Los Olvidados Laredo Reviews
Los Olvidados is a cool café with a Santa Fe vibe and a carefully, curated collection for the five senses. At every turn, each corner was thoughtfully composed. The menu has enough variation to keep you interested but not too much to thrust you into executive dysfunction. Given the heat during our visit, we ordered from the aguas frescas section: El Quetzal y Pura Pasión. They were fresh and pulpy. You could see the natural separation of the fiber and juice. Perfectly refreshing. As you wait, you can browse their music selection, vintage T-shirts or just take in the music playing overhead. The tables are separated into sections creating intimacy despite the large openness of the building. As an introvert who dislikes congregate seating, that’s always a plus. Judging by the many stickers under the counter, it seems this place has many visitors and is well-loved. I hope it stays that way for many years to come.
A unique coffee spot nestled inside a local beer garden. Do yourself a favor and stop on by to try some specialty coffee drinks like the Cubanito and the Celia Cruz. While there are tables, you can also grab a seat at the bar or on one of the couches. They also offer books and board games to play with friends while you enjoy the afternoon.
Vibes are sooo good! Bit difficult parking since it’s downtown but SO WORTH IT! We enjoy the evening exhibitions, that promote local art & music
Incredible coffee shop! Such a great option from corporate coffee! The staff is friendly and the drinks are great! The ambiance, vibe and art are amazing! I look forward to all my visits here!
Best coffee shop in Laredo🤗. The place is awesome and the drinks are great!
This is truly a hidden gem in Laredo. They have an excellent non-alcoholic drink menu. I had the fermented pineapple juice and the Mexitalian sandwich (vegetarian). Highly recommend!

This place hasn't opened yet but the events they've had are truly different for this city. It's an inviting space and a great way to immerse yourself into the world of the regional artists that offer a unique arrangement of works. Don't forget about Los Olvidados.
BEST COFFEE IN LAREDO!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Been coming here for years great spot for you to hang with friends and have a nice cup of coffee☕️ one of my favorite drinks from here is El Magico and El Despeinado😋 their pastries are also delicious🍪 10/10 atmosphere and service 🙌🏼
Visiting from out of state. Found this cute and artsy Coffee shop! We enjoyed the music and relaxing ambience. ❤️
Great coffee! Cool place music and vibe! Loved the vinyl selection and cool vintage audio gear for sale! On my way to being a regular!!!
My absolute favorite place to go clear my mind and have a delicious snack and an agua fresca or coffee. Super chill atmosphere and the Mexitalian toast is delicious.
Los Olvidados is a vibe! It is unlike any other coffee shop in Laredo. The atmosphere is chill and eclectic. More importantly the coffee is delicious! I always get the Celia Cruz and the Mestizo. I’ve also had some of their agua frescas and they are very good too. They host art shows and music showcases regularly. Los Olvidados brings a different energy to Downtown Laredo.
10/10 the coffee and horchata I ordered was perfect. The vibe was so nice and the service was excellent! Will come again 🩷
I find myself someone picky about places to hang out, Olvidados has made me feel welcomed, the vibe out here is different and customer service feels like a family instead of corporate management. This is one of my favorites spots in town, they can be slow at times but if you come often you will understand why, they take their time to assure the quality its always good and smooth. I haven't attended much of its events but im totally supporting this place. Coffee its good, customer service superb. Oh just one thing I could point out... Dont get macaroons lol avoid those I dont even think they make em there but its a third party/local person selling em there. That is all
Coffee was good. When we arrived there was quite an amount of people inside. We sat at at table that had stools and they weren't comfortable.
A unique experience that steps away from your mass produce chain store formula. Their coffee beans are imported from Tonina, Chiapas and they have a smooth earthy flavor that reminds me of a dense jungle. Los Olvidados frequently features artists and musicians that most of the time do not have a platform since their work may not follow mainstream conventions.
I was passing through Laredo while traveling to Mexico and just happened to stop by los Olvidados. It was a great decision. The owner has a great depth of hospitality and did a wonderful job designing the space. The caffeine was on point too. I hope this place continues to thrive.
great little coffe shop. live the vibe and the staff was super helpful on picking drinks. It was our first time.

Been here a few times and we liked it. On this day the girl working was just not very friendly. She seemed bothered by us waiting to order and then waiting to get our order. I will never go to this place again as It is not cheap, I am a customer and did not appriciate her treating me or my daughters with the attitude. I do not understand how when you are a customer employees treat you like you are bothering them when you are trying to support small businesses.
Our first time at this place. It’s a good space but does need improvement. Whenever I go to a place I always look at how clean they keep it, how it smells, how it feels to be in there, if it’s comfortable, inviting, and how good the service is. This place needs improvement in all these areas. Drinks were good. Prices are good.
