Very good. Nice menu, friendly service. Clean, open space. They can do most of the menu gluten free including pancakes.
Snooze in Frisco is a must-visit brunch spot! The Corned Beef Hash was exceptional - perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Snooze classic was also a standout dish - the combination of eggs, hash browns, and toast was simple yet delicious. But the real star of the show was the Pancake Flight - a heavenly combination of different flavors that left me wanting more. On top of the amazing food, the customer service provided by Tara was outstanding. She was friendly, and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Snooze in Frisco for its delicious food and excellent customer service. It's definitely worth a 5-star review!
Great Brunch diner. Went there with the family. Eggs Benedict were great, bloody Mary was good. Staff was accommodating. We had about 10 in our party and they told great care of us
Snooze AM Eatery is easily one of the best breakfast spots around. The vibe is fun, welcoming, and upbeat, and the staff always makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and creative without trying too hard. Every dish feels like it’s made with care, and everything I’ve tried has been a hit. The coffee is great, the portions are solid, and the overall experience is just consistently awesome. If you’re looking for a breakfast or brunch spot that actually delivers on quality and service, Snooze AM Eatery is the place. Highly recommend!
Matthew the server and Keith I think his name was at the front door were great. We come here often and the staff is always welcoming. The music and vibes are great. The lattes are always delicious from the lavender oat milk to the pumpkin spice latte. We have tried different items on the menu from the 10 dollar weekend menu to the pancake flights. I think my favorite items are the shrimp and grits with the andouille sausage and closely after the habanero pork belly fried rice. Keep up the great welcoming atmosphere and customer service!
Amazing food!!! Great vegan and vegetarian options! The food is always fresh and full Of flavor. This was our second visit, and both times food the food and service were top tier! They also have a full bar if you want a mimosa with your meal!!! Love this place . The decor is fresh and bright and trendy! Great place to wake up!
Recently i went to brunch with my girls and had a great experience at Snooze A.M. in Frisco – it was a total winner! From the moment I walked in, I loved the ambiance; it's got this bright, energetic, and just plain happy vibe that sets the perfect tone for a great meal. And the service? Absolutely fantastic! Our waitress was such a sweetheart, super attentive and genuinely friendly, which always makes a meal even better. But let's talk about the food – because, oh my goodness! The OMG French Toast lived up to its name and then some – it was pure indulgence. And the Avocado Toast? Seriously delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. To top it all off, their mocktails were fantastic too – so refreshing and creative. If you're looking for a brunch spot in Frisco with amazing food, a delightful atmosphere, and wonderful service, Snooze A.M. is a must-try!
I continue to be impressed with Snooze, and not just because they serve up delicious breakfasts. No, what really makes a mark on me is their expanding menu of vegetarian- and vegan-friendly items. It means that everyone can eat and abide by their dietary wishes, and based on the changes I have seen in the last couple of years, it just keeps getting easier for folks like me to have substantial menu items and sides, instead of just the last-resort dry toast, oats, and breakfast potatoes. On this visit to the Frisco store, I had the Vegan Banana Pancakes, an item I have had at the Addison location before, as well as serving of hash browns, which come molded into the shape of a hockey puck. I was pleased to see tofu appear a couple of times on the menu, but it just did not fit into my dining wishes this time. There’s also a section of four entrees appearing under the Plant Power banner. I must point out a precaution for vegans, though, because while these items feature a lot of healthy plant options, they also have dairy and eggs. You could modify three of the four easily to make them vegan, but otherwise it may possibly be just a little misleading to some. As always, read labels and menu descriptions, and you’ll be fine! You can’t go wrong at Snooze, and the mimosa—which has to be served with the food before noon on Sundays—was a nice desert if you will. The quirky interior is a nice throwback to the mid-century, although the music over the PA is definitely 21C. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the great menu options!
A friend and I went to snooze today for brunch, it was amazing! It is located right off of the Dallas North tollway and Main Street in Frisco. We went around 11:30 on a Saturday and had a little bit of await. It was definitely worth it! We sat on the patio, our server was very friendly and took great care of us. I ordered the crab and asparagus omelette with salad and a side of bacon. It was served with this delicious sauce and was so light and fluffy. The asparagus was crisp inside, which was perfect. The decor is bright and cheerful with ample booth and table seating. If you are looking for a great place for brunch, this is a fabulous option ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Other than the music being a touch too loud, I really loved my visit to Snooze! I'd been wanting to check it out for a very long time- ever since it opened in Frisco, as I had tried the one in Colorado in 2019 and fell in love. The menu truly is unique. It's not the same breakfast food that all other breakfast spots offer. Almost all the options have a unique twist or variation that makes Snooze worth the visit. I tried their seasonal bread pudding French toast, and it was out of this world. Absolutely a rich dessert but worth every calorie and the diabetic coma 😂. I also ordered the honey lavender oat milk latte. Everything was delicious. I'm definitely going back!
Came in with a group of 6 and it was a fairly quiet weekday morning. Our server could have been a bit more friendly and attentive. She recommended the creme brulee pancake but it was sad, a couple pancakes with runny cream, fruit and sugar sprinkled on top. The classic omg French toast did not disappoint. The spuds deluxe seems to have shrunk a bit..
Omg the portions! The food was tasty they give healthy portions. Nice relaxed brunch spot with good breakfast drinks. We had the corned beef hash which was very flavorful. Also the spuds delux with chicken sausage…this dish was good as well, I just had to add a little salt for flavor but it was still tasty. We also get there fluffy pancakes on the side. They are really huge 2 ppl can share 1 pancake. I only ate half of my pancake. The service was awesome…good place to visit. The blackberry drink was my fav!
The food was good. Nothing for me like wow I have to come back for this. It's a bit expensive for what you get. Egg Benedict was cooked well the hash brown was good. The chorizo omelet was ok the chorizo spices in it over power everything in your omelet the pancakes was good and the drinks was good. There is a line for the restroom almost all the time that we was there they only have two unisex restroom so you need to wait for one to be empty .
Review – January 18, 2026 We called from home and booked a table for 6 people and were told to come by 11:30 AM. We arrived early at 11:20, but didn’t get seated until 11:50. That part was okay, we understand it can get busy. ( approximately of time) The real problem was the table. It was way too small for 6 people honestly, it looked like a table meant for four. It felt very congested and uncomfortable. We told the front staff that it was too tight and said we were willing to wait another 10 minutes for a better table, but they said everything was fully booked and nothing could be changed. However, about 20 minutes later, we clearly saw tables opening up and no one really came to check on us or offer to move us. Because the table was so small, we had to order food in two rounds first for three people, then again for the other three just because there wasn’t enough space. The food itself was very good, and the staff were polite, but the overall management and maintenance were not great. The layout feels clumsy: some tables for four were used for two people, some tables for three, and overall it felt disorganized. Also, I wasn’t sure about the rules here kids sitting at the bar counter didn’t feel appropriate, by seeing my friends kids also asked can we sit over there like that. In summary: ✔️ Food is good ✔️ Staff are nice ❌ Seating management and space planning are poor ❌ Not well organized With better table management and attention to guests, this place could be much better
Long post alert if you like to read: Imagine floating into brunch land, where the air smells like pancake dreams and the coffee pours with gentle optimism—that’s basically Snooze in Frisco. The food? A sunrise in every bite. The menu gave me options that made my taste buds dance, and the ample parking made the arrival smoother than their hollandaise. The vibes inside buzzed with energy—happy chatter, clinking mugs, and the rhythm of a weekend morning done right. Then came the bill... not exactly a snooze-worthy number, but fair enough for the quality. Now, here’s where my sunny-side-up mood turned a little scrambled. I bought into their gift card special—spend $50, get $10—only to find out I couldn’t use my freshly-purchased card on the same visit. The manager’s response felt more “eh” than “eggs-tra helpful,” which left the experience cooling faster than an abandoned short stack. So, while Snooze delivered brunch bliss in flavor and atmosphere, the customer service left me yawning in confusion. Will I go back? Still deciding if it’s worth waking up early for another round of this brunch paradox.
I’ve been to other Snooze locations and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, the Frisco location didn’t live up to the same standard. Ordered the Classic with eggs and bacon, specifically requested the bacon to be crispy but still gooey—what I got was far from it. The bacon was either not crispy at all or completely burnt, which was disappointing. Also ordered the Pancake Flight with Cinnamon Roll, Pineapple Upside Down, and Blueberry flavors. The cinnamon roll pancake was the only one that really hit the spot, while the others fell flat. What really sets this location apart (in a bad way) is the service. Other Snooze locations make sure your order is perfect and genuinely care about the experience, but here, there was an air of indifference, almost like they were doing you a favor by serving you. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from Snooze. Would I return? Maybe—to another location. But the Frisco spot needs to step it up.
Second time here. I ordered the pancake flight as I wanted to try the sweet potato and Blueberry Danish pancakes. I was talking to my friend and this Blueberry Danish pancake stopped me in mid sentence as the moistness and taste of blueberry, lemon, hint of sweet cream and almond awakened my taste buds. The Sweet Potato pancake was moist and the sweet potatoes and cinnamon with pecans was delicious. The chicken apple sausage was not seasoned today. The eggs were cold and I prefer hash browns scattered with onions. Maria the waitress was attentive. I ordered the bacon and it was tasty. I appreciate not being charged for the items I did not enjoy. Beautiful inside. If have a large group seating may not accommodate. Patio seating is available as well.
It was my first experience here and unfortunately the food was super underwhelming, things just didnt taste as flavorful as i would hope. The bacon didnt even taste like bacon. For those that enjoy bacon you know what I mean. The only thing that was good i guess was how fast the food came out lol. The waitress seemed super high-strung. I was expecting calm relax when I was taken by surprise on how in a hurry she made things seem. Has an amazing liquor selection for a place that closes in the early evening which is comical.
Never again. The table I was sat at was in an area of the restaurant that was freezing cold. My Diet Coke was flat as a pancake (asked to have it removed from my check). The hashbrowns were gray and unappetizing. Bacon was good tho. Speaking of pancakes, it was flat and very dry, and came with literally 1 teaspoon of syrup. Asked to get a glass of water to replace the flat Diet Coke. The water glass came with something yellow stuck to the outside of it, looked like dried egg yolk. The person who brought my food to the table asked how I was, and I told her I was freezing cold. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and said do you need hot sauce or ketchup? The machine they used to make espresso drinks was so loud, you literally will not be able to talk to the person sitting next to you at your table. Places like this won’t be here very long. There are so many good brunch spots popping up all over Frisco and the competition is intense. I recommend literally any other place but this one.
