

Terrible. I've only been through the drive thru and it has been one mess after another. The workers don't listen, can never get your food right and are extremely RUDE. Burger King is one of our favorite fast food places and unfortunately it's the only one in the area. We will be driving farther now to get a different BK. Don't go here unless you want your order wrong with a side of attitude.

Why does the food never looks like the ad?

Order through the app for dine in the so called manager "Juan" greeted us and we told him we were ordering through the app. We waited 40 mins they never called our order according to this pathetic manager we need to ask for our food. We asked for corporate number he gave us the wrong number 3x. Instead of making things right he continued to argue. Instead of him researching for the number he had to ask his employees. There was literally no one in the dine in but my family and I. Drive thru was not even packed maybe 2 cars no more than 4. I will definitely not set a foot there again.

We waiting 30 minutes for our food, IN THE DRIVE THRU. Cashier was rude, heard my order wrong three times. All the cars were honking, HORRIBLE SERVICE. UPDATE: I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and got one spicy, I did not ask for a spicy sandwich.

Called regarding some food I had bought from this BK apparently they wont answer. And then will promptly disconnect their phone so it rings once then voicemail. Apparently customer service does not apply once you leave the restaurant. Was once a happy customer. Now not so much. Go to McDonalds at least they'll care enough to answer.

If you want burger king here make sure to order an hour ahead(that's how long their drive through takes), and IF you can get through their phone. And even ordering an hour ahead make sure you double check your items since they regularly miss your order.

Terrible. This location gets the very basics wrong. The service is tired and begrudging. I asked the cashier to read back my order at the drive through, and he gave me a dirty look and wanted to argue with me about looking at an order screen that was broken. They still messed the order up. What they came back with was overcooked and hard as a hockey puck. Never coming back to this location.

Posting this complaint/review hoping the owner of this Burger King will hold employees accountable. On 8/1/21 at 4:00 pm, I placed an order through the website/app to pick food up at 18611 Dexter Avenue, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532. I selected to pick up the food inside the restaurant to avoid the drive thru line, as I was in a rush and I’ve waited up to 25 minutes in this same drive thru in the past At 4:20 pm, I arrived to the store and the doors were locked. There was a sign on the door stating that the dining room was closed due to being understaffed and to wait in the drive thru line. The drive thru line had 5-10 cars and as I mentioned we did not have time to wait. Since I had placed this order much earlier and was given the option to pick up the food inside, I called the phone number provided on the website. When I called, a gentleman answered and said, “Hello.” I asked, “Is this Burger King?” He answered, “No” and we both hung up. So I knocked on the door and and an associate answered. I asked if I could pick up my order and he said he would ask his manager. He returned and said no. I asked if I could be refunded, and again he said he would ask his manager. He returned and said no, I must contact corporate. At this point, I requested to speak to the manager and asked for the manager’s name, which I was told was Juan. The associate I dealt with was very polite and helpful by the way! Juan came to the door and I asked if I could be refunded. He told me to call Door Dash or wherever I ordered from. I informed him I ordered through the app, he said to call corporate. I asked if I could have proof that I didn’t receive my order and he said no. He was very dismissive, rude, and shut the door in my face. I left the restaurant with no food and no refund. I understand they might have been busy and understaffed, but I was provided with no service at all (food nor customer service). Also, it would also have been much quicker and efficient to just give me my food which surely should have been ready by then? He was very unprofessional and after speaking with him in person, I am certain he is the man who answered the phone. I am shocked that a man with this work ethic can be in a management position. Still waiting on a refund..

The meat was not fresh. You use to cook on the spot. What Happen? They pulled the meat from a drawer. Cold and made my $7:00 order a bad experience. The soda was good. The place a little dirty.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this was a must. Usually when it comes to a fast food place, they serve you quick especially thru drive-in....doesn't matter how big of a line, they make it quick and send ya. This place is horrible, doesn't matter one, two cars in front of you, they make you wait for ever, however, today's issue is how da hell, Burger King runs out of ketchup?? I have a picky little boy who eats only hashbrowns in the morning and won't touch it without ketchup. When I asked for some, the lady said they ran out off ketchup.....I was shocked honestly. Point is, this place should have been closed long way back. I couldn't give less than 1 star. You deserve 0. Who runs this place anyways?? Who is the owner? I hope you know you're service is horrible. Enjoy your day !!! Now I have to goto Aldis and get the kid some ketchup.

clarified what was on the burger I ordered, then was clear on what I wanted. Both burgers I ordered were wrong, we were unable to eat them, 23.00 wasted. I called and got voice-mail. left a message, never got a call back. I guess losing 1 customer is no big deal to them

This Burger King was NASTY. The floor in the kids play area was very sticky and the tables needed to be cleaned off. The place smelled like bug spray. We did not order or eat there. Won't be going back there. 👎

Spent like 30 min in the drive through only to get to the window to be asked what I ordered,while listening for a quick minute to the worker & what appeared to be manager argue! What a joke! Told them forget it & left without any food! Will never go to this BK again!

The impossible whopper does not taste like a real whopper the service was slow the dining area was filthy I caught a Homeless man shooting up drugs in the Bathroom I told manager but she said there's nothing they can do......I'm not coming back.....

Terrable service. It's 8:30 pm and I was walking in with my small child to get dinner after going to the pumpkin patch and the employee ren to the door and locked it in our face. No explanation or apologies. I threw my hands up and asked why, and he just walked away. There were other people still inside and more people outside wanting to go in. I'm guessing they were busy and understaffed, but an explanation or a sign would be nice.

So I waited in the drive through for 27 mins. Before I got to the speaker out of 2 cars. Then I get to the speaker no one talks. I wait 8 mins. Then someone pulls up behind me and I can't back out I go fwd. Then I go to the window and I tell the lady I am never ordered because no one spoke she says well I am the only one here. I feel bad for her. Also not cool. So I ordered with her and waited 10 mins and got my food found out the ice cream I ordered was not working after I paid and had to get my money back.

Went here today around 5. My whopper bun smelled weird like trash and it was kinda cold, and my nuggets seemed like they were left out for a hour then warmed up. When I order from the app I'm expecting to get a hot good meal, I'm trying to help out by ordering from the app! Doesn't matter I guess... The girl at the window was fantastic though great job! Smiles and everything. Food was disgusting worst burger king I've tasted.

be careful what you are being charged. they are changing for paper bags and other charges are appearing on the receipt! the fries are very salty and have a very poor customer service.

The food is great but the service can be horrible. I always go here and 50% of the time the customer service is awful. They either ignore you or the manager gives you an attitude. The female manger always has some kind of attitude. Be careful when pulling out your coupon code. The manager likes the coupons done a certain way and she will scold you for doing it wrong everytime. Don’t even use a coupon and if you like your food done your way. Don’t go to the counter. Go through the drive thru. I waited 7 minutes at the counter to be helped only to be told why didn’t I ask for help. Idk idk. Just horrible customer service.

Do not dine in. Took over 25 minutes to receive our order. Had to order on the kiosk as no employees were aiding the counter. Food was cold and soggy as well as missing part of the order. There are no trays, napkins did not come in the bag with the order. Drive thru is prioritized over people dining in. The play place is filthy. Overall Terrible experience. Will not be going back.

The young workers that they hire for this place have absolutely no work ethics. Customer service has always been terrible, the manager doesn’t teach their workers to even greet. It almost feels like we are bothering them for even coming to order food there, like a “how dare you stop me from doing nothing” type of attitudes. They ignore everyone that stands there waiting, not ever making eye contact. Not even a “Thank you for choosing Burger King” Remember, customers are the reason why you guys have jobs, so work on your customer service ethics.

This is by far the most ridiculously worst Burger King establishment I've ever been to. I showed up at 9:20. The dine in area closes at 10 but they refused to let my wife and I in for some reason. (Im assuming laziness) We opted to the drive through. After the atrocious language barrier we were able to order food and agreed upon ordering that we would pay for extra sauces. Getting the window. Guess what? Just kidding. The guy didn't know how to charge for extra sauces and said we can only have 2 for our large Mozzarella sticks. We just left. Not worth the hassle. Hopefully management gets it together and hires competent staff or the whole place closes down soon. Either would be fantastic.

I keep giving this BK in Lake Elsinore another chance to impress me w their customer service but it just lacks the right team , including restaurant manager. I mainly the drive-thru and associates don't have people skills, etiquette nor commitment. Please sound pleasant when you take orders, be helpful when asked and if you offer sauces make sure you place them in bags. I don't care if your interest in saving food cost or reducing waste, provide napkins and silverware. It's just proper business. Fix your drive-thru path way. You have deep holes. Take care of your business image...Hire a manager that understands the business overall.

I have noticed a trend with Burger King. They spend a ton on advertising. But out nothing back into the restaurant's. They all look run down. The only issues I had was the lobby was filthy and run down and the bathrooms nasty. But on the upside the ladies running the store knew everyone who came through the door by first name. Also the cheesy tots were dry and nasty.
