I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in some years bc it just wasn’t worth it. Always made sloppy and never hot. Today I decided to try it out since I heard there are new workers and owners. Hardly any pepperoni. Flavor was ok but it definitely needs more pepperoni. The customers service was good. But I noticed no one had hair nets on.. big no no especially when one of the workers hair was so messy. It smelled cleaned and looked cleaned but I Don’t think I’ll be back.

Don’t go to this store they are lazy and always undercook the pizzas and give very little toppings even if I ask for extra and to be cooked longer. San Marcos Pizza Hut is way better and I’ve been going there instead despite the longer drive smh

Ordered pizza and wings for entire family. 4 pizzas and wings. Spent over 100 dollars. Wing were supposed to be BBQ, they were not. Recieved 3 of the 4 pizzas we ordered. Called pizza hut I was offered a refund. I told the lady I wanted everything I ordered. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. So although I ordered pizza delivered, I still had to make a trip to the store. When I walked I was asked if I had a pick up order. I explained who I was, she said it would be atleast 10 more minutes. I was not offered a refund for the delivery until I asked. There was no im sorry, no we messed up let us give you some breads ticks no nothing. As I stood waiting on my pizza, very person that came in , has something wrong with their order. If I could rate pizza hut in Lockhart Texas at 0, I would.

STAY AWAY! Tried dine-in on Friday 9/5/2025. Sat down and was ignored for 15 minutes. Had to go to the counter to order. Asked for Pepsi Zero. Told they don't have PZ. I pointed to the PZ on the fountain. Told the drink fountain was down. Ordered Diet Pepsi. Ordered medium pizza. Waited. Another group came in for dine-in. Ignored. They left. We waited 10 more minutes for drinks. Server brought 2 bottles. We asked for glasses with ice. No ice! We canceled the order and walked out. Manager followed us into the parking lot. Tried to hand us a box. We left. We are DONE with Pizza Hut. They advertise dine-in but no such thing!

No ice for drinks and no fountain drink s and the five dollars flat bread pizza was blurt. The place was dirty and the server just sitting not working.must be nice to sit and get paid.lockhart pizza hut went down

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas i got 2 cheese they refused to fix it at all basically said that's what you ordered that's what you get! Really 70.oo on cheese pizzas they will never get my business again

To the owner: Your default reply is very insulting to your customers. It tells them they are so insignificant that you can not take the time to reply sincerely. You have seen multiple problems highlighted in the reviews, but nothing has seemed to change.

The food is good, I can absolutely say the pizza and bread sticks were fantastic! The soda machine was broken and no ice. So that was disappointing. The seating area, I have got to say, was filthy. The tables needed to be wiped down, really needed to vacuum, and over all the whole place needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was awful. Bathroom needs to be cleaned top to bottom. It was awful.

Horrible! Múltiple people walked in after us and got served before we did! Serve time was so long I lost my appetite. The food wasn’t even all that great either. I would never recommend the place if it were the last pizzeria open in Texas! Was waiting so long my ice melted in my drink. If I wanted to be here so long I’d just go to an airport restaurant, and I’m sure even there the service would be better. The place was not cleaned either there’s old food on the table and they weren’t even wiped down.

The service leaves a lot to be desired, they are not too rude or arrogant, and they are very dirty to work with... I placed my order at 8:24 pm today and I didn't receive it until 9:40 pm because they were putting other pizzas in front of people they knew, people were cooking with their hands holding their phones and without properly covering their hair...

Pizza Hut advertised a 1-topping large pizza with the purchase of a large pizza. The moment our waitress addressed us, she made sure to let us know they were OUT of large pizzas. We said fine, then we will take a medium 1-topping pizza with the purchase of a medium. Nope. The owner refused. There were only two other occupied tables, so that should have been our first clue things weren’t going to go well for us. We ordered a super supreme and they told us they ran out of ham but could substitute. We asked for bacon and they said it was an extra charge for bacon. What really did it in for us was the fact that they had the free pizza ad for the free 1-topping pizza posted loud and clear in their window!
