Great staff. Spotless clean inside and out. My food was perfect! This store is a friendly, safe place to stop as you travel through on I-5. There is a huge parking lot behind connected to the strip mall, including a $1 Tree, that always has plenty of room for parking large pickups pulling XL camping/travel trailers. Not too far south of there, they have a nice city park with easy blacktopped walking trails for you and your family and/or on leash dog...
I recently ordered an ice cream cone via mobile order using my rewards. When I got there they informed me that they don’t serve ice cream after a certain time and that I would not be refunded due to using my rewards. The lady said there was nothing they can do. Logan (the manager I think) sincerely apologized and made me some fresh cookies for the inconvenience. I was just craving something sweet after working all day. In my opinion this is top tier customer service! This man deserves a raise! I left highly satisfied because of his kind gesture.

I had a big breakfast order on Tuesday. Sylvia (I think that's her name!) as well as everyone else was so outgoing and nice. Especially Sylvia the manager. Thanks you wonderful people!!
I pick up a lot of door dash orders from here and they're always super quick and on point.

Great crews usually work here, pleasant experience as drive thru goes every time. They tend to be understaffed so they are not lightning fast but accomplish their goals well in spite of the challenges. For reasons beyond my knowledge the parking lot and lobby are often inhabited by inebriated and life weary individuals. I don't judge them for their woes but must admit that they have made the sit down dining uncomfortable for my family in the past. Stick to the drive thru imo
Ordered drinks and cookies here. All were fine and served fresh. It took more than usual time that expected from a fast food to be prepared. Dining was specious and different chair types available. There was 2 playing screens for kids that was interesting! Drive Thru and accessible porking/entrance available. Located 5 min off the I-5.
Apparently don't go to this McDonald's at 10:30 at night because the person taking your oder is very unprofessional, kept saying what and clearly was not paying attention when taking our oder. Went to pay and did not speak to us once, second person didn't talk to us at all. Fries were soggy and old, McChicken was the saddest McChicken I've ever seen.
The food is good for McDonald's. On three occasions now, I have automatically been upcharged to a medium size at breakfast without asking if using the drive thru. It's a 20 cent charge I did not ask for. If you use the drive thru watch this closely.

Absolutely disgusting. Out of my better judgement, I had a lapse in my diet and ate here because my kids were hungry last minute. I ordered my daughter two McDoubles, both of which we asked for LIGHT MAYO, neither of which had light mayo. They both had HUGE globs of mayo seemingly angrily dolloped into them. I almost puked, as did my daughter. The ridiculous liberals working there must be pissed they aren’t making $20 an hour yet to ignore directions and screw up your order. I’ll never eat at this location again. I’m top of them being slathered in mayo, the burgers wee outrageously salty, like the tears of said liberals working there.

It’s already bad enough that McDonald’s food dose not decompose, now they want to steal even more of our money by making it where you can’t exchange the stupid toy’s that you have already paid for. The owner’s of McDonald’s don’t care about how the value of others money goes, unless it’s not in their pockets. I only get to do these things with my kids ever so often, because I have to work 8hrs every single day! Now McDonald’s thinks that I can’t exchange the damn toy that I payed for. I enjoy getting to see happiness on my children’s faces when they get to have a stupid toy from McDonald and not get a duplicate all the time! It’s called first come first serve, if they have a different one. But now they think they can just use people by discontinuing exchange. Well I tell you what, I paid for it! So I should get what I paid for! I recommend going to Burger King or Wendy’s at least they have consideration and respect of others business! I don’t work for my money, to have my time and money !
Placed an order for a Big Mac with plain with Mac sauce only. Order details were literally on the box and they still served me a regular burger, when I came in to get my order remade they denied making the burger unless I gave them the old one, which is against Washington laws. Prepared food can not be taken back it’s a literal health code violation. I hope someone didn’t get served my old burger
Workers heard cussing from front counter for starters. After multiple workers walking by me and not making eye contact with me, I was finally helped. I was there to pick up an app order (I never eat here, but thought it would save time so I tried the app). I stood there for 8 min, watching people come in, order, and walk out with their food. After 10 min I stood at the counter until somebody begrudgingly shuffled to the counter and I asked what was going on. When i realized the worker was a mindless bot and was incapable of helping me, I said, " Actually, can I get a refund?" Her response was, "I'm so sorry Miss, let me check on your order and see what is going on." OH wait, that was a fever dream. She actually said, "OK." And wandered off without explanation or looking in my direction. A manager appeared and I assumed he's required for complex transaction like, subtracting. He was slightly less in-the-matrix and was able to locate my order. While this was happening an order was placed on the counter with a number not matching my receipt. A legacy-hire had just dropped a straw in the bag and while looking at the ceiling, dawdled off without announcing any order number. The manager believed this was my order and handed it to me. Now late, I ran out of there in a hurry. Once we got home we found the dipping sauce was forgotten, the fries too and the food was luke warm/room temp. I mean, I don't eat fast food much these days but next time we do, McDonalds is off the list. It's sad how low standards can infect an entire workplace. This is definitely a scenario where the fish is rotting from the head down.
In the bathroom and watched the female employee with glasses, black hair and looks maybe Latina or foreign literally use the bathroom for over five minutes and leave without washing her hands was gonna get food but now I’m too disgusted.
My drink was surely swapped yesterday as I kept my eyes on my receipt from the time I ordered at the kiosk, kept my eye on the in progress/now serving screen, and observed the drink made in the fountain that was surely mine as I did not receive it and instead a drink from the back of the kitchen (hot coffee) did not even taste much of French vanilla, and with espresso I did not sleep for over 24 hours... My chest hurts very bad now....
Honestly sometimes the most important part of the meal is sauce and napkins and my soda being full and I can’t get any of that here. Every time I order through the app it feels like they don’t care because they aren’t seeing the person who’s ordering. Terrible experience. I would also like to note that I am a regular at this place. About a week ago going through the drive through at 4 in the morning the guy who usually works the window was doing a fake offensive Indian accent when I pulled up. I was in such disbelief I kept my window down and pulled my head out to see how he greeted the next person, I have had many interactions with this guy and I didn’t even think it was him at first because I have never heard that from him. For him to be doing that at work, truly disturbing. Please get better management or something. Please. For all of us who actually like McDonald’s.
Ordered a coffee through the app. Waited over 10 minutes at curbside. I finally went in and they had not even started it !
This store thinks that door dash are not as important as people pulling up in the drive thru well after the door dash order was made. Will make a driver sit in a 12 car line for an order that is already made. But yet will walk out food to people sitting in the online order lots outside.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They stiffed me on a cheeseburger and the night manager (looked 15) was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, accusing me of lying because I did not have a receipt. Well, they ask you if you want a receipt JUST GIVE A RECEIPT every time. Yeah, I'm gonna go through all that trouble just to get a free cheeseburger. Give me a break. These kids need to learn a thing or two about owning up to their mistakes and making the customer happy.
When cashier finished my transaction I used my customary "thank you mam" while the cashier was clearly a green haired female she promptly responded "I am not a mam" I responded with ok well "thank you sir" she promptly responded with "I am not a sir, I am something in the middle".....I did not go to McDonald's to support an employee's mental illness, just wanted a burger...won't be visiting McDonald's anymore.
My man and little brother went to McDonald’s today and this may seem not like a big deal to anybody, but we asked for barbecue sauce, ranch root beer, and among other things not only was the root beer, super watery, and all we could taste was carbonation but my little brother and man both asked if the ranch and barbecue sauce was in the bag and yes, they should’ve looked in the bag But they didn’t. They asked, and the person lied straight to their face. this McDonald’s always ends up messing up my order every single time whether they forget to put something in there whether they just completely ignore what you said and put something on your burger or chicken sandwich that you don’t want, but yes, you can take it off but when it’s a condiment, it’s kinda hard to needless to say, I most likely will not be coming back to this establishment. I’m definitely gonna be going to the other one.
