Placed my order online with ease. I was a tad late picking up the order. Chili's was a smooth experience, no shaming for my delay. Their food was very good as expected. Dressing, sauces were on the side without requesting. Perfect! Professional from start to end. This was the best, the easiest food take-out/pick-up experience in 50 years!

It’s my first time here and I ordered something too spicy and the waitress was so sweet she replaced it with joy in her heart I’ve never had such good service in my life. Her name is Miranda and she’s just lovely to every single human I’ve seen her serve. Thank you so much for making me feel better about my mistake you’re an overachiever and it’s definitely appreciated. If anyone that reads this gets served by this wonderful woman make sure to show her some love back she’s incredible

Great food. Had the BOSS burger. Great loved every bite. Dessert great had cheese cake and unsweetened ice tea. Loved it. Chili's is not for the low budget. My bill came to 72.00. That was for me and 2 associates. They had the trio appetizer lava cake and cookie pie and lemonade and water. Food was good service great. Was happy to enjoy the no rushed experience.

Friendly staff and quick service. My granddaughter loves coming here. Menu choices are plentiful with decent prices. The only negative was when we were seated our table and seats were very dirty. The hostess that was seating us asked us to wait by the table so she could clean the area. We didn’t have to ask her to clean up, it was so dirty she herself was not happy.

Chili's is a place I have gone to since 1990. Somewhere we look forward to going to. We still have our family meet ups with Grandma there. This location is our location now and it's always a good time. Helpful staff and quick service.

We went there yesterday in the early evening and ordered the "2 for 25$" with salads as starters, Sirloin steaks as entrees and cheesecake as dessert. Everything was really well prepared and cooked to order, so there was no reason to complain at all! Our waitress was very attentive and we really felt comfortable during our visit. Try and enjoy!

Always great service and the food is an excellent value with good flavor. Has become a regular lunch stop. Only gripe is the IPA selection! Would love to see a few other options but no big deal! Great stop!

It's been awhile since I've been to this place but we always liked the food and the service. Today's service was excellent! The food was ok. I feel the prices went up and the portion sizes shrunk. The flavor was ok. It's the quality of the dishes that are ok but not great. Will I return? Only if I can't find something else to eat and is good for convenience.

Eating out is always expensive, but chili's has been a good main stay between affordable and quality. I've been eating it as chilies for over a decade and they've always been solid.

Haven't been to chili's in a minute. This one was spot one. The waitress, while busy, short staffed, was just fun to watch. Personality galore, speed, memory. Yes she was pretty too lol. Even wife said. Drinks 🍸 rare perfection that matched the table add. 100% appetizers delivered in succession and hot #1. Frigging tasty. Wife agrees. Nascar Wings were spot on!!! Long time since I had those. Our meals and my huge. Juicy, medium rare burger were just..hot and awesome. There is nothing better than leaving a super tip in this world when you receive 110% service/atmosphere/livelihood/Food/Drinks. My wife says same. Super great and really want to have date night there. We have to drive over an hour plus, but- when happy wife agrees 👍 with happy life, that's our new date nite. 💯👍👍

Jake (yup like from State Farm) ran one hell of a post-covid horse-shoe bar til 1030+ on Wednesday 5/3. It felt like Cheers rather than Chili's and everyone was enjoying suds, Presidente's, and 2 for 25s. Good Midwest fun in the golden state that's unfortunately has lost it's glow.

Erica has always been a great person to work with,! Her and the manager (i feel embarrassed because I already forgot his name,, but I do believe it was Jordan,both understood the embarrassing situation i found myself in) they both were very gracious. Fortunately Erica knew both my wife and gave me a few minutes to go home to grab my wallet. They were both very nice and I appreciated what they did for me. And yes, was able to get home and find wallet before they closed. I truly appreciate both of them for understanding the situation I put my self in. Thank you for both of you for your help.

This chilis was so fresh!! The food came out perfect timing. The waitresses were on top of my family’s meal and the tables around us. Great vibes all around!!❤️

Soo yummy! My go to is the classic ribeye, asparagus ($1 extra) and fries. Reminder: anything wrong with your food they will fix without a problem. My husbands steak was well done instead of medium rare. Waiter was great, got him a new one right away. Everything is seasoned well.

Arrived at 4:15 pm and was told main dining room not open yet had to sit in the bar area. Never heard that before. Tables were full of dirty dishes. Had to wait for someone to clean them so we could sit down and not on bar stools. Food was excellent as was the service. You could tell they were very short handed at that time.

Be sure to sign up for the rewards. If you visit every 45 days you receive free chips and salsa with your rewards. We enjoyed the 3 for $10 on our last visit. Several options and it includes a drink. They also have some premium options for a few dollars more. Not bad, but not great food either. We will visit again. The prices are not bad for the food quality.

Don’t get me wrong, I like chilis but they suck at follow instructions. I ordered take out today, I ordered a burger and put in the app I wanted it well done (no pink). I’m pregnant so all of my meat needs to be well done. Well, while I was eating it later on today, I noticed it was pink in the middle. I noticed it too late but just simple instructions like that, they can’t follow. I had this issue before, where I had to have my steak sent back 4 times because they didn’t cook it well done.. every time I eat here I just get disappointed all over again 🥲. The service is okay at this location. It’s honestly a hit or miss.

The host made use wait 20 minutes to be seated. Even though there were tables empty. Then sat us at one of the empty tables. The server was not very attentive. My ice tea refill was no ice. The food on the other hand was very good. We never saw the bill we had to pay by the thing at the table after the 15 minute wait. Overall good food service not so good.

Ordered online, gave them plenty of time. Got notice through app that order was ready at expected time. Parked in the pickup spot and notified that I was there with the app. Two other customers pulled up shortly after and waited also. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, then 15 minutes after, no one bringing orders out. Got out and went in "pick up" door. No one there. Someone came by and asked my name. Went to a countertop completely filled with pickup orders and found mine. I asked what happened and was told the app isn't working. I asked if someone should have come out to check and was told, "It will be fixed in a few days." Guess I should have waited in my car for "a few days".

Had brisket quesadillas here which were amazing. Bar service was very slow. Ordered 1 beer and watched the same bartender walk around the bar, refill table ketchup, make mixed drinks, and grab silverware, then blamed "changing a keg" on the reason my beer wasn't delivered. It happened more than once with 2 servers. It wasn't until the manager came walking around that things escalated. I did not verbalize any complaints, but it was clear the manager was getting more done.

The food isn't really that great for the price. Not a lot of choices for a vegatarian. They do have a black bean burger, but its awful. Don't recommend it. If you're a vegatarian this isn't a good place for you. I took the black bean patty off and just ate what I could.

This is Our second time ordering and picking up. So of course after paying almost $100 again and it's understandable they were busy for Mother's Day . But for the second time they forgot some of Our food . And then turned around and told Me , you didn't order that ???? What???? I know what I ordered. I Don't think we'll be ordering from there any more . So disappointed . Again

We were Told the wait was 20 minutes. Waited an hour and asked when we’d be seated and they said no tables for our party size were available. We had kids in our party so requested that if we can be seated and our kids seated at a table next to us (because the parties with the big tables look like they weren’t ready to leave anytime soon) when seated they didn’t have our kids near us despite tables that were empty right next to us and behind. They said they didn’t want anyone at those tables. They didn’t give us kids menus for the kids and we requested them after noticing and they still never got them so I had to get up and get them myself. They kept mixing up our order, things were out of stock, given wrong food item, the waitress was super nice but forgetful as she kept walking away before we could finish ordering for the kids. They didn’t split our check and the machine wouldn’t let us. So she split it but did it incorrectly. She kept disappearing for long period of times so I just had to pay for some stuff that wasn’t even ours as we didn’t want to wait any longer. Probably won’t come back. Wasnt worth it. Waitress was nice tho thankfully just not attentive.

5/07/2025, Wednesday evening. We arrived around 730p and were seated next to a large young sports party. A young server greeted us and immediately jumped into taking our order. Unfortunately this young man was a server in training and was not supposed to be alone. I repeated my order several times, but apparently he heard me wrong and didn't put my food order in and only gave me a house salad along with my boyfriend's salad. When I was almost done with my salad we asked where my food was?? He had not even put the order in. I was NOT happy. So now, he goes and puts the order in, says it will be quick, but I have lost my desire to be there and demanded a manager. After being helped by the manager we were under the impression our ENTIRE check was to be comped and taken care of, but we were told to pay for his meal, which we did. However, even after that, all I asked for was an apology from the young man and I didn't receive that from him, but from the manager. Not my best experience here!!

Sat in the bar area. The bartender was kind, friendly and gave good service. The food however 😖 I ordered the “nachos” it was a plate with 12 chips, yes only 12 chips. Each had some bean spread, some cheese and one jalapeño. A total rip off. It was a $15 plate of food! Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter order “Mozzarella sticks” there were 3. The size of bricks. The first bite made her physically gag. They were atrocious. I hadn’t been to a Chilis in a few years and will NEVER return. The food was disgusting and insanely overpriced for what they served. It was appalling actually. I wish I had taken photos. My mistake. You literally must see these plates to believe how BAD they were. 👎

2 stars because food was on point has the 3 for me deal with the Carne asada, very flavourful and the chicken nachos. Service was horrible, took 5-10 minutes to get our drink order. By the time they have came by the time they came by we had decided what we wanted. When they brought out my drink server tilted Mt drink cause it to spill a little not a big deal until there's no napkins to clean it up. When they brought out our appetizers I asked for silverware and napkins twice. Our server was on his phone and walking around with a red bull in his hand and drinking it in front of customers. We asked for refills on our drinks and I only got mine. He forgot my husband's f Drink refill till we asked for the check he wants to bring the drink. We went last week and everything was on point but today service was a total BUST. That server really needs to be retain on being professional and the manager should be hold accountable for allowing that to happen on his/her watch.

Sat at the bar and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before a bar tender showed up to take my order. The drinks were good. The food was horrible. The chips were overly salty that I kept trying to take as much salt as I could. After that I ordered the queso fries. It took them forever to get my order. The fries were overcooked and they tasted burnt. The service from the bar tender was decent once she was behind the bar.

As you can see soda was not filled up when she asked for a refill. Cesar salad was wilted. There were 4 of us. One of us didn't order food because last time she was there she and her boyfriend got food poisoning. The waiter was extremely slow. I don't know if he was new or some other reason but the service was horrible. One lady never got her "to go" container. She had to ask someone else. When we were sharing pictures he was peering over my shoulder and stretching to look at the pictures. When we asked him to split the bill he said, "ok. We'll worry about that later. When "later" came, he sat down across from us at another table and was fumbling with the machine. He said in order to get free chips I had to download chilis app on my phone; so I did. We spoke with the manager afterwards. He apologized and said they usually don't say anything to employees until we get a certain amount of complaints. But in this case he did say he would check into it. The whole interaction with this server was creepy and he made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

This is Rons Wife. We went there on Thursday July 13th right when it opened. It took awhile to be seated and its funny because our waitress seated us and said well someone is not doing there job I wonder where she is at. Our waitress that seated us has worked there practically since Chili s was opened yrs ago. There were no patrons there yet, but took forever to get our food. Our waitress did nothing but take our order. Never came back to give us our food, give us our drinks,. She strolled by one time to drop off another drink for my husband, but never asked my grandson or I if we wanted anything. Thank goodness we pay on the machine at our table. I waited for our waitress to stop talking to random workers or the accasional customer to get us a box. I gave up got my own. All of assudune she comes running over to say how was everything and how it had gotten so busy so fast she just got backlogged. I was speechless got my grandson and left. We will not be back for awhile

Went from eating here weekly to every once in awhile an now to never again. The menu has changed for the worse. Now the food quality was terrible. I ordered the lime carne asada fajitas. First off the carne asada was overcooked and burnt. The lime sauce is all around terrible. The rice was undercooked. Lastly there is nothing fajita about the dish. The rest of my party were very unhappy about their meals. Around very disappointing and sad seeing chili’s fall this low.

We took our 5 yr old Granddaughter at 3pm today to avoid crowds & wore masks due to Covid. It wasn’t busy & there was no waiting. The hostess had us wait for a table to be cleaned which was confusing when half the place was empty with cleaned tables. She sat us at a table surrounded by other people I guess so the server doesn’t have to walk far. The food was so terrible! My husband order a combo w/ one item being brisket. It came with a piece of meat a cube smaller then an inch on a piece of toast. He asked the server if one small piece of meat is normal serving & she said “ no” & took his plate back. She came back & apologized & said the cook intended on heating 2 bags, but forgot & only put 1. Bags?? Is it originally frozen in bags, heated & served? He didn’t eat it. I ordered Margarita Chicken. The worst! It wasn’t grilled chicken breasts it was 3 small chicken tenders that were hot on the outside, but cold in the middle. They weren’t undercooked so why were they cold on the inside? Were they frozen as well? We didn’t complain just not going back.

Never again!! I prefer the Murrieta location instead of lake Elsinore. I placed an “order to go” and checked in on my phone when I arrived. I waited for so long in the parking area that I decided to go inside and figure out if I have been forgotten. There was someone there at the counter and she didn’t even care when I told her what happened. And my food was right there on the shelf. Worst part, when I got home my order was incorrect, cold and soggy. I called to let them know, and again not 2 effs given. It’s so evident that The employees at this location are only there to collect a paycheck.

We had to wait several minutes before being seated because all the empty tables had not been bussed. This was after 9 at night. We ordered three Seltzer Waters and received only two. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our appetizer order was taken and that long again before our meal order was taken . It seemed that long again before our meal arrived. We ordered salad and soup. Our waitress remarked that they were understaffed and unable to handle a large party that arrived earlier. I did not see a large party in the restaurant but I did see the wait staff laughing, giggling, and the playing childish games with each other. The manager was nowhere to be seen and the idea of clearing tables was merely to pile all the dirty dishes on one or two tables to make way for new customers. On a positive note, the loaded baked potato soup was thick and delicious.

I was very disappointed with my most recent visit to this chilis location. After a long hiatus of not going to Chili's due to repeated bad service, missing items from to go orders, poor quality food (steaks overcooked, poor quality meat, and skimpy salads with wilty lettuce) we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, todays visit was not any better. The steaks were overcooked and just not good in general (we had the ribeye) and the salad was very bad. I feel robbed to say the least. we spent over 70$ on 3 people and honestly I wish I could have my money back.

She threw the menus on the table didn’t say a word and walked away. On top of that we don’t drink! Needless to say after asking to be moved out of the bar area we were told it would be a longer wait. We ate in last night 2/19. We were seated fast then it was all down hill. It took over 25 minutes for the waitress to even take our drink order. Once the drinks came 10 minutes later they were all wrong. The food was the same they screwed all the orders up. My steak had to go back because medium rare means well done to them. We had some Mexican waiter across the resteraunt glaring at us so I'm thinking that was the reason for our experience there. I think the waitress said Sal or Hal is what they call him. Never again would I eat here oh and ten minutes after my family was done they brought out a new steak. So I wasted money on food I didn't eat. Chillis had been doing great until past night

Ordered the smoke house combo ribs sausage black beans and corn on cob it took me about 8 minuets to get home the container the beans were in was cold I put them in microwave and warmed them up the Ribs were literally burned to the point where the ends of the bone were black and the meat was burned I called and reported it to the manager he told me to bring them back I explained to him I was not going to come back he told me since I paid with a gift card he could not refund it which I understood then he told me when I come back he would give me two five dollar gift cards so I paid twenty five dollars for some burnt ribs and cold beans the corn on the cob was all that was good poor cooks.

It seems that Lazy restaurants like this one want to remove conveniences such as remote check in so patrons can get in line before they get there. Technology makes the world operate smoother but this chilis would rather build their wait up than allow patrons to comfortably arrive and sit sooner. It’s all about the business now days, customer services had the most deaths from COVID!

My friends and I bought wings here tonight off the chilis menu - after eating the entire meal besides two wings, one of the girls notices FEATHERS on her chicken wing. We express our disgust to the staff and the manager comes over and laughs and tells us this happens once every 6 months? How? Like they dont wash the wings? He then proceeds to only discount us THREE DOLLARS per basket off the ticket.. We were all NAUSEOUS. also the tortilla chips we bought were covered in grease and oily. It was a bad experience all around and we cant handle even thinking about coming back to a chilis.

They never fail to disappoint me. After not going there for years because of poor service and quality of food...they reminded me why I do not go there. I tried to order through the app which is very confusing with feedback tabs covering parts of your transaction that you need to see. After struggling with the app to order 2 fajita dinners...I went in...and after trying to get help to no avail...I went back to the kitchen. I was informed that I was 9 minutes too late to use the mobile app...939...when they close at 11pm. No offer to give me a table or take out. I remembered why I stopped going there. I took a girlfriend there for her birthday...no staff greeting or small cake presented after I told the them. On another occasion...I got stale tortilla chips with my guacamole. I will never go to Chili's again. They used to be good.

2nd review I am posted. 1st got erased. Was refused dining room seating. Bar only @8:35pm? I didn't want to go to a bar. Wanted something more quieter is it normal to close early?

Arrived Friday 12/13 around 5:40 pm with 3 out of 7 of our party initially told not sure how long wait would be by female hostess. Male host named Alex approached and asked if we would mind sitting at a table with a chair on the end we didn’t mind. Told to come back when all our party present. Came back and Alex pointed to our table. We sat down and were then approached by a male who did not identify himself stating they had people waiting we could not just walk in and sit at a table. Tried to explain that we didn’t but he wouldn’t listen. Long story short rather uncomfortable conversation ensued with Alex denying he told us to sit there, initially being told to get up from the table asking for the manager who happened to be the one telling us to get up from the table Alex continued denying telling us to sit there, total embarrassment with my 6 year niece crying the manager offered us another table once it was clean. This was our little celebration as my niece who has had a liver transplant and is currently not in good health pending additional surgery had just recently been released from hospital and wanted to go to her favorite “Chili” place. Needless to say we left. I’m sorry for the lengthy post but needed to be said. We will find her another favorite place

Sat at bar with girlfriend ordered burger meal and pasta dish and it took 25 minutes to arrive while watching 3 other people who ordered after us get served their food asked what was taking so long bartender said 2 times they were waiting for the pasta dish, finally arrived and the burger was soggy and cold fries too, pasta was ok but 25 minutes for pasta? WON'T be going back to this location ever!! Horrible service and soggy burger...

Went to have a nice family lunch, got there took 25 minutes to get a soda to drink, ordered chips and salsa, took a really long time for them to come out. Finally got the chips and salsa and there was a hair in them, notified the manager and all he said was he’d take it off our tab. Next we order our food, I was the last one to order but my food ended up coming out first, and everyone else’s took 20 minutes after that to come out, I asked for Alfredo sauce over 3 times and finally got it after half hour, no joke. My food was extremely cold by then. As I’m eating my food I’m about ti bite down and another hair is in my food. I used to love coming to this chilis, but I will not be returning. FYI LOOK AT YOUR FOOD CLOSELY!! 🤢

The drink cups are beyond cheap. All of my drinks popped their lids while driving home and spilled all over my car. Now I have to dry and clean the car while the food sits. . . . . Wonderful

I placed a to-go order through the app today November 25, 2025. I ordered 2 plates of the Cajun chicken pasta. The app asked me if I wanted to tip, I declined as I prefer to tip in cash instead. Which I did leave a tip. The person I picked up my food from was friendly and polite. When I got home (about 20 minutes away) I open our pasta plates and they are both severely smaller portions from the last time I ordered. So either 2 things happened, 1.) the employees making my food wanted to retaliate for not leaving a tip on the app and didn’t expect a tip in cash Or 2.) Shrinkflation So I decide to call and speak to a manager, the person who answered the phone stated he was a manager and his name was Sabino. I asked him if their portion sizes have changed. He states they haven’t. I explain to him that the my portions are smaller than usual and one was missing the garnish (check the photos) So then I asked is it possible the employee making the food didn’t see a tip via app and was upset. He stated Absolutely not, we do not conduct business that way ! If you come back I can give you a $5 gift card. I spent $65 dollars on the pastas and 1 appetizer. I said no it’s okay thank you. I go through my camera roll and find a photo from a previous order with literally almost double the portion. The photos will be below. Sabino ( The manager) wasn’t necessarily rude but didn’t make any effort to ask the employee anything or really try to make things right except for offering a $5 gift card. I’m not the type of person to try to get free food. I just want my money’s worth. If the portions haven’t changed then I was 100% retaliated against for not leaving a tip via the app and tipping cash instead. The first 2 photos are from tonight, and the third photo is from a previous order. You can clearly see no garnish on the first photo, and the difference in portion sizes.

I called Chili’s to place a takeout order today10/18/2025 at 2:30pm and the person who answered the phone was surprisingly rude and sarcastic the entire time. Instead of being friendly or helpful, they made me feel like I was bothering them just by calling. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but sarcasm and attitude have no place in customer service—especially when I’m trying to give a restaurant my business. It completely ruined my experience and made me reconsider ordering from this location again. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior and reminds staff that courtesy and professionalism matter, even for takeout customers.

Please never order take out from this location. I thought I'd treat myself after a long day at work to a steak and some potatoes. This is what I recieved. An over cooked, burnt piece of meat, with the grease fat still left on it. The broccoli the gave me is bigger than the steak. And might I add, I requested medium rare.

My order wasn't ready between the time slot I was given. I was called and told that it was due to the chicken crispers which would be done within the next few minutes. Fine. At least my food will be super fresh. Not true! When I got my food not only did I have to warm it up but the usually juicy, large, and crispy tenders were the size of my thumb and had zero crisp. So much for freshly made. I have NEVER been able to finish this meal in one sitting but last night I was still hungry after I was done. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. (Oh and the always delicious Texas fries were also cold and had to be microwaved 🥴 but they were also covered in so much cheese that there were probably 10 fries in the whole container.

I ordered cajun chicken pasta and got dry pasta with tomato and parmesan instead. I dont know what that is on my pineapple and waited for over an hour total. Then when I went inside to be told that my food still isnt ready and they were waiting this entire time for bread lol yeh ok! best part, my bread was ice cold! threw out the dry pasta and pineapple. looks like I'll be driving to murrieta or temecula from now on because this isnt the first time this has happened. last 3 photos are from a prior visit
