Delicios street food 😋, we had the carne asada tacos, pulled pork tacos and quesabirrias, they all came with frijoles charros and drink. I'd recommend to pay with cash to avoid the CC fee
I went around an hour before closing and it was the best service and food ever! The staff were extremely courteous and helpful! First time trying their Super Quesabirria and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Had a delicious quesadilla with chicken fajitas. 3 adults and 2 children ate from the order. The price was $13.00 dollars.
Mall food is usually very sub-par, but for burgers and snacks....Tito's hits hard! We went for the Cheetos hot fries burger. Bam! Bacon, Ham, Hot Cheetos, Cheese drizzle, American Cheese..... 1 stop heart attack, but oh so good! The fries were ok. Can of coke 2 bucks, another 2 bucks if you want to have it in a Styrofoam cup with ice. I'll leave more reviews when I try another special burger or a cup of fries. They have a ton of special fries. Maybe we will try the pizza fries next time! We ate outside on the 2nd floor patio and watched all the cars going back to Mexico for the weekend. Crappy napkins. My son said the Magonado was great.....even better than Habibis!

Quesa birrias were good, but my kids didn't like their food... Quesadilla n beef tacos. Figures... It was hot and AC wasn't working well. Took tacos to my husband and he said they were good. So it could have just been kids taste buds and the heat.
Stopped by Tito’s Burgers & Snacks in Laredo and tried the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries. The counter staff were very friendly, helpful, and bilingual, which I appreciated. The burger itself wasn’t quite my style—the mushrooms and yellow cheese tasted a bit canned, the Swiss slice was very thin, and the patty didn’t have much flavor. The bun was on the greasy side, which might be a local preference. Fries were soft and just okay. Overall, great service, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark for me as a visitor.

I recently dined at Tito’s in The Outlet Shoppes with my husband. It was a bit pricey for lunch ($30). The quality was disappointing and a bit off from what we expected. The crispy chicken burgers and fries were bland for our taste, and the patty had an unusual flavor that my husband thinks might have been the sauce. The bacon was chewy instead of crispy, and the ham didn't quite mesh with the chicken. I only enjoyed the Brisk Tea in can. One good thing is the cashier who was cordial. I am thankful, though, that there is a diner now in The Outlet Shoppes.
I recently dined at Tito’s at The Outlet Shopped with my husband, and while it was a bit pricey for lunch ($30+), the quality was a bit off from what we expected, very disappointing for that price. The bacon was chewy instead of crispy, and the ham didn't quite mesh with the chicken. The Brisk Tea in can was the only thing I enjoyed! The cashier was cordial, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a good spot to grab a meal when you're in the area. I strongly suggest tweaking the chicken burger menu a bit. Their other menu might be good but next time I come, I’ll eat first. This is possibly my last time to dine at Tito’s.

First time here, cashier and cook seemed to be more focused in putting a song in their Bluetooth device than helping out customers. Tried their churro ice cream, but their churros were super hard. Not satisfied and probably Not returning anytime soon.
Tito burger used to be my to go when they were in the south. But when I visited the outlets I was excited to get their food for good old time. However, it hasn’t been the same sadly the food quality was not good and the worker who took my order was not in a good mood ://
Ordered and asked if we could get a little more mayo for the corn the girl was rude like if she own the place. Everything was really gross and was visiting from out of town. Never again.

I work at the outlets, sadly since this is the only place available for food we always end up getting here. But, it’s outrageous how the manager speaks to his employees. Yet, they decide to charge you for any extra little thing, employees are hella rude. Another thing was that they’re was a snack place across the street and honestly I liked them better than them, all of a sudden they closed down but I think the owner doesn’t like competition with any other food places cause they end up shutting them down. The prices are horrible and then charge an extra 3% commission if you pay with card. Like if he doesn’t make enough money he still charged u the extra 3%.
I only get the corn in the cup, because everything in their menu is bad! Be aware of their ridiculous high prices not to mention the upcharge for using a card. They really need more of a variety of restaurants in The Outlets. Shame they are opening another titos in the corner where Johnny Rockets used to be.
Went to the outlets the other day and I decided I wanted to grab a bite, for some reason this is the only restaurant the outlets had (I wish there were more) so I decided to get a cheeseburger with fries. The counter was a young woman who looked bored out of her mind and clearly didn't want to be there, I had to correct her on some things she got wrong before it was done. The price was outrageous for what I ordered. 29 bucks?!! I waited til my food was ready and that was when I discovered my burger wasn't even throughly cooked and my fries were tasteless. I went back to the lady who took my order but she had said she already was clocking out and the only person left there was the cook and he said the person in charge wouldn't come back til another hour. Unbelievable! I advise if you're coming to the outlets, don't bother with this. I get this is the only place in the outlets to eat but it's unacceptable and I hope Management or whoever runs the mall invests into other food businesses in the food court area.
I will N E V E R recommend this place, prices are really high, their food is disgusting (it make me feel like throwing out) and the customer service is terrible
The quality and quantity of the food was not good. $12 dollars for a boneless buffalo wings with Fries. The portion of the fries Were DRENCHED WITH SAUCE my fries were all soggy by the time I got my food. on top of that 4wings? I paid what looked like a small size fries and 4 wings. Mind u it tasted bland and got me sick. Also the cheeseburger tasted funny it had a weird after taste to it and was dry. First and last time coming here.
Our review -I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food all freezer tasting like refrigerator i asked for the nachos con carne mind you I could count the pieces with one hand but glad that I didn’t have more because it tasted old and the pico de gallo as well tasted refrigerated Then tostadas Siberia Same with that chicken nasty aftertaste y la tostada dorada casi quemada We asked for the chicken nuggets, kids meal, and a cheeseburger kids meal as well extra crunchy, fries those were for the kids and they usually finish that first they let half of them there , drinks were barely cold the one jalapeño I got was soggy. Now the speed of the service took a bit long as well being the only restaurant there I suggest you guys get more employees but as far as us we won’t be back
I really wanted to love this place. I went yesterday evening with my family because I kept seeing their social media content. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what’s advertised. When I walked in, the cashier taking my order was distracted and chit-chatting with coworkers the entire time. I even pointed to the menu to avoid confusion because they have two different items numbered the same. I let the distractions slide because I didn’t want to seem like a “Karen,” but sure enough, my order still came out wrong. Instead of helping, mia kept projecting fault onto me and didn’t mention fixing my order she just said “ sorry”. I had all these charges I didn’t ask for and claimed I for my order wrong because of the distractions . I finally had to ask the first cashier again just to get assistance. The cashier who took my order was actually nice and willing to replace it, but that’s when things went downhill. Mia (the same girl all over their social media) was extremely rude and passive-aggressive and came over to interrupt our conversation. At that point, Mia’s attitude was so hostile that I didn’t even feel comfortable letting them remake my food. I was honestly scared it might get tampered with. I ended up getting my money back and just watched my family eat. It’s disappointing because their social media marketing is what brought me in, but the behavior I experienced especially from the girl representing the brand online was the complete opposite of what’s portrayed. Hoping management addresses this, because customers deserve to feel respected, safe, and heard.
