Soda was flat, didn't get my coleslaw that's clearly on the receipt. Apparently these people are more concerned about how much $$$ they make than actually taking their job serious! Chicken was fine but for the price you can get the same meal at KFC don't bother I have no idea how this place is even open 👎👎👎

I stopped into this location the other night and although their menu prices seemed higher than other Chicken Express locations I have visited, I went ahead and ordered the two piece with roll. I asked for both pieces to be breasts, especially since it was almost $8 for two just pieces of chicken. The young lady working the window was nice enough and seemed to be the only one working because the other workers were just standing around talking. I got my order and pulled into a parking lot nearby to eat my dinner. One of the pieces of chicken was decent enough and still hot, but the other piece was cold and very dry and super tough to chew! I can't believe they would serve chicken that has been sitting around for obviously quite awhile unless they were down to those two pieces and simply didn't care what they were giving to customers. I literally had to spit it out! I guess I should have read the other reviews before eating at this location. I feel ripped off, so I definitely won't be going to this location in the future!

Spicy chicken tenders were so burned and the regular tenders so salty it hurt my kids mouths ! Do not buy here. Seeing several reviews about the same thing

Hope that the Corporate Office gets this. Who owns this business? No one there will give me that information. I’d stay away from here. The employees don’t care thus they don’t care about their jobs or if this business succeeds. I could go on and on. Just definitely wish the company owner or whoever was available so that they would know what was going on with their business.

Eh, service was nice. That's as far as I'd go. Got home, everything was cold (other ff places the food stays at least warm), gave us fried okra instead of fries.

This is the second time we have stopped by on our way out of town. This is also the second time we have thrown most of the food out as it was disgusting. The people being the counter just look angry. I get it. You work fast food. However it's a job you choose. Be happy you have a job and smile once in a while. We ordered two chicken legs, and when we bit into them, they tasted like either the grease or the chicken were bad. They were disgusting. This is what you do. No matter if you are having a bad day or you hate your job, the customer should never see it. Plus, you are serving food. If I'm going through the drive-through, it may be 20 minutes before I get a chance to eat. It should be edible once I get to it. Take some pride in what you do, no matter what it is.

Bad food quality. Prices are too high 45 Dollars for 15 chicken strips and two sides.need customer service improvement. The restrooms were really bad, the bar restrooms were cleaner. I do recommend this place at this time.

Corn nuggets were absolutely disgusting, if you want corn nuggets go to golden chick. Actually to management and or the franchisee go order some there so you know what they are supposed to taste like. The macaroni tasted like it came out of a box and simply microwaved. Even the breading on the chicken tenders fell off like a good set of ribs… the only good part of my meal was the sweet tea and dinner roll…

I didn't have time on my route to go back and get something else so I decided to leave a review. Ordered my food and the staff was nice enough. I didn't check before I left because I eat at different chicken express locations all over from SA to Austin and it's always been a great experience. So imagine my disappointment when I check my food and find probably the brownest, dirtiest, SOGGY and scrawny chicken breasts I've ever seen. No crispy golden chicken here! Bad enought that it looked less than appetizing it was dried like uts been out awhile and tasted of old oil. Made it half way through one piece before I trashed it. Definitely won't be back to this location.

The service lately has been inadequate. I've gotten undercooked items before. But this time there was straight up blood on my chicken breast. I'm very disappointed.
