One of the best places to enjoy authentic traditional Leonese cuisine. Exquisite dishes, beautifully presented, and with excellent value for money. The restaurant is spacious and was packed, a sure sign that the food is fantastic. The staff were impeccable, but I especially want to highlight Silvia's kindness and attentiveness, which made the experience even better. Without a doubt, a place to return to again and again.

It's not a restaurant, it's a home-style eatery. For me, this definition surpasses the typical restaurant. This home-style eatery offers the same quality you'd expect from home cooking, if you enjoy it, and the service is friendly, like a family member is serving you. The quality-to-price ratio is so good you leave thinking about when you'll return. For me, it's a must-visit when I'm in León.

A very good experience, we had a tapas-style dinner, with spectacular prawns with fried pork belly, potatoes a la importancia, breaded anchovies and we finished with an exquisite oxtail, definitely to repeat and try more and of course the service was magnificent, everything very fast, very attentive and very tasty.

A very quiet and cozy place to enjoy a good meal. Very attentive staff. From what I could see, one of the dining rooms, with approximately eight tables, is open to walk-ins, as was our case. This is very much appreciated.

The most important thing is to book ahead of time. We didn't and ended up with a busy table, but the food and service made up for everything else. The cabrito was delicious, and the shrimp with bacon were exquisite. 100% recommended.

It was September 2nd, and a bunch of restaurants in the area were closed for vacation, so that helped us find this place by chance. The food was very good, but above all, I want to highlight the attentiveness of the waiters, attentive to any questions that arose and ready to recommend dishes from the menu and even any seasonal ones they might have at the time. I especially want to highlight Miguel's professionalism; he's a warm and friendly guy. It was a real discovery and a great success. Thank you for everything, and if I have the chance, I'll come back.

We were a mix of locals and Swedish, I would recommend this restaurant for any foreigners visiting Leon. If you wanna to taste the best the province has to offer and you add the kindest treatment from the staff, it’s a winner every time.

My wife & I stopped by on a midweek September night, hoping to taste some authentic local cuisine... I don't think that you can go far wrong if a restaurant is full of locals!! We were not disappointed with our experience!! We had the Gambas & Jamon starter, I followed that up with Bacalau in garlic and paprika, my wife had the veal sirloin washed down with a local Vino Tinto..I would recommend our excellent experience to anyone 5 stars all around.

An excellent dinner, mollejas guisadas (sweetbreads) cabrito asado (roast kid) and arroz con leche. Washed down with a truly excellent red from El Bierzo (how wines change, 20 years ago I wouldn't have touched a wine from El Bierzo, gut rot!!). An excellent meal, great service and certainly worth a visit.

Lovely food, great staff. Rafa advised us to sit inside as he knew it would get too hot by the end of our meal if we sat outside. He was right. I would go back as the food was wonderful.

We went there following a friend's advice who told us to try the "patatas a importancia" and that's what we did. So this is a partial review. The patatas a importancia are potatoes with onion, cheese and ham. It's 8,50€ but it's a generous portion and it's delicious. I highly recommend.

Se come de maravilla, comida casera de temporada. El vino de la casa es muy bueno. El precio ajustado a la calidad, unos 40€ por persona. Los postres son magníficos. Para repetir siempre!

Pedimos pulpo, escalopines a la cazadora, entrecot y tarta de la abuela. De beber una botella de Finca de Resalso y agua. El precio 92 euros para 2 personas. Buena calidad de la comida y servicio inmejorable. Muy recomendable el sitio.

Comida de buena calidad y bien elaborada. Precios un poco caros pero sin excederse. El local es la típica antigua taberna con habitaciones que tiene mucho encanto. La atención bastante buena.

Me esperaba más de este local. El servicio muy normalito. La carta, más de una taberna que de un restaurante. El espacio bastante abandonado (copas de la zona de comer de propaganda...). No sé, o yo iba con muchas ganas, o no era el día...

El local no está mal y las tapas no son para echar cohetes, pero son correctas. Hay muchos mejores y bien cerca de este. Lo que hay que destacar es la atención de la camarera. No se puede ser más borde. Solo por eso no volveremos.
