Alfredo's Lomita Reviews
First time here and was happy with my experience. I couldn't decide on a burrito, so I ordered the burrito trio to try all 3. My favorite sauce of the three was the green one, however all of them brought their own distinct flavors. The meats in the burritos were also decent, but the red one was a little on the dry side. I also enjoyed the drink, nothing too special, but I liked all the seasoning on it. Overall, good service, good experience.
Food, service, atmosphere & parking lot = EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. the portions are tasty & plentiful, you can't go wrong. Plenty of space to park, relaxed atmosphere & screen tv's to catch your fav sporting event. When in the area, stop by. You'll become a regular.
I see this restaurant every time I commute home from work and my wife heard about it on Facebook. We decided to come here and try their food. It lived up to the talk and suggestions from many online. We arrived just as it was getting busy and our host gave us a warm welcome. Asked us to sit anywhere and we chose a booth by the windows. We had their chips and salsa which was homemade, got a bowl of their signature menudo, machaca and egg breakfast with refried beans and rice. Also had 2 of their Conchinita Pibil tacos. Everything was delicious and authentic in flavor. The restaurant was clean, organized, and excellent service. We'll be coming back for more items on their menu.
Had this Mexican restaurant on my saved list for a while and was craving a burrito so finally checked it out on a rainy day since i was in the Lomita area. Lots of parking in the back of restaurant, walked in and was greeted warmly by the waitress also. Ordered their specialty, the Boxito Burrito with the sides and was not dissapointed. Smoky flavor, very unique and filling. Chips and salsa was adequate, the lady was courteous to ask if i needed more salsa too. 5 stars, recommend this place 🤙🤙
My family has been coming here for for brunch for years. They are cute family owned joint that has delicious food, served with pride by Maria. The recipes are unique to the location and too many tasty selections to highlight just one. Each meals is always prepared using the highest quality ingredients, which u really taste with each bite. Come hungry and expect to leave too full to really function. Highly recommend coming here for a perfect mexian meal.
Couldn't have been better. The Staff was all in. Helping each other. Our waitress was perfect. The food was so hot and fresh. Excellent Yucatecan restaurant to eat at.
Had an absolutely amazing dinner. Enchiladas were on point, had just cheese because they are so amazingly tasty! The carne asada tostada was huge and so tasty. My daughter had a burrito and at first thought it looked small but it was extremely filling and couldn't finish it. Deceiving one might say! But if I could give more stars I would! The service was excellent as always. They always make sure you have what you need without pestering you. And one must remember they are the "Original Alfredos"!!
Phenomenal! Soo soo authentic and delicious! They even gave us free rice pudding which was amazing too! The cochinita pibil was so tasty!
I found Alfredo's pretty much by accident: a very happy accident. I'll put it this way: this place alone is worth the 45 minute drive from where I live in LA to Lomita Eat the boxito sauce!
We were on mile 2.8 of a 4 mile walk and stopped by to eat dinner! Good choice to do so. Big servings and decent price. :-)
An absolutely stellar local spot. Strong contender for the best chips and salsa in town. Never had a meal or bad dish it's all excellent. Bring your family and friends and try one of everything. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and speedy service.

If you’re looking for that authentic taste and flavor, Come Here ! This is the second time back for me and still hits just the same as the first which was BOMB! The frijoles were a liiiiiittle salty today but they are on top of it !:) super friendly environment and they even have an outdoor patio area in the back! Enjoy!

Love this place. Never had a bad meal. Service can be a little slow when it’s busy but what restaurant isn’t.

I had really high hopes for this place, specially after reading some of these reviews and their menu. I made sure we came here hungry. Maybe we ordered the wrong items. Maybe something changed within the operation of the restaurant. Whatever it is, it seems like its glory days are something of the past. The machaca con huevos was super bland. It lacked flavor. I hav to add lots of salt just to get it to taste well. Same thing with the chilaquiles. The flavor was missing both spice and salt. The carnitas tasted alright. Nothing extraordinary about them. We decided to skip on dessert because I definitely didn’t want to get disappointed over bland flan. I guess the items we enjoyed the most were the beers, the chips and the salsa from the beginning.
Taste bad meat smell bad not fresh no green sauce no red sauce rice over cooked no seasoning and the lady at counter she look angry not welcoming at all wont order again
There were many errors in our service which affected the atmosphere and left me and our family having second thoughts about returning. Disappointed with the relative of the owner, who listened to my complaints but no compensation or relief was offered.

Had high hopes for this place due to the reviews however was deeply disappointed. Their food is not authentic or flavorful. I feel like this is American Mexican food. I would not come here again or recommend friends to this place. We had the enchiladas suizas, carne asada and sopes.

On a rainy day, when there is no body at the restaurant, the older lady did not want to charge me for the drink and just kept on talking on the phone. I politely mentioned, I have to rush because I was on my lunch break. She just ignored. I was the only customer in there by the way.
