Delicious food with large portions at a reasonable price. The customer service was a little lacking but otherwise it was a great experience. I would definitely go back for another meal.

Ordered last evening, 6-27-24 through Door Dash. For me and my daughter, very pleased, excellent, large amount of food, delicious. 2 Thai ice teas. Small Chow Mein in container. Dinner rice + chicken, mushrooms. Dinner chow mein + Orange chicken.

This place is in Lake Elsinore, California. This is the first time I've been to this establishment. After looking at the Big Advertised menu Items I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, and asked for a "small stack of napkins", Was only given three (3). When my order was ready, which came out Hot 🔥, I asked the same young counter order taker for more napkins, and explained that with having a beard, I need more food debris removal tools. The young girl, put me off, by saying, "she'd get me more in a few minutes". Thankfully, the seasoned, and Honorable lady who was quick to provide me with what I had requested. The Shrimp Fried Rice was good, having nine (9) Shrimp that are devained, and peaked, and has a multitude of vegetables, which remained hot while I was writing this review, and eating.

Order the egg fu yung its fresh and a good size. It does take a lil while to make but worth it.The other food was alright.

My go to spot when I’m wanting Chinese. The chow mein is delish (thicker noodles than Panda Express) and the orange chicken is bomb. I definitely don’t feel the best after eating it, but who does when you have bomb Chinese?

I was trying to decide between Chinese or Subway and decided that I would try this place because I haven’t had good chow mein in a while… I still haven’t had good chew mein and I should have gone with Subway. Chow mein isn’t very tasty. It’s mediocre and when I tried the orange chicken, it wasn’t good either. I think I took a bite of one that felt like it was not cooked through with the breading of the chicken still feeling mushy. Most Chinese places offer at least a fortune cookie to finish off the meal - this place didn’t add that to the order.

Went back to my car to eat, and was extremely disappointed with my 2 main entrées the Spicy Orange chicken was super crispy and not one bit spicy but surely sweet, the BBQ chicken was beyond sweet and super tough to eat. I was only able to enjoy the chowmein and fied rice. Will definitely not come back here and not recommend this place at all.

We arrived at 12 noon, there were 2 customers ahead of us (on a Saturday lunch time) The girl making our order was less than friendly. I asked for a side of sweet & sour sauce, and she said "it comes with egg rolls" then I said I would like a side and I will pay for it. She did give me it, however she really didn't want to. We ate in and had to ask for forks, and napkins, soy sauce, etc. They should at least offer it, but they dont. We stayed their for a while, an hour or so, at one point one of the girls was staring at our table, I felt like they wanted us to leave (not that they need the seating) it was very slow. ** They should have been more friendly and welcoming, the food was just so so. Will we come back, I doubt it.

Ordered delivery but let me tell ya the beef and broccoli was a bad idea! Not exaggerating when the food arrived it smelled horrendous. It smelt rancid as if the beef went bad but they cooked it anyway. Not trying to discredit a restaurant trying to survive in this day and age but I worry for anyone that consumes something that could be spoiled.

Food was good. The service was incredibly unpleasant. They rushed us while ordering and were rushing us out the door when they didn’t close for another hour or so. Don’t recommend at all.

Food is terrible. Specially the "orange chicken" I didnt find a single piece of chicken. It's only fried flour with orange flavor. The other chicken items look way too dark to be chicken. Makes you think is something else. I ordered it to go and had to dump it in the trash can. Rice is under cooked. I will never go back there again.

This was my first visit to Golden Chopstix. I ordered fried rice. As I carried the food to my car, the pungent odor of the food was awful. It didn’t have that usual sweet, delicious fragrance of fried rice. When I tried to eat it, the rice was deeply saturated with garlic and soy and tasted quite vinegary. I really tried to eat the rice because I didn’t want to waste it, but after maybe ten bites I couldn’t tolerate the bitter taste and smell of the food, and I threw the entire serving down the garbage disposal. (There goes $11, right down the drain!) I’ve enjoyed Chinese food all over the world and USA, and I’ve never before stuffed fried rice down a garbage disposal. Until now.

I will never ever order from this place again. I ordered from doordash, and the doordasher canceled my first order after they already picked it up. I reordered my food and they refused to make my order. I told them that why wouldn't doordash refund you for the first order if I never received the food? She refused to answer my question and put the phone on the counter and walked away as she took other orders I can hear it over the phone. What sucks is that they did not trust me at all when I said I will call doordash customer service right now to make sure that you get your money back and they still wouldn't remake it. So doordash had charged my card twice. The point is that they did not trust their customers and I will never be back. They just lost a loyal customer I have never had this problem before....
