First time having dunkin in years since my state or city doesn’t have one and it was worth the wait. The employee was friendly and polite and made our coffee so delicious my girlfriend said that she had the best macchiato ever!

The kids that works here are nice. Just want to suggest that they should more powdered sugar in the donuts. I noticed that everytime we buy Bavarian kreme donuts almost No powdered sugar at all compared when we buy in the dunkin donuts inside walmart. Kids like the powdered sugar donut so hopefully they see my review and do better ..

Staff was really nice and our food was good, but the 2 drinks we ordered had too much ice. We both asked for less ice and it was on the cup, but they were filled up all the way to the top of the cup with ice. If i’m paying $7 for a drink it shouldn’t be 90% ice.

Never been to a dunkin. Coworkers talked about the raspberry jelly donut holes and how awesome they were so i went to get some. There was about enough jelly inside to give some color but no taste. Ate 4 or 5 and tossed the rest. Maybe I'll try another location after seeing the poor reviews at this one that I didn't check before going

The drinks are great. But the service is TERRIBLE. One time I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting. Several times I arrive at the Dunkin half an hour after they open and nobody is inside, nobody answers the drive thru and the doors are locked. But the lights are on. ???????

The majority of the time they are going to be out of something that is on their menu not matter what time you go. They also have an issue with food temperature at times. Their premade food is sometimes cold in the middle.

I tried to do an order just to get my kids breakfast and the bagel minis came completely frozen in the middle my sandwich. The top of it is burnt the inside of the bacon is not even cooked fully and it’s not even the correct sandwich that I ordered. I ordered a sweet black pepper, bacon sandwich and just got a regular bacon sandwich I ordered hashbrowns and they came soggy and cold and falling apart, and I got my children some munchkins that tasted absolutely horrible like they have been sitting out for days tried to call the store to talk to a manager multiple times and never got an answer

This is the WORST dunkin location! I was excited to try this place because it’s an “on tap” location but left EXTREMELY upset after my visit. I ordered a small iced coffee with caramel swirl and get charged for a medium iced coffee with French vanilla?! I explained to the worker (Natalie) that this is not what I ordered. She then proceeds to argue with me that she made the correct drink but rang it up incorrectly. By the time I got home I tried the drink and realized she put vanilla instead of caramel. The drink tastes so bad and watered down. I’m so disappointed with this store. If someone says their drink is incorrect don’t argue with them, instead offer to remake it or give them a refund.

From playing pranks on each other at the expense of patrons or laughing about inappropriate things. The donuts on one occasion were still super cold from being frozen, and on another, they were old and not made correctly( powdered topping was not on the powdered donut). They are never helpful here and seem to lack training. The environment is uncomfortable because of the staff. I would not recommend this location.

I have had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel many times before today. It was cold when I got it. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bagel was hard (and different textures/colors). I ended up throwing the rest away.

The picture below is suppose tot be a Frozen Hot Chocolate.... So bad and this is the second time I asked them to remake it ... It doesn't have that much chocolate sauce in the drink. They stated this is how they where taught to make it. It's NOT. Someone needs to learn how to put Avocado on the toast.... It was so thin I could still see the bread underneath. It certainly didn't spend almost $4 to just have a price of toast with avocado flavor. PLEASE DO BETTER!

This place has gone to shit. Drive thru now takes forever. Multiple minutes waiting at the menu before they will even take your order. Then even longer for them to make it.

Coffee always has too much ice and the latte taste like water. If their drive through is busy don't bother . Your drinks taste awful and your food is cold. Kolaches were still frozen . Phone number doesn't work to call and make a complaint

12/11/25. I am a regular customer who comes every other week. Arrive at 5 am, workers don't arrive until 5:35 and I'm offered no discount or complimentary service. Please do better for the time and gas that I won't get back.

Dunkin is always my go-to but this location unfortunately sucks. This is the closest location near me and I give in sometimes and I’m always disappointed. The iced coffee tastes old, almost like mildew? I’ll drive 30 min further to the Murphy one, but I wish they would get it together here!
