I got my food rather quickly even though the drive-through had a long line. I was greeted by Cara's friendly voice and she took my order in a precise and organized way. She understood what I needed even though the order was sort of difficult. Thank you for your great service Cara!
Came through tonight around 530 and my favorite worker was working the window. Cara is always hands down the nicest customer service person I’ve ever had. She is quick and super friendly. I know I shouldn’t be eating fast food but I just gotta see this nice lady as much as I can

Took forever to get service! Finally just left and went thru drive thru thru. Drive thru was great
One of the only places open when we stopped into Kelso. Ordered on the app and drove down to get it. I was, of course, pulled forward for about 10 minutes. The food was good, and the kids ate it all quickly. Good value on the bag meals. Use the app to get points and use rewards.
(Update 6/19 at end of review) We haven't been back to this Wendy's particularly in several years. They have been so short staffed that the service usually is horrible. Most of the time when I come to this Wendy's I turn around and go somewhere else. Usually because there's a really long line in the Drive-Thru and inside. And they're clearly shorthanded. This time there was no line inside or in the drive-thru. So they might have been short-handed but because they had no customers it didn't matter. I had the Dave's Double medium combo. No onions. $12.95 Burger, fries and drink was as good as I would expect. It's not that good when they're busy. Quality seems to suffer from short handed staff. Update 6/19 Came in to get out of the heat. Ordered the Dave's single no cheese no onions. I think that's what I got. And I ordered the meal large. The guy who filled my order did not put very many fries in there. See photo. I didn't confront him about it because I didn't want to deal with any attitudes. My wife doesn't come in here because of the bad service like that. It's really hit and miss here. If you want repeat business from people, a detailed like filling the freeze up nice and full only people remembering I wanted to come back. Update 7/20/24: back for lunch today. Ordered a biggie bag with a jr. Bacon cheeseburger in it. They gave me a jr cheeseburger. The fries were not very full . Otherwise it was good. 8/5/2024: biggie bag with Jr bacon cheeseburger. The small fries only filled half way. The girl who took my order and filled it spoke so fast I was surprised I understood her. Also she didn't seem like she cared about the quality of her work.

I come here for lunch often. I usually order chili and a sugar cookie, it's delicious, go try it! The cookie is not corn bread, but it's the next best thing. Sometimes the place is busy and it get chaotic inside, wrong orders flying everywhere. I often hear a lady employee yelling profanities most times.
Decided to try their quick breakfast sandwiches. Happy with the biscuit sandwich. (Not pictured.) Liked the seasoned potato wedges. The sausage patty is just okay. Hubby liked the bacon croissant sandwich. The wait time was long for being the only order dining in and one car in drive thru. Dining tables were clean and orderly. Carpet was nasty. The salad had core of lettuce head. My Classic Chicken had way to much lettuce and is the driest sandwich I have ever had. This was not my first time. Always dry, but, lettuce that's it. Awful!!!
Staff took 10 minutes to take my hand order which was just a $5 biggie bag for my lunch…got my food out in 2 minutes which would usually make me very happy. My burger was piping hot in the center and cold on the edges. I brought it up to the counter and asked “did you microwave my burger” the staff refused to answer and remade my burger fresh. I complained to them stating it’s bad enough that I’m coming here to eat fast food but then you’re not even gonna cook the food to order? It’s called fast food for a reason it cooks fast…never coming to this location again and i recommend you don’t either unless you want microwave food. Better off going to the frozen section at Safeway…
The job market right now is tough. It's hard to find good people for the wages places like this pay. I understand the frustration and stress the managers are under. There was a sign at the drive through preemptively apologizing for delays due to staff shortage and training. We all have to adjust to this new normal. That being said, my burger was raw. I can attest to the fact that it is fresh ground beef because that's what I got. Probably 30 seconds per side. If I was in Paris and wanted a Dave's Tartare, this would have been perfect. The fries were good.

Was here on Dec. 3rd 2025, at 3pm. I ordered the Double Stack Biggie Bag. I would never eat here again. The second bite of my burger I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. It was so long, I don't know how it could have been in there by accident. I opened the burger and then saw more hair, that was a different color! It was a if someone dropped it on the floor and picked it up and used it. I still feel sick thinking about it. I took all my food back in for a refund and the gal behind the counter was going to get me another burger! I said, "I do not want more food". She was flabbergasted that I didn't want more food after receiving a floor patty. She than asked, "then how can I help you?". I was then flabbergasted that she didn't know what to do. So, I asked for a refund. The manager came over and I had to explain that there was hair in my burger and that I was returning the almost complete meal and needed a refund. They did apologize, but honestly, no one seemed surprised that there was hair in the food. I am seriously worried about the entire establishment's hygiene. If the restaurant passes, then I'd be worried about who's handling the food and how multiple different hairs ended up in one burger. I didn't get a picture of the black hair, but it was at least 4 inches long. Please avoid this Wendy's at all costs. I have never had an experience like this with my local establishments. I'm also pretty sure they overcharged me, but they didn't give me a receipt at the drive through, so I can't be sure. But I ordered 2 biggie bag meals, one with a lemonade and was charged over $20, but only got $8 and change back. I was just so sick tho, I wanted to get out of there and be done with the whole experience.
This is the 2nd time we have had poor service at the windows and the food was disgusting brown wilted lettuce and burger's were raw! I will never eat thier again. If I could give a - 0I would.
Had to wait 13 minutes for my mobile order, food was cold and incorrect. If you have an issue do not waste your time with the survey. Call and discuss with manager to make sure it gets resolved.
Dirty lobby, no clean table, took over 25 minutes to get order and it was wrong. Very basic order, biggie bag and a large chili with onion. When I brought my chil up to counter because it had these on it, I got no apologies, but instead just impatience. And when they remade it, the bowl was only 3/4 full. People in back were on their phones, and little to no concern was given to the people in lobby. Worst service, and worst cleanliness of any Wendy's I have been into yet.
If I could leave 0 in order to get this information out I would. I ordered breakfast burrito and found what appears to be blood on the wrapper. Plus 2 hairs INSIDE of my burrito. Unfortunately, the manager said this is the only location without cameras so nothing can be reviewed. I understand it could be some sort of condiment but the burrito has absolutely no red condiments in it so there was contamination of some sort, coupled with the hair. I will be filing a claim with the health department. I would highly discourage anyone to eat food from this facility. 🤢
