I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! What really stood out was the exceptional service from a young man working there. He was incredibly understanding and helpful in figuring out exactly what we needed. He even went above and beyond by recommending Halal Chicken, which was a great suggestion! As visitors from Canada, we really appreciated the warm welcome and how he made our visit so pleasant. His friendly attitude and helpfulness truly made our day. I can't wait to come back!

Did not catch her name but the cashier working on Jul 22 2021 was extremely friendly and helpful the bag says her name might be Ruby. The food was also the best I've ever had from any wingstop.

Ordered a 10 pc cajun boneless, best wings in the LA area hands down.

The food here is always good and the staff is friendly. It's also less busy than usual Wingstops the only complaint is that it gets a little buggy when ordering but otherwise great.

This place can get busy. Best to order by using the app or walk-in. I called in 10min ahead as I was driving towards the shop. Was placed on hold and was still on hold when I arrived. Hung up and decided to order in person. There were four other people ahead of me and one person working the register and manning the phone. As I was waiting in line, five callers were received and placed on hold while the walk-in was taken cared of. This is first time I’ve experienced this at this particular shop. It’s not a knock against the workers. They were doing the best they can at this moment. This is for the customers, including myself, best to order by using the app. Other than that, the workers are cool, friendly, and I enjoy their wings above others.

I've been coming here for several years now, most recently on 2/25/23, mainly to order wings and sides for parties and gatherings. This is a great place, but a lot better when you order ahead and take out and/or delivery. While the staff is certainly helpful and friendly, depending on the time, you could be waiting here a little while for your order. Hence why I prefer to order in advance and eat out.

This place is hit or miss, they do not give fresh fries every time i go i have to check my fries because they be cold or they give you fries that's been sitting out and they re deep them in oil nasty!!!!! I paid for fresh food

Anyone buying , check the extra sauce that ends up in the bottom 😭. Dipped the boneless wing with the extra garlic parm that was in the bottom and bit into a piece of rock of some type (the little black rock) as seen in the picture 😩 I thought I almost broke a tooth .

This place was my go to till I got food poisoning from it, last month yes it took me one month to write this review but I believe it should be written to warn others. I got the new crispy tenders pretty sure they messed up one of the flavors since it wasn’t lemon pepper, it was some salty honey flavor. Soon enough I was down with heavy food poisoning. The staff is super friendly the restaurant itself is good condition yet won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

I did a phone order and requested the wings cooked 1min longer. I pick up the order bit decided to eat inside. Immediately I noticed my chicken was not cooked the way i requested and the cashier offered to cook them again but was also reaching for my food so to avoid waiting an extra hour i ate the not so done chicken. Night crew was very busy cracking jokes, horsing around, and carrying on. The floors were dirty, soda machine extremely dirty, restroom needed attention and the male cashiers finger nails were far too long to be sanitary in a restaurant.

Tried giving this place a second chance... I always order extra well done, both times I've ordered from here the wings were not extra well done, still soggy. Also only gave me 9 wings on a 10 piece. Never coming here again.

1st of all, immediately after eating just 2 BBQ wings from my order(could not finish my meal) I had the worst case of diarrhea that I've ever had. 2nd. too many person's asking for spare change. The service was great probably because I called my order in. But because I got soo sick, is reason enough for me to not return. (Hope I didn't get it from salmonella)

Dry lemon pepper with very little seasoning on them..7/13/18... $40 bucks for 30 pieces...I paid for this ? The 20th & and LB Blvd location needs to step it up ! We don't want this wackness in our neighborhood. Never had this problem at the WS in East LB by the traffic circle
