Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

This is the Dunkin I always go to. I probably come to this Dunkin at least once a week and it’s my favorite. Staff are so polite and quickly make the drink you order even when you’re still paying! Very clean

Good location on the main road with parking and a moderate amount of seating. Service was very quick. I ordered with the app, when I walked in and they handed me my drink within a couple of minutes. Friendly easy going staff.

There are a million Dunkin Donuts stores. But the staff at this Dunkin Donuts is super friendly. They even get to know regular customers, like my wife, and have their order waiting for them. I suggest using the Dunkin Donuts mobile app and ordering ahead of time. Our food and drinks have always been ready and waiting for us, allowing us to skip the line at the counter. We sometimes even drive a little further and go to this location, even when it is not the closest Dunkin Donuts to us.

Consistently great coffee and donuts. I've never had a breakfast sandwich, but I've heard those are good too. I like this location because there always is more than one person behind the counter during busy times and I can usually get out quickly.

Ice coffee with milk only tastes spoiled. Not like fresh coffee. I have tried 4 different times and same thing. Tastes fine at other locations. Staff is very friendly and wait is never long

Its designed so you can't sit and enjoy your purchase. Do not go during day. The sun will roast your eyes out like an ant burning under a magnifying glass. Only go after the sun goes down.

Going in the morning is tough. Crowded and often my order has been wrong. I go to it at night and see the guy Willy who makes a great cup of coffee

Mon through Friday, the service in the morning is fantastic. In the late afternoon and weekends, the service is horrendous. There is one guy that has been there forever that never gets the order correct and never makes the drinks correct. Usually when I see him I turn around and leave. Today I decided to give it another chance. It was absolutely horrible. I watch him make my daughters latte. He filled a cup with whole milk, a squirt of flavoring and passed it off as a latte. He needs a different job. It's amazing when the women are working.

Convenient location on U.S. route 1 (west Boston post road),plenty of parking including handicap spaces and a handicap entrance. No drive thru or outdoor seating available. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Unisex restroom available inside as well as high chairs.

pretty bad service, the workers r pretty rude as well. Also I wouldn’t recommend mobile ordering later in the day because they run out of stuff, it will let u place the order but usually when I arrive they tell me that they don’t have what I ordered.

BE CAREFUL! Check your entire order at the store. Dunkin did not have the sandwich that I ordered so they did not include it, did not tell me and left the item and cost on the bill, so I paid for it.

Coolattas were not done well. Cashier never enquired what size. No coffee rolls. How do you not stick enough coffee rolls?

I get the same mobile order of coffee from this place frequently but every time the coffee tastes different. I just hit reorder, I don’t alter my order at all. Every time there’s a different amount of sugar and milk in the cup, like, a significant difference. No matter what amount you select in app, as I’ve since tested, you’re just going to get as much as the person making it decides that days. Mobile orders also take forever even when no customers are in the store, I’ve waited almost 10 minutes before for my order to be ready with only 2 other customers waiting, only for them to eventually tell me they didn’t have one of my items in stock, which was the entire reason I was told to wait when I first showed up. I’ve stood at the mobile order kiosk waiting for a drink for multiple minutes while three workers behind the register talked amongst each other and never even look over to see someone is waiting for a drink no one has started making. The only proper workers in the entire place are one of the managers and this very nice lady who makes the sandwiches in the morning

Worker had his pants hanging under his buttocks, while working. I wanted 2 gift cards and the rude female cashier said she didn't have change. Then magically, she had change. This restaurant desperately needs managerial oversight. OVERALL: I do not recommend this location.

Nice staff but the bathroom is always out of order. 90% of the time I think they just lock it on purpose, I like to wash my hands before I eat, Sadly i've had to avoid this dunkin donuts.

Rude cashier, not paying attention. Doubled my order and had to correct it. Then asked if I had ever been to a Dunkin Donuts before, Implying that I was dumb. I told him that I had been coming to Dunkin Donuts for 20yrs. I answered you must be new. I will never spend my $$ at this location. There are plenty of Dunkin Donuts in the area that I can go to without the rudeness.

Terrible service. Poor English language skills. Did not understand my simple order. Glass shield led to spilling my coffee and soaking my munchkins.

The lady made me feel a if she spit in my drink she got angry because I asked to heat up my coffee roll she proceeded to say they don’t do it then once I tried to drink my drink they kept laughing and was giving me angry looks I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone

Ordered for a sales meeting this am. 1st they forgot the box of coffee, then they put milk & sugar in what was ordered as a black, no sweetener ICED tea!! And the reorder was the same!! The phone was busy so we had no recourse. What is going on ?? It’s not rocket science!!

Store did not even let us in we were getting of our car and an employee looked at us and locked the store we had to travel with no coffee or donuts: It was 9:40 pm the sign said it closes at 10 pm. I do not recommend or do not come around 9 pm.

It’s the slowest location out of all of them in the surrounding areas. When you actually go into the store they’re flooded with online orders and will pay more attention and take care of the online orders before they even look at you. I went there the other day and stood on a line of about five people for a good 20 minutes or so while they got an abundance of online orders printing through their machine. People started walking out because they refused to acknowledge anyone standing on the line before they finished those tickets that came in after some of us were already waiting in line for quite a few minutes. I stood and waited in line that time but I’ll never wait there again. It was rude and inconsiderate. Darn good coffee though.

Paying almost $6 for 3 donuts and getting them all in one bag mixed up to each other is not good customer service. I would not even pack donuts like this even if I give them free... The only good thing about this place is the location...
