Molicè Limbiate Reviews
Everything was excellent, from the quality of the ingredients to the preparation. The arrosticini were flavorful and tender, and we also tried the pampanella, a unique taste experience! The atmosphere was family-friendly, with precise and punctual service and great customer service. My only complaint: the smoke in the room from the grilling meats was a bit annoying. I highly recommend it.
Dinner with friends, good pizzas (family-style, sliced into wedges) and well-made, excellent arrosticini (try the liver ones, which are highly sought-after). Excellent service, fast and punctual. The place is very welcoming and warm. Definitely worth a visit.
They took me to this place by surprise, I must admit that it amazed me from the appetizer to the welcome and also the fantastic pizza that is truly worth trying.
I didn’t try the pizza on this visit, but everything else was excellent. The arrosticini were flavourful, the sides were well prepared, and the service stood out, our waiters were exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. A very enjoyable experience overall, and I’ll return to try the pizza next time.
Dinner this evening for my husband's birthday. Superb hospitality, arrosticini reminiscent of those from Abruzzo, not to mention the kindness of the staff, who, having learned during dinner that we were celebrating a birthday, put a candle on the dessert. A small gift that was appreciated. Recommended and I stand by the reviews.
Always a sure thing! Delicious, typical Abruzzo/Molise food, excellent service, and a family atmosphere. We've been eating here for years, and every time we stop by, it's like being back at home. Raffaele is a master of the canal, Michela is an exceptional host, and the staff are professional and super friendly! Highly recommended 😉
One of the best arrosticini in the Milan area at a reasonable price. We ordered a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's also served with warm focaccia. The arrosticini are delicious, even my grandmother from Abruzzo loved them 🫶🏻 Friendly and super helpful staff. Don't forget to try their tiramisu arrosticini, unique and delicious.
Last night, for the second time, we visited this typical Abruzzo restaurant, which took us back to the seaside in Tortoreto, where we were staying. We ate wonderfully: the perfectly cooked mutton and liver arrosticini, the delicious pizza, the Ascoli olives, the onion rings, and the Molise platter were truly delicious. And the attentive and friendly owners make you feel at home. We've grown fond of them. The people of Tortoreto.
We arrosticini lovers couldn't help but come here 😋😋😋 really nice place🥰 fabulous arrosticini 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 especially the large ones.... soft and crunchy just right!!!!!!!!!! We also tried the platter of Molise cured meats 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 accompanied by an equally good focaccia!!!!!! Very kind and welcoming staff 😍😍😍😍 we will definitely be back 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🥰
The best arrosticini I've ever eaten outside of Molise or Abruzzo. The Ascoli olives are handcrafted, just as they are. The focaccia is also good. Next time we'll try the pizza and desserts. The only downside is that it's not very noticeable from the street, and the €2.50 cover charge, which, even if they serve focaccia, seems a bit high for the location.
We went for lunch on a Sunday. From the outside, it looks very anonymous, but inside, it's actually full of character. Very welcoming, well-decorated, and bright. There's not much seating, so reservations are recommended. The appetizer and arrosticini were very good and satisfying. A place to stop and return to.
Top !
The Limbiate area offers hidden gems, and Molicè is one of them. 🏠 LOCATION | It's a relatively new and modern restaurant with an atmosphere that nods to a culinary world of the past, and it partially succeeds. 🚶♂ STAFF | The young man who served us was impeccably professional and sometimes overly kind. But that's absolutely fine. 👨🍳 CUISINE | I only tried the arrosticini, and I have to say I was impressed. They're delicious and clearly their signature dish. 💶 BILL | For two, including arrosticini, appetizers, drinks, coffee, and liqueurs, we paid around €45. A more than fair price for what you get.
The food isn't bad either, the arrosticini are okay, but the service needs to be a little more attentive; perhaps they could use an extra person. The expired beer is fine... it's fine, it doesn't turn into poison... but... (bottled)
