We visited and kept it simple, ordering the bag of burgers and a few shakes. The burgers are surprisingly filling for being jrs. Could tell the buns were buttered which was an awesome surprise. The shakes were the perfect consistency. Not a bad price either. Definitely check em out.

Hamburgers were great. The restaurant was very presentable, clean, and friendly.

The yogurt was good…the reason for a mid par review was the dinning area was hot on a summer day so you have to partake your ice cream/yogurt quick or you’ll be….well you know the rest. :)

Overcooked sausage. Crunchy biscuit. The breakfast burrito I got from the location off of 82nd and Milwaukee was great the day before so I decided to try Braums again for breakfast. This location is on the way to my job.

4th time in a row I’ve ordered a double hamburger with no cheese and somehow those high school kids can’t read NO CHEESE. Then when you go inside to get it corrected it takes 30 more minutes out of your day. Please train them better

We were with the same party came in about 11:45am about to place an order and the kitchen manager is screaming from the kitchen “DON’T TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS!!” Then the cashier says sorry we can’t take anymore orders. Very unprofessional and they won’t be getting my business. It’s lunch time apparently they don’t deal with pressure well.

We are regular customers but as of late the service is very bad. We ordered at the drive thru . Proceeded to the next window to pay and waited 3 minutes while no one came . So, we proceeded to the pickup window . There were at least 6 workers surrounding each other with their backs to the window. They dispersed and disappeared. Two more workers walked past without even looking our way . Needless to say we left.

I went lastnight on 10/23 to buy dinner for my family after our son's JV game on our way home. When we got home and started eating our dinner i noticed that my chicken sandwich that i had ordered was 100% raw. It was raw chicken. I took a few bites before realizing it wasn't cook all the way. I am hoping i don't get sick because of it but that is disgusting and i will never trust eating food from this place again. I did call and speak to a manager over it but all he could do was apologize and say he was throwing away all the chicken in his store. This is very unacceptable and definitely not up to code.

Drove 20 minutes from out of town to get a burger. Got all the way home and my burger had NO MEAT on it! This is unacceptable!

They need to learn from Chick Fil A that gives you a separate baggy for sauce because they added braums sauce in little plastic cups that nobody asked for and it was dumped all over my fries completely ruining them for my son and I completely ruined my evening I ended up throwing the fries away

Service was not just slow, the workers ignored me as I stood there waiting to be served. The manager saw me, as did 4 young kids behind the counter. No one looked up as they usually do in other stores to at least say "we'll be right with you" to let me know they'd seen me. When my order was up, another adult called my number, set my $68.35 order on the counter, and walked away. She never said thank you, come again, nothing. How did she even know I was the right person to pick up the order? I'm never going back there. I live in Wolfforth but I'll drive to Lubbock where they always appreciate my business!
