Workers were constantly working, positive good attitudes abounded even though it was a Sunday lunch rush. It took awhile to get served, but everybody was working hard and the food was good. A shout out to the gentleman working the register, Aaron, as he held the crew together. Mistakes were made by what was obviously a mostly newer crew, and things were rectified by the same staff. None standing around or becoming rude. Great experience overall.

As far as fast food places go this is definitely one of the better ones in town as far as their management goes everyone staying on top of everything never have to wait too long for food Foods always prepared correctly staff is always nice go here maybe two or three times a month I lived in the area of my whole life

Wendy's is kind of in their own category when it comes to fast food. The burgers seem fresher, the frosty is as different, yet just as good as a soft serve cone in it's own way. And I like that they leave the skins on their french fries.

Can get a bit spendy, but these days it's like that everywhere. What Wendy's has that is not everywhere is really good food with super fast service. Plus now they've improved their fries, which was needed. Excellent.

So with it being hotter than ever in the Pacific northwest and a couple of the other places I really enjoy eating at being closed due to severe heat I was so very happy to have Wendy's open and their frosty machine up and running. The staff was super polite took my order and even made sure I got my special requests taken care of. They actually took my food back as they were handing it out the window to check to make sure my order was right. Thanks so much Wendy's for being my cold dessert hero on such a hot day.

A generally great place to have lunch or a cup of coffee. Coffee's free for seniors. Food is good and less expensive than most other places, and they have some of the best fries in town. Large, clean restrooms that are wheelchair accessible.

The manager ,Ashley I believe, took care of us. She was great. They were short staffed but she still managed to make sure our order was correct. Down to the many sauces we ordered. And best of all she did all of this with a positive attitude.

Where Anna lacked the enthusiasm that should come with a front checker, the manager more than made up for it. Maybe she was tired and at the end of her shift. Great food, great service. Clean dining area.

I used to go for the fries best in town in my humble opinion but as of late I have to nearly cry to ask them please put down a fresh basket because they usually serve what they have... cold. If you don't mind begging for what ought to come easily then its a great place. The burgers the bomb of greasy spoons. My friends hate when they hear I went back to Wendy's but to me its just more taste. Oh and I am obsessed over their chili wow I can just eat that alone without anything it seems to do the trick. Oh yeah, don't forget about the "Special book" they put it on every Halloween you donate the terrible price of one buck they hand you a book with 5 baby sized Frosties. For only a dollar? I usually get like 3 books for $3 and just hand them out as stocking stuffers or just to say hi to someone who might seem stressed they love it boosts my ego (just a tiny bit) and I did my "random act of kindness" for the day. I do take issue with the baked potatoes I am mad they don't still offer the salad bar I really enjoyed that. The burgers are tasty they about do everything I ask as far as special requests My only real peeve is they have never offered any discount for military I belive they don't offer a senior discount. But its Wendy's food I am glad to pay whatever they ask. Enjoy Longview Wendy's.

This Wendy's is OK. At peak times the line gets super long but that's to be expected. But there's two different entry ways so when theres two different lines making a right triangle shape, it blocks off traffic, which is annoying for anyone trying to go from curbside out back to the road without doing a 3 point turn. Somewhat inconsistent in what you get. I often get a lettuce wrap. Sometimes it comes in the wrapper, other times it comes in a plastic container. Sometimes it comes with the sauce on it, sometimes on the side, sometimes they leave it off altogether. I always ask to make sure the sauce is either on it or in the bag and sometimes get looked at like I have two heads. It's not the end of the world, but when fast food is as expensive as it has become, I'd like to get what I ordered right.

This was the second time I have been to Wendy's and had a good experience. I don't know what has changed, but am happy it has. I wanted a baked potato, as usual, and they had it.

This Wendy’s has wonderful customer service but can be a little slow and sometimes a little dirty because of the business. I would not recommend going at a lunch hour if you’re in a hurry because you can really wait a while. But the food accuracy is always on point, the food is always good and the people are always nice!

Although the city has made it rather difficult to get into the parking lot and drive-thru with dividers on the street, the food is good, the young man at the window was nice, and the wait time was short even though they were slightly busy.

Probably my go to fast food place for something small or just no time in the day. I find there app easy to use, and a value. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite of all that I have tried from all fast food places and Popeyes

Usually everything is great but sometimes when we order and I ask for no sauces on my burger they write "plain" on the order instead of "dry" or "no sauce" and the cook gives me a burger with no cheese, lettuce, tomato, or onion instead of just holding the sauce. When we go back to get it corrected they want to argue with us because the receipt says "plain" but that's not what we ordered. I just like to put the mustard on myself at home. Until this issue is fixed I can't give 5 stars even though the food is usually really good. Could be there's just one employee who equates "dry" and "plain" so it only happens once in a while, so it could be a training issue. It would be a bigger problem if I had an actual allergy but it's just a personal preference and the food/service is otherwise very good

It was strange when we arrived. The kid at the checkout was filling up containers with the different sauces. There were a few people in front of our group. He just basically ignored them until the lady finally asked if he was going to take her order. He said he couldn't take any new orders until they got some of the other orders out. Once it was explained, we didn't mind waiting a little bit. I got my food and my cousin got her food. My niece, who ordered after me, waited and waited. She finally went to the counter and it seems they gave her food to someone else. Other than that strange occurrence, it was typical wendy's fare.

Food was good and hot. The staff could of been friendlier. Very mechanical. Great to see everyone staying busy to get orders out but atmosphere was a little dry. Could use outdoor trash receptacle. Ate in car. Very small parking lot. Had to go inside to dump trash.

It's a fast food place. You order you get your food you eat. But seriously we got 3 $5 biggie bags and it feed the 5 of us. They ate a great deal. The guy at the drive through was kinda robotic but in all honesty that has got to drive a person crazy for 8hrs. The food was good he was polite and no complaints.

One of the only places open when we stopped into Kelso. Ordered on the app and drove down to get it. I was, of course, pulled forward for about 10 minutes. The food was good, and the kids ate it all quickly. Good value on the bag meals. Use the app to get points and use rewards.

(Update 6/19 at end of review) We haven't been back to this Wendy's particularly in several years. They have been so short staffed that the service usually is horrible. Most of the time when I come to this Wendy's I turn around and go somewhere else. Usually because there's a really long line in the Drive-Thru and inside. And they're clearly shorthanded. This time there was no line inside or in the drive-thru. So they might have been short-handed but because they had no customers it didn't matter. I had the Dave's Double medium combo. No onions. $12.95 Burger, fries and drink was as good as I would expect. It's not that good when they're busy. Quality seems to suffer from short handed staff. Update 6/19 Came in to get out of the heat. Ordered the Dave's single no cheese no onions. I think that's what I got. And I ordered the meal large. The guy who filled my order did not put very many fries in there. See photo. I didn't confront him about it because I didn't want to deal with any attitudes. My wife doesn't come in here because of the bad service like that. It's really hit and miss here. If you want repeat business from people, a detailed like filling the freeze up nice and full only people remembering I wanted to come back. Update 7/20/24: back for lunch today. Ordered a biggie bag with a jr. Bacon cheeseburger in it. They gave me a jr cheeseburger. The fries were not very full . Otherwise it was good. 8/5/2024: biggie bag with Jr bacon cheeseburger. The small fries only filled half way. The girl who took my order and filled it spoke so fast I was surprised I understood her. Also she didn't seem like she cared about the quality of her work.

The food is always good. It is your typical Wendy's. The line is going to be the issue. Due to supply shortages and less employees, the line is excessively long. I was in line for almost 30 minutes. Once I got to the order intercom, it was about 7 minutes before I was able to place my order. If you like Wendy's, it is worth the wait because all restaurants are slow right now. Just be prepared for the wait if you are in the mood for a Frosty.

This place is really good but I ordered 2 baconator for me and my friend with no ketchup but they put ketchup anyways. We also ordered honey mustard, but they didn’t give us any. Lastly we ordered 10 spicy chicken nuggets and we only got 9 😓

There's nothing that stands out about this Wendy's in particular. The gal who waited on us was personable and our order was prompt. HOWEVER...For those of you who are big fans of the frozen, ice cream treat known as the Frosty, I'm excited to announce to you that they have now added a third flavor to accompany their standard chocolate and vanilla: STRAWBERRY! It was tasty and remarkable only for its novelty. Again, nothing outstanding. There were no chunks of strawberries so definitely artificially flavored.

Whoever was running the store the night we stopped seemed overwhelmed and u able to control their emotions, we asked for a product we had no idea was no longer on the menu but received very rude responses to our questions. This lady spoke over the young man that actually helped with our order, other than that I feel a better manager or supervisor in charge would make it s better experience.

I typically love the food however this is my 3rd try at getting this burger and it is wrong every time. This time they forgot the bacon. Getting tired of wasting money and time, don't think I'll be back for awhile. Also the guy working window was very blah and rude.

I got food tonight. I I got the $5 bag the jr bacon burger. Non of my food was hot. And the nuggets have gotten smaller. And the burger tasted a little funny. I think it was the meat. I don't think the patty was all the way cooked or it was the bacon.

The spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich was ok. I'm guessing the chicken itself was probably cooked fresh, as it took a very long time to get my order. But there were hardly any toppings, and the ones that were there were weird and floppy. The un-melted, American cheese wasn't a good combo with the other flavors. They have the best buns as far as "cheap" fast food, franchises go. Chili is good, despite the naysayers, haha. The service wasn't great. The kid at the counter was friendly enough, I suppose, but after standing and waiting 10 minutes for my food, I went and sat down at a table. Never heard my name being called, had to keep checking every few minutes even though I heard them call other patrons up. The person I came with was almost done with their meal by the time I was able to start eating. A lot has changed since the several years it's been since I've visited there. No side salads, and only a few entree salads that i could see, hard to navigate menu and find value menu items, the lobby just doesn't seem as inviting, either. So, they're just ok. Better than some fast food places, but they're all just pretty "eh." 🤷‍♀️

We love Wendy's. It is our fast food favorite when we need to pick up, but we slowly have stopped going to this location over the course of 6 years. The most we would eat here is every third week or so, with straightforward orders right from the menu, but the majority of the time we would be MISSING ITEMS. Note- the food was always as expected: great, which is better than average fast food in my opinion. The staff was always friendly and helpful. But we would be missing a full meal or the drinks for the kids meals or the toys from the kids meals or a sandwich or some part of our paid-for order SO FREQUENTLY that I got burnt out of calling and going back to collect. I'm talking, at least a dozen times. They always help me with good customer service to fulfill missing orders, but the front end of filling the order in the first place is not working. I hope we can start going to Wendy's with confidence again, but we had two missed orders in a row a couple of months ago, and I haven't looked back yet.

Most importantly the employees are kind ! And tho that is definitely 1 of the most important things I'd like to receive on the rare occasion I get fast food, it's not the only important thing. This specific location needs to slow down! I don't mean on customers and wait time, I mean on the mental functionality. In the 4 times I have been here and being the only one inline, everytime my complete order is wrong and I have to turn around and fo back. The bunny doesn't always win the race. 😉

I come here for lunch often. I usually order chili and a sugar cookie, it's delicious, go try it! The cookie is not corn bread, but it's the next best thing. Sometimes the place is busy and it get chaotic inside, wrong orders flying everywhere. I often hear a lady employee yelling profanities most times.

Decided to try their quick breakfast sandwiches. Happy with the biscuit sandwich. (Not pictured.) Liked the seasoned potato wedges. The sausage patty is just okay. Hubby liked the bacon croissant sandwich. The wait time was long for being the only order dining in and one car in drive thru. Dining tables were clean and orderly. Carpet was nasty. Restaurant had a dirty smell. Will try again.

Check your bag and make sure you got everything in the bag that you ordered! They forgot part of my order had to go back through the drive thru to get it and when i went to eat, it wasnt even what i had ordered. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra tomato and i ended up with some kinda pretzel bun burger. Not happy one bit. Basically messed up my entire order.

I thought this was going to be a nice first time order for us. But we don’t know who’s at fault. Is is the doordash driver or the stores. We ordered the food from the Wendys app and ordered about 15 things. Yes it’s a lot of things but we left a solid tip. We got 11 things from our order but it left out a 10pc spicy nugget. Left out an order of fries and a grilled Asiago club. They also left the sauces that we ordered excluding the 3 ranches. We are upset that a few of us didn’t get our food but that’s all.

Bummed. We ordered: bacon pub fries, a spicy chicken pretzel pub sandwich, a classic bacon pub sandwich, and the family meal as a mobile order and picked it up in the drie-thru... we were missing one of the fries and the two spicy chicken sandwiches from the family meal... We didn't realize until we got home and it was 11:02. I tried to call, but it was just past closing, so we didn't get through 😔 what we did get was really good though

My husband and I went for a ride on our harley to Wendy's just for the new orange cream frosty, but instead, when we got there, it looked like some got a screwed up huge order and the one worker was so frazzled. There were two lines formed that I'm assuming one was for Doordash and the other for walk-in orders. There were 3 people waiting in the Doordash line & 6 including my husband and I. One elderly couple walked out and said they were tired of waiting, we figured it wouldn't take long to get a couple frostys so we waited in line for probably 20 min & it never moved. The one worker who was trying to fix the one order was the only one up front no one else came to help the people in line. We finally just left... this was on April 10th at about 7:30ish.

9 out of 11 orders have been wrong, from being shorted items to getting burger toppings wrong in spite of receipt being correct. Calling does nothing but, get you given attitude.

The 99 cent fries were great, but we were given chicken sandwiches that were obviously sitting around for awhile. Fast food shouldnt mean "hey these were ready 2 hours ago". They were cold, lots of breading and pretty much tasteless. We won't be back.

Service was fine, restaurant was dirty. The tables were really greasy and not wiped down. The lobby was empty, drive-thru was slow and the staff was joking around loudly in the back rather than cleaning the lobby/dining area. Food was not like other Wendy's. They were mediocre at best.

Asked about the 2 bfast sandwich deal for $4 and drive thru girl said "its actually 2 for $3 and you get tots too." So I ordered bacon and Swiss. I only got 1 sandwich, and it wasn't Swiss it was some weird sauce in it that was horrible and 2 pieces of fat they called bacon. Look at my pic. Does that look like Swiss cheese?? So disappointed with breakfast at Wendys I will never go there again for breakfast if this is what they serve and how they get sales, by deceiving people into buying something besides what they want.

This location can NEVER get all of my order into the bag. The amount of times I've come through the drive through and be missing an item is just insane. And whatever policy they have to put "1 item in the bag" is really just wasteful, I don't need 4 bags each with their own item.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and sausage and egg croissant to try out. The woman taking the order was very grumpy and when I pulled up to pay, she stuck her hand out and just grabbed my card. I had to check the receipt to make sure I was charged correctly. I took a bite of the burrito and heard a crunch and felt something sharp in mouth...It was egg shells!! Spit that bite out. Tried the croissant. Same thing...egg shells! Didn't eat anything. Just threw it all away and headed to work. Super bummed 😔

The salad had core of lettuce head. My Classic Chicken had way to much lettuce and is the driest sandwich I have ever had. This was not my first time. Always dry, but, lettuce that's it. Awful!!!

Staff took 10 minutes to take my hand order which was just a $5 biggie bag for my lunch…got my food out in 2 minutes which would usually make me very happy. My burger was piping hot in the center and cold on the edges. I brought it up to the counter and asked “did you microwave my burger” the staff refused to answer and remade my burger fresh. I complained to them stating it’s bad enough that I’m coming here to eat fast food but then you’re not even gonna cook the food to order? It’s called fast food for a reason it cooks fast…never coming to this location again and i recommend you don’t either unless you want microwave food. Better off going to the frozen section at Safeway…

The job market right now is tough. It's hard to find good people for the wages places like this pay. I understand the frustration and stress the managers are under. There was a sign at the drive through preemptively apologizing for delays due to staff shortage and training. We all have to adjust to this new normal. That being said, my burger was raw. I can attest to the fact that it is fresh ground beef because that's what I got. Probably 30 seconds per side. If I was in Paris and wanted a Dave's Tartare, this would have been perfect. The fries were good.

This place is going downhill so fast. Customer service is horrible, none greets you, the tables are sticky, and they didn’t give me a number and forgot how to pronounce my name so they just left my good sitting at the counter and by the time I received it it was cold. This used to be a favorite spot for my son and I to have our dates, this will be the last time we come here.

If I could give them zero stars, that would have been my first choice. Found what appears to be a plastic button in the middle of my burger. Tried to reach out via web and it’s been 10 days no response. DONT GO HERE. They’re yuck. Someone is missing a button on their equipment. Customer service and food are disgusting. These people want 15$ an hour while caregivers and other fields make less. Give me a break. Don’t waste your money.

My boyfriend and I get Wendy’s multiple times a week and they mess up our order on and off, not a huge deal. This time is the worst ever, I had little pieces of paper in my chili and baconator fries. In my fries the paper was about the size of a gun wrapper. Really turned me off of one of my favorite places to eat. Think it’ll be a while before I give them another chance.

I received a salad I ordered. The lettuce and tomatoes were rotten and the chicken tasted old. I received a free meal for this. Went back for another salad. It wasn't as bad as the first but there were still pieces of rotten lettuce and the chicken (breaded) was soggy. My daughter's chicken wrap was also soggy and her fries were cold. Won't be returning back to this location.

Went through drive thru where Jordyn talked the whole time about me going on line to give him 5 stars to compete with another store. Yet forgot half my meal. I normally have a phenomenal experience here, the drive thru persons are amazingly quick and very good about ensuring order accuracy but today the long dark haired girl in her mid twenties was rude and dismissive about when she got my order wrong. It was corrected quickly but rudeness and being dismissive of your customers is not ok at all, especially regulars. Happened again tonight (2/16/19) but this time they forgot both of my burgers. I would give negative stars if that was an option. Check every bag before leaving the window

I don't usually give places a rating unless they give me a absolute reason too, but this place sure did give a reason. Been going to this Wendy's about once a week or so for 3 years and almost Everytime I went I was treated very poorly by the employees and even harassed and felt like I wasn't welcome there. I do understand that minimum wage is tough and it's a tough job but decency is something that all employees should follow, would not recommend going here, thank you

Do not order DoorDash here. You will always have a large price item missing and the store as wells as DoorDash will do nothing about it. The manager we talked to on the phone was rude and dismissive… Third time this has happened and we will no longer eat at this location.

This was the last good customer service locations. That has ended. Long wait times. Nothing was right. Don’t even waste your time coming in. People leaving after paying because they didn’t get their order. Others saying they won’t ever come back. Wow. I understand being under staffed, but no one really cared here

The food was trash. It was poorly made, barely warm and it took probably about an hour just to order. There was one person ahead of us. It was actually really sad. It was very dirty the floors filthy the tables were not cleaned, things were not in order like no one was in charge of cleaning, taking care of the place. My guess is serving door dashers before customers that come in to eat probably doesn’t help. Clearly under staffed to be able to take care of the place. Or management may need to be swapped out for someone that takes at least a little pride in doing a mediocre job.

Look I understand dinner rush is alot to take in but, to screw up 4 people's orders up, and make me wait 45 minutes for two biggie bags is insanity. Then a guy who orders after us is obviously a employee and pays after us and goes in the back and packs his own damn food getting ahead of people who have been waiting forever! I have a short lunch break. Ordered a five dollar biggie bag, they still tried to upsell me even though I’m pretty sure making it a medium large would not be a five dollar bag. I get back to my job site. Go eat my chicken nuggets, and find that giving me the sweet-and-sour sauce that I ordered was not as much of a priority as up selling. Thanks for nothing.

Orderd a mobile order including 4 meals tonight. 3/4 orders were incorrect so I came back to fix it, along with remaking the food that came with it since it was cold now. They refused to make it after already agreeing to on the phone. Manager would not speak with me. Refused a refund as well stating “we gave you that food hot”. Ya well it’s cold now since I had to come fix YOUR mistake. Will be contacting corporate . Shame on these workers

I had ordered three Bacon cheeseburgers, and in every one of them, the meat was raw. I had requested to get a new one. I had gotten a new one and that was raw too, and as I was leaving to go to a different place, one of the workers had rudely spoken to me and I do not appreciate that. Did a mobile order for the first time at this location - sat waiting roughly 30 minutes for food in the mobile pickup spot, watching cars drive in/out of the drive thru, before sending someone in to go see what the hold up was. Go in to find our food just sitting on the counter… We specifically chose carry out because we had a special needs child with us who can’t always sit through a drive thru so it’s the most convenient option, but still ended up having an abnormally long wait and then having to send someone in to retrieve the food that should have been brought out when it was completed and still hot. I will never make another drive up order from this location again. Workers looked stressed and customer service definitely reflected that.

Rude drive thru staff- they act like you are bothering them , and the food-wow- I ordered the classic chicken and had not had one in years, I used to love them but when I bit into this sandwich it was like card board. Zero condiments, no dressing, just a piece of tasteless chicken on a plain bun! Yuck! The once great fries were soggy and had no flavor. I won’t be back !

Was here on Dec. 3rd 2025, at 3pm. I ordered the Double Stack Biggie Bag. I would never eat here again. The second bite of my burger I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. It was so long, I don't know how it could have been in there by accident. I opened the burger and then saw more hair, that was a different color! It was a if someone dropped it on the floor and picked it up and used it. I still feel sick thinking about it. I took all my food back in for a refund and the gal behind the counter was going to get me another burger! I said, "I do not want more food". She was flabbergasted that I didn't want more food after receiving a floor patty. She than asked, "then how can I help you?". I was then flabbergasted that she didn't know what to do. So, I asked for a refund. The manager came over and I had to explain that there was hair in my burger and that I was returning the almost complete meal and needed a refund. They did apologize, but honestly, no one seemed surprised that there was hair in the food. I am seriously worried about the entire establishment's hygiene. If the restaurant passes, then I'd be worried about who's handling the food and how multiple different hairs ended up in one burger. I didn't get a picture of the black hair, but it was at least 4 inches long. Please avoid this Wendy's at all costs. I have never had an experience like this with my local establishments. I'm also pretty sure they overcharged me, but they didn't give me a receipt at the drive through, so I can't be sure. But I ordered 2 biggie bag meals, one with a lemonade and was charged over $20, but only got $8 and change back. I was just so sick tho, I wanted to get out of there and be done with the whole experience.

Dirty lobby, no clean table, took over 25 minutes to get order and it was wrong. Very basic order, biggie bag and a large chili with onion. When I brought my chil up to counter because it had these on it, I got no apologies, but instead just impatience. And when they remade it, the bowl was only 3/4 full. People in back were on their phones, and little to no concern was given to the people in lobby. Worst service, and worst cleanliness of any Wendy's I have been into yet.

If I could leave 0 in order to get this information out I would. I ordered breakfast burrito and found what appears to be blood on the wrapper. Plus 2 hairs INSIDE of my burrito. Unfortunately, the manager said this is the only location without cameras so nothing can be reviewed. I understand it could be some sort of condiment but the burrito has absolutely no red condiments in it so there was contamination of some sort, coupled with the hair. I will be filing a claim with the health department. I would highly discourage anyone to eat food from this facility. 🤢
