I had an issue with the ordering kiosk. The staff was prompt and courteous in helping me order at the counter. The original order went through and I was charged twice. Management was swift in issuing a refund, and was overly apologetic. Reading other reviews for this location, I can see where people flare frustrated with their wait times and orders. I just don't see it, and I come here at least once a week (I also go to locations in Cedar Park and Leander, and have not had better service or food at any of them. They are all pretty good). I think people look down on this type of job which is sad. I see a lot of hard working people at this location.
I recently visited Taco Bell on a weekday around 9:30 PM for dinner, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. 🌮✨ There was no crowd at that time, which made the visit even more comfortable. My order was prepared in about 10 minutes, which is impressive for fresh, hot food. ⏱️🔥 I tried the Cantina Chicken Street Style Tacos, and they were amazing! The shells were crispy but not too thin, holding everything together perfectly. The chicken was flavorful, and I really appreciated the light coating of cheese on top—it added a great finishing touch. 🧀👌 I also ordered the Cantina Chicken Chalupa (2 pieces), and they tasted good as well—crispy outside and satisfying overall. The Cantina Chicken Quesadilla was decent, though slightly less flavorful compared to the tacos and chalupa. It felt milder and not as spicy, possibly because I tried the other two first. 🌯 The avocado salsa dressing served with the Cantina items tasted good, and I even wanted more, but interestingly, it didn’t really taste or smell like avocado. 🥑 Pros: Fresh taste, quick service, crispy texture, no over crowd, good portion size Overall, I enjoyed the food and would definitely visit again! 👍🌮

Usually pretty slow to serve but the best one I've found in the Leander /Liberty Hill/ cedar Park area. If you want a side of Nacho cheese be sure to order two so you can get 1 full cup. Served me this and said they're only allowed to do two pumps in the cup. Corporate rules.
First typically they are quick and customer service is good. However visit this time was terrible. The gentlemen working the windows had poor customer service, he rather stand and talk to the other crew members, 2 cars infrastructure of me and my wait time to make an order was over 30 minutes. At the windows I sat for 15min. Before the windows was even open.
They asked me why I was still sitting in the drive through. I said because I am waiting on my $40 order. 🙄 He originally gave me one burrito. I finally received my order, and it was mostly wrong. Just double check your order and you should be fine.
It was a somewhat busy so I can understand this a little but we didn’t receive our drink and the chicken chalupa had literally 4 pieces of chicken in it
Though I fully-understand it's a cheap fast food joint, but this location has significant issues. The food took 15 minutes after I ordered (not a huge deal); the items were incorrect when I finally got them and the food was not well-prepared. As it took so long to get the food to begin with, I didn't bother going back to get the order corrected. I hope management get's their act together, because there are not a lot of fast food options in Liberty Hill...
Ordered a nacho belle grande with extra cheese and jalapeños only. I already had to go back into the store for the jalapeños because they weren’t on there..got home and saw the (what should be) half a serving of cheese…I’m 7 months pregnant so I was SO sad and disappointed. My heart is crushed.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I was waiting for an Uber Eats order, and it took 40–45 minutes just to prepare it. That kind of delay affects delivery drivers and customers. This shows very poor management and no respect for people’s time. I will not accept orders from here again.
I will not be going to this establishment anymore . They always skimp on the meat all i get is crumbles when i ask for steak or chicken. today they forgot my 5 layer burrito and my avocado sauce. Then in my other burrito they had no onions black beans or potatoes when i had added it to my burrito and got charged for it
Someone please explain to me why Taco Bell is so slooooooow??? I watch McDonald's right next door have like 20 cars, and I'm still in line here with 6 cars!!! What gives with the slow service here??? Can we get corporate or the franchise owner do something about it please??? Also, I spent almost 30 minutes in line, guess what?? I had two items that were made incorrect. This establishment is loosing business..

VERY SLOW! The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve waited 30-50 min in the drive thru with only 4-5 cars ahead of me. Every-time I drive by there’s a long drive thru line because it’s incredibly slow. Make the drive further to Leander or Georgetown and you’d still save time.
Today is January 18, 2026. I placed an order on the Taco Bell app and went inside the store around 12:00 PM. After waiting for over half an hour, I decided to ask for a refund at 12:32 PM. I spoke with JT, the manager, who apologized and said he was working on my order. By then, I was already frustrated and had requested a refund. JT instructed me to submit my refund request through the app. I have since submitted my complaint and am now waiting for a response. This was my first and last visit to this location. I’ve never experienced such a long wait for food at a fast-food restaurant. I left without any food and ended up going elsewhere. I’m not sure if I came at a bad time or if this is typical for this location, but I hope they can improve their service. The staff seemed nice, but the waiting time is unacceptable.
I've lived in 10 states and I've eaten taco bell at multiple locations in every one. This location is, by far, the absolute WORST. The Taco Bell in Tupelo, Mississippi is better than this taco bell. The taco bell in Raymore, Missouri is better than this one. This place can NEVER get the order right and they serve stale beans and oily cheese. I will never come back to this location. Gross.
I can't believe putting 1/4 the regular amount of toppings on a taco is acceptable. My whole $9 box was horrible! The chips were way too salty, nacho cheese wasn't even closed and spilled half of it inside the box, my crunchy taco was like 1cm thick with little to no toppings (not exaggerating btw), and my chalupa was the same as the crunchy taco almost no filling at all, and my grilled cheese burrito felt like a thin blanket, horribly filled less than half the normal stuff inside. Absolutely HORRIBLE management to be able to let this happen. Doesn't matter if it was holloween, product quality should matter more than getting orders out. Horrible. I bet some of you who read this think I'm over exaggerating but I am NOT. I wish I took pictures before I devoured it because I was so hungry after my 9 hour shift without eating. Didn't even fill me up, might even go out again just to get more from a different store.
Just drive a little further to the Leander location- They mess up my order every other time I visit. I had to go back through the drive through to get my order fixed this last time and then had to walk inside to ask for more help bc they STILL hadn’t fixed it 😅 the rest of my food was cold by the time I received what I actually ordered and paid for. I hope this shop is able to get it together bc the staff seems very kind, but I will be going out of my way to a different location moving forward.
The food is good. You just have to wait an hour for it. You're better off sitting down at a restaurant. You'll get your food quicker
Management need to have a talk with staff about proper cleaning methods and staff was overwhelmed with drive through and under staffed. Drove to Leander and had great service and clean screens to order from.
15 minutes to order because you have to order at the kiosk and 4 people waiting to order. 30 minutes to get food that wasn't even how we ordered it. Biggest is the dining area is filthy. Looks like they had an employee birthday and there is birthday cake all over floor and seats.
I ordered a power bowl but it was almost empty only 5 pcs off chicken and some grain of rice. I do not recommend it
Ordered a double stack and some bean burritos (nothing complicated) and received he worst Taco Bell of my life. I’m convinced these beans should be carbon dated so we can get to the bottom of this mystery.
Tacos were not even half way full. Disappointing. I don’t have very high expectations for taco bell but at least when I go to other locations I leave mostly satisfied. Never even close here.
EDIT: 3/24/24 This is the second time Iv been to this location. Terrible quality of food. They skimp on everything. Terrible portions. I will absolutely never be going to this location again!! They should really do something about this location. My husband got a breakfast taco and that thing had a skid mark amount of food. Ridiculous! My crunch wrap again was small as hell! The Crunchwrap breakfast was disappointing. It is my go to & it wasn’t toasted just opened up & barely anything in it. It was tiny at this location & mostly egg! Also ordered another breakfast taco & had to go back to get bacon that should have been on there. I also ordered a Pepsi and a Diet Pepsi and when arriving at window I asked which drink was which and she said both diet. I said one was supposed to be Pepsi. She said they were out. That’s something you should say instead of just giving me diet. Won’t go back to this location.
This is the third time I've given this location a chance and it will be the last. I've gotten the worst looking food I've ever gotten from aTaco Bell and that's saying A LOT! My Mexican pizza looked like I ordered it plain, barely any beans or ground beef inside, barely any cheese on top. half the Mexican pizza didn't even have sauce or cheese on it. To top it off they forgot my cinnamon twists. It doesn't take much thinking to work fast food believe me, I've done it in high school so either they don't care, which means they have no integrity or someone is lacking in the brains 🧠 Dept. I was looking forward to this location opening because there's not much out this way, but I think I'll stick to McDonald's next-door.
