I came here with my family for my birthday, in early February this year 2026, and Tyrone helped us again and he's the BEST waiter ever! I felt like I was being helped by a best friend or a very close relative! He's so kind and very attentive! This is also the second time he helped us, and both times his customer service was PERFECT!! The food and birthday dessert was really good as well! Mozzarella sticks..more like giant battered squares with mozzarella cheese inside, WOW, very good and very impressive! Also, I tried their BIG bacon cheeseburger meal for the first time and that was so good as well! And the literal icing on the cake, I had birthday ice cream with fudge,🍨 and it was delicious and I shared it with my 8 year old son! Will DEFINITELY keep coming back!!
Great food and great service. The menu has changed again at Chilis so many different items and several old ones gone. The burgers have changed again also.
Man this may be the best chilis in Texas hands down. Food was great and served fresh off the grill and out the fryer. But my server, Jay, got me messed up. Man I couldn’t even ask for nothing. Jay was on top of it. Then he had the nerve to be friendly, attentive, and courteous. I don’t know where they found this guy at but they have a true gem. Jay is who every server in the food industry should be like. He loves his job and he loves people. Thank you.
THANK YOU for bringing back the skillet queso! I previously left a non-favorable review due to a corporate decision to get rid of greatness. Shout to to Chili’s for the return and a BIGGER shout out to Krystina C. for the great hospitality when we were there!!! Awesome GM and great staff!
Have visited this place many times and normally get a cheeseburger, and it never disappoints. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and made just the way I like it. Chili’s has a good consistency to it & you know what you’re going to get, and they deliver every time. The service has always been solid here. The staff is friendly, quick to check in, and they make sure you have everything you need without hovering. Even on busy days, they keep things moving and still manage to be attentive. It’s clear they take pride in giving customers a good experience. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s one of those places where you can sit back, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Whether it’s a quick stop or a longer sit-down, the experience is consistently good. Overall, this Chili’s has been reliable in both food and service, and that’s why I keep coming back. Great hospitality and great comfort food every time.
We went in to have lunch. We were welcomed by a great staff as we made ourselves to our seats. Atmosphere was great, food was great and very attentive. We will go back.
Our server was genuinely kind and the type of person who makes you feel like you’re being taken care of rather than rushed. They checked in at the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out the way we wanted. You can tell when someone actually enjoys their job, and that’s the vibe they gave off. The food was solid and came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. Everything tasted exactly how you hope Chili’s will taste comforting, seasoned well, and consistent. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and even though it was a little busy, it never felt overwhelming. What stood out most was the combination of good service and good food. It just made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Sometimes you go to a place expecting something basic, and you end up getting a really warm experience instead. Loved every bit of it!
I received the absolute BEST service from our server, Akshay. I have been in the service industry for 18 years and can honestly state that his care for us was top notch! Request him as a server when you dine at this location!! The manager on duty, Christina, stopped by and was incredibly friendly and helpful, as well!
Nelly was AMAZING! She took great care of my girlfriends and I on a busy Friday afternoon! She was so attentive and kind which made the experience a billion times better! Will definitely be back to this location and ask for her! P

Can't beat the $10.99 cheeseburger lunch special! It's actually a nice portion burger, estimate 1/3 pound... all the fixing and a generous portion of French fries! Also includes chips/hit sauce or side salad or soup, also includes a drink.! I'm a veteran so they honored the 10% discount as well! Great service, really fresh and well?prepared food!
Dinner was delicious. Two of my faves right now are the white cheddar mac and cheese and the philly. Hubby tried the new bacon rancher burger and he really enjoyed it. Service was good and food came out pretty fast. It was a great time and we always go back to Chili's.
We had a nice time up there. One of the orders was wrong, but the waitress came back and said it was her fault. It takes great character to admit that and that impressed me.
Appreciation for the United States Armed Forces and their families is given on Veterans Day at Chili's! My husband, who served as an Apache Pilot in the Army received his meal on the house! He got the Bacon Cheese Burger with perfectly cut and seasoned French Fries. I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad with Blue cheese. Yum! All of the staff were super friendly and professional! The iced tea was fresh! We sat in the bar and watched some football. They have over a dozen screens to watch from and they'll change the channels to your favorites! There's plenty of parking around this location which is right off the Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado. We'll be back! Thank you for taking care of our Veterans!

Used to be a great place. Everything seems turned around and messed up recently. They packed everyone in one area, while other 80% of restaurant was empty. Reason, they're short staffed. Device on table was never cleaned, we can see oil and finger prints on those. Food served really cold, including French fries and wings. Had to get those replaced. Update: On recent visit (Apr 2024), service improvement really surprised us. Server frequently checked on and provided very timely service. All service staffs were friendly and attentive. Menu items are changed, of course more expensive.
Chilis for a quick family dinner for 4. We stopped in for a quick bite after calling ahead to learn there was no wait for a table at 6pm on a Friday evening. (win) We arrived and were seated promptly, our server was nice but forgetful. People are human and with that I get it overall, just hard for a 5 year old to comprehend why she still doesn’t have what she asked for. Considering the restaurant was not very busy, seemed to be a bit disorganized as we were offered several other tables drink orders. Food was pretty good, not as flavorful as previous visits. Came in for takeout 11/15 around 6:50pm. Apparently I’m invisible because the lady behind the counter skipped me twice and asked others their names who walked in after me. If I would’ve made scene, of course I would’ve been the problem. Do better Chili’s.
This Chili’s is so disrespectful. They had the nerve to assign our family with children present at the table, a male server trying to look like a female with butterfly clips and wretched fake nails on longer than my mother ever had. I refuse to dine at a restaurant that claims to be family-oriented allowing men pretending to be women to serve our family. We will never be back there again. This country needs God and a reckoning.
Had a terrible experience. The hostess had a beard and a low voice seem to be bothered that anyone would come into the restaurant. I was seated and waited for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the table. There was only a handful of people in the whole restaurant. It was at 2 o’clock on a Monday afternoon. I got up and left. The hostess was so friendly that he said thanks as I left. Perfect example of someone who could not have a care in the world for their job. I will not be back.
