Great place I go there every day they have my order ready at the counter when I get there so I give it 5 stars that's just for their bagels I don't like there coffee I am a Tim Horton's person but that is my own preference but great customer service

Love how im always greeted with a smile. My order is always spot on thanks to Janet and Carol. I think the manger Scott is rude and could at least thank the customer for coming instead of having an attitude.

Hard working people and with customers that not always easy to deal with. Last time here the manager needed explain to a client something I couldn't believe I was hearing. Some people are just ridiculous.

Okay. I know, we're a Horton's area. And yeah, it's in my blood through and through. And yeah, I prefer their coffee too! But! I had some time to kill, my service was awful, and Papa (that's me, I'm Papa) needed some caffeine. Dunkin' was there for me. They had WiFi so I could not be excommunicated. That was amazing. The donuts I munched on? Also really good. And the night staff was hospitable, kind, and charming to an out of Towner in need. You get 5 stars Batavia Dunkin'. You earned it.

Order to go ready as I walked in. I took 1 sip and was amazed! Awesome combo for an iced coffee if I may say so. Sandwich customized exactly right. Staff super friendly and greeted me. The staff was dedicated to make it perfect. Thanks.

Good dunkies to visit if in the area. My son and I ordered hot chocolate and it was very tasty. Counter service people were friendly and cheerful. We didn’t order food, just cocoa.

I used a coupon for free latte but sad to say I ordered a wrong one but the crew in the drive thru was really nice and helped me straighten up everything so I can use my coupon! I APPRECIATED WHAT HE DID. i recommend this place for great customer service!

I was on my way back home to rochester. When our little five month old decided, it was feeding time and we did not have water unfortunately to make a bottle. (she wont drink unless its warm) I stopped here and the employees were just absolutely amazing and helped us out. Great people!! I could only imagine how great they are when it comes to getting food.

I think everyone knows what I mean when I say that sometimes your coffee will taste like swamp water or sometimes it'll taste like it's heaven sent. I'll always opt for Dunkin', but it could use some work on minimizing the swamp coffees.

Although the temperature inside was very cold it was a pretty decent stop in. I felt bad for the staff having to be that cold. I ordered a coffee and bagel, was pretty fast and nice and hot. I had one issue on a different trip but they fixed it right away, very gracious and apologetic. If you are in the area, you have to give them a try.

Always hit and miss with the food and drinks. I stopped by a few days ago and grabbed two breakfast sandwiches. One was burnt and the other didn't have bread toasted.

I've been here a few times and each time they seem to run out of something. When they have everything it's pretty good, unfortunately they follow the standard practice of putting the new people on register so my order was messed up a few times and the person didn't seem to understand the menu options. The place was too busy for anyone else to help her very quickly which only made it worse because the line had built up. The person in front of me also had their order messed up and the person behind me as well. Donut options seemed to be lacking as well, this was only 10AM on a weekend so I don't think it was because they were out necessarily, there just wasn't a whole lot of space for options, honestly Tops has more space for their donuts and they don't have the word "Donut" in their brand name. Never had an issue ordering just black coffee, I wouldn't know about the other stuff as I only drink black coffee.

This place is under new management again. And I believe they are working out the kinks and trying to get staffing. The wait time is not good. Once they get enough people staffed, they need a counter person to handle inside customers. It seems as though they are bouncing from drive thru to counter. Which again I totally understand. Again, I think they will get there. Just make sure you give yourself a little extra time if stopping before work or other activities

Staff is always great. And now that they seemed to be fully staffed it’s even better. But whoever is in charge of fixing the card readers and scanners… can we do that!! They haven’t been able to scan points in the drive through in over a week! And they can’t take cards if you go in so that you can get your points…

Today I went to Leroy New York Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru. The person taken the order had a hard time remembering my order. To the point where I had to repeat it a couple times. When I got up to the drive-thru Connor I noticed that the person making the order. Made the wrong size and when I was brought up to me. I told the person that handed it to me that it was the wrong size. She said to me. I'm not deaf and told me the wrong size because I ordered a large and not as well. To her credit. After all the attitude. She gave me the correct size. But when I got to work. I took a sip and it's not what I ordered. I usually get great service here. But today this person dropped the ball.

I like Dunkin as much as the next guy, don’t get me wrong. But like, just hire more people DAMN. Every time we order a wake-up wrap (the person who orders it asks for cheddar and sausage instead of American and bacon) it’s always wrong. That’s not even just this Dunkin it’s every single one in Batavia too.

My girlfriend and I went to LeRoy location to get breakfast on a Saturday morning. Needless to say that they had 12 donuts shelves empty and no munchkins. The reason was because their night cook didnt make enough. I'm sorry but this place is a donut shop and should have plenty of donuts

Gross learn how to clean. Floors, chairs, tabels, walls, windows, molding. Let's not be afraid of making people actually do there job! Tell them to put the phone down and clean the lobby.

Absolutely Horrible on 11/02/2024 waiting in line just for a dozen doughnuts for 25 minutes, More worried about drive-thru people and mobile app people than the ones in the lobby, What a way to Lose customers they shut the lobby down shame on them !!

Consistantly does not make drinks as ordered...hash browns were barely cooked this morning, tasted like freezer. Would have to say employees were not exactly cheerful and were border line impolite. This is why I prefer Tim Hortons.

Stopped in our way home....not sure what was going on but we waited over 20 mins in the drive thru...from the time we got in line and got up to get our order. There was about 3 or 4 cars in front of us. Not sure if they were very short staffed or what but that was crazy!

This dunkin just keeps getting worse. 15min+ in the drive thru to get cold under cooked food. Dont even bother buying the maple sugar bacon. They dont even but the seasoning on it. They just give you normal bacon. And i hate when this location puts all 4 of ur donuts in a bag with those little paper separating them bc all of the frosting comes off onto those papers. For the love of god just give us the 2 of the 2 donut boxes. I wish they would change something bc there the only dunkin close to us.

Missing items on more than one occasion. Still can't seem to get the order right even after repeating yourself multiple times. These issues seem to only happen with the same crew. The morning ladies on Mondays do the best they can with what seems like limited supplies. They bump this up to a 2 star review.

Staff is pleasant but when I ordered, I ordered 2 orders of the stuffed bagel bites and only got one order in my bag, as well as the food not being warm when I received it. It was not warmed through enough for the cream cheese to melt so I just got a big bite of cold clumped up cheese. The drink they made was delicious though. I’ll probably just stick to the beverages.

I went yesterday and today and they messed up my order both times. The first time the bagel was way too hard to eat and my coffee tasted like they put no cream and sugar in it. The second time my coffee was fine but they gave me a croissant sandwich instead of a bagel sandwich. I Understand that it can get overwhelming sometimes, I’ve worked in the food industry all my life. But they really need to get their act together.

I went through the drive thru I ordered my coffee. I got halfway to my destination and realized that they gave me the wrong coffee. When I went back about 3 hours later. I let the same lady know that they gave me the wrong coffee when I came through this morning. And she said well you know that we were busy this morning. Is this how they're training employees now not to care about getting the order right. We pay good money for our coffee. I couldn't even drink it and she didn't even care.

I got overcharged and when I told the clerk, she had thrown my receipt away. Supervisor comes over and reams the girl out in front of customers. I said forget it to get a refund but next time look at the prices. Next customer might not be so nice.

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but ordered 2 coffee with cream and a bagel. Received coffee no cream. It took 10 min to get a staff person to put cream in the coffees. I won't go back to this location. Never had issues with other Dunkin donuts just the LeRoy location.

Was charged 1.00 extra for butter. Usually don’t get charged at other DD. Didn’t get it. Dry sandwich. Complained to corporate and got a call from local store. Left them a return message and no reply. I don’t ask for extra butter any more.

Place is an absolute mess. Every single time I go there they mess up the order and blame the customer out loud. I asked for a large and they gave me med and to fix it they put the med in a large cup and gave it back. An infent could do better than these managers there.

You should order about 30 minutes early, and they will still get your order wrong. I do not recommend stopping here. And straws are always out.

Very rude servers every time I go there. Always out of bagel and the last time I got one I had butter and cream cheese put on it and there wasn't any cream cheese on it when I got back to work but was charges for it. Customer service has gone down hill so much with this location

Horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order to be picked up inside. When we go there the doors were locked and no one would open the door. The line at the drive thru was around the building but since I already paid I had to wait. We waited for 40 minutes. This is the last time I will ever go there. I don’t know how this location has remained open, I have had one bad experience after another, each time getting worse.

Just horrible. Never coming to this location again and i just live up the street. every.single.day something is jacked up. I just cant no more. Ive tried to be patient and understanding. Maybe i have just gotten bad luck? But every time? Come on lol

If I could rate this Dunkin with no stars I would. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Coffee is always made wrong, the staff gets an attitude problem. I’ve even had the big boss of the store give me an attitude. But you can still keep raising those prices? Never knew it was so hard to put cream, swirl, and coffee in a cup and stir it but this dunkin doesn’t even know what that means. Get better managers, stop giving your regular customers attitude when their items are wrong and they’re the paying customer! There is no excuse.

Can you tell me where is all the Everything bagels are? Never have them! UPDATE Came back after 4 years: I ordered a sourdough sandwich they didn't have it. I ordered a Boston cream donut? They didn't have any? Are you kidding 🤣 I got a coffee. Yes they had coffee and I let them pick the donuts that they had. I just wanted to get out.

I just moved in down the road and was excited because I lived so close to a Dunkin. coffee is fine, but Unfortunately, the staff can't take an order properly to save their life. Don't know if it's bad equipment but they always have to read it back and I need to correct them just to have it still not right once I get it. 2) I swear the food is never cooked all the way through. Weather it's egg wraps or bagels, None of them ever seem cooked enough. I'm not A fan of having oily residue left on my egg wraps when they get cooked normally at every other Dunkin. All in all it's a shame. Was really excited to live close but now I have to drive back to another town just to get good breakfast on my way to work or just start cooking my own all together and skipping bad Dunkin

Zero stars if I could. Have placed numerous to go orders and they are NEVER made when I arrive. Places my order at exactly 7:30am. Arrived at 7:44 and my ticket/receipt wasn’t even ripped off the printer and my coffee was no where near being made.

Ordered on line, just to find out when we got there, the doors were all locked and their system was down. Yet it was up enough to take my money on line. They could have at least filled the paid orders. When calling the phone number, if you have any problems, was no longer on service. HOW FREAKIN CONVENIENT !!!! YOU OWE ME A REFUND !!!!!! Also, LOST THE CREDITS OFF OUR ACCOUNT, THAT WE USED FOR THIS ORDER. !!!!! Ordered through Batavia. and EVERYTHING was correct. Unfortunately after Leroy stole the credits, it cost more money than the original plus the order itself.

Pre-ordered a drink 8:47pm, drove the 7 miles to pick it up. Hours posted show 10pm, app allowed me to order. I arrive at 8:56pm for my order, drive thru order employee greets me with, We close in a couple minutes and don't have much, what would you like? I responded, with "my on the go order"? Employee response, yah....well we didn't make it because we needed to clean the machine. No offer of anything else. Super frustrated that I chose to support my home town store vs. 2 closer options while I was in Batavia, now have to request a refund for it via customer service because it still charged me for a drink that I didn't even get.

I went there before church last Sunday and the guy named Jerod was rude, used colorful coments in front of my developmentally delayed granddaughter, called me nasty names and acted like I did did not have a right to be there because I am disabled and asked for help with the door. I know several people have quit lately (according to the one girl who was nice at the drive through where I went on the way out because I forgot my daughters Iced Cappiccino) she appoligized for his actions but I will never go there again and I certainly never recommend that any Christians go there, especially with children, as they clearly have an attitude toward anyone dressed up before church. I could barely console her when we got home.

Stopped for a cappuccino Tuesday night oct 8th about 5:15, ordered a cappuccino, took 10 minutes, I knew something was wrong when she handed it to me, it was cold, so we had to turn around and go in, asked why it was cold ,she laughs and says machine is not working right, why would you sell that shit to someone, it was almost $10 , so my wife went in wed am to get refunded or a cappuccino, didn't know how to refund our $, steamer still not working, so took some donuts instead, don't know how this place stays open, rude staff, last time I'll ever do business with them!!

This location is horrible! They charge a $1.00 if you want butter on your breakfast sandwich. They never have the croissants for your breakfast sandwiches. Today, I went in and I stood in line for 7 minutes before the manager asked the young man to get the counter. I placed my order just for them to tell me that the croissants were still frozen. The person that was in front of me waited 11 minutes to have her order taken and she finally left. The person behind me was there for less then 5 min. and he left. All they care about was the mobile and drive- thru orders. Poor Customer Service !!!

The WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been in!!! 40 minutes to pick up a pre order!!! Ice was melted in the drinks before food was finally done!! High school kids running it. One left...on a Sunday morning, said she had a doctor appt. They had the manager on the phone...it was an absolute disaster!!!!

Waited 45 minutes in line for coffee! Then got asked what my coffee order was once I reached window. Watched multiple people leave line during 45 minutes of not moving. This is a drive through not fine dining they need more staff or different managers because 45 minutes is crazy! Next time I will just go to Batavia.

i received the wrong sandwich and went back. they remade it and i took a bite and the whole sandwich was frozen so i go back to get a refund and one young employee says “ look who’s back” then proceeds to talk badly about me to her friend. girl should be fired

Extremely slow, very poor customer service and very understaffed. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and 2 simple drinks. Also did not have things that were on the menu. Very dirty place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. How is this place even still open? The employees have zero training bc there is no management. The manager is never there and unreachable. I went through the drive thru today and got charged for a $5 drink that I never ordered. When I asked for my money back the lady told me "nobody here knows how to do a refund" are you kidding me. I had to write my name and number down on a piece of paper for Mariah the "manager" to call me. I will never hear from her bc they don't know when she will even be in. Does she just come in when she feels like it? How do you have staff that don't know how to do a simple refund? This place should not even be open bc they are not capable of running a business. They then proceeded to give me someone else's order. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT COME TO THE LEROY LOCATION!

I ordered a vanilla late and it cane iced not how i asked, this isn’t the first time this dunkin has failed to get my order right. It seems the management is always poor. Given the fact thats it was not busy they should not be lacking this hard as a fast food store.

This place is easily the worst in town. Im a very loyal person, I just like to get food before I work all day. This Dunkin is by far the worst place to go. There is doubt about it. If there was a Starbucks or Tim Hortons this place would go out of business. Some workers are flat out rude and act like doing their job is the end of the world. They will make you wait 15 plus minutes for something super simple. It dont have to be busy. You guys might as well close and let a legitimate business have this spot. I feel bad for the few good workers they have because the bad ones make this place suck! I wish I could get proven wrong here but everyone knows its true!

I can't even give the food, service or atmosphere a star because the doors were locked at 12:30 on a Saturday. There were workers inside and when I knocked they saw me and then walked away. There wasn't even a line in the drive through. If the drive through is just going to be open, at least have the courtesy of putting up a sign or saying something.

Extremely slow service. It took over 25 minutes to get through the drive through (about 10 people ahead of me when I arrived). The breakfast sandwiches have tasted like cleaning chemicals multiple times.

My coffee literally tasted burnt. My brownie donut had barley any filling. Couldn’t even get my mobile order correct. Do better.

UNBELIEVABLE!! I placed an order through the app hoping to have a quick drive thru visit. My order processed through my card but did not process in the app somehow. I had proof I was charged literally minutes before I came to the store. I went in (had my baby in my arms and everything) and explained to the employees what happened and they basically told me "not our problem" and told me to "Google it" in order to fix the issue. Seriously??? Based on reviews, I see I'm not the only one struggling with this location being total garbage. Its unfortunate that they have basically free range to be total jerks that make gross under flavored drinks or undercooked food because they have no competition close by. I will be contacting corporate. All I wanted was some donuts for my kids on the weekend and it turned into a whole thing ... Edited to add: There was a post made on a local FB page concerning this location and the recent "glowing reviews" are friends/partners of the employees.

Went there this morning and very rudely told I should have pre-ordered and then the bottom of the donut box soaked in coffee and all over my seat. Terrible way to talk to a customer that made a purchase 😕

Consistently gets orders wrong and management is rude to employees and customers. Very, very slow service as well. Not uncommon to spend 15 minutes in the drive thru and having to remind them what your order is several times.

There is some employees that are absolutely amazing and then there is some that don’t care about their customers today I ordered a hot chocolate and I got a coffee and so I came back to get my hot chocolate wasting gas the one employee was upset and told the employee that did my order and the British server said what never looked at the sticker when completing my order and all he said was sorry never giving me back my money or a free drink for the next time just a sorry I could be allergic to coffee or something in the coffee and he could’ve killed me but thankfully I am not

Horrible Dunkin. Most of the time they mess up our drinks and food and bad service. This place should get shut down. Got a large frozen matcha and they only filled it up three quarters of the why. Waste of my money.

The worst Dunkin in NYS. 50/50 chance they get your order right and that is being generous. Today I had to come back twice for two missing items and not even an apology. Just “ok, ok, I got it…” They mix the drinks different than other places and doesn’t taste the same. I just don’t understand! I’m in a Dunkin somewhere almost every day…they just can’t pull it together. I often drive 30mins out of my way to do to a different Dunkin. But they suck me back in because it’s the only on in LeRoy…I think maybe they can get it right….but nope. Who owns this place?

Gotta be honest — only one guy working here actually seems like he wants to be there. Even a simple coffee order (1 cream, 2 mocha) somehow gets messed up every time I’ve been here. Most recently, I waited what felt like forever for just a dozen donuts and a coffee. Isn’t this supposed to be a coffee and donut shop? I ordered 12 donuts and heard the lady behind the counter say to the worker, “be careful selling that many at once” — seriously, what does that even mean? To be honest, I’ve never had to write a review like this, and I’m not even mad — just disappointed. Dunkin’ is usually a reliable place, but this location feels like it should be shut down. Read any of the other reviews — I’m clearly not the only one. I really hope people start going elsewhere.

We visit this Dunkin regularly, (daily, sometimes twice a day since its close to our camp). We arrived this afternoon to get our fix and sat at the speaker almost 10 minutes. No one told us they'll be with us in a minute so after a while, we started calling out to the speaker asking if they were open. No answer, waited longer, nothing. We drive around to the window and there's one car at the window, we wait. We pull up and explain why we are at the window and asked if we could place our order there instead. The girl asks her manager and she bites back with "They're NOT ordering at the window!" Very rudely. Then the manager comes over to the window and I started to explain the situation to her and she says "Yea, well we only have two people". And told us we would have to go around back to the speaker again, and there were 4 cars up at the speaker waiting now. (Not to forget the 3 that left behind us at the speaker while waiting). 😬 I pull up to Dunkin and walk in and ask for her Coorporate customer service number. She replied "I'm NOT giving you that!", Wow. We left. Contacting corporate on Monday.

I waited 15mins in line, only 3 cars ahead of me. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and med ice coffee (not apart of 6 dollar meal deal) so I spent an extra four dollars. Then I received the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I tried to call the store and their phone is disconnected. I feel like this is a big joke.

This location has terrible customer service. You either wait inside for 20 minutes or sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordering ahead is the only way to get your order in a decent time frame and usually you still have to wait forever.

Me and my friends come in atleast one a week before school, we are here as if right now and it is always as slower as ever, two people working, my friends have been waiting here since 7am it’s 7:31 and they mobile ordered. It’s not just the waiting that’s the bad part, it’s the lady working every time we’re here. She doesn’t ever put enough flavor in for my friends and so we ask for more she rolls her eyes or gives attitude. It’s been this way for a month, and it’s not like oh we’re being rude by asking for more flavor, bc the refreshers taste like straight lemonade, everytime. Just now my friend went up to her and asked her to add more and she gave her attitude and said wait a second, still nothing. My other friend just ordered at the front after waiting for 15 minutes just got her change through at her as well by the same person. Time is ticking and mobile orders from 6:50 are still not done at 7:36. I’m typing this as I’m sitting in here and this is all currently happening, this Dunkin sucks and so do the people working, the only two people working the busiest hours of the day for them? Make that make sense, this is ridiculous, here is a photo of a the refresher that got told to wait a minute and another one. We wouldn’t be asking for certain tweaks and stuff with our drinks if she would’ve made them right the first time. I’ve had it with this worker and this place, get more employees and TREAT THEM RIGHT so their not miserable, you learn nothing from these reviews, hope this helps. The lady is short and has glasses. 2-28-25 employees had the doors locked at 7pm. The sign said open till 8pm but they were not interested in serving any customers, completely unacceptable. Two employees inside a young guy and girl. The girl employee was in the bathroom with 2 non employees who proceeded behind the counter where they didn't belong while young guy was counting the drawer cash. Phone was off the hook when I tried calling the store from the parking lot. Why do we have such terrible, careless employees working at this location in leroy. Being paid to do a job they are clearly NOT doing!!! They need to be fired immediately!!!

Update, tried this dunkin one more time. As you can see in the photo, they completely burnt my sandwhich. Never going here again. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Hot coffee is either cold or not made right. Iced coffee is always way too bitter because they do not make it the way they're trained to. Wouldn't even bother with their food..
