Manager was so friendly to my wife and I. My wife loves LJS for some reason. I ate KFC and got the big box for lunch. Lots of food for only 10 bucks. Great value and great service.
Management and Staff are respectful and quick with preparing your food. Food is hot consistently. Fish, Chicken, and Shrimp are great. Sides taste good too. Keep up the work and thank you for everything you guys do!
For "fast food" it is pretty awesome! I have been twice recently and both time my food fish and hush puppies were fresh and hot and cooked perfectly. The staff was also friendly as well.
It was AWESOME! Food hot & fresh. The 2 young men at the register taking my order were both AMAZING with GREAT customer service! We will definitely return.

I go here after work for some Long John Silvers no complaints really, I love the food. It’s best of both worlds because they give you KFC fries with your meal instead of LJS’ waffle fries.
WOW! What a turn around, we have lived near this LJS/KFC for 8 years and it has steadily gone down hill. We swung by today, service was great, fast and accurate! We went through the drive thru, but the store looked so much cleaner just looking through the window. The food quality is much better than it had ever been at this location. So happy to see this place turn around!
We had a pleasant experience stopping over for lunch, many options, fresh seafood and other options. The crab cakes were beyond awesome really good flavor and crispy texture. We were full after eating our portions as they were good size. It can get busy over the weekends but otherwise is worth a visit.

I had the L5 Fish&Chicken combo meal. The combo meal no longer comes with both fries and hush-puppies. It is either or fries or hush-puppies as a side item. I was disappointed by that as the prices weren't any less expensive. The food was good, the workers were courteous, but the dining room is worn out. Ripped up booths, condiments only available by asking for them, trash containers missing push doors, and an unplugged tv on the wall. We like both LJS and KFC. The staff at this location is good, but it seems ownership doesn't want to invest in the property to make this a desirable location to visit.

Also, the people who work there go above and beyond for my family as we dine in with my special needs kiddos and make sure they are satisfied with everything during our visits.

Not health food so bring your defibrillator. Staff pleasant and was as needed. Kept swept and clean. Bathrooms acceptable. Food brought piping hot. I wish there were more vegetable sides offered, but that's corporate.
I've always liked LJS. This time was no different. I will say I'm only giving 4 stars because they've made the crunchy bits that they'd otherwise throw away a side now. So instead of two actual sides you only really get one if you choose them. Also, I ordered hush puppies as a side because my hounds love them, and only got the normal two that come with the meal, which wasn't great.
Food was normal LJS food. I was the only inside person, and it appeared the Mgr was meeting with someone. But the lobby had trash everywhere, the tables were dirty and the furniture needed repaired. I'd guess it's time for new management.

He asks what sauce, and I asked if he had tartar sauce. He gave me a look, and I wondered why. I drive off and pull over to see wings. I park, and as I am parking, the guy that helped me left. I walk inside to chaos. A girl that was helping the drive thru came over to talk to me, and as she was helping me, we got interrupted for her to get cussed at by another customer. The cashier didn't respond (neither would I) until she calmed down. She ended up getting her order right and cussed and yelled at the cashier some more. I got my order correct and got refunded and left. I felt really bad for the cashier. Y'all should really look into getting help. I gave it 3 stars only because the cashier was really helpful as she was backed into a corner and wondering why people were walking out on her. The food was good and hot. No complaints there. I just felt super bad. So, if you come into this location, be patient.
I ordered 2 fish, Coleslaw which came with 2 hush puppies. It was so greasy, I had to dampen it would napkins to take the grease off. Feeling gross after eating it. Will need to flush this out my system. It's not like it used to taste. It was not delicious. The delivery was fast.

Everything was coated with extreme thickness batter. Had to remove it , then find very small portions of fish & shrimp. Not worth the effort 👎

We ordered some Long John's chicken and were asked to pull up front and someone would bring our order out. 20 minutes later, I had to walk in and ask about my order. It was given to someone else and I had to wait again. The food was good but the staff seemed lost. Very disappointing because we liked this location.
The drive thru person sounded unprofessional and used a rushed tone. Once I got to the window there was no greeting...the worker just came to the window and cited the total. No engagement, did not say thank you, nothing. After sitting in this drive thru for over 15 minutes you would expect respect and professionalism from the employees. Food was ok but the service was extremely subpar. Very disappointed!
I love Long Johns. But this franchise always seems they are out of items. Going through the drive through, you have to repeat your order several times, and are lucky if they got your order correct. That being said, the food is good, and I will go back.
We stopped at this restaurant a couple of nights ago to discover their dining room is closed. We opted to go elsewhere for a sit-down meal instead of take-out. Tonight we still wanted KFC/LJS so went to the drive thru. Disappointed it's not a full menu for LJS but made do. Placed our order & made the mistake of not checking the order before leaving. After a 30 min drive home, we discovered they forgot 2 items. Drove back to get them, wasting another 45 minutes. Not sure we will be back...my son, who isn't picky, said his grilled chicken was the taste of depression. The clams were overcooked, the rest of the food was cold by the time I got to eat. On top of no apology from the restaurant when I picked up the missing items.
The food was fine, but the customer service is disappointing. We went through the drive thru and I had ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and an add a piece of chicken. We were told to wait up front while the chicken was cooked which was fine. They brought our food out and apologized for the wait which was nice but when I went through the bag the extra piece of chicken was not there and was on the receipt. My son went back inside and told them that we didn’t get the chicken and the lady shook her head at him and commented about putting 4 in each box (none of our meals included 4 pieces of anything). She handed him a box and our mistake was not checking it. She had given him clam strips instead of chicken while making him feel like he needed to apologize to her for the inconvenience. I have no problem with mistakes but rudeness is a problem!

The staff in the kitchen area were not busy so one of the employees should have cleaned them for the next customer. The good thing was the food was fresh and hot.

Drive thru was horrible. Waited 37 minutes with only 6 of us. Food was messed up. Kid blamed it on new people. 2 employees were playing around. Called manger, Jose. He said 30 minutes was absolutely acceptable and falsely claimed a massive rush. He was incredibly rude. When I said I was going to talk to the owner, Jose said "go ahead" with an attitude and hung up on me.

I'm done with this place. They never get my order right, and even when they repeat it back to you at the window, the people don't enunciate making really hard to understand what they said. I ordered the L6 Fish and 2 Chicken Meal from the Long John Silver Menu, and ended up getting the 2-piece white meat grilled Chicken Box from the KFC end. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. First time I ordered the L6 meal and got 2 KFC To Go Boxes. This place sucks! Farewell!
NOTHING!!! I am a manager in customer service ....first of all ur presenter should always be smiling, not close the window and roll her eyes as you are asking for condiments!! Im sorry if me coming to your establishment is an inconvenience.....i get home fish was cold...shrimp was not cleaned properly and over cooked! And i did not get all my sides i requested!! They did not "ask, ask, tell!" i called the location and i spoke with "Yolanda" she was very rude and insisted that she "checked my food for freshness made everything to order" ....and was told that if i wanted to bring everything back uneaten she would fix my order....I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE AND APPALLED AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED!!!
Chicken was very stale. Tasted like it had been sitting for hours, if not since the day before. Didn't get order correct, was missing hush puppies. Love LJS but it costs too much to put up with this.
I ordered via drive thru line at 5:30 PM on a weekday. I gave the young worker a $20 bill for a $8.59 meal. He helped himself to my $10 change. When I complained the manager, who happens to be part owner, said they only had one $20 in the till ALL DAY. This was highly unlikely. She refused to take my contact info,or offer to call after balancing the closing sales. She acted irrationally as if I Iied about my change! Poor customer service.
Hard to believe this location is part of little elm it’s so ghetto. Terrible customer service. Cashiers are rude. Music from the kitchen is loud and profane. Workers complain when I asked for a soft drink bc neither of the sodas from the self serve fountain were functioning…….. then she have the nerve to say if we want something to drink to get water and ice….. please close this place down. If I could give 0 stars I would…
The food itself was soggy and unremarkable, but the service alone is enough to not come back; the cashier was inattentive to not only me but the customer before me who had to repeatedly ask for the food they ordered only to be met with a sarcastic smirk and comment. I recognize being in customer service these days isn't pleasant but this is unacceptable. This experience is exactly why all of Yum brands are losing market share.
Downgrading to a 1 star. There corporate dismissed my email really showing they don’t care. And today I encountered someone that didn’t have proper training at the window. Didn’t care about the line building up took forever to acknowledge even after I said hello a few times. Started taking my order then cut me off. Then started repeating a wrong order before cutting me off again. Then returned asking me to start all over again because apparently she didn’t put my order in. They are going down slowly. And it’s obvious why. Corporate doesn’t care neither their locations they operate they way they will operate and you better like it. Off to another restaurant we go because I’m not coming back here.
The absolute worst LJS I have ever visited in my entire life. The fish and shrimp tasted like it had been cooked hours before and reheated. The fish was a bit on the chewy side instead of crunchy. The French fries were not even edible. The service was below average and the dining area was not very clean. The bench seats in the booth were sticky. We will not be going back to this location ever. Very disappointing.
What a waste of time. This franchise should be closed by corporate. I travelled 15 miles just to find out that dine-in was closed, even though they say they have dine-in on Google. It took a little bit to realize that the dine-in was closed because the handwritten sign on the door appeared to be written by a 6-year-old and was really confusing. I went someplace else to eat. Long John's food doesn't travel well, especially 15 miles. Once I got home, I checked out the reviews and realized that in door dining has not been an option for several months. Very disappointing! Someone needs to open a new franchise in this area and put this sad excuse for a restaurant out of business.
Poorly run place with no concern for the customer. Went through drive thru. Ordered some fish from a fish place. Was told it was going to be 5-7 minutes and was asked to park. I did. 15 minutes later, I went inside to see where my food was. I was told they had given it to someone else, would I like to wait another 5-7 minutes, they'll be happy to start cooking some! There was another person parked right next to me waiting for their food as well and one on the other side. I told them what happened and both of them went in and asked for their money back as well. I vowed never to darken their door again and I haven't and won't. I work too hard for my money to be treated like that. What a joke!

I spent my night driving back and forth to return an awful meal, the manager was completely UNBOTHERED. No customer service at. all. She gave no plucks about my experience. Offered NOTHING to make up for it. That’s the LAST dollar I spend at this trash establishment. I wasted 1.5 hours on “fast” food not meant for human consumption.

Horrible location. They had the audacity to state that they no longer offer sea side shares like they have for the past 4 years. Also, they can barely speak English and get orders at the drive through completely wrong. Pass on this location as it's inferior and a total waste of your time and money.

Well tonight I decided let's do LJS side, ordered 2 pcs fish, asked for tarter sauce, "sorry only have one" I lost it, are you kidding me, suddenly " hold on a minute" she walks over to the counter pulls out 4 or 5 "liar liar" again kind of lost it. To sum it up, don't lie about it, I don't need any more then say 3, but to tell me you only have 1. This location needs a clean sweep of employees, health department should take note of the 1.2 rating on the KFC side, and the 3.1 on LJS side. Poor customer service, poor food. Close it down, gut it, start over!!!

They have the poorest customer service that I've experienced in a while, rushes you through the drive-thru and tries to talk down to you. The food was awful. My chicken plank still had soft batter where it hasn't been thoroughly cooked. I ended up throwing it away because I didn't want to deal with getting my money back. My family's fish wasn't any better. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The one in Addison is much better than the Little Elm location. I know it's hard to get help these days but they really need to get better workers/management. You shouldn't ever mistreat customers!
This LJS is awful the breading on the fish was disgusting, the hushpuppies were old, and I spent $18 for one person and my drink, coleslaw, and other item were missing. A waste of money and time driving here and waiting 10 mins for food. Never again.
