I was blessed. I use their coupon for buy one get one for $0. 99 and bought extra meat which was pastrami and I will be able to eat for the next 4 days praise God. The people there working are very good employees by the way they deserve a raise God bless.

Out standing customer service, the employees greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was having a bad day but I walked out of there happy, the staff is very nice, organized and friendly. Best subway sandwich ive had till day. I go about 3 times a week now keeps me healthy, full, happy and satisfied. Best shop compared to all the other locations in all of long beach.

That Marisol is an excellant subway associate, nice polite and goes out of her way to please the customer

They didnt chop my salad so I had to eat all the chicken to get to the veggies and ended up with a pile of plain spinach. Healthy but would have been more enjoyable chopped/mixed

I use to frequent this place and all the employees are great except for this one time last week I went to get a soup for my son & I noticed the gentlemen serving my soup put some of the water they keep on the bottom of the tray that keeps the soup hot ( he literally lifted the container and under there there’s hot disgusting water )in my soup that was for my toddler! I didn’t speak out right away ( I have an anxiety disorder and there was a few people waiting in line, and plus I just don’t like being rude and I don’t think I could’ve said anything in a nice tone ) so I just left but I couldn’t shake the bad feeling that It was a bad action that he did. Days later I went to a different subway when I asked other subway employee if it’s something they normally do he said no, even said it was against health regulations. I went to the original subway again and spoke to another employee and manager, All they said was they’ll look into it but I’m never going back to this subway ever again. Also he doesn’t cover his nose with the mask and has a very pessimistic attitude despite me being friendly. This has really taking a toll on me. Like it really affected me and my mental. It’s just messed up !

Cashier tells me she can call over to another store and I can give them my DEBIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE AND CHARGE MY CARD?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? obviously I'm not comfortable with that. So I'm just standing and dumb and dumber can't figure out what to do. So I just leave? Horrible customer service. Should have just given my the sandwiches since YOU inconvenienced ME. March 7 night shift 8:30pm teach your employees customer service.

When we walked in there was a hispanic woman who didn't greet us and kept walking in front of us being rude. Then, we got to the register and the young guy said we didn't have enough money (which turns out he was trying to pay our food with our cash benefits NOT food benefits). We walked out very very embarrassed! But NOT before the Mexican speaking rude worker yelled out, "what happened?! They have no money?! Why come here then if they have no money?" Again, as if we weren't embarrassed enough the worker thru in some rude comments to make it all worse. We were going to go back in and pay with our bank card instead, but after what she said we felt to ashamed and embarrassed. That will be the last time we ever go to that subway!
