Can't beat the $10.99 cheeseburger lunch special! It's actually a nice portion burger, estimate 1/3 pound... all the fixing and a generous portion of French fries! Also includes chips/hit sauce or side salad or soup, also includes a drink.! I'm a veteran so they honored the 10% discount as well! Great service, really fresh and well?prepared food!

Dinner was delicious. Two of my faves right now are the white cheddar mac and cheese and the philly. Hubby tried the new bacon rancher burger and he really enjoyed it. Service was good and food came out pretty fast. It was a great time and we always go back to Chili's.

We had a nice time up there. One of the orders was wrong, but the waitress came back and said it was her fault. It takes great character to admit that and that impressed me.

Appreciation for the United States Armed Forces and their families is given on Veterans Day at Chili's! My husband, who served as an Apache Pilot in the Army received his meal on the house! He got the Bacon Cheese Burger with perfectly cut and seasoned French Fries. I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad with Blue cheese. Yum! All of the staff were super friendly and professional! The iced tea was fresh! We sat in the bar and watched some football. They have over a dozen screens to watch from and they'll change the channels to your favorites! There's plenty of parking around this location which is right off the Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado. We'll be back! Thank you for taking care of our Veterans!

Used to be a great place. Everything seems turned around and messed up recently. They packed everyone in one area, while other 80% of restaurant was empty. Reason, they're short staffed. Device on table was never cleaned, we can see oil and finger prints on those. Food served really cold, including French fries and wings. Had to get those replaced. Update: On recent visit (Apr 2024), service improvement really surprised us. Server frequently checked on and provided very timely service. All service staffs were friendly and attentive. Menu items are changed, of course more expensive.

Chilis for a quick family dinner for 4. We stopped in for a quick bite after calling ahead to learn there was no wait for a table at 6pm on a Friday evening. (win) We arrived and were seated promptly, our server was nice but forgetful. People are human and with that I get it overall, just hard for a 5 year old to comprehend why she still doesn’t have what she asked for. Considering the restaurant was not very busy, seemed to be a bit disorganized as we were offered several other tables drink orders. Food was pretty good, not as flavorful as previous visits. (Different cooks in the kitchen maybe). I do appreciate the chili’s rewards program and savings offered weekly and try to use when we are in the area. Will definitely come back for the freebies.

I got a tripper dipper to share and they put everything in one plate without separating each item. My sliders were drenched in honey chipotle sauce and Nashville hot sauce. Why would yall package this in such a lazy manner! We ordered queso and they didn’t send any chips!!!

Came in for takeout 11/15 around 6:50pm. Apparently I’m invisible because the lady behind the counter skipped me twice and asked others their names who walked in after me. If I would’ve made scene, of course I would’ve been the problem. Do better Chili’s.

This Chili’s is so disrespectful. They had the nerve to assign our family with children present at the table, a male server trying to look like a female with butterfly clips and wretched fake nails on longer than my mother ever had. I refuse to dine at a restaurant that claims to be family-oriented allowing men pretending to be women to serve our family. We will never be back there again. This country needs God and a reckoning.

Had a terrible experience. The hostess had a beard and a low voice seem to be bothered that anyone would come into the restaurant. I was seated and waited for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the table. There was only a handful of people in the whole restaurant. It was at 2 o’clock on a Monday afternoon. I got up and left. The hostess was so friendly that he said thanks as I left. Perfect example of someone who could not have a care in the world for their job. I will not be back.
