We use to love George’s. The past couple of times not so much and tonight not at all. We were way over charged. Ordered a meat omelette that the menus says $11.99 choose ham bacon or sausage includes toast and hash brown. Went to pay and the omelette 9.99 sausage 1.99 hash brown 1.99. Toast 1.00. I’m sorry but that is NOT what the menus says. Also 2 chicken fried steaks from the evening special 13.99. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food and it was Luke warm at best gravy had a film over it from sitting and getting cold! We won’t be back.

I’m just disappointed that the food was not good , this time. I had the worst steak fingers ever ,burnt can’t cut it with a knife, I hope they didn’t change cooks

Cheese sticks were still cold when we bit into them. Had the waitress take them off the ticket, we got the breakfast plate wasn't pleased with it at all either won't go here again. The waitress was super nice and attentive which was the only thing good about this place.

Staff is friendly, place is comfortable. Ordered a porkchop plate, meat was not seasoned, dry, and tough. Server did not check on us or food/drinks after delivering food. Ended up eating without a drink as the empty cup sat at edge of table my entire meal. I recommend if you come here do so during a rush time, the staff is considerably more attentive.

Club sandwhich had hardly any meat in it. Chicken sandwhich was rubbery, tiny, and was served with raw spots. Prices were higher than average. Service seemed fine. We won't be back.

The last two times, I patronized this George's restaurant was not good. The first, there was one table with customers we sat down and three employees were talking with each other, after about seven minutes of watching them visit we got up and patronized another restaurant. The second, at my wife's instance, there were two tables with customers eating. We ordered, and about 17 minutes later, we received our hamburgers. There were no other orders up for the cook. I would understand if there were other customers, but we were the only orders he had. The food was ok, I had to go twice to get refills since the waitress was busy watching the grass grow. I will be surprised if this restaurant is still open a year from now.

We have eaten here for years and today was horrible! Service was non existent, the food well I have been up all night with a very sick stomach $63 total for kids plate, plain hamburger no fries was $14 then for greasy fried burrito topped with wet wilted lettuce and old tomatoes 🤢🤢🤢 waitress NEVER came back ridiculous

Updated review- 7/28/25 Unfortunate to see willfully ignorance of health code violation, allowing a dog to be sitting at the table in a booth. When asked if they allow it, waitress responded with "we usually don't have a problem letting people have animals in here". What? If they don't have problems ignoring that health code, it makes you wonder what other codes they ignore. They won't miss our patronage, but just thought people should know.

Every time I order from here there is either something missing or the order is wrong. The prices for the salads are insane I can understand the loaded ones but $12.99 but for the Caesar salad which only comes with lettuce chicken and dressing is insane maybe add some cheese and croutons make it worth the money. The only positive thing I have to say is how nice the lady was at the window.

Ive gone to this establishments twice in the last month or so..and this will more than likely be my last. The first time the food was far below my expectations…I had the steak finger dinner…it was way over cooked. My most recent food purchase was a regular breakfast burrito, sausage, egg, and cheese. Not only did the burrito not have any flavor at all the lady that waited on me was very rude. If by chance the owner of this restaurant reads this please get better training for the people that work at your restaurant.
