We went to the soft opening for this little shop and the atmosphere was amazing! Cute walls and setup. The workers were learning in a happy environment, and were spoken to by the manager/owner with such respect a love. We purchased ice cream cones and loved them! It’s located on a small busy street, highly suggest visiting them for an IG worthy picture!

I went there this weekend and it was delicious. There was no wait time for me and service was great. The happy camper is so good! I thought it was going to be too sweet but it was perfect. Will definitely be going back soon.

Normally don’t leave reviews but man this Cookies n Cream Scoop + Brews is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had and Aileen the barista did a very good job making drinks with a very busy rush by herself !! Sending her some appreciation !! Will definitely come back for this drink again

I took my wife and kids here to support a new small business and they all raved about how good it was! The kids said their ice cream was the best they have had! They ordered the “happy camper” and were very very happy with it! I have never actually wrote a review before but this place was worthy of the time to do so. Now more than ever we want to support local and my wife who usually needs her Starbucks said she will ditch it for BLOOM! It was that good to her! 👌🏻 Don’t take my word for it go and try it!

Love the drinks, brown sugar oat milk latte 32oz iced my favorite, staff is super friendly and always upbeat, shop is always clean. Usually we get our drinks to go, today we enjoyed them there, every customer was greeted, quickly served and with smiles and kindness

Hands down, best coffee. You can taste the quality and actually taste the coffee in the drinks. Be warned, this place is only for true coffee lovers so if you are expecting a dessert in a cup, you should probably just order an ice cream cone (which they have). The prices are perfect too. I definitely expected to pay top dollar but the prices can be compared to Starbucks. This is the perfect place to go as a family cause the kiddos can grab a delicious ice cream cone while momma and papa get a perfectly brewed coffee. 😋😋😋. The husband and I already made plans to go back on the weekend for a little family outing. This is now our 1 stop shop for a coffee run.

I was driving back from riverside to temecula and was in need of a cappuccino to wake me up. I stopped in Lake Elsinore at this cafe. Usually, when I order cappuccinos, they are made incorrectly. That was not the case at Bloom Cafe. It was pretty late (around 7), and when I walked in, both of the girls were attentive and kept themselves busy by cleaning. If I ever need a late night pick me up, I will definitely go here. I sat outside the cafe and had my cup of coffee. I noticed 5 or 6 people come into the cafe after me and be severed quickly. This place is cute and worth the support!

We had a great experience at Bloom Ice Cream + Coffee in Lake Elsinore. Our flight was delayed out of John Wayne Airport, so we decided to explore the area and stopped into this shop to pass the time. The ice cream was excellent, and the lady who helped us, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a cool atmosphere. Afterward, we took a walk around Main Street and were impressed by how friendly and inviting everyone was. Lake Elsinore seems like a wonderful city, and Bloom Ice Cream + Coffee is definitely a spot we’d visit again.

Service excellent, kind young woman working by herself. She was very gracious giving me alternative milk when I forgot to ask in my order, & a local knowledgeable about the area and the happenings. Cinnamon banana bread latte was ok (lots of cinnamon but maybe could use more banana, bet she would've made it with more banana if I'd asked she seems that generous). Good price. The inside is small, but places to sit outside as well. This is a quick dessert spot, not a cafe study spot. If not into ice cream, there's the counter with baked goods like maple white chocolate cookies, caramel brownies, pumpkin bread this autumn.

Decided to try local coffee shops in our area. Bloom did not disappoint. We got the white chocolate mocha and macchiato - delicious! Staff were very patient while we read the menu and decided on what we wanted. She was very helpful and suggested drinks.

Two girls were working at 11:30 in the afternoon on 9/6/25, very patient and the absolute sweetest! Me and my cousins are from Long Beach visiting the area and wanted to try out some matchas. The barista’s recommendations and ability to make a good matcha is highly impressive! We’re raving about the matcha and wonderful service!! Thank you girls for the coconut and pumpkin spice matcha💞

Two girls working at 9PM were so kind and friendly. Ice cream was amazing. Tasty and worth it.

Barista very kind, yummy ice cream, and their drinks are beyond amazing. On a personal rating I would give this place 5 Million coffee stars out of 1 Million lemonade, meaning I LOVE THIS PLACE.

My sister and I walked in around 1:40pm yesterday (January 24th, 2025) and the girl that was helping us out was so incredibly sweet. It was so busy in there with walk-ins and mobile orders. She an amazing worker! And she was still so sweet to everyone that came in. Even when there was a long line out the door. I’m not joking it was really out the door. We thanked her so much. But we didn’t get her name. We just want to say thank you again for all your hard work! 😇 We ordered vanilla bean and huckleberry ice cream. They both were so delicious! 🍨

Found this place by chance and decided to stop in with my Husband. Not the best experience. I am gluten sensitive and asked if they had a GF cone option. The girl chuckled as if it was a ridiculous question. Looking at this picture, would you think it were only 25¢ difference? My tiny single scoop in a tiny portion cup... And my Husband's waffle cone single scoop. Another example of having a dietary restriction costing more. Review on taste... So so.
