This must be only Wendy's in America that doesn't open till 10am I guess this Wendy's doesn't want to serve breakfast Pretty bad way to run a business Just close the store permanent
For fast food, it is pretty good. More expensive than McDonald's or Whataburger though. Restaurant was clean. My only negative is we walked in and we were the only ones there. There were 4 people behind the counter that seen us but it was clearly the I see you but "not my job" look. After 5 minutes we were about to leave when the cashier comes up from the back to help us. She was friendly and service was fast except for the wait to order.

Most of the time I'm the only customer and they still send me Forward and they take forever to give me my order. Before I leave I always check my order to make sure all my items are there and it's done correctly because it has been a few times where they mess up my order. Another thing they do is that they Shub all my food in one .
Ordered at drive thru this evening. My older daughters burger was wrong, after confirming twice with the woman taking the order. They remade it. Got home and my 4 year old took a bite of her nugget and started crying. They made her nugget meal with spicy nuggets. They were spicey for me. Can't imagine how hot it was for her. Beyond that, the nuggets were old and cold. Tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. I hope they didn't torture anyone else's toddler tonight.
I’m here every week, sometimes twice a week. I do my grocery shopping at HEB during lunch and this makes the most sense to stop here on the way out. This is by far one of the worst Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. The food is usually decent, but the time and the service is always absolute crap. The employees are always short and rude, slow, and interrupting while ordering in the drive thru, and still make you repeat yourself several times. If you go inside, prepare to be completely ignored at the counter while you watch several new orders be taken and processed in the drive thru. Avoid it, unless you’re in a hurry and want reminded that fast food sucks and it wasn’t any faster than going out of your way to go anywhere else.
I drove through today and ordered a salad, asked for a different dressing than it comes with, which was 1 honey mustard! Was told it would be 50 cents extra!! Omg, are you kidding!!!??? Ridiculous!!! And on top of that my meal, one salad, which is way smaller than it use to be, and one fry, which were old like they had been sitting for some time, salad was nasty, only thing that was good was my drink!! It was $16.00!!! I won't be back!!! This is ridiculous!!! It's fast food , and condiments should not cost extra!!! Omg!!! Very disappointed!!!!
Stopped in on Feb. 15th at 11am for lunch. Walked into the dining room and was greeted by the woman working the drive thru window and was told I would have to wait a minute cause the drive thru was busy and she had no one working the front counter. I was willing to wait until they slowed down a bit but the woman told me if I wanted lunch I would have to go to the drive thru line cause she had no one working the front counter. IF I WANTED DRIVE THRU I WOULD HAVE GONE TJAT WAY. I WANTED TO EAT IN THE DINNING ROOM THAT IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WAS 11AM WHY WAS THERE NO ONE WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER
Came in and wanted some nuggets a boy approached me with a fuzzy smelling backpack and I’m pretty sure his name was osman and he asked me “are you supposed to be eating that?” With a smirk I got highly offended and I recommend asking the owners to do a better job on correcting this.
Waited 10 minutes for 3 piece chicken tenders. Pitiful.
THERE IS A HORSE IN THERE. DO NOT PET HIM, HE BITES REALLY HARD. I do t know why there is a horse in there, but he's ALWAYS there. Maybe it's a pet of one of the employees, but I was in there and asked the cashier if I his horse bites, and he said no so I petted it and it bit me really hard and then the cashier said it wasn't his horse 😭😭😭
When I spend my hard earned money to eat out. I'm not paying for any cold or Luke warm food. They handed me warm fries. I asked for hot fries and the Hispanic lady at the window seemed upset I didn't want to take the old fries. Smh customer services sucks nowadays everywhere damn near. Don't give me anything u know u wldnt eat yourself
This location sucks, just drive to Angleton. Staff is always rude, Coke Freestyle machine is never on, constantly understaffed. (I understand that's not necessarily their fault but it's still a downside that needs to be noted)
My burger was completely raw, didn’t notice after 2 bites when I saw it was so rubbery but at the same time cold. I’m pregnant & I don’t think they have any idea of how dangerous this is since they just offered to make a new one, no apologizing no nothing. I tried to give this place a second opportunity after a year but I will never come back after this. I will definitely be contacting you guys back if I get sick.
If i wanted a kids meal. I would ask for the regular burger. The people who work here are incompetent and don't know how to do their job. Asked for a large burger. Then gave me the tiniest one bite kids burger. And i specified what burger i wanted. Charged me for an adult meal while it was only a kids burger. Insanity. Cuz this happens all the time with them.
Order taker didn't listen and gave me a baconator when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, the bacon was burnt and it didn't even taste good, I went inside to order and was first out of 3 customers and received mine last, was short on time so I didn't immediately check it, I couldn't even read the receipt..... horrible
Went ordered, lady told me to wait after she started taking my order. Ordered spicy nuggets she gave me regular. And decided I wanted bbq sauce when I asked for ranch. Burgers had no cheese. Asked for meat/cheese only. Please listen to your customers. We are paying for our food. At least get the order right.
We waited over 10 minutes for a salad- a pre-made salad- because the “avocados needed to thaw.” Then we got the salad and they left off the avocados. The people working there were rude. Never again.
I was asked to pull towards the front at the drive-thru. A few minutes later a guy holding his d*ck handed me a bag of trash (see photo)! He forgot the honey mustard too!
The manager was rude, they made us go back around to fix our order when they did it wrong. You can tell she hates her job and the way she treats her customers are very rude. How can you be a manager and treat people like that. Whoever owns this Wendy’s should check their employees and staff, maybe that’s why there’s not enough business. The food takes more then 20 min to arrive even when there is no body in line… We tried to ask for her name but she walked away as we were trying to talk to her.
They do not offer dine in like it's says on google and on there app and the food looked and tasted like depression. I can also tell the lady working hated her job because the food quality shows
