Delicious fresh burgers, tasty fries cooked in peanut oil have that classic taste the place was full of flannel construction workers when I went there but the service was good and the food came promptly magic soda machine let you virtually make any kind of soda

Aside from the fact that the food is fantastic this location has the best staff! They are always in a good mood even when they are slammed. You can tell that they really enjoy working together. I always leave with a smile

So good, burgers and fries are cooked in peanut oil,which makes the meal light. You don't get the fast food "itus" from a cheeseburger and fries meal.Five Guys is my go to "cheat meal".

The best hamburgers of any chain hands down. If you can handle sugar, the milkshakes are top notch. (I can only have a few a year.). :-(

It's my belief that businesses serving food that's order made (ordered then made) and customers have a wait time, a friendly engaging staff is key.There are places that are overly friendly, but this is NOT ONE of them. During covid we struggle to find safe places to bring our children. My children love 5 Guys so when we drove by the children insisted we stop. The staff gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling today. At ordering the gentleman made me feel heard. I packed up my ketchup and plastic utensils they offered my a small bag. And when my order was ready the gentleman made eye contact with me and told me to enjoy my order and have a great day. I just really felt great about my experience today! Well done! Thank you! Great food, great service. We've ordered large orders from here many times and they've only ever messed up our order once. They always greet their customers with a smile and do their best to get your order done in a timely manner.

I walked in and the manager asked if I wanted a burger and how many patties before I even could order to get it out after. I was very impressed and very friendly staff. I was very impressed. Jeremy was his name and is an excellent asset to the team.

Really good burgers! Service is fast & friendly. Fries are tasty & abundant. The food is fresh, tasty and served hot. I like the roasted peanuts that are there to keep you busy until your food is ready. They have lots of toppings for your burger & they're fresh. I You can choose 1 or 2 partty sandwiches to suit your appetite. It's a little pricey but the food is tasty & the portions are good.

Good burgers with an astounding array of toppings, served with a ton of fries regardless of the size you ordered. Every location has great service and music. The only caveat: if you have a peanut allergy, you will need to avoid this place, as everything is cooked in or near peanut oil.

Has anyone ever not enjoyed Five Guys? Maybe some killjoy cardiologist, but still... This Five Guys is clean and -- at least at lunch -- gets a lot of sun. The dining area is a bit smaller than the other local Five Guys' but it's not at all unpleasant. The food is consistently good and they have those Coke machines with soda flavors you can't get anywhere else. I did notice that the portions of the French fries have decreased, but I didn't miss getting uncomfortably full.

We had the cheeseburgers. I had the cheeseburger with mushroom and onion. Cheeseburgers were excellent. We had a large fry. The fries were excellent. Restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean. Service was fast and friendly we had a great lunch. We made the drive over from Vermont We are sure to come back.

My first time here it was Sunday the 7th of June probably around 11: 30 A.M. I worried because I thought how good is the place if nobody is parked in the parking lot there were no cars there . No people going in ,no one sitting at the tables outside ,thought well I'll try this place see what it's like . I got the hot dog with what I wanted on it we already got our beverages next door at Starbucks . my friend liked their burger very much and I enjoyed mine it was cooked perfectly it wasn't raw inside it wasn't burnt sometimes when you tell people please make it well-done but don't burn it , it's always burnt but they listened at Five Guys & I definitely will come back it was enjoyable I couldn't finish the whole sandwich , could only eat a little bit of food at a time and it was great so I'll be back . they were warm & friendly & clean . we came back probably an hour later and the place was packed , people sitting at the picnic tables that tells you everything if it's good you're going to see cars in the lot .🍅🍄🥓🍔🍟🌭.

Best burger I've ever eaten, with enough topping variety to make almost anyone happy. Their regular-size burgers are 2 patties, and french fry portions are generous, so bring your appetite. Serious warning, though: everything is cooked in peanut oil. I know a lot of people have severe peanut allergies. If you do, steer clear.

It’s classic five guys, expect to pay a bit more but the burgers are delicious, and the fries are plentiful.

I come here quite often and the reason is... well it's amazing. I've always loved a good burger and can say its one of my favorite foods. That being said I was a bit critical when coming here for the first time. The result... I go a few times a week now LOL They just make a flat out great burger, no questions asked. You can put a ton of different toppings on it and their bacon is perfect for on top of a burger.. By that I mean when you bite into it, you don't drag out the entire piece of bacon - its crispy and breaks off so you can enjoy bacon with every bit of the burger. Bravo on a great place with great people. Check em out sometime you won't be disappointed.

Great location! Staff works very hard to help every customer. Nice menu options, fresh fries (they wait until you arrive for your order before dropping them in the fryer), and extremely delicious food. I don't think we've ever had an order issue or error. If we did, the Staff take great care of you to correct it quickly. Glad to frequent this establishment.

It's a Five Guys! Food is better than other fast food chains... McDonald's, Wendy's, etc., but not on par with eat-in restaurants. Kid friendly- they love the self serve beverage center and the peanuts! This location had very friendly staff. We've been a few times and if busy, the wait is short and moves pretty quick.

5 Guys amazes me. Their food is really good. Love their fries. Thepeople who work there are polite, professional, and friendly. What really amazes me is how clean the place is. Including the restroom! It's the only fast food chain I go to.

I ate out of here plenty of times. The food is tremendously delicious. And, the French fries are to die for. Hot and seasoned. Their burgers, oh boy whoa. Need I say more, you get your monies worth. If you haven't eaten the food there, what the hell are y'all waiting for. Get there now....

Yum yum yum. Was driving around for about 30 minutes and settled at this five guys, I am glad I stopped here. The food was great although there was a bit of a wait at the time. Luckily they didn’t get my order messed up like McDonald’s.

Always a good experience. Burgers are great, quality is good, and the fries are amazing in both quantity and quality. You are paying more for what you get, but it's always very filling and the burgers are delicious. Unlimited peanuts is a plus to balance the extra bit you're paying.

This was only the 2nd time since 2016 I've eaten at a Five Guys, and I was surprised at how non-greasy the burger was. My banana milkshake was killer; way better than Sonic. Service was fast and friendly, too.

Fast service, great people! I can't eat here regularly due to being on a diet, but I ducked in for a large fry randomly thevother day. The fries were so deliciously hot, crisp and tasty. Nothing beats their fries! I love the skin-on texture of the fries too. When I asked for ketchup the cooks didn't mind squeezing a little into dip cups for me and they did it with no attitude or frustration. And sometimes the little things mean so much.

It's been a while since I have grabbed a burger here, but it never disappoints. I got 6 different burgers and each one was perfect and the fries were perfectly salty and crispy. They had a trainee so it wasn't as quick as it could have been, but it wasn't due to lack of effort so I wasn't bothered. Took my wife there for a lunch date. Spontaneous I wanted a burger but not from normal fast food garbage. I was very impressed with overall experience at this Five Guys. (2nd time here as I live about an hour away) staff was on point and the burger was my top 3 I ever ate! I am in my 50s and a burger guy and that burger was incredible! I didn't see one staff member that wasn't busy. The peanuts were on point as well. I will definitely make a point to come to this Five Guys more! Fries were on point as well..

I don’t get all the fuss about Five Guys burgers. Are they better than McDonald’s or Burger King? Sure…. But the bar isn’t very high.

Good burgers and fries and shakes. Fries are gluten free and you can get a burger on a lettuce wrap if you have an allergy /celiac. Just be sure to specify its not a preference. Toppings are great and mostly free. You can even get bacon in your shake!

I've always enjoyed 5 guys. Went with my boss the other day and even the most miserable person who doesn't like anything enjoyed they're food. I think him thinking it tastes good is the biggest testament. Because I've never seen him enjoy anyplace we've ever gone.

Delivering food for GrubHub with my buddy, but having eaten here once on my birthday and take out as well, I can speak honestly and say that these are some of the best fries in the area. Cut fresh daily and while there are tables for in restaurant dining, the space is decorated with bags upon bags of the potatoes to be used for fries. The burgers are juicy and tender. Eat in or take out, the food is always good.

Love it! Always quick and so friendly. Did consistently great. Only have it 4/5 because the last many times I've been there, both ketchup dispensers were empty. Customers shouldn't have to ask them to refill, especially when there are two. They did have packets, but not at all the same thing.

Burgers were good but the French fries not so much. They must have been from the bottom of fryer or something. Some were super crunchy and burnt. Also way to salty for my liking.

The staff are very friendly, and my burger was very good. A really rough order of the Cajun fries is the only thing keeping them at 4 stars. They had definitely been sitting for a while, and I had to throw about half of them away because they were dry and hard.

They have a good formula at Five Guys. Fresh burgers, made to order and a generous serving of fresh fries. I tend to find that the burgers can be a little greasy, so opt for the "little," single patty instead of the standard double. Also, this restaurant seemed a little tight with tables that needed a wipe down.

This Five Guys location is decent. I love the customizable toppings that are available. And the fries, they give you a lot. There is no table service, but the counter staff was friendly. It has gotten kind of expensive, but still worth it every now and then.

Highly overrated. Food is decent but fries are trash and prices are way too high. Only white kids here from college think they are great. Very average to me.

The pickup process for online orders is a little weak. I arrived and told them the name on the order at the register. The cashier called back that I was here for the order under my name. Then I waited almost 10 minutes, during which time the order sat, fully prepared, on top of the fry station. The fry person finally asked if I was here to pick up an order, and then handed me my bag with cool burgers. He at least put fresh fries in, but it was disappointing. After months of takeout only, they should have the pickup process running smoothly.

Not that great of a burger. First one was not what I ordered had to send back for them to GIVE me what I wanted. First time being at this restaurant in a long time. Everyone was nice just didn’t give me what I ordered the first time took two times to get it rite and then it still wasn’t that great.

My helper and I had lunch there as our customer that morning gave us a $50 gift card. The food is okay but costs at least twice as much as any other burger joint. $38 for 2 burgers, 1 french fry and 2 drinks...if it wasn't for the gift card I'd never have eaten there. They do give about 6 russets worth of fries but how can anyone eat all that greasy stuff ? The only time I ate there before was a year ago...same customer gave us a gift card...

The fries should be a lot crispier, not limp. It took a very long time just to get two burgers. They did taste good though.

I had a good experience at Five Guys! The cleanliness and organization of this location are truly impressive. Krystal, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and helpful in taking our order. Despite the snowy weather and a full grill, our order was ready in just 5 minutes. It's evident that this team knows how to handle busy times efficiently. I would give 5 stars if they had hand sanitizer and gave that extra tray of fries like every other location.

$11+ for a Bacon cheese burger and a medium drink. Staff is loud and arguing from one side of the restaurant to the other. People behind the counter yelling at people in the dinning room. All the tables were dirty but two. One garbage can was overflowing with no sign of anyone trying to empty it. Burger wasn’t bad but not good enough to warrant coming here again. Only got the second star because the burger.

This location has gone down hill. The "grilled" onions are always raw and they don't actually grill the jalapeno when requested. My most recent order I paid for a bacon burger and they did not put the bacon on it and I live too far to go back for it. Finally, the fries are rarely hot (sometimes completely cold) and often taste of overused oil.

This used to be a good place to go to — the employees were friendly and their uniforms were always clean. Not so much anymore. The staff is rude, their shirts are dirty, and honestly their appearance usually reflects how they prepare the food.

Prices went up, quality dropped all the way down like a dead bird to the ground.. burned fries, each one I bite into just crisps away in my mouth with a burned taste barely any soft potato. Gave me an outrageously priced $17 burger with Wilty lettuce turning brown and soggy pickles… I lost a little bit more faith in the world today. Edit: went back to complain about it After I got all the way home and they fixed it So thanks, but still come on now. I’ll be going to BK next time for a whopper instead after this experience

I ordered on Uber Eats from the Niskayuna location and it was great. Then I ordered from the Latham location and it seemed like my order was ready for about 45 minutes before an Uber Eats driver picked it up. The burgers were totally soggy and a big mess. The roll was all soggy. They should coordinate the time the food is ready with the location of the driver so the food isn’t just sitting there getting soggy.

Only consistent thing here is how few fries they give. Ordered 2 regular size fries, one Cajun and one regular, they put them upside down and in the same bag. On top of that, the two "regular size" barely made one. There are two other 5 guys nearby, you're better off going to one of them. They weren't even busy, so I don't know what the issue is with this place. I won't be back here.

One of the staff screaming all the time. That is so rude. We went with family members, nad never again. A bunch of kids working behind the counter, playing we each other.

Canceled a delivery order for four people, citing "they couldn't accommodate "? Never had this happen before ordering from here, but lately so many issues with this location. I'll give my cash to a restaurant that wants it.

I usually buy from this location. However, I bought yesterday and could barely eat my food it wasn't good. The fries are usually the best and it was not good. One worker didn't have a mask on and was talking around the food should've walked out. Will be taking it back after paying $16.

I went to the register to order, we were there for less than ten seconds before a female employee yelled to him from the grill "how many patties?" We hadn't even had a chance to tell him what we wanted. I had my 12 year old with me and she was a little shy about ordering so the cashier had trouble hearing her. I told her to speak up and as she went to repeat herself the girl from the grill quickly paced over to us, right past the cashier, and looked my seventh grader square in the eye and barked "HOW MANY PATTIES FOR YOUR ORDER" It threw my daughter off so she didn't finish her sentence and the girl from the grill said "IMMA JUST GO BACK HERE" I started to tell the cashier my order again when she screamed at us from the grill again "HOW MANY PATTIES" So I said ZERO and walked out. Will never come back. That girl is extremely rude and unprofessional and has no business addressing my kid that way. Hire better people.

I’m done with this location every time I pre order i get there the food is done but still wait 20 minutes to receive the burgers my food just sits there in a bag with can clearly see. Then I finally ask for the food again and he just says my bad. Also instead of getting my large fry they give me a half a cup, with some cold burgers. 5 guys has the best burgers and enjoy the food but will no longer go to the newton plaza location. I do write bad reviews but this happened several times.

This is an absolute garbage restaurant with garbage employees. They are utterly incapable of getting your order correct. Items missing, entirely different order, you name it and theyve done it. When it's delivered they blame the delivery service, the delivery service blames the restaurant. Pick up? Same issue. Never right. Always an issue. Will NEVER be back

Unlike other Five Guys locations, this one does not include the typical extra fries in the bottom of the bag. You only receive what fills the cup. At these prices, it feels stingy and not in line with the usual Five Guys experience.
