Food and service have always been great. They sometimes run combo deals and those are a great value for a wrap and smoothie.

I love the Bahamas mama smoothie. But CHICKEN CAPRESE SANDWICH I wasn’t that fund of. It was really bland. Needs salt and pepper or something plus I like the pesto sauce on it. Other then that I was fresh

I was not expecting the food to be so good! I got the Hummus Veggie wrap and the Detox Islander Smoothie customer service was great and I received my food pretty quickly. Only thing is I did not get a napkin. 😂 But other than that great first experience at this place.

I had a really frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie. I ordered three chicken quesadillas, and the cheese was completely unmelted. This wasn’t the first time either; the first time I went, my order was incorrect. When I returned, they gave me another quesadilla with chicken, but the cheese still wasn’t melted. Very disappointing and not up to standard!”

I got a hummus wrap, chia oatmeal pudding and detox island smoothie door dashed. The chia pudding is delicious, the smoothie is fine (tastes healthy but that’s the point so no problem there), but the hummus wrap wasn’t acceptable. I ordered it with no tomatoes and added chicken (which costs extra of course), neither was done. There was no hummus I could see/taste and consisted of 80% of tortilla and rice. Hardly any beans, decent amount of avocado and ranch but it was very disappointing and pretty expensive for what I got. I might return for a bowl or smoothie but will not be getting their actual “meal” items again.

I would just like to ask that you take a little more pride in the food you provide. It’s just fruit so I’m not going to make a big deal about it, but please do not provide rotten bananas as a side, and old tomato’s. We’ve eaten here a few times and have had decent experiences so far. Just please be more observant of the food you’re having delivered. Thanks!

Got an island green detox smoothie and a Buffalo chicken wrap. Smoothie was fine. Wrap tasted low quality. Did the trick since I was on a rush on a lunch break and the service was quick. But I would not crave this food. Again smoothie was fine. And service was quick. $13 was just a bit high for something that tasted lower quality and was not very enjoyable.

I would just like to ask that you take a little more pride in the food you provide. Even the breakfast wraps are atrociously cold, like they don't care. The shake is pictured with Biscoff cookie crumbs on top. I was given a shake with no Biscoff cookie in it at all whatsoever. I did get an individually wrapped Biscoff cookie on the side, but that's not the point. I could have spent that $8 to buy a pack of Lotus Biscoff cookies at the Walgreens across the street, rather than on this tall apple sauce with cinnamon slushy scam. Three strikes - I'm done with this location.

I order the turns on sandwich with extra turkey as well as sun chips. I received a sandwich that was paper thin and bbq chips not cheddar sun chips. I called them and they refused to help because I ordered it through door dash and said I needed to contact them. 1. Door dash didn’t make it 2. Door dash gave me credit on there app for my next purchase 3. I told tropical smoothie that it was the last time I will order from them and she said that’s fine have a good day. With my wife’s sandwich and our drinks it cost us over $50.00

The $6 Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla was a joke. The two pictures are 3 of 4 pieces of the quesadilla and contains the two middle pieces. It was so slight, and it tasted weird. The "salsa" was nastily spiced tomato sauce. If they're consistent with portions, this place is as awful as what I ordered. (Q: How do you mess up a quesadilla? A: Don't care about your customers.) Moreover, they didn't say anything after handing me the food.

HORRIBLE! I definitely do NOT recommend this Tropical Cafe in particular! I’ve tried it twice and each time has been a terrible experience. Today I tried to give them a second chance to redeem themselves and faced even worse service than the first time. I was the only one in line, all I ordered was a smoothie yet waited 13 minutes in the drive thru after paying. The guy at the window didn’t greet me and appeared to be talking on the phone about coming over someone’s house later and “Bringing McDonalds”. By the time I received my smoothie I kid you not it was almost liquid. Once I asked about it I was told that’s how they come. Lastly, again I do not recommend.

This place is me and my husband's favorite healthy place to eat at. However, everytime we eat there, we are always missing something. Today we ate there and got home and realized that we were missing a bag chips and there was ranch on my chicken wrap I said I didnt want. Last time, they gave us the wrong chips. We were tired and didnt want to drive all they way back down there. We have to constantly check behind them because its never right. Its fustrating

🗓 March 1, 2026 — 5:23 p.m. This location has ongoing quality and consistency issues. Today’s Beach Bum smoothie (dark chocolate, no turbinado) was not blended properly, extremely thick, and had large chunks of ice, making it difficult to drink. After going back through the drive-thru, one employee was dismissive, but another employee stepped in and politely remade the drink, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I previously received a DoorDash salad with frostbitten, damaged lettuce that should never have been sent out, and on another visit I was given the wrong order entirely. While one staff member in the past acknowledged the problem and tried to help, the pattern of mistakes and uneven service keeps repeating. Convenience shouldn’t come with questionable food quality or the expectation that customers must keep returning to fix errors. This store needs better quality control and clearer customer-recovery standards.

The two female associates who worked today we're less than pleasant. We weren't greeted upon entering the store and had to ask the girl if she was ready for my order. She wouldn't acknowledge us until I asked if we could order. This happens regularly at this location. I would highly suggest the manager to either coach them on giving better customer service or fire them as this is a consistent issue.
