This place is absolutely amazing. The burgers were so tasty and good. It was our first time here, and if I ever go back to West Texas, I'm gonna stop here and eat again. The food was fast and delicious. Wish yall had these in South Texas. Yummy 😋

We walked in, as three different high school football teams walked in. Their staff held it down. Got orders taken, processed, and out in under fifteen minutes. You can imagine, roughly, 40 pubescent boys, with all of their energy, and the staff did a great job. This is in a small town, so I don't know how busy they get. But, they worked their tails off, and made it a great experience, for everybody. Kudos, Levelland Braums!!!

Tonight it was chicken for us both, and Dad tried their vanilla shake. He thought it was great. Afterwards, I stopped on the market side and bought half-and-half, whipping cream, and bitter. Then came the difficult task of choosing which three-pint containers of ice cream we wanted: I chose vanilla chocolate chunk (no sugar added), while Dad chose Banana Walnut. Way to kick off Labor Day weekend!!!

The building is very well kept outside. This was a drive through experience for me. I was getting burgers for my mother & l to share. The order was taken quickly. The employee was polite and took the order correctly and the burgers were cooked and prepared as ordered. The food was hot w/ fresh ingredients. We will eat here again.

2 salads and a burger combo got everything but the fries. They’re never that busy but you always have to wait at the speaker and the window. Not worth the wait.

Food was cold from the drive through. Took them 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 kids meals. Only reason for the 3 stars was the window staff and food runner were actually really nice.

The ice cream is always great but they’ve had the same flavors all summer and the food has really gone down hill over the last year.

My family and i really like Braums. Today we went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was rude and didnt want to fix our drink. She kept giving us root beer and we didnt order that. She use to work at Littlefield Mcdonalds and was rude there too. She threw my husbands chicken strip dinner in a bag and i had to dig everything out and put them in the containers. Usually they put the chicken strip dinner in a styrofoam container. Maybe they were out but she didnt need to throw our stuff in a bag. This woman needs a different job that doesnt deal with people. She lacks people skills.

Horrible experience coming from California rude over the intercom there was no one behind me and I was rushed. Ice cream was the only thing good. I don’t know about all of them but levelland failed foe me.

Won’t b returning, no one gtlreeted is just walked up to the register and looked at us, long blonde hair in French fries, got the eye roll when I went and asked for fries WITHOUT hair, called out fries r ready, threw them on the counter and made no eye contact when I picked up the fries….TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

My family and i really like Braums. Today we went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was rude and didnt want to fix our drink. She kept giving us root beer and we didnt order that. I have been going to the Levelland location sense they opened. Breakfast is always great but every time I go for lunch they never get my order correct. I hate leaving bad reviews but I never get what I order. The managers are great and apologetic every time but I an limited in time for my lunch break and can not take the time to deal with it every time. Today I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich but got a cheeseburger.

Breakfast was terrible! Never had a bad breakfast before but this time it was BAD!! Told they would make it again and after 30 minutes, we asked for a refund and told that they were making it. Five minutes more and the eggs were just as crusty and the tater tots and sausage along with the rock hard biscuit were heated in a microwave. They have good ice cream but stops there.

I got home the other night(3 mins away) and my order was cold as can be. The patties looked like they sat on the grill for hours and the cheese wasn't even melted. It makes me really sad because it happens everytime! The only good thing is that the employees are always smiling and happy. I just want a nice fresh meal for once! ): it's like the night crew comes in and cooks a bunch of stuff and it just sits there waiting to be ordered instead of it being made fresh. Super sad.
