I just tried out the curbside pickup thingy on the app. This is so amazing! McDonald's is doing some awesome stuff! I just pulled into one of the marked parking spots, checked in on the app, and in under 5 minutes someone's came out and handed me my free nuggets! I love you Mickey Doodles!

This is the better of the McDonald's in the area. Occasionally the staff pulls the "fluffed" fries thing and you don't get a full order, usually the night crew, but that's really my only issue at this location. Otherwise, it's always a great experience with the staff. They're typically fast, friendly and accurate.

I don’t often feel compelled to write these, but Nicole (it’s not spelled this way I saw her name tag but forgot the unique spelling) this lady is amazing. Her customer service is top notch, I don’t know who her manager is but they deserve to know that she goes above and beyond! I went with my family last night during a busy time, she was so friendly it was refreshing as can be. Thank you!

We got nuggets, cheeseburgers, and fries. All of it was fresh. The fries must have just got done cooking because they were too hot to hold. You could tell the vats had fresh oil as well. Employees had both drive-thru lanes running smoothly. They were all super nice as well. I wish I could remember their names, but this was a week-ish ago and I forgot to write a review.

There is a huge parking lot behind connected to the strip mall, including a $1 Tree, that always has plenty of room for parking large pickups pulling XL camping/travel trailers. Not too far south of there, they have a nice city park with easy blacktopped walking trails for you and your family and/or on leash dog...

I recently ordered an ice cream cone via mobile order using my rewards. When I got there they informed me that they don’t serve ice cream after a certain time and that I would not be refunded due to using my rewards. The lady said there was nothing they can do. Logan (the manager I think) sincerely apologized and made me some fresh cookies for the inconvenience. I was just craving something sweet after working all day. In my opinion this is top tier customer service! This man deserves a raise! I left highly satisfied because of his kind gesture.

This store only had their drive thru open at the time of this review... The drive thru was very busy. There is a double line with 2 places to order food and then the lines converge into one before you pay and pick up food. It did take a while to get service, but I assume its because they were so busy this day. The staff was kind and working hard to get their job done. I give 4 stars for the hard effort and the fact that our oreo McFlurry's were tasty.

The customer service here is really good most of the time. The food is always a lot better here than any of the other McDonald's I've been to. The food is usually served fresh, hot, and made as ordered and if they ever do serve food that isnt fresh/hot enough for you, they will always replace it immediately to make it right for the customers.

Very pleased with the customer service we received. We came here for breakfast and my 6-year-old really wanted a Happy Meal, but they don’t usually sell those in the morning. They made an exception and sold us a breakfast happy meal and made my daughter’s morning special. Their egg McMuffin breakfast sandwiches are delicious!

It's a little chaotic with the mobile order, online order, at kiosk ordering -one thing for sure, they will do their best real quickly to solve any mishaps that "happen." You know what you're getting when you go there -I find with a little digging and swapping you can get a lot better quick meal than just a few years ago.

Great crews usually work here, pleasant experience as drive thru goes every time. They tend to be understaffed so they are not lightning fast but accomplish their goals well in spite of the challenges. For reasons beyond my knowledge the parking lot and lobby are often inhabited by inebriated and life weary individuals. I don't judge them for their woes but must admit that they have made the sit down dining uncomfortable for my family in the past. Stick to the drive thru imo

Ordered drinks and cookies here. All were fine and served fresh. It took more than usual time that expected from a fast food to be prepared. Dining was specious and different chair types available. There was 2 playing screens for kids that was interesting! Drive Thru and accessible porking/entrance available. Located 5 min off the I-5.

Food is great but they just can’t get the orders right, it’s pretty embarrassing. Like you’ll order a meal or something like that and an Item is always missing. It’s not that hard to look at the screen to see the order and check the bag to see if anything’s missing or wrong. They need to retrain their employees please😑🙏

Shorted us again , order couple meals that came with hashbrowns and two side hashbrowns . Got 0 but of course. So I can waste money time to drive back or just accept I got ripped off again . Just think how many people they do this to every day. And the extra money they make .

Service here is terrible. It's the attitudes of the employees. No one wants to help any of the customers, and they show it. Not to mention the cost of food there now...it's McDonalds!!! I've never walked into a restaurant and felt more like the people didn't care that you walked in. It's like they expect you to use the kiosk for your order and making them talk to a human that doesn't work there is an inconvience. Consistently inconsistent when it comes to order accuracy, one day I'm short one item- the next day I get someone else's huge burger (sorry dude, it was delicious). Portion sizes are pathetic at best and it's like Chinese food, you eat til you're full but you're hungry again 20min later...

Food can be sloppily put together. You can end up with sauce all over your wrapper when opening it. No napkins usually supplied. Drive thru line can be quite long and they do not move very fast... The parking lot is not the best set up for drivethru

The interior was always nice, the workers are mostly nice in the mornings you get your food served to your table, the bathrooms are in decent condition considering what your consuming, but sadly they have the dreaded air hand dryers, they do accept digital coupons (like from that McDonald's app) and the parking lot is usually clean

Depending on the day the quality is messy and the staff is devided there are few employees who make the best of their job. Regardless if it's McDonald's or a lawyer, any worker should approach work with the intention to provide a good service..

Food is what you'd expect but I've been to this location now 3 or 4 times over the last year and every single time, without fail, we end up missing items we ordered. We have a large family and usually end up spending between $40-$70 here. We always end up missing about $15 worth of that food. So be sure before you drive away, to check your bags and make sure you have your full order. Employees here are typically friendly and polite.

Got my order right but coffee was cold. When I went in to ask for it to be warmed, was told it was my fault for having so much creamer!!!

Prices have skyrocketed for the value. Recent interior remodel is so unwelcoming. A big tile wall greats you as you enter. Kitchen/staff is tucked so far back that it’s hard for them to see customers come in and wait for help. No soda refills anymore.

On two separate occasions have I purchased and had the wrong order given to me. The first one I let slide and the seconds one I called and told them the left out the fries, their idea of customer service was to leave a note for the next manager so I could come in for my fries. That is unacceptable. I won’t waste my gas driving all the way back for just fries. You owe me the cost of gas plus fries. So a reasonable offer would be a gift card for cost of fries and an extra meal for a later purchase. Or all that plus a refund. I won’t be back. There is a perfectly good Kelso location that goes above and beyond when they mess up on orders. Not sure why this one doesn’t as well.

The food was hot fast and good on Halloween but the drive thru cashier looked like a lay for pay, with see through clothes and thing showing, lost my appetite. That's not what I want to see when I order my dinner, I almost lost my lunch. McDonald's has gone downhill from my memories. The food is thrown together, lukewarm at best, pretty much, forgetting napkins or something they assured was in the bag. The milkshake machine is always down when I really want a milkshake!!!

This establishment is never clean, ever. The staff is rude or dismissive. No more refills, which is stupid for the amount you pay for food. Not like McDonald's is hurting for money. They want to go fully automated but yet their app rarely works, and their kiosks are almost always down. If it weren't for my Special Needs kids. Ordered 2 Deluxe McCrispy meals and they were small, used Roma tomatoes (3 slices), one sandwich had lots of shredded Lettuce, the other had maybe 5 pieces of the shredded Lettuce, the chicken on both were BURNT AND VERY SMALL (didn't even come close to cover the bun), 1 small patch of mayonnaise on the side... Wasn't impressed at all... fries were ok but mostly were all sharp and crunchy.

Long wait no good customer servive

I’ll be the first to defend the McD’s employees when a customer is creaming at them bc their order is wrong, life is too short to be angry over a food order, I mean just politely ask them to fix it. That said, the customer isn’t exactly wrong. This particular location on Ocean Bch Hwy isn’t very organized and it’s very rare that our orders are correct, I just don’t believe in getting angry about it, it’s not my style. I wanted to try a spicy McCrispy chicken and according to the photo/description it came with a crispy chicken patty, 2 layers of some sort of spicy sauce (can’t remember what it was now) and some pickles. I asked at the counter if it came with lettuce and the response was NO. We ordered a couple of Q pounders with cheese and a filet o’ fish too and we took it to go. I know there are sooo many other’s who can relate to this, if you don’t order extra sauce for ANY of there sandwiches, you are likely to choke if you don’t have a drink in front of you. So back to our order.. The 2 Q pounders were missing cheese, no biggie bc we had it at home although we paid for it. The filet o’ fish came with one tiny dot of tartar sauce although I asked for extra.. and that spicy McCrispy chicken was the biggest joke ever! It looked like it came off the kids menu although we paid sooo much more! What I received was 2 dry pieces of bread, no sauce whatsoever, no pickles and a few strands of iceberg lettuce which I’m allergic to, the reason I asked the employee at the counter before placing my order. I split it in half for my 2 German Shepherds and they loved it.. although I didn’t buy it for them to eat. Honestly, I don’t know why we’re given an option to write reviews because I doubt anyone in corporate bothers to read them because there haven’t been any changes in years except increased prices. The quality of food at our local McDonald’s has gone way down and the prices keep going up! It’s rare that orders are correct, food comes cold on occasion and I don’t even bother to order those “infamous” fries anymore bc it’s luck of the draw if they’ll be fresh.. or even hot! I don’t know what goes on behind the counters but I’m going to assume that staff isn’t very happy, why else would they be so grouchy and short with customers.. or even smile for that matter??? As a doordash food delivery driver I am absolutely fed up with this location's unorganized handling of doordash orders. I am constantly trapped in the drive through late night for 30 minutes or more. This is due to their refusal to properly check in doordash delivery orders at the speaker, which results in the staff not knowing what order goes to which car. Someone with some experience needs to get this store in shape.

Waited 15 minutes to get my food watched multiple people who came in after me get their orders and only update I got was were working on it ; then when I finally get my food they didn’t even have my sodas ready , if you have the chance to skip this McDonald’s there’s 2 more about a mile evenly distanced and I’d check those out instead

At 909am I bought 2 hotcakes meals this morning 2 hashbrowns and 2 sausage mcmuffins. They forgot the sausage mcmuffins and when I came back 45 mins later they said they need a receipt. Maybe check the orders before you give the food out.

Rude Customer service especially from this one in particular manger. She is an older lady with white hair and is always terribly dismissive and has a unsatisfactory attitude towards costumers. Definitely not how you want to be treated when going to fast food, especially from a manager. She needs to be fired by the GM because this McDonald's is going downhill fast and she isn't helping. Also when mentioning bad constumer service, I recently went through the drive thru and a young lady named Kaylee Kleemyer was very rude. I don't know if it was at the end of her shift, but at least put a smile on your face and treat your constumers with respect.

I used to love this place but over 10times we have received cold old fries and burgers that looked like they were put in the box then shaken! So as far as drive through food they really need to work on making sure the food is not thrown together and the fries are hot. After I go through the drive through a couple times if things are different I will change my review.

Staff was extremely rude! Waited at first window for a long while, two of the staff members where there talking. We waived did things to try to get their attention then the one closest to us turned her back. We had no more vehicles in front of us so we went to the second window and waited again finally someone walked up tried to give us the wrong order we explained what happened and that still needed to pay. When I get there I open my order, see it is there and go to enter the slot I am in for pickup. As I go to do so they entirely cancel my order of 2 sausage mcmuffins. Which would take very very little time for them to do. I am very upset as online orders SHOULD NOT be canceled unless you contact the person who did order. Horrible service, I am glad this is not the usual location I go to.

I understand it's a $3 burger but how in the world can you call this a double? It's smaller than a single anywhere else! I stopped ordering the chicken sandwiches here because they cut the tomatoes bigger than these two patties combined. Aside from that it's generally not a good location. They mess up orders pretty frequently and usually there's homeless or other random people camped out at the tables. I took my sad little burger and ate out in my car instead just to get away from the stink.

Never once get my order correct. I have paid for multiple items and never got them they just smashed together a mcchicken too many times and threw it in the bag. I always get mcdoubles... I don't care if a double cheese burger is cheaper and they are pretty similar... I want the mcdouble. Then I get charged for 2 mcdoubles and end up with a gross mcchicken and a double cheese burger. This has happened to me 4 times in 1 month and I just stopped going entirely.

Just because someone asks for only ketchup doesn't mean they need all the other toppings replaced with ketchup. Thanks for putting on so much ketchup I got it on my shirt, my phone, my pants, my car seat, and still had way too much left on my burger. Had to go home and change as well as clean my car. I guess it's Burger King from now on. The pictures show not only slop left over ketchup, but how many napkins I used to wipe up my shirt and phone.

I ordered my daughter two McDoubles, both of which we asked for LIGHT MAYO, neither of which had light mayo. They both had HUGE globs of mayo seemingly angrily dolloped into them. I almost puked, as did my daughter. The ridiculous liberals working there must be pissed they aren’t making $20 an hour yet to ignore directions and screw up your order. It’s already bad enough that McDonald’s food dose not decompose, now they want to steal even more of our money by making it where you can’t exchange the stupid toy’s that you have already paid for. The owner’s of McDonald’s don’t care about how the value of others money goes, unless it’s not in their pockets. I only get to do these things with my kids ever so often, because I have to work 8hrs every single day! Now McDonald’s thinks that I can’t exchange the damn toy that I payed for. I enjoy getting to see happiness on my children’s faces when they get to have a stupid toy from McDonald and not get a duplicate all the time! Order details were literally on the box and they still served me a regular burger, when I came in to get my order remade they denied making the burger unless I gave them the old one, which is against Washington laws. Prepared food can not be taken back it’s a literal health code violation. I hope someone didn’t get served my old burger

Workers heard cussing from front counter for starters. After multiple workers walking by me and not making eye contact with me, I was finally helped. I was there to pick up an app order (I never eat here, but thought it would save time so I tried the app). I stood there for 8 min, watching people come in, order, and walk out with their food. After 10 min I stood at the counter until somebody begrudgingly shuffled to the counter and I asked what was going on. When i realized the worker was a mindless bot and was incapable of helping me, I said, " Actually, can I get a refund?" Her response was, "I'm so sorry Miss, let me check on your order and see what is going on." OH wait, that was a fever dream. She actually said, "OK." And wandered off without explanation or looking in my direction. A manager appeared and I assumed he's required for complex transaction like, subtracting. He was slightly less in-the-matrix and was able to locate my order. While this was happening an order was placed on the counter with a number not matching my receipt. A legacy-hire had just dropped a straw in the bag and while looking at the ceiling, dawdled off without announcing any order number. The manager believed this was my order and handed it to me. Now late, I ran out of there in a hurry. Once we got home we found the dipping sauce was forgotten, the fries too and the food was luke warm/room temp. I mean, I don't eat fast food much these days but next time we do, McDonalds is off the list. It's sad how low standards can infect an entire workplace. This is definitely a scenario where the fish is rotting from the head down.

My drink was surely swapped yesterday as I kept my eyes on my receipt from the time I ordered at the kiosk, kept my eye on the in progress/now serving screen, and observed the drink made in the fountain that was surely mine as I did not receive it and instead a drink from the back of the kitchen (hot coffee) did not even taste much of French vanilla, and with espresso I did not sleep for over 24 hours... Honestly sometimes the most important part of the meal is sauce and napkins and my soda being full and I can’t get any of that here. Every time I order through the app it feels like they don’t care because they aren’t seeing the person who’s ordering. Terrible experience. I would also like to note that I am a regular at this place. About a week ago going through the drive through at 4 in the morning the guy who usually works the window was doing a fake offensive Indian accent when I pulled up. I was in such disbelief I kept my window down and pulled my head out to see how he greeted the next person, I have had many interactions with this guy and I didn’t even think it was him at first because I have never heard that from him. For him to be doing that at work, truly disturbing. Please get better management or something. Please. For all of us who actually like McDonald’s.

This store thinks that door dash are not as important as people pulling up in the drive thru well after the door dash order was made. Will make a driver sit in a 12 car line for an order that is already made. But yet will walk out food to people sitting in the online order lots outside.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They stiffed me on a cheeseburger and the night manager (looked 15) was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, accusing me of lying because I did not have a receipt. Well, they ask you if you want a receipt JUST GIVE A RECEIPT every time. Yeah, I'm gonna go through all that trouble just to get a free cheeseburger. Give me a break. These kids need to learn a thing or two about owning up to their mistakes and making the customer happy.

When cashier finished my transaction I used my customary "thank you mam" while the cashier was clearly a green haired female she promptly responded "I am not a mam" I responded with ok well "thank you sir" she promptly responded with "I am not a sir, I am something in the middle".....I did not go to McDonald's to support an employee's mental illness, just wanted a burger...won't be visiting McDonald's anymore.

My man and little brother went to McDonald’s today and this may seem not like a big deal to anybody, but we asked for barbecue sauce, ranch root beer, and among other things not only was the root beer, super watery, and all we could taste was carbonation but my little brother and man both asked if the ranch and barbecue sauce was in the bag and yes, they should’ve looked in the bag But they didn’t. They asked, and the person lied straight to their face. this McDonald’s always ends up messing up my order every single time whether they forget to put something in there whether they just completely ignore what you said and put something on your burger or chicken sandwich that you don’t want, but yes, you can take it off but when it’s a condiment, it’s kinda hard to needless to say, I most likely will not be coming back to this establishment. I’m definitely gonna be going to the other one.
