It’s 10:15pm on Sunday and a competing fast food restaurant a half block down was closed early “due to a labor shortage”. I literally drove 5 miles to get food there and they’re closed earlier than their Google listing. Ended up at Taco Bell next door and Taco Bell handled business and had my order in my car in under 120 seconds from the time I ordered. The customer service on the speaker and at the window (same gentleman) as was pleasant and as professional as anyone can be. I’m totally impressed with this place and will go out of my way to be a regular customer here. Thanks for the amazing service!

Most people share a review when service has not been good. Rarely, I see some good reviews for customer service. I want to be one to share a great customer service experience. I went to a Taco Bell in San Antonio, Texas on Bandera Rd on the Northwest side of town. I have an autistic son who is very particular about what and where he eats. He loves Taco Bell, however I have to order something that is not on the menu. Carolina, the cashier who took my order was friendly, patient and understanding. She repeated my order to ensure I had things exactly the way I ordered it. I have placed the same order in other locations and while the service is okay, there is not much patient as I start to change things on the menu. I wish more employees like Carolina would provide service at all restaurants. By the way, she did not know and I did not tell her the order was for a special needs adult. She made our day!

This Taco Bell location is great! I was recently at a Laredo,Tx location and it was RIDICULOUS in the portion size, definitely not worth what you pay. Nice posted a review with pictures... so their management will know at least. They should get trained by the Leon Valley location. Taco bell is allllllways good. This last visit was no different. Coming here tonight was great. There was a drive thru attendant by the name of Timothy Washington. He was very professional and attentive to detail, he listened to every detail of my order to the finest of specificity. He is a great representation of this company and their core values. Very nice workers. The food was good and fast, and they work well together. The woman in front of us in line was higher than a cloud, and the cashier took care of her with a much higher level of respect and patience than I would ever have been able to summon.

I don't usually leave reviews at fast food joints because they are all the same. But I do have to give credit to the staff at this Taco Bell. The food was actually good, possible amazing. I went at 1:30pm, this is the dream team shift. They were nice and filled the burrito and tacos more than normal. The Baja Blast was crisp and delicious. I am leaving the review because I am honestly surprised on how good it was. Would definitely go again soon.

So this Taco bell is awsome! The staff was very welcoming and the service was fast! One thing I really liked was that they have a small table filled with different coloring pages and crayons to keep the kiddos entertained!!! Taco bell has never been kid friendly, so this was a nice surprise!

All my toothless mother wanted for mother's Day was beef burritos with no beans. We pulled around to wait for the order. Ashley came out to the car to verify the order and the modifications. She labeled all the burritos in our order. Fantastic service

I stopped in last Friday at 3:30 to grab an early dinner for the family after running errands. I love the kiosk ordering, i needed time to figure out what i wanted, and i love that you can customize everything on everyone's order. I had a large order and it did not take long, the employees were very nice and the food was hot and delicious when we got home. Great Location.

Love this location come here with my baby alot and they always gives good and hearty portions and my food is made perfectly the texture is perfect! Sooo good so quick and friendly too! I love to get the taco salad fries with spicy ranch and either an avocado chicken stacker or potato griller 🤤

My experience with ordering Taco Bell from this location could have brought me to tears. I have had an emotional roller coaster and have bonded strongly with the employees that I haven’t even gotten the name of (February 21 night employee/manager I think). I had spent about an hour, suffering without Taco Bell, believing that I was bested by a antagonizing door dasher, but whoever I was on the phone with had helped me in so many ways, more than just with service, but with surging my night. They had went to infinity and beyond to make sure I had the best experience with this Taco Bell, even after I had been wounded by the horrid driver that had tried to steal not only my money, Taco Bell, but pride. I will never forget this experience, and I will never forget how that employee had saved my Taco Bell, my money, and some would say my life.

Employee named Beck was very happy to help us and was a JOY!! My family has never been treated better in an establishment. We WILL!! Be back!!

This place is awesome! The food is like every other taco bell, but the service here is great. The workers and manager are super friendly, respectful, attentive and courteous. Unlike the Taco bell at Leslie road in Helotes, that has a disrespectful foul mouth manager, who is alway on her cellphone and disrespects customers in front of children using foul language. This location at Bandera road is special. I come here often and they never fail to exceed espectations. My kids love it here. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for quite some time now. The service is always great even though the food is mediocre. This last visit I was served by Rebecca who was extremely sweet. I believe she was new because she got a few things incorrect in my order but she was very apologetic and quick to fix it. Hope to see her and more amazing service next time!

Great customer service. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that the pull up location after paying for food at service window is in front of the building which isn't enough space for one car let alone two cars to fit without blocking the entrance or exit to the place. They should really come up with a better system than that.

Food is mediocre, selection is meh but the prices are just right for those midnight 420 post-nut cravings with your girl. 5.00 will get you five tacos when everything else is closed. Great bang for your buck and the latest hours really make up for the mediocre quality of their food.

The food was ok, but I ordered 2 soft taco Supremes and 2 Pintos and cheese. Got home a even though it said soft taco Supremes on the bag as well, I ended up with the regular crunchy messy tacos. I cant stand those! Not surprising as so many places have workers that just don't pay attention to what they're going. Although everyone was nice, in the end I ended up getting something i didn't order and didn't want.

Friendly service, good food. They can take a bit long to get your order out though. They did remodeling to the place and it looks more upscale than what it was before. This Taco Bell feels more clean and trendy.

Had a craving for tacos from Taco bell. Late hour was great for on my way home after a long day. Didn't realize how the cost was so high now to get taco bell tacos. Was not like I have had. Very little meat. More lettuce than meat. Just enough meat to say there was some. I didn't live that far but once I was home about 7 minutes later...... my tacos were soggy coming apart on the bottom. I do like taco bell but what happened to the prices and the quality of the food served.?

I have mixed feelings about this taco bell. I love tacos and i love taco bell. It seems they have had staffing problems in the past and the wait time was horrendous. I once sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, granted there were 3 other people in front of me when i got there, but still. But within this last month the service and staffing have improved. There are still a few that seem to not have any cuatomer service skills, but the majority of them now are very nice and even enjoyable to talk with. I believe they are heading down the right path.

Man, I don't understand what happened. We used to eat Taco Bell 5 times a week. Their menu lost half their selection. Their portions are smaller. Prices are higher. And everything we used to like on the menu is gone. At least the drive-thru isn't as long anymore. And now there is no Front counter cashier anymore. Just robots. I feel that soon there won't be any humans running the business anymore robots can easily make the food they are serving now.....if you want human interaction and good tacos. Try Mya's off of lesshearson and Culebra rd.

Customer services is okay. Everyone is pretty nice but I'm not sure who makes the food. I order the same breakfast burrito every morning and it's made different every morning. Sometimes it has cheese sauce on it & other times it's shredded cheese. Sometimes there's bacon on it, sometimes there's not. Sometimes potatoes sometimes not... you get the picture. At this point I don't even know what burrito they are giving me but it's definitely not the one I order. Hopefully they can get that under control.

I come here for lunch fairly often, as I don't have much time during my lunch break for anything beyond fast food. I come here because it's fairly cheap, and fairly quick. But it seems speed comes at a price. There's always something slightly off about my orders each time I come, which is fine. But this time part of my order was missing most of it's ingredients! No lettuce, no sour cream, no cheese, no tomato, just meat and a shell! Three stars because it's never usually this bad, even though there's always something mildly incorrect on every order.

I visited on 6/30 around noon. Rebecca was the nicest cashier and she was very patient with my complex order. She took extra care to make sure that the order was placed correctly. However the lady that I am assuming is a manager had such a passive aggressive attitude when we advised her that the order had avocado ranch. I have a dairy allergy otherwise I would have kept it moving. She was extremely rude and this is not the first time we have encountered this type of attitude from this same person. The food was good when we finally got the correct order. But the attitude is not worth it. I go here on my lunch sometimes but I’ll be taking my business to the Gordita spot that just opened next door.

Update: 2/5 A kind employee felt bad for how I was treated and replaced the whole meal. Thank you for treating me like a human, and doing what is right even though your manager was rude. Original post: 1/5 The customer service here is subpar at best. If they mess up your order they will refuse to replace the whole order. Laura will even attempt to make you feel responsible for not liking your meal. I would recommend going to any other fast food establishment in the area. At least they treat you like a intelligent human, and don’t talk down to you.

The lady at the drive throw was nice took my order. But it took a while before I got my food. Asked for hot sauce didn't get non and I also asked for no sour cream and the very first bite I took I got a mouthful of sour cream. So I didn't enjoy my lunch.

Staff was friendly, despite no one greeting us upon entry. Had to clean my own table in the dining room. Drink station was a mess. No hand towels in the men's bathroom. Hair in my Mexican Pizza. One team member said "sh!t" twice, which probably isn't a great image for any real business.

Beans tasted burned. I wish they would bring back the taco salad. They want us to use the app to get discounts, but they really make you work for it! You can't customize if you order more than one of the same item. Ex. 5 bean burritos, 2 without onions. It would not allow me to customize this order. I had to order it separately when I picked up my order! Very frustrating! 😡

I came in for Happy Hour and was charged regular price for the loaded grillers and medium drink I ordered. The food came out okay, but I'm still not happy that I was overcharged for these items. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell. They don't do well with the pricing.

I been here for a few minutes before him too. I worked a lot of fast food and restaurant business, and we never worked like that. Customer first and off duty employees can get there’s after. Especially when other people are actually working and have to get to work. Not saying I’m more important because of who I am but cause I’m a paying customer. Foods usually good and service is usually fast and friendly. Today the food was still okay I’m assuming as I’m writing this whole paragraph while waiting for my food. I went to Taco Bell for the first time in several months, around 10am. I ordered ahead on the app. I made the mistake of ordering a freeze instead of a Baja Blast with my combo. I asked if I could order a Baja Blast with light ice, like I had intended to earlier. The woman giving my drive thru order had no problem with this, she ended up stating that the Baja Blast was out, and needed to be swapped. Seeing as there was no one in line, I took this as her way of saying that I could wait for my drink of preference if I’d like but it will be just that, a short wait. Another woman “took over” after the first left and asked what I wanted to drink. I explained that I thought the first woman was just exchanging the drinks. She stated she was doing that, but it would take a minute. There was still no one behind me in line at this point, so I was obviously confused, but I asked what drinks they had. She stated they had Pepsi products, which isn’t helpful to me, personally. All that suggests is that you have Pepsi. I asked if they had Root Beer, they did, and I was handed the coupon shown in the picture for my misfortune along with a heavily iced Root Beer. As you can see, the coupon expired last month. Separately, I was only nearby this specific location because I was tending to other matters, this is quite a distance away from where I live and it would be rather inconvenient to travel to simply for a taco that is no longer guaranteed to be free.

Not sure what happened to the cinnamon twists tonight, but has a fowl chemical taste and lingering after taste. Almost seems like it was washed with dish cleaner solution prior to getting dropped in the frier, and or the frier still has residual cleaning chemical in it. Either way, not even the baja blast could wash away this taste in my mouth after only eating 1 twist.

Ordering sucks. Have to order by computer no human service. Was told I would be helped in 10 or 15 minutes if I wanted human help. Was paying in cash, told to use the machine. I did. After a 20 minute want still no order asked they said had no order. Didn't offer help. I left went next door to a real Mexican restaurant no fast food. Poor service and rude. Not everyone is tech savvy. Will not be coming back.

The service at this location is appalling. On one occasion they completely ignored me at the drive thru and did not even acknowledge that they had a customer. When I went to the window to try and get service, I saw someone in there cooking but no one came to take my order, or answer the phone when I called to find out why they weren't serving their customers. And that's not to mention the number of times they have run out of various food items. I love their food, but I may never go back again. I'm that disgusted with their level of service and I would rate them zero stars if I could.

We do a ride share service and one day my wife walked in to pick up an order, needed to run to the restroom and caught 2 employees in there snorting something off the sink. They quickly covered it up and my wife went about her business. WOW.

They took a very long time for a simple order. Asked to speak to a manager since one of the crew members was rude, the manager was “super busy”. I had asked for the triple layer nachos with beans and sauce on the side like i always do and all of a sudden they didn’t want to make them and said if they did make them again with everything they would have to charge me extra for seperating the beans and the sauce. My previous time there I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to leave with the wrong order, a completely different order not one item I ordered in my bag.. definitely going to another taco bell from here on out, suggest everyone else consider doing the same.

Closed For Business. Unlocked doors, walk right in, you will be alone, no employees are there, just a few people in the dining area having some form of business meeting. Very Quiet. No smell of food, RED FLAG. Franchise Owner getting ripped off. Customers are 2nd, not 1st. Whataburger is close by if you are hungry.

BEWARE they sub ingredients without notifying you. We ordered a 2 SHREDDED BEEF tacos. I had one earlier in the day and it was so good! I came back for more. After taking two bites, I realized it did not taste the same. I looked in it and realized it was ground beef. I called to notify them thinking it was a mistake and the manager clearly said " no, it wasn't a mistake we are out of the shredded so we put ground beef in it because it's the same thing. When I asked "why is shredded beef $1.50 upcharge if it's the same thing?" She said she didn't know. Then I suggested that they let customers know when they need to sub ingredients she said "no we don't have to." I mean I know it's fast food but dang, common courtesy goes a long way.

This location can’t make any order correctly. We’re charged for extra sauce and they give us none. We ask for no tomatoes and they put extra. I’ve worked in a fast food restaurant before and it’s not that difficult. Also, what Taco Bell runs out of ground beef? No line and no cars in the parking lot and it still takes 15 minutes at the window to receive our order. Buyer beware. Find another location.

Just went to the drive through only car in the Drive-Thru these people still couldn't get the order right. Probably because they're smoking pot. I can smell soon as they open the window . Tried calling the store to speak to a manager the guy wouldn't even admit if there was a manager there or not wouldn't give me a name like a coward. After telling him I was going to call corporate he just continued to hang up on me every time I called the store back no choice but to send a complaint to corporate directly in the hopes that maybe they'll fire these pot head works. Street taco seems like a way better option and cheaper too.

The place was filthy. the drink station had mold, so we tossed our drinks. employees look high, and nobody was at the front to take orders (If you're short staffed, put up a sign) stick to the drive thru for your own sanity.

I was excited to try taco bell breakfast I ordered a burrito and it was so sad there was very little egg or sausage it was just like eating a large tortilla with nothing inside. And...there coffee machine is still "broken". I've been asking to try coffee for months and everytime I ask it's the same answer that the machine is broken.

Well first off, this location is all screwing up my order. Even if I ask the manager to double check it has still been wrong when I get home. 2nd - Taco Bell no longer sells the Mexican Pizza, which was the only thing I would get for myself. They just lost a customer.

Courteous staff. They can just never get my order correct at the drive thru. After the third consecutive time, I just had to post. I have a big family and when everything is stacked in one bag, it's hard to check everything. Too many times feels very neglectful.

Worst location in San Antonio They keep getting our order wrong. I am vegetarian and my partner can not beef. Never mentioned beef and what do they give us. Waste of time and just took our money. Only come here if you want dirty beef. Will try another San Antonio location.

My taco completely fell apart due to being soggy. It was too disgusting and wet to eat. Absolutely upsetting since it was a waste of my money!! I hardly ever get the Doritos locos, so I’m incredibly disappointed I didn’t even get to eat this one!!! :(
