This might be the best BBQ spot in Texas. Hands down the smoked ribs and brisket are delicious. Amazing, a cut about the rest... If I had more hands I'll give them 4 thumbs up!

Good barbeque. Had the sliced beef sandwich with green beans and potato salad. The sliced beef was exceptional: exceptionally tender and a little blackened with a great spice rub. The potato salad was just the right amount of creamy and potato. Would recommend.

We were greeted upon entering a clean dining area and then again as we viewed the clean kitchen area. So we ordered 2 x turkey sandwiches with sides. Slaw , vegetable salad and 1× big ole cup of beans. Quick service, impressed that as we ordered the gentleman in back of the cashier was already filling our order. Turkey sandwiches were perfect,slaw was not the best,I liked the vegetable salad,wife said to stong,vinegar taste.The beans were the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this BBQ joint !

An out of the way spot, the barbecue was cooked to perfection. We ate inside, and the sitting arrangements were difficult to get in and out, as the benches were attached to the tables and required crawling over to sit. Very friendly staff.

Me and husband went there alot when we lived in longview love their turkey so juicy we haven’t had it on a long time. He had a job to do in Longview today stopped to eat lunch and brought some Turkey back to me were we live in Orange Texas. Still juicy and delicious it was years ago. Me and the wife have been through here thousands of times and never had the chance to stop and eat but lord have mercy this place is jam up!! Love it and it will now be the only bbq joint we will go to from now on.

Beef had great flavor. Coleslaw was good. Pinto beans had good flavor, just a bit on the salty side. Great service. Will eat there again, for sure.

We traveled to Longview today to pick up our grandson and stop by Adams ribs to get takeout for the family. We could not wait to get home to Bullard to devour our food. We purchased the ribs, turkey, potato salad, macaroni and cheese and banana pudding. Everything was fresh and the smoked ribs and turkey were spot on. Will be back again to eat at Adams ribs! Love this place!

3 meat plate with brisket, sausage, and turkey is a solid bet, but new personal face are the tacos. Get the chicken and you won't regret it. The staff has always been friendly when we come in, and I used to be here at least twice a week because thanks to their quick orders, I could be in and out in under 10 to 15 minutes, leaving me time to get back to class. It's also a great place to visit if you're flying in, only a few miles from the airport. Just two right turns, and a pretty good example of the best BBQ in the area. I've never heard anyone speak negatively, and it's always busy during lunch hour.

And from the first bite to the last I was in BBQ heaven. I was reminded why Adam’s Rib is Goated. Ribs, sausages, chopped beef, beans, And that perfect Banana pudding it’s all great. If you are in the mood for some BBQ do yourself the service and try Adam’s rib I recommend the monster tater it’s a lot of food so beware haha!

Barbeque is always excellent the Cole slaw is dry but the other sides are good.

Very good food....but very pricey...among the most expensive BBQ places in Longview area.

It's not Pappas in Houston but it's the next best thing. The sauce is excellent, I'm very picky about sauce because bad sauce ruins the meat. The best so for in Longview.

So, I am a Bodacious fanatic. I am 100% in love with the food there, and so whenever I try a new BBQ in Longview or East Texas, I find that I can't help but compare it to that experience and that food. That said, Adam's Rib does a good job! While I don't feel like the turkey sandwich I had comes anywhere close to touching Bodacious' turkey sandwich, I was really surprised by their sides. Green beans and an AWESOME macaroni and cheese are two things I always wish for at Bodacious, and Adam's Rib definitely delivers there! I would go back to give the other meats a try, for sure.

Very good bbq. Great for lunch. Don't drive 5 hours out of your way for it, but if your in longview I don't think you'll be disappointed. Both times I had the sliced brisket it was tender and full of flavor. I'd prefer a little more seasoning, but the smoke is spot on. For those with kids, the Mac and cheese has some spice to it so they may not enjoy it, but I liked it just fine.

Good food but the employees are not friendly, their attitudes stink! I totally understand that it's hot back there, and I also understand that it can get hectic and stressful working at a restaurant when busy. But don't take it out on us! No one is forcing you to work there. 🙄

We ordered 1lb of chopped beef and 1lb of ribs. The chopped beef was delicious. The ribs were tough and I was really disappointed because ribs are my favorite. The prices are high. For those 2 items it cost 46.00. Not sure if we will make a return visit.

Service was excellent. Food was great. But, the prices were way way to high. For a simple no thrills dinning experience you would think they would have at least a value meal. Or a special ever once in awhile. Withoit that i wont be able to visit again.

1st time visitor and I was just a bit baffled. My town doesn't have a bbq place so the next closest was this place which was 30-35min out. I get there thinking my order was already packed and ready to go but it was never set up. My guess is that they might not have a hot box to keep to-go orders. They weren't busy at all & I couldn't understand why they were so easily confused and unorganized. The food however was okay. The ribs were fine, the green beans were questionable and the potato salad was confusing. Not everybody can make traditional potatao salad. It had olives in it and I hate olives. Too much mayonnaise. Probably won't come back.

We ordered 2 baked potatoes with brisket. At 4:45 they informed us they were out of brisket. Who runs out of brisket at 4:30. We got it with turkey ,ok but not brisket. The potatoes were hard as a rock. Very disappointing. We’ll probably go to their competition in the future.

The Worst Tasting Barbecue in East Texas,, The Chopped beef,Links was unreasonable taste,texture,Have eaten in past and decided to try again thinking maybe they changed cooks,,, My surprise,,,Wasted my money,,,The Sauce is the greatest 👌,,Won't ever stop there ,,,will go into town or Tatum

I do not understand what's going on. This is the second time I went through at 6 o'clock P.M.and ordered 3 Chopped beef sandwiches (Lean), and again, last night, there were almost 1 inch block pieces of fat, and wasn't chopped good at all. The wife and I were thinking "Well maybe their mad because 6oclock is too close to closing time. Not sure, but I do not think that I will bother you guys any more.

Food was horrible smoked turkey was dry as sand baked beans were literally a can of pork an beans my fiances pinto beans smelled rotted and the colesaw was the same completely unedible dont waste your time or money there. Anyewhere will be better i promise that!

The employee's were rude. They close the doors and hour early and would not serve me. It don't compare in any way to the bodacious that they spent off of. Worst experience ever. I put it on Facebook when it happen.

I bought 1/2 lb sliced beef about 4 o'clock dec 14, 2021 I was soooo disappointed Was dry especially on one end could hardly chew it.. This customer sorry to say wasted $14 won't be back.

Spent $62 on a family pack with 2 pounds of different meats . Bought another pound of ribs on the side . Ribs were good . The pound of chopped beef was half chopped fat ! Pinto beans were crunchy ! Ordered a two meat plate for Thanksgiving Day (since I work) the day before, brisket and sausage. Half fat and about six pieces of sausage. I really am not one to complain but, this is the second time this happened in a couple of months. Adams is ok for maybe a chopped sandwich (beware) but, never again will I order a plate from them. Stick to the well known competition for the good stuff. Very disappointed.

My food was not fit to eat! I know I have had your BBQ before some place and it was good. The bake beans looked like they opened a can of pork and beans, cut up raw onion in them and served cold. Maybe it's your employees not cooking food right.

I'd like to think it that they just an off day however as a frequent customer I have noticed the quality of food has gone downhill over the last year. The beef was dry and bland, sausage was cold in the middle. Pinto beans were bland...no seasoning, not even salt and pepper. Potato salad was inedible hard brown potato cubes and black olives swimming in a mealy watery mayo sauce. Small portions, big prices, zero flavor.$40 for 2. Won't be back.

Drove all the way from Hallsville on Sunday because website showed open till 4:00 PM. Tried calling repeatedly, but the phone seemed off the hook; I should have known. Arrived about 2pm, and the place was closed up tight. Painted on a window was "OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK " LOL. I've had their food catered at work anyway, and it isn’t impressive. But I wanted hot links, and they were the only place claiming to be open. They won't be bothered by me again.
