I can't believe I haven't left a review for this business yet. They're my son's favorite so we always get him a cookie cake for his birthday. The employees are so nice and helpful. They don't rush you and give you options.

I always go in for my brownie with walnut fix. Brownies were not fresh. I assume they were left over from the night before because I did go a little after they opened for business. I will go back, though. Next time they are not fresh, I will say something, everything being so expensive these days. These brownies are not cheap either

Love the service and the Cookie products itself. The aroma that fills the area as you walk by instantly grabs your attention. The staff always greeting and friendly and offers drive up service. Meaning you can place an order for a Cookie Cake and have it delivered to your vehicle by the main entrance curve where Luby's Cafeteria is located.

I don’t know why but employees are always rude at the store. There’s an atmosphere that the employees don’t want to serve you. I have seen employees come and go from the store but somehow most of the employees are rude. I have verified with different people and shared our experiences and it seems I’m not the only one that noticed.

Bombarding my son’s experience on cruchyroll is bad. 2 two minutes worth of ads back to back every 10 minutes. I have nightmares about you guys. Can’t you guys do some local advertising instead of hitting the youth with diabetic pastries? Let alone me going over, having bad service from employees with attitudes and closing super early. Tried to give this business a chance after bombardment and my son asking to have some of your products. Are you really treating employees right when they want to not even have a happy attitude and close early?

It was 6:25 pm a few minutes ago we went to the store by HEB PLUS, it was CLOSED. I would understand 6:45 pm but more than half an hour from closing? We were disappointed:(

Please update your store hours. We’ve driven over there several times and you all are closed when the site says you’re open.

a cookie a bought tasted like it was weeks alot the cookie its self was not soft at all

I've always ordered cookie cakes for my daughters birthday. As per usual my husband went in to the location yesterday to order a cookie cake for our daughters birthday. He was told the cake would be ready in about 1.5 hrs. We returned to pick up the cake and it was very pretty as expected. We took the cake home but when we tried to cut into it the cake was hard. Not soft like every other time we have ordered. No one ended up eating the cookie because it hard to chew and overall, a very unsatisfying experience for the cost. Not to mention my daughter was upset over the fact she didn't get to enjoy a cookie cake for her birthday.

I never leave reviews but after the customer service received at this place it’s a must. Make sure you double check your orders especially when having it delivered. You pay the extra fees and all and when it gets delivered incorrect the only solution they have is well come pick it up if you what to🤦🏼‍♀️ customer service in this store sadly sucks.

Online it says they close at 8:00 but sometimes they close sooner. Yall should really consider closing at 9:00. Also please help the employees smile a little. They all look like they are having a bad day every day.
