I wish I would have got the gentleman's name I went in there two different times and he was so pleasant, I always order the same drink and I asked him what would he recommend, he recommended me a new drink and it was spectacular and he was just very smiley outgoing and made me feel very welcome from moment I stepped in the door, great customer service I will go back the next time I'll get his name

I ordered a frozen strawberry acai 30oz nd half of it was jus water down liquid waste of money had to throw away. Tasted nasty and wasn't even cold. Whoever made my drink did a horrible job.

Staff was very nice and the food/drink was great! Also, there's plenty of space to sit on the inside and as well as a patio in the front.

I don’t often drink coffee, but when I do I walk to this Starbucks which is minutes away from my house. Roger is the kid who introduced me to many of my favorite drinks, one of them being Captain Crunch. Every time I visit I always look for Roger, he’s always attentive and has an awesome personality. Starbucks is very lucky to have him and I will continue going as long as Roger is there :)

This Starbies is so Great, drinks are made just as ordered.i literally go here every Monday and Wednesday. Sometimes twice a day. No such thing as too much coffee

Never a bad cup of coffee.

In need of more refreshments, like always a cool place to stop off and achieve this mission. Can't beat the chill vibes 😌 from the music to the A/C.

Simply the best place to get your coffee, If you love coffee or tea and anything in between you gotta stop here and chill.

The wait time for this location and Starbucks in general is ridiculous. 15 minutes or more waiting on a cup of coffee is not something most people want to do if they're in a hurry or on their way to work. Starbucks coffee is good but there is better. I think people gravitate to the brand name and not always the quality.

Super busy, both inside and out They're always out of things and they were out of banana bread and said they had been for a while possibly because of the promotion they offered to get points for buying Bakery items. If they're going to offer a promotion than they should have the product available. Overall their Service was pretty good considering how many people they had customers waiting inside and out. Instead of servicing all the customers at once which is what they were doing by giving everyone one or two drinks here and there and then your rest of your food or order later, they should have just finished with one customer at a time and got them out of there and continued with the next one, especially because of the number of people that started to accumulate in the store. There was at least 15 people in there at one time and that's a small area at this particular Starbucks.

Has not disappointed me with my visits in the afternoon. But they do need to work on their mobile orders. As of now I had two bad experiences where my drinks were not done in their prep time, or the drinks were done incorrectly. Despite those incidents, I've had an awesome visit.

Orders were completed quickly, employees are kind, drinks are great (but I mean it's a Starbucks) Only issue is the drive thru is easily 10+ cars long at what seems like all times, especially horrible in the morning, but also it's a Starbucks so I'm not surprised.

There coffee is the best! I received great service with a smile and the drive thru moves along fairly fast. The only reason I can't a core a 5 star review is the price of everything on the menu is pricey.

Over good location and workers but drinks just suck I order a strawberry açaí with lemonade and they should make it how it is advertised in there app but it comes out so wack it either to much lemonade with a lot of ice or either taste like water I feel like there so cheap with putting the strawberry juice

It's walk-in and drive-thru only, with outside seating. Unfortunate. Still a great Starbucks in a busy part of Lancaster. Consistent quality for Uber Eats or takeout. Friendly baristas who are eager to serve the simplest or bizarre of drinks, no matter the time of day. A crowded setup with minimal waiting area, the outside seating is great. The service is great, the product is great, but the "remodel" took a beautiful store and butchered it into an atrocious concept driven by new corporate-management. Employees state AC is not adequate for such a large kitchen area.

Use to go every single morning but then they raised the price of coffee and tea twice in a few months. They have a great product but most times I just get regular coffee or tea and the price for those two items is just to high to go every day. So now I just go once in great awhile to treat myself to a specialty drink. Oh this is the eastside so beware of panhandling especially after dark. It can get dangerous if you get out of your car.

This site is my usual as it’s close to my home and job. Anyone who walks in usually gets greeted with a positive attitude and good energy. There’s just a few staff who make my experience very uncomfortable and not welcoming. Usually they walk past you and ignore you when you are there to pick up a mobile order. It’s just very disappointing to watch your drink getting diluted and sit because they chose to ignore you. I thought this was only done to me but no, it has been done to many of my co-workers and friends.

Two times in a row that they mess up my drink. Very inconvenient having to drive back so they can get it right. Didnt even apologize or offer an upgrade

The coffee here is not that great, Starbucks is over priced ,unflavored yet sugary at the same time its odd. The food is over priced and super processed. The teas and lemonade are cut with ice and you get under a half of a cup

Been coming here occasionally, for years. Lately i noticed the decline in value. Lattes are watered down. So, I buy another espresso shot (1 oz. exactly) for $3.50. That made the total price $9 ...for coffee!!! Maybe it's the fact that I've been going to mom & pops coffee shops, lately, that i noticed how much Starbucks coffee sucks! Overrated. Not to mention all the chemicals in their processed pastries. I'm just gonna stick to my Keurig coffee from now on.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I don't know how roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and basil pesto layered on toasted focaccia bread became whatever the heck I got. I asked for Impossible breakfast sandwiches, which they were out of. I asked the order taker what vegetarian options they had. She didn't answer, so we ordered the two tomato & mozzarella sandwiches after looking at the menu. Didn't even get to eat what we didn't even want. Now here I am wasting another 20 minutes at a Del Taco drive thru.

Make sure you come with enough time. I’ve been here a few times and every time it takes about 20-40min to get my drinks. Definitely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I had to put my car in park mode and watch them make my drinks. On the plus side they do get the orders right and the staff is friendly, it’s just VERY slow.

Dinning room was very dirty with trash on floor and dirty tables. Trash cans were full and the music was blasting so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. If I wanted to go to a concert I would. VERY disappointed!

Slow service. Not friendly Americano preparation, a little bit of regular old coffee with hot water. What a disappointment to watch the batista prepare my coffee that way. 😑 with 5 min to return to work. There was no time to wait. I had already been waiting. Forgot to mention no sleeve on the coffee cup. So hot on my hands.

Customer service was great. But they didn’t have a menu. How am i supposed to know what to get. Do i guess my order? Thankfully the staff was nice enough o read me the entire menu. I think it’s a waste a time on the staff and customers part

The cashier been so rude when I ask for the restroom she ask me if im be purchase something before open the restroom for me

Ordered 2 drinks. Wasn't busy AT ALL No cars in drive thru and no waiting customers there were 2 people already sitting on computer/phone with there drinks. So that leaves me being the ONLY customer to be helped. There were 3-4 employees working which should make my 2 drink order (1 frap and 1 hot - absolutely nothing complicated) easy to accommodate in a timely fashion. In fact I thought they would be done before I finished my transaction. However no they weren't before I sat down to wait I was asked my name. I sat. And sat. I know all about which employees need time off and such which ones are trying to trade hours for a trip to Vegas . And I sat. Finally I heard someone say the drinks I ordered and so I stood up thinking they were ready. NOPE! Just getting them started after at least 5-6 min. Of chatting about Vegas. Hmmm. Say back down. Waited .. and waited... Fast forward 5 more min. And one of the employees was like " there are 2 drinks ready at the bar" to another employee and then he walked looked at me and said are these your 2 drinks at the bar? Lmao! I said "proabably" got up and grabbed my drinks and walked out. If they are not going to use my name to info me that my order is ready why ask? And at the very least how About calling out the order so I at least would know they were ready!!! Nope just make them and set them at the bar expecting for people to read their minds. Wow!! HORRIBLE!👎👎👎👎

I don’t think it says ‘extra ice’ here. Literally more than half the drink is ice. 5 sips and it’s just ice.

I don't think I've been on a slower drive thru as here. Every time I go with an open and positive mind, but it's a deception every single time to wait 30 min just to get a cup of coffee. I believe they need to up their game. Hiring a couple of new people does not affect their revenue. Anyways, hopefully they can fix this issue.

Worst Starbucks in town.. They didn't even give me my whole order, and when I came back, they said they could not accommodate me in any way. Waste of 40 minutes for a cake pop to make my kid happy, just because of incompetent people that can't do their jobs.

I recently visited this location and ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino and a lemonade. Unfortunately, the Frappuccino was overly bitter, and the lemonade tasted watered down, which my niece also found disappointing. I had previously stopped visiting this location due to similar issues with the same drinks, but I decided to give it another chance after two months. Unfortunately, the quality still did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if steps could be taken to improve consistency and quality control at this store.

My initial order was a caramel Brule latte Frappuccino which is a cold drink usually . I got mines hot. So I went in & had them exchange it for a real Frappuccino & got basically an iced coffee . I had to throw it in my nutri- bullet @ home. So annoying. I felt wronged twice over.. thank God for my blender! They also let me keep the mishap. Ty I guess..

Lily has the worst attitude she runs the place don’t ask for anything without saying please she will yell at you, I asked for ice and she yelled at me for not begging for it. Her attitude doesn’t match the Starbucks customer service guidelines

I mean, besides waiting 27 minutes in the drive thru with no way to escape (on several occasions), they've messed up my drink (iced coffee, cream and sugar) 7/8 times. I'm a pretty simple person, so if you can't make coffee right, there's a problem with your coffee shop.

My Bacon Gouda Sandwich was Awful. The bacon was Flaccid and Rancid. We were also told that you cannot buy Cranberry Bliss frozen in the box. Since When? I’ve been doing this for years. This is and always has been the worst store in Lancaster. The only reason we continue to go is because it’s the only one in East Lancaster. However, as of now we will no longer go here! It’s not worth it! I’d rather drive a few miles away and receive good food and no lies!

I usually come here every morning on Wednesdays and I have no issues with my drink tonight I went and asked for three coffees they were all labeled wrong didn't even have sugar in them and they were not even hot I did speak to Hector which was in charge tonight went and spent $ on three coffees and all I receive was an apology. I was the only car in line at that time I don't understand why it was all made wrong I know that these people are taught right I will never go at night again!

There’s an employee that will literally argue with you that they cannot give you a straw even upon request, it’s ridiculous! I have even informed her I’ll pay for one and she’ll continue to say it is against their policy. The drive through thru is slow and ridiculous with someone telling you things like that.

I am super disappointed. I love strawberry Acai but this is the only location where they give me water down drinks!!! All the time!!! I always have them remake it and they ask me if I meant to order the lemonade. No I did not! I always order Strawberry Acai Refresher not lemonade at other locations, have been since 2021 and it’s never tasted watered down like this location. It’s super annoying, this is the closest location to me. They need retraining!

Really bad customer service, girl at the drive thru today has no manners. I had ordered a lot of drinks and she didn’t offer a drink carrier. Had me sitting there at the window for several minutes until she says my total, no drink carrier, no straws. I asked her a question and she didn’t respond. She shoved the drinks into my hand and turned away. The only thing she said to me was my total. Weird.

The worst Starbucks in town, Barista needs to be re trained, drinks always incorrect & come out horrible!
