Great Customer service, Beautiful decor, great atmosphere and all positive vibes. Delicious food with fast service, definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for good Mediterranean food. The tzatziki is the best I've ever had and I can say the same for the Hummus.

Amazing! I love the flavor, I love the color. The rice is perfectly aromatic and the hummus is fantastic. Lamb can be challenging to cook perfectly but they knocked it out of the park. Kebab meat is flavorful and delicious. Honestly I could go on and on, just eat here and see for yourself! Service was wonderful as well

Looking for Mediterranean food compared to others local like restaurants I found this place to be the best in the AV. Their plates are consistent , food is delicious, love the presentation and quality. I have tested about 5 different plates and I have been very pleased with my experience. Service is good just a little bit slow mind you the food is made to order which adds to the quality of your meal, but allows for conversation time with your love ones. Whenever I am in the mood for Mediterranean food this is the place I think of going. The place is clean, friendly staff, nice environment, delicious food menu to choose from and several different dishes and very affordable.

I had walked past this place a hundred times but never really considered giving it a try until tonight. When we first walked in about 40 minutes before closing time, they seemed less than happy to see us. We broke the ice a little once the server came over. She was extremely friendly, lighthearted, and her service was on point. My girl had the lamb kebob. I had the chicken souvlaki pita. Both were absolutely delicious! Full of flavor. Even the rice was excellent. I highly recommend Olives. 👌🏾

We happened upon this place while lost in Lancaster. Decided to stop in out of the cold for a drink and a quick bite. Lovely atmosphere. The decor was really quite something. Very tasty food. Nice customer service. Decent prices. Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience today for lunch . I am not a demanding person but I know what I like no matter the price.. My server Romina a spunky knowledgable waitress understood my requests & cordially oblidged my request . I have been frequenting Olives over 4 years now the food always great & service to match . After 40 + years in the food industry Romina is the type of employee that makes your dinning experience unforgetable with her constant checking if everything was ok or if I needed anything . You cannot beat the food & service here ...

I just had the chicken kabob (minus the hummus, because I don't like hummus). The food was pretty good and well seasoned. The server wasn't the most inviting or friendly person and I observed that she seemed more polite to others of a different complexion, and she seemed a bit like she couldn't wait for us to leave. But it wasn't the worst experience. At least my food was good, seeing some other reviews here.

We are from out of town and our daughter recommended this place. It's small but cozy. We placed our order and when it was served it looked better than the pictures. I had the Gyro plate that comes with rice, cabbage salad and hummus. The gyro meat was nice and warm and the sides tasted really good. Didn't like the roasted tomato but the jalapeño chile was good. Pita bread was a bit hard not soft or warm. Maybe work on the attention to detail when customers have empty drinks but other than that nice little place.

Place is okay but I did have a piece of parchment paper on my spinach puffs here. Not very appealing when your starving. . I was definitely expecting cleanliness in their food as the atmosphere and service was on Parr. But nevertheless I enjoyed the puffs. I also ordered the chicken shawarma. The spices to the chicken were definitely different than many other locations. This was new to me. I enjoyed it though. Large portions on plate will make u full. Plenty of salad , hommus and plenty of rice And they have very minimal tea options. Which is a bummer. Can be fixed. But it was good.

For $75.00 tray that claims food is good for 5 people. Only fed 3 people. They use to give enough quantity but they cut done their portions by large amount.

placed an order for two chicken kebab plates. When my partner picked up the order, he paid with his debit card. Instead of handing the card back to him, the woman who served us threw the card back at him, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. He brushed it off, assuming she might be having a bad day. When we got home and opened the order, we realized it was incorrect. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the same woman was dismissive and argumentative, insisting that the order was correct and implying that I was lying. I had to return to the restaurant and show her both plates untouched to prove the mistake. Even then, she remained defensive and passive-aggressive. An older woman, whom I assume is the owner or her mother, tried to de-escalate the situation and was much more professional. I just asked for the money back and left the food This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the rude attitude and lack of accountability completely ruined it for me
