Pho America Long Beach Reviews
Been going here since I was a kid. Same great service and good food.
It was my first time coming here they were very friendly and very informative.. and they were very fast I feel like the prices were reasonable.. and the food was pretty tasty if I do say so
Great food, service and prices. Went there for lunch for the first time with co workers. Had the spring rolls and wonton soup. Gets busy at lunch, so be prepared. Smaller parking lot too.
Service is great and so is the food.
Authentic and delicious. I’ve yet to find a better spot for pho. Dine in or take out, you won’t be disappointed.
This is always a good spot to go when it's cloudy and cold or raining outside. The food is good, I would definitely recommend. If your coming here during lunch make sure to come a bit earlier this place tends to get busy a lot and the parking lot is pretty small so hard to find parking when it's busy. Overall great pho
Yummy Pho! Fast service, great prices. You can choose a small or large size Pho. The large is enough for me to eat 2 or more times. When you order to go they pack everything separately so the noodles don't go gooey/soggy. Love it!
Best pad Thai I’ve ever had. I’ve tried other dishes but the pad Thai was the one I always get. The dishes are fresh and vibrant with color. The staff there is so nice and great customer service.
The food was vibrant and fresh.
This place is one of the best flavor pho broth, consistencies, and quantity of toppings (meats) on their pho in Long Beach for the price. I also like their bun bo hue noodle soup. You can also order additional toppings if there isn't enough meat. Vermicelli dishes are good here. Everything else on there menu flavor wise i feel i can get somewhere else though, with better taste. Can't hit a home run on everything.
So, I'm not at all an expert in pho, so I can't say it was better or worse than other places, but I can say it was cheap and delicious. I had a large pho with grilled chicken, and it was indeed quite large. Everything the rest of the group I was with ordered looked great too, and even with 8 people, it came out superfast. We all agreed, we totally need to go back. Though, I also had to try the durian shake out of sheer curiosity - it's actually not bad, but it totally didn't go well with pho, so I'm drinking it now. They had an impressive assortment of shakes that sounded good, though; that was just the oddest. edit: I've been back with the same group a couple times, now. The seafood combo pho was also excellent (though I still think the grilled chicken is the best), and the jackfruit and young coconut drinks were also fantastic. And the food's been ready superfast every time.
never ordered from this place but a lot of people seem to order from far away so it's good food and the pay is good programs to deliveries but I've never tasted the food but officially police officers come here to eat so it must be good and yeah
My friends and I come here all the time. The staff always let's us sit there for an hour and a half over Boba and pho and talk about our lives and good pho too. I mean some days are better than others but it's nice to go somewhere where I can be there for fifteen minutes or an hour and a half and it's cool.
Pho America is go-to Vietnamese joint for me. I have know Karen and her brother Henry, who sadly died some years ago of small cell sarcoma, since they have opened. Its pure comfort food for me. The small appetizer and a regular Pho Gai are my regular order when I don't want to think. Some of the more exotic traditional dishes are super yummy too. Henry use to love ordering something for me and seeing my reaction!
This might be my new favorite restaurant in all of Long Beach. We heard of this place from a friend who has the low-down on the Southeast Asian food scene here, and told us this was the best traditional pho in the area. I’ve also had a lot of pho from a lot of restaurants and cities, and this is one of my top 2. I got the chicken pho - often an afterthought at many restaurants - and was amazed by the complexity of the broth. Surprisingly enough though, my favorite thing was actually the spring rolls. We got the beef, which was tender and deliciously marinated, and included pickled (not raw) veggies. I ate them without the sauce because it was so good! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes! Ps try the hot chrysanthemum tea!!
I moved to Long Beach in 2008, this was the 1st place I tried, and the best since. Straight to the point and really good pho. Been to other places, but wasn't the same, maybe I'm just biased lol. Staff is always friendly, and consistent.
Ordered delivery from this place. It was pretty good. Order was packaged nicely. They didn’t miss anything.
They are very friendly and good taste great. It’s one of my favorite spots for Pho in Long Beach 🍜 I would recommend this place for their other food items as well. Food comes out fast too :)
Ordered a chicken pho and ban mi at this place via uber eats and it was so good. Now I want to drive over and actually eat on person:)
I went here with my nephew on saturday, it was amazing. Great atmosphere with awesome customer service. The food had mouth watering taste. The flavors were remarkable. I really recommend.
The pork, shrimp 🍤, egg rolls with rice meal was delicious. I enjoyed it. The milk with no boba was sweet 🧋. I appreciate the service here 🙏.
From the food, the Vietnamese coffee and the service this place is perfect!
Been to this wonderful soup restaurant. Both times I got there house special phò. Absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and plenty of meats for a great price. Can't wait to go back for more

food was pretty good. Service could of been a little better. Prices not too crazy.

Always a great dining experience. Consistenly great food and great service. My family has been visiting Pho America since first moving to Long Beach 8 years ago and recommend it to all.

The best pho place out in Long Beach, so look no further. Their broth is on point 8 out of 10 times and meat quality is decent. They play some funny viet trance but it's all gooood
Great food... my favorites are a mini steak pho bowl w meat well done, the chicken skewers and butter rice! The service can be a bit slow and unreceptive at times but the food is delicious.
Bahn mi sandwich was pretty yummy. Only bad thing was way too much big ice on the Thai tea with boba. Order easy ice.
My favorite spot for Vietnamese soup! I had the beef noodles soup and my wife had chicken soup. Both are equally delicious. Just don't go into the bathrooms, the riff-raff off of PCH come in and tear them up.
Love the taste steak pho here. Always delicious and not to over priced. Large rare steak pho and pork spring rolls under $20. Typically not to crowded around, but I guess they just depends on the day lol. A overall good place to eat.
The food is great very good flavor but the place as a whole can be a little more clean. The front door was very durty, and napkin holder had food stains. If they fix that I'll go back.
Great place to eat with a good affordable price plus nice friendly staff.. Everytime when i come here i always luv their pho combination large soup it's tasty and it's filling as for my taste i enjoyed it all of it. I definitely will recommend it to my friends and co workers. It's a lot if food selections to choose from. So what are you waiting for go check it out see what you think?? 😘😃😄
I've driven by this place hundreds of times and finally found time to stop in. The place is really clean and the food was delicious. The menu is extensive so finding something for everyone is guaranteed.
Good food but the service is nonexistent. We walked in and were expected to seat ourselves and grab our own menus. Which would have been fine but we couldn't find any menus
Lets begin with the positives. THE BEST PHO IN AMERICA! The quality of the food is PHENOMENAL. Exelent service, friendly people. Negatives are you pay for what you get, and you pay alot. Very expensive for the area and the decor, but they do have specials. Its best to stick to the specials, you'll be better off.
Very helpful & friendly staff. From the first visit they were willing to make appropriate suggestion on what to order. The Pho with Grilled Pork & Springrolls are my go to favorites with Thai Tea. They include Fresh Mint
Spacy and excellent pho and spring roll. There's an menu number, like A-##. So you just tell the waiter the number. I can't tell weather surgical plastic hand gloves "looks" sterile or other but they do so. Actually I surprised when served with these. Good food and plenty of vegetables. Pho soup tastes good.
I'm from out of the area just happened by this place this afternoon. Food was great and had interesting combinations. I got the small bowl of pho and an entree of kung pao chicken. I wanted to stop eating but I couldn't. I finished it all. Ample servings tasty food but the service was a little slow. The food was really special though..
Food was okay as other restaurants, service was normal as expected.
The food is excellent (best Pho I've had anywhere) and the service is pretty good. Decor is not amazing, but the food quality makes up for it. Basically, it's probably not somewhere you'd take a first date if you're trying to be fancy, but it's absolutely somewhere to go for a good meal. I've gone through more frequent diner cards than I can count here, and there are sections of the menu I haven't even tried yet!
Very casual place. Food usually comes out quickly, but be sure to ask for everything you need in the beginning because the service is a bit on the slow side. The pork spring rolls are delicious and the veggie pho is always a go-to for me. Decent lunch and dinner specials too for around $10.00.
Food is not bad. They just don't have shredded chicken for the pho. They Food comes out asap but after that I won't see the server for a long time
I have been coming here at least once a week (but usually it's 2,3 times) for the past 2 years or so without missing a beat. I love this place and Henry and Karen are awesome. I love Pho in gerenal and have tried many restaurants in Long Beach and LA area and none come close to here. Their broth is amazing and they're generous with the fresh herbs and sprouts they give you to mix. most places give you a tiny bit and not very fresh, but over here it's really fresh. I have tried couple of other dishes like the chicken with butter rice and spring rolls and all are just as great, but I only come here for the Pho. and you cannot beat the price. The quality and portion of food you get for the price is unbeatable.
Ordered for pickup. I got charged for 2 pho rare steak when I clearly told them one. He was upset when I told him it was for one but he said it’s ok. I received my food quick. I do wish they would put 4 quarter limes instead of just one. Overall, food was delicious.
Its a very old restaurant, but my child loves their Pho, staff super friendly. Price compares to others.
They play the weirdest music here. It's like they play it on purpose so you can get in and get out as fast as you can. The Pho was ok. The broth wasn't as rich as some of the other places I've tried before, but it will do. Service is whatevers here. You have to wave them down for them to come to you, unlike other Vietnamese restaurants.
I was a loyal customer until an incident that made me change my mind. I vow to never come back. I came in and ordered chicken pho for my two daughters for to go. An employee, I assumed it was one of the owners, asked me if I was the one who phoned and ordered chicken pho for her aged father. He explained that the daughter asked that the chicken be cut into small pieces because her father could not chew that well. I told the employee it was not I who had made that phone call. When the order came, I paid and went home. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken was all cut into small pieces. I was shocked and disappointed that the employee gave me someone's order because it was not picked up; the broth was cold, too. I did not ask for the chicken be cut into small pieces. No respect for customers at all. So disappointed.
The pho was really good. I wasn't too thrilled by their chicken fried rice. The chicken was under seasoned and rice was a bit gummy. However, despite all that, I did get full and I had a food baby.
This place is honestly one of our favorites and has good food and good price, however the customer service is horrible they almost never come to your table.... we asked for extra lemon and they never brought us that extra lemon they're always standing up around next to the tables but never come to actually ask if you need something ......they do serve food quickly but just as quickly they expect you to get out of there... if you really want pho come here and there is a dinner special for about $22 you get pho plus an appetizer and two free drinks it's worth it if you're really craving it if not find another spot where they actually have good customer service
The food here is very blend. I ordered fried noodles with chicken and veggies. The chicken looked like it was just boiled and thrown on top (no flavor at all). There are better places to grab some vietnamese food then here
Great pho. Been a few times. Only gave 3 stars because they charge .25 cent per food item you order for take out but I'm spending about $35-$40. So if you get take out there will be an extra charges on your bill.
Been here about 12 times because the food is amazing. The wait staff takes forever though and they always have the same excuse why they can't make a Boba tea that "the guy isn't working today" which makes no sense to me. I've only had a Boba once out of the 12 times.
Good Pho, but the service is bad. Once they drop off your food they never come back, not even to refill your water. You have to wave them down to get their attention, it's kind of ridiculous. Unfortunately this is how it's been for the many years I've been coming here, doubt it will ever change.
Great food, however when I phoned my order in at 715 and came in at 730 they said they had no record of my order because they don't take orders seriously after 7pm over the phone because many people call but never come to pick up their order. I ended up having to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare my order. I probably will not return as I get off work late and don't have a lot of time to hurry up and wait. I shouldn't suffer because of the irresponsibility of there other customers.
Was disappointed. I left instruction that my 92 years old mom likes her beef cooked. She still got it raw. She stay at a long term care and have no one to help her heat the pho or the raw beef. They don’t care enough to read the instruction. This is my 2nd time I ordered from this restaurant for my mom. I’m afraid to order again and I might get the same result.
Used to love this place. Food is still great but the service really sucks now! It's sad. They are steadily busy, never out if control but the staff just really doesn't care about taking care of the guests or being efficient. Especially for take out orders. Which I thought may be better than sitting inside like usually and getting crappie/slow service. Smh
My parents and I love the pho here. Great tasting broth and fresh ingredients. When dining in, however, the service can be somewhat lacking. It often feels like you're inconveniencing them with your presence. A bit uncomfortable. This time around, since I'm sick, I called in my order to pick up and eat at home. My usual is the rare steak and meatball pho. I requested a large size today. I went to pick up and paid. I included a $2 tip (15%), which I feel is fair for a to-go order. I asked for an extra packet of hoisin sauce because they only included one in the bag of toppings. So they give one packet for small and also only one for a large pho, and they want to charge you extra if you ask for more. I explained to the girl that they have bottles on their tables and that usually more than one packet's worth of sauce is used. I feel they should automatically include 2 packets for a small and 3 for a large. I understand charging extra if you want extra of everything. She did give me a little cup of extra sauce (thank you), but I do find that the practice of charging extra per condiment is a bit... stingy? I don't blame her; she was kind to oblige even though she looked a bit annoyed. But for the business owners (this goes for the other restaurants as well) at least be realistic as to the amount that normally goes into a bowl of pho and at least try to match that with the hoisin packet or cups to supply per order. Just a thought.
Got the veggie and tofu pho, small. It wasn’t anything special unfortunately. All the veggies did not taste fresh and it had very little tofu that also tasted old. It wasn’t awful but I likely won’t come back.

Me and my wife just visited this restaurant after months of passing by and wondering if it were any good. My wife ordered the pho with well done steak and flank. She enjoyed it, it was well served and very well served. I ordered the clay pot chicken and shrimp. It was very good, maybe a sorta small serving but really good flavor. We also order a side of egg rolls which were very good. Now. The service was it's downfall. From the moment we went in to the time we got our order taken was that of about 15-20 minutes, not until we called on someone letting them know we were ready to order. The food did come out pretty fast. Maybe 5 minutes or so. Now, again, the service. No one passed by to check on how we were doing the whole time we were eating, to see if we needed anything else. When it was time to pay, while we were eating with no indication that we were done or near finishing the waitress came and delivered our check. Almost $60 for our meal. When I got up to pay and pressed the no tip option, I could see the face of annoyance in the waitress face. Although the food might of been good. I doubt we'll be returning.

in terms of pho, i'd give it a C at the most. the noodles are poorly prepared, the chicken was very dry, over cooked, and was primarily non-white meat and fatty joints. was served with lemon instead of lime? i'm not picky but at least tell your customers if you don't have lime and only have lemon. the broth was decent. overall not very satisfied and this is the second time coming to this place. wouldn't reccomend it.
I ordered a Taro Boba and when I got it the boba tasted like powdered milk with water it was very disgusting. They took no time to make it correctly and made sure it was correct. Another thing I ordered was Pad thai noodles and when I started to eat it there was these big chunks of mystery meat more than shrimp. Honestly there are way better places to go.
This was one of our favorite places to come to for pho. I came here all the time during my pregnancy (late 2020, early 2021) and even after my baby was born my family and I were still supporting this business. The woman who’s always working (older with glasses) is always in a bad mood it seems and isn’t really friendly. Literally, every experience she’s rude for some reason. I figured it was just who she was. The food began to be mediocre. It’s never really consistent. The last time we went which was about 2 weeks ago my husband ordered the yellow curry and it was pretty bad. It was as if they reheated the curry soup and then just added old grilled chicken to it. It definitely was NOT fresh and it tasted nasty. They probably had chicken from the night before or from an older dish that was sitting around, put it in the microwave and then cut it up into pieces and put it into the curry soup. Sad to say, that was happening to us a few times prior to this visit where the food was coming out old, nasty, etc. that will be our last visit there.
I love Vietnamese food specially their spring rolls. They didn't do it right here. I ordered grilled pork and spring rolls over rice noodles. The food came out cold. Grilled pork was tuff and spring rolls was not crispy. Plus it seems like they don't care much about customers. I saw a couple of tables have to walk to get their checks at the counter but the whole restaurant has only 5 tables. I gave them a try!!
We went in today and ordered some food and all i have to say is please check YOUR FOOD before you eat , our pho and egg noodles had flies and one of the sauces too had flies. I hardly touched my pho but my family had already eaten most even our little kiddos! The waitress was rude when we brought it to her attention, even worse she was mad when we didn’t tip instead of taking accountability.

Stopped here based on others reviews. What a disappointment. Ordered pho to start and noodles as an entree. 2 minutes later server already brought Pho and by the time I made a first sip of Pho he brought the noodles. C'mon, its common sense, i am alone at the table, meaning all food is just for me, so why would you bring it at the same time. Anyway, by the time I was finished with my Pho noodles were completely cold. But they tasted pretty bad anyway. So food is below avarage and service is unprofessional.
This place is ridiculous! I bought 3 Lg bowls of pho, and 1 rg size bowl, ask for extra sause and was given 3 little cups, I said this is not enough which they replied they'll have to charge me for more! I gave them they're little cups back and said this is the last time I come here!
The Pho tasted like water with black spots of mold on the meat. I got so sick the next day. Service was terrible with rude and inappropriate retorts to requests for basic service. Many other Pho options nearby.
Dining outside was the worse here not sanitary at all. Edit: came here again to give them a try again, pho has no flavor like before, staff are really rude when trying to ask for order. Unsanitary. Will be my last time here after I still gave it another shot. I use to come here alot before the pandemic, but now the staff seems like they just don't care about the customer or food quality anymore. Smh
I went to this place based on Google reviews. I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a chicken breast pho. The chicken breast was extremely overcooked. Thin slices hard like a rock. The noodles were the thinnest noodles that I have seen in a pho. The broth tasted liked Mexican broth. They give customers one very thin paper napkin. If customers need napkins they have to look for a waitress and ask for more. Very inconvenient. I am not coming back. I wish to be able to get my money back.
The food was bland and the tables were dirty. The sauce bottles were FILTHY, my cup of water had gunk at the bottom and the greeting and seating staff was rude. Thought they were good due to the reviews but I regret giving them my business.
The quality of the food has definitely gone down. I could tell they used left over meat from yesterday. I came during opening time and the meat was not fresh. It was actually cold and tasted like it been refrigerated and then placed in my pho. What a shame, long time ago it was good. Not anymore. Lost a customer.
Lies about food being done on postmates. Refused to acknowledge me when I waited for more than 20 minutes after it said my food was done. Staff would yell at other customers who had been waiting 30+ minutes for food that was said to be done on postmates! And as a final nail in the coffin the staff at the front of the store refused to wear their masks properly with it under there chin the whole time. Get your pho from somewhere else.
I ordered delivery from here and I'm very disappointed because the pho was covered in fat it was disgusting. I couldn't eat it without my utensils being covered in fat.
There was a dead smothered fly on my mom's food. I had to get up several times to ask for things, because they don't come. They also changed the price of my pho to a higher price, than what the menu said.
Looks family owned....and they're not very cordial even the young girl whose a sever!!!ive eaten at a lot of restaurants and pho....i have not ever experienced eating pho and only get two (2) sliced meat (they state because it's a regular size!!!! And I ordered side of meatballs with my pho and it was only one (1) meatball cut in half...trust me i don't mind paying $$$ for service and good food but come on now!!!!$15.00 for this...
I have frequented this establishment for years. However, they have repeatedly left out side items that I have paid for without compensating me. No one can remember who you are the next time you order. This time, the person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and could not verify my order. So, I told her to cancel it. But she said that I had to cancel with GrubHub. Needless to say, it could not be CANCELLED! So, I gave the order to the delivery person. I will never order from them again!!
Do not eat here! I paid with my credit card and days after i went on my bank statements they added additional charges to my card. They charged me more and they probably think that people will notice because they do it a couple days after. I have the receipt and they added more to my total a couple days later! They are scammers that try to take advantage of their customers! like you don't do that to people! Everyone works hard for their money so to me that's baffling to say the least.the customer service is just as bad. I'm usually not the type to post bad reviews but in this scenario i have to share my experience to inform the rest of the people. This is completely unacceptable! Fraud is fraud. Who knows how many other dollars with other customers this could be a common occurrence and they could have potentially defrauded hundreds to thousands of dollars from unsuspecting victims.
Rude! Rude! Rude! It was late. I called prior to see if they were still seating. The person who answered said 8:15 was the cut off time for seated guest. We got there at 7:40ish. Walked in he immediately said to go orders only!! I said I just called the person said 8:15. He reluctantly walked us to a table while barking hurry and order. About 5mins later a family of 4 walked in they got the same speech. This restaurant closes at 9pm...why are you turning away customers at 7:40. If I had other choices we would've never spent our money here but our kitchen is being remodeled it was labor day and our local favorite had closed early. I think if you want to cut off seated customers you need to post that. Otherwise it's very rude to tell people they have to order to go when your restaurants posted closing time is 9pm. I've lived in Long Beach 20yrs I've only come to this place 5x and every time has been an issue. Oh we only order Pho we were done before 8:15 and had to wait another 10mins to pay because no one came back to check on us. My husband had to walk up to ask for a to go bowl and pay. I always drink my left over juice for breakfast 😋 anyway We'll probably never come back here. I think 5x of bad service is enough for me.
If I could leave zero star, I would. Service was unbelievably terrible. I had to ask for an extra bowl for my toddler to three different servers and was told to go back to my table and to chill out. Food took a while to come and our appetizer was served way after the noodles. Never going back again. There are other better places to go.
First and last time. I ordered from DoorDash and Pho America offered a special of 2 shrimp fried rice for the price of one. Also 2 for one Pho, and they didn't come through. They only sent one of each. They sent one pack of hoisin sauce for a bowl of Pho. One lime slice and it was dry, no juice came out of it. I just moved to Long Beach and this was my first order via delivery. I ordered Pho frequently when I lived in the IE, and never once had to request utensils. This order came without chopsticks, with out a spoon and fork. I was calling during business hours and they don't answer.
Went to have an early dinner with a friend and share an order of Pad Thai with Shrimp and an order of special combination fried rice. It was really not good. The quality of their food has gone down. It use to be so good but things have change at this location.
This place served me rotten food. Please don't go there if you have to work within the next week. It dangerous. How is a jalapeno slimy(see picture)? And everything was limp. The meat looks sus. Through it away. Plus when tried to inform management they hung up and stopped answering the phone. I never complain but this is a safety issue.
This has to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I mean that with every word. So I just moved to CA 6 months ago & today was the first time I got to actually search and pursue a good pho restaurant. I found some places close to me via google maps & pho American stood out to me! So i decided to get directions and make my way! I arrive here & the windows were dirty, floors were filthy, and as soon as I walk in I was told I could sit any where (via the open flat hand gesture). No greeting what so ever. I came with my 2.5 year old and 7 month old newborn. I asked for a high chair & the lady said there were none. No biggie we’ll take a booth and I’ll sit my baby’s car seat on a chair which I had to grab myself. I’m sitting there viewing the menu & I look over to my right and an older guy is sitting there chomping on some shrimp fried rice. We made eye contact and his exact words were “let me know when you’re ready to order” Like how nasty and unappealing. All I saw was fried rice and eggs when he opened his mouth!! Like oh my goodness were you gonna stop and come take my order while you were chewing food!? Yeah right. Fast forward, I order the vegetable pho, a sprite, side of noodles, and veggie egg rolls. Food comes out. Looks amazing. I just had to ask for the sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls but other than than. I got to chowing down on my hot veggie pho & fresh veggie rolls. By the way while I was eating I had to continually fan away 2 annoying gnats!! Gave her my credit card as soon as she brought the ticket. Brought the receipt back so I could sign & I thought I was on my way. I look at the tray of condiments... soy sauce, hot sauce, spoons, chopsticks, peppers, etc.... To my disgusting surprise I see something squirming around in the bottle of soy sauce!! I almost puked!! I grabbed my phone and hit record. I thought I was tripping or something. So I tell the older lady to come on over & she grabs the bottle tries to act like she didn’t see anything. And I grab t and put it in the sunlight that was coming in behind me and it started swimming around like a tadpole. It was absolutely disgusting. She grabs the older man(aka the owner) and tells him. She insisted she was going to throw it away then he finally sees the bug inside. And with a smart attitude he looks at me and says do You need something? UH YEAH! You need to clean your restaurant for one, and two get rid of these bugs! Now I didn’t say anything like that I just notified him that it was very nasty and I told him I used that soy sauce (even though i didn’t) and he’s like okay. Do you want me to do? I’ll give you 50% off. First of all I already paid for my food!! Thanks though. Well that’s what I can do I can give u discount. I’m like what about a sorry?? Are you alright? I will make sure this won’t happen again. Nope. So he insisted that he put the $20 back on my card and then recharge it for a discounted price ($10) So he voided the first sale and reswiped my card for the even $10. Even now when I look at my credit card transactions it still has both payment posted of course. He had no remorse for it and was just rude! After I discovered the bug I got mean looks from the elder lady and the younger one. I am so disappointed with this visit. After all of that $30 of my money is tied up in pending charges and now I still have to deal with them until I get it resolved. DO NOT EAT HERE. IF I SAW ALL OF THIS IN THE FRONT IMAGINE WHAT THE KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE. I don’t even wanna know. By the way I never do review and I’m sure you can tell but I just had to let the town know. This was supposed to be the best PHO in Long Beach. I THINK NOT!!
First and last time. I ordered from DoorDash and Pho America offered a special of 2 shrimp fried rice for the price of one. Also 2 for one Pho, and they didn't come through. They only sent one of each. They sent one pack of hoisin sauce for a bowl of Pho. One lime slice and it was dry, no juice came out of it. very rudely and behaves in a very arrogant manner. I don’t understand how someone with this attitude was hired. She presents herself very unprofessionally.
Came here when it was about to close. I got yelled by the staff at night bc I wasn't eating it fast enough. They said they were closed at 8:30 when they closed at 9. They still charged my card even after me not even finishing my meal. The service is messed up, idc if its a Sunday. If you want to leave at 8:30 put it on the website that it closes at that time.
