Stampede Livermore Reviews
I visited after the Mystery Movie Group outing with the Livermore Senior Center at the Vine Theater, where they had a special spread prepared just for us. Since I’m watching my calorie intake, I only had the clam chowder — and it was excellent. Rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. A wonderful experience overall!
Came here for a friend's birthday. We had the best time. Very happy with the friendly staffs. Will return for sure.
Had a great time here! All my girls did too. Highly recommend!
Beautiful place! Must see! Can’t wait to go back and have a good time again!

Hats off to a superb, well executed and authentic Country Bar & Restaurant. Finally! The Bay Area now has a classy Honky Tonk with owners that understand customer service, excellent food and live entertainment and dancing. Well done Robin, Joe, Nick and the rest of the family and crew that makes up Stampede. Customer for life!
We rented the VIP room for an engagement party. Great atmosphere, great food, and Adrian was the best bartender. Would recommend for any smaller rental for parties. They offered private line dancing, but the group voted it down. It was during lunch on a Saturday so it was great. Easy parking at that time which I cant say for the evenings. Good experience all around.
What an incredible spot! We are so lucky to have this venue in Livermore. We booked my 13-year-old son's celebration at Stampede Livermore, and they knocked it out of the park. Tasty food and plenty of drinks for everyone, hands-on line dancing instruction (so much fun watching the group learn!), karaoke sessions that had the whole place laughing and singing, mechanical bull riding, a huge hit, and the space to have fun and celebrate. The venue has such a cool country vibe, the staff was attentive and made everything run smoothly; both kids and parents had an amazing time. All our guests raved about how much fun it was—definitely the best party venue we've tried. We'll be back! Big shout-out to Robin (owner), CC (line-dancing instructor), and the whole crew who took care of us. Thanks Stampede!
I went on a Wednesday night with a group of eight and they had line dancing lessons. Some people in my group ordered food and they seemed happy with it. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure to grab us a new bottle of wine as soon as we were ready. The atmosphere is fun and approachable. Watching the mechanical bull is entertaining and we enjoyed attempting to line dance. I would definitely go back.
Great spot with a fun, lively atmosphere. Stampede has a welcoming bar vibe and a solid menu that makes it an easy place to stop whether you’re grabbing food or just drinks. The staff were especially friendly and attentive, which really stood out. They checked in regularly, were upbeat and personable, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. Service felt smooth and genuinely welcoming. It’s a great place to hang out if you’re looking for a casual, energetic environment with excellent service. Definitely a Livermore spot we’d come back to.
Fun place! Great music! They usually play country and do line dancing but this night was 80s band. Good lighting, too. Good food. Great service. I had the bacon chili burger. Their fries are different but very good.
I came her for the first time, on my birthday. Gracie, who served us, was the most attentive and cheerful server I’ve had in a long time. She made my birthday dinner amazing! The Stampede burger is one of the best in town.
Just back from my first visit and definitely coming back! Adrian was great and the owner Robin was too! Can't wait to return to hopefully see Donovan sing some killer western!
I’ve been down to Stampede twice now and have experienced an awesome level of service from the staff! The food is great plenty of options for drinks, and lots of events planned well in advanced and properly coordinated. Had a blast playing singo and staying for late night entertainment. Highly recommend Stampede to anyone who enjoys a good ole country bar!
I am so glad Livermore has a new restaurant with amazing food. The service was spot on. The French Dip is perfect. The salad is fresh. This place is fun and friendly.
Shelby, one of the bartenders, is absolutely stellar! She could be running around with a million things to do but she treats each guest like they're the only ones there. I'll make it a point to be served by her again next time! The food and ambience here is phenomenal as well! I had the fire pit burger, which has a kick but won't knock your socks off. The tater kegs - I cannot rave enough about!! So good omg.

stampede was fun! The drinks were drinks were slow getting poured, but that was because we had a very large group with us. The same with the food being brought out. That was to be expected too. I enjoyed the line dance lessons and then line dancing afterwards. I had a burger that was very good. I will try it again. The staff was very nice.

Did not get any food, but spent some time at the bar, which is an amazing set up. Beautiful place.
The service was slow, burgers didn't taste like fresh ground beef. There was a celebration of life taking place when we visited and it made the experience awkward.

I was so excited for to finally be able to experience stampede since I had been anxiously awaiting the opening! Livermore definitely needed a country western bar and my family and I met on Wednesday to take line dancing lessons and experience the place. At first, the ambience definitely resembled a country western bar. The drinks and food were decent. Service was OK. You could tell a lot of the servers were new when you asked questions even at the front they had to ask because they were unsure which is understandable for a new bar, so I’ll give them grace on this Upon arrival around 6:30 the average age was probably 50 for the record I’m 60. Dance lesson started at seven. The music started out kind of country and then they started playing rap and other music that did not even resemble country our whole table even people that weren’t with us and even younger people were like isn’t this a country bar what’s up with this music? We actually stopped even taking the dance lessons because the music was not country as the night progressed around 8 o’clock. It got younger and younger, where it was almost a teenage club and even small children running around the dance floor very strange. When we asked the server how come they weren’t playing country music he said it’s because if the crowd young, they play to the crowd… ok…well the people at tables eating, drinking and spending actual $ sitting eating were older crowd (30-60) but everybody on the dance floor dancing we’re just dancing looked to be early 20’s Ana teenagers!!! I would think that you would want to cater to the crowd that’s actually spending money many people actually left! Very disappointing to visit a country bar that didn’t play country music or have a country vibe at all! I will give it another chance maybe on a Saturday night when they have live bands assuming that would be more country maybe this place is still new and trying to figure it out so I’ll definitely give it another chance but first experience pretty disappointed.

Went for the country club and live music. Band was terrible off tune and sound system was terrible. Could barely hear the music even band not playing when playing other music sound was terrible. Sound does not reach all the way back to bar and even close to stage can bare hear the sound. People mostly there to drink hardly anyone dancing maybe cause you couldn't hear the music. Doesn't even compare to Mavericks in pleasanton. Very disappointed.

We stopped in around 5pm with a group of five after another event. Ordered drinks at the bar and later at our table. Service was poor from the start—we had to flag down multiple people just to get food, drinks, and even water. After nearly two hours of spending a good amount of money, someone suddenly came around with a card reader demanding $10 each for a “cover charge.” This was never mentioned when we arrived or even when we ordered our last round of drinks just minutes before. We were told if we didn’t pay, we’d have to leave immediately. They also refused to let us take our drinks to go or refund them. After speaking with the rude manager and another server, we were given 7 minutes to finish our drinks before being forced out. They even brought over security. 🙄 Absolutely unacceptable treatment. We are professionals who came prepared to spend money here, but will never return after such a hostile and disrespectful experience.
