Barbecue here is done right it's so flavorful it's a nice portion I would say the barbecue sauce is too hot but not everyone would agree I just can't seem to find the sweet barbecue sauce without the massive kick

Dickey's of Levelland catered a luncheon for us here in Lubbock and the food was on time, hot and the best BarBQue we have had! Sides were fabulous especially the Mac and Cheese! We will absolutely use them again for our catering!

Where to start... 6 people working, 6 people greeted me. Food is great, hot, fresh. Leaving everyone thanked me for coming in. So great to see this in a restaurant these days.

This place was a pleasant surprise, the staff are some of the most pleasant I've encountered, if you want great BBQ I recommend Dickeys, it seems to be a family oriented place, clean and fresh, try the free ice cream, I will definitely be back, and I recommend you eat slow because the portions are generous, have fun and enjoy.

That was the best chopped beef sandwich we've had in a long time. The fried okra was hot and crunchy. We'll definitely be coming back when we visit my folks in Levelland.

I had the chopped beef and the hot link sausage, it was delicious. I tried all three BBQ sauces and really liked the original and the spicy. The employees and the atmosphere were really great. On the way out, I saw this lady with a loaded baked potato with ham on it, and I believe when I go back that will be my next meal.

Feb 25, 2023. Dickeys catered our company's annual anniversary event, hosting 120, in Lubbock TX. They provided us with exceptional service at a great price. The price they quoted was what I paid (not always so when it comes to caterers) and even with delivery, setup and buffet service, was lower than quotes I received from other restaurants here in Lubbock. The food was amazing! 100% will be using them again!

I've had a brisket salad, chicken over potato casserole, 3-meat plate, and the brisket Mac n cheese. All were great! Dickey's is my new favorite place to go.

Shout out to AMANDA- she was working the counter and the drive through totally by herself. And she was friendly, courteous, quick, and keeping her cool and managing everything great! The dining room was clean, the food was delicious and a great value. The Thursday daily special was 12.99 for pulled pork, sausage, 2 sides, a roll, drink and ice cream. We had to ask for a takeout box. We were there around 3pm. It wasn't crowded but there was a steady stream of customers at the counter and drive through. Businesses need more workers like AMANDA- she's awesome. I think she deserves a raise! Thank you Amanda!

Dickey's is THE PLACE for BBQ in the area...the perfect mix of quality, value and great service from the team make this a must stop if you are in the area looking for some Texas BBQ. I couldn't decide what to have so I was very kindly given an off menu 'little bit of everything' and not one thing disappointed. I was with 4 others and their feedback was very similar. If we are ever in the area again these UK based storm chasers will be stopping by. Any chance of the recipe for those cowboy beans? Thanks Y'all.

The two lady staff members were very friendly. They took our order and began working on chopping meat for our meals. Everything we ordered was super fresh and absolutely delicious. The warmed sauce was so good. We loved how clean the yesterday looked. We were very pleased this this Dickey’s location in Levelland, Texas!

The staff was very respectful the manager on duty was nice and greeted up upon arrival we dont have one in Lubbock due to unknow reasons I had to come by they are not shy on the meats they give you just the right amount If I am around the area or if I can make the drive I take the opportunity and come over they never let you down here and thats what I like its very consistent made our food fresh and was awesome

90% of the time the experience has been great here - love the food and the company uses good ingredients, they are very outspoken about this which I appreciate. The cost is good for the quality, especially if you don't buy a lot.

Service can be better with certain employees. For needs better inventory so don't run out and lower prices.

Usually pretty good but not so much this visit, brisket was dry and discolored, bread was stale, beans and potato salad was fine. At $18 for one meal it needs to be great. 🙁

People were very nice. However ice cream machine didn't work, out of sweet tea & you could hear employee arguing with management because he was quitting & leaving her in a bind they were very loud.

Food was ok but the drive through was a nightmare. Took forever just for them to get some of our order incorrect. This was after them asking us about 3 times what we had ordered.

Food is always great. Even if meat gets wrong. We know it will be good. But always missing items along with wrong food given.

Barbeque is a tough category to judge. Once you've had really good BBQ, it raises the bar pretty high. Dickies isn't bad by any means, it's just not as good as some of the top tier I've had before, so that's why I give it 3 stars. I do like the smoked sausage, and turkey. The brisket is sometimes juicy, sometimes dry. Overall it's a good meal when you don't have 8hrs to smoke one yourself. The staff is always warm and inviting, and I can appreciate the daily scripture on the whiteboard. The free ice cream is great, when the machines working.

Just when so thought McDonald’s was bad about being stingy with their condiments, I then came here-where sauce/pickles/onions are charged 50 cents a piece for. Like this is a bbq restaurant, and every other bbq joint on the planet gives these condiments with your food and apparently includes these cost within the food. However, the price of dickies sure doesn’t reflect any sort of discount for the excess up charge for condiments. I realize it’s the only bbq place in town, but it’s a little excessive. Will definitely reconsider when here next time and need lunch!

Great meat. Prices are rising and portions are smaller. Clean. Awesome side options to make your barbecue outstanding! The drive-thru person doesn't know how to ring up orders, and there prices are way too much.

This place never fails my family. Every time we visit, which is not often anymore, they are out of turkey and or baked potatoes “bakers”. Regardless of the time or day we visit (1pm, 6pm or 7pm). They are “out” of the product we choose to eat. We have walked out of the establishment 2 times (over the last year) prior to today for this very reason. For the price and inconvenience, from now on we will choose to eat here if it’s a last resort.

We let them know days ahead of time we would have a group of 45 people and they were excited to serve us. Within minutes they ran out of pulled pork, soon after they ran out of rubs. Not certain why we called ahead. Understaffed and waited in line for over 55 minutes. Only one person behind the counter was wearing a mask.

From ordering to pickup was slow. Order was wrong and received no plastic wear to eat with. Not worth the 10.01 I spent

If you are looking for a place to cater your event. Do not, use dickies in Levelland. Who caters but does not take the food to you? This place does. Nit only do they charge and arm and a leg. But they do not bring the,food,to you. You have to go pick it up yourself. So by the time you get your food everything is cold. Thank God I didn't pay for this poor service, because if I had I would be asking for my money back. Everything, and I mean everything was cold the biscuits were hard. I would be so embarrased to call my self a place that caters. Because they do not cater they just cook the food for you.

Beef tasted like wax. Pickles taste like mix of perfume hand sanitizer and dirty hands it was as if they didnt use tongs, they used dirty hands. This is the honest truth. I take this as a threat bc who hates someone enough to poison someone with cleaners and perfume. Please change the pickles and the employees. they charged me money for poison.

They only had brisket available. The service was extremely slow. My food was cold so it went into the trash. I wasn't risking food poisoning. It was expensive. Not returning again.

This has never happened to me but I had the worst service today. I understand being short handed but when you call your order ahead of time and show up 20 minutes later and me being at the window for 10 minutes before anyone comes to it and at that i.had to call them to make sure they are open, once they finally did I ask to speak to the manager and the girl let's me know her boss is in the restroom. So I wait, and all so she can send an employee who isn't on the clock and isn't the manager to come and apologize on behalf of the manager. At this point I'm just more hangry, so all i could do was pay and get my food. What happened to the great service there 🤷‍♀️

Walked in to place a to go order. Flies were buzzing around. Employee behind the counter was helpful, but couldn’t remember my order. Another employee comes around the corner and is on the phone. First employee asks second employee for help once they were off the phone, and food was prepared. The first employee then made a call on her phone, and then I heard the two employees talking about how they had given the customer in the drive thru the wrong order. They ring me up, I get home with my food, and guess who also got the wrong order? I love Dickies and don’t get to go often, so when I do and the employees are more interested in their personal phone calls than they are helping their customers, causing two of us to not get what we ordered, is really disheartening. Please, do better.

It was OVERLY PRICE for a small sausage sandwich and very nasty! Sloppy when prepared. Coke was flat!! I came for business out of Lubbock. No cars were behind me when I ordered, but the lady was nice but pushy. I will NEVER visit again. I should have turned around or called back for a manager. I don't recommend anything.
