Staff is consistently awesome, fries are always hot and crispy. Atmosphere is, well, it's a Burger King, but it's clean.
The man that worked the window tonight named Jesse that was taking payment was extremely friendly and polite. He was happy, despite the ladies in the back yelling at each other. If he isn’t already the manager he needs to be. He deserves a raise! I’d hire him.
Very chill. I've been to this restaurant hundreds of times during the last two years. There's a couple outlets to charge your laptop or phone. Wifi is free, but wifi blocks certain websites for unknown reasons like Reddit and banking websites. The place is less busy than the average fast food joint. There's an empty table garunteed. Despite this, if someone calls out sick then service can end up slow at the register because the person working the register is also doing drive thru at the same time they're back in the kitchen running around. There's no touch screen kiosks right now in 2024, so you get the human touch. The staff is very nice. The food is standard burger King food which I like, but let's be honest fast food is more 4 stars than 5 star cooking even when you like it. The staff all deserve raises tho.
Absolutely love all the staff here! Friendly, professional and more than willing to go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy! Have never had an issue with the food or the service. The General Manager, Melissa, cares about the store, her employees and the quality in the service and food absolutely shows the morale of the staff.
Long wait in line but they were short-staffed and did the best they could. The chicken sandwich was awesome the marinara and mozzarella really made it. I didn't eat inside so atmosphere is not applicable. Overall great meal, the star was the Italian chicken sandwich.
It’s fast-food, so it’s important to keep that in mind. Overall the place was quite nice, the food was good and service was on-point (even though they forgot to give us a cheeseburger, which we got soon after telling them). Would recommend as we had a nice experience.
I arrived around noon, the lunch rush had started. The drive-thru was very long, so I opted to go inside where it was much shorter. The clerk greeted me right away, she was very polite and helpful with taking my order. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely return!
The person taking our order in drive thru was very kind. The person who handed us our food double-checked the order and made sure our sauces were in there. I would describe the workers, but I was in the passenger seat. Our food was hot, and you could tell the oil was fresh. I was impressed at how fast they got everyone through the DT. Thank you for the yummy food!

Customer service at its finest realizing that he’s probably gonna take a little extra time tonight probably short staffed. He immediately apologize for the wait and it’s super friendly when ordering even after we changed our order. You don’t find it fine customer service like this anymore so I had to do a shout out for this one!!! 11/24 @ 9:15 through drive thru….
Service was a little slow but not , the staff was courteous and the burgers were delicious for a fast food place especially the Bacon King, they really need to bring back the Strawberry Shake though. That's a staple flavor that burger joints are just expected to have. So that's why I took off one star for atmosphere. I took off two stars for service because even though I was the only person in the drive up line it took about 7 to 8 minutes to get someone to finally take my order , after the order was taken, it was done courteously and fast. But having gotten wrong orders from this location before, I always double check my order, but I don't hold up the drive up line doing it. If it is a big mistake I will stay and have it corrected, but if it's a little mistake, like forgetting too add cheese to the cheese burger and I'm on a time constraint (that is what happened this time) then I let it go and try to inform them next time. The food was good and didn't leave me feeling I'll from eating it like the burger I got from Applebee's in Salmon Creek the other day. I have been to this burger king several times, I feel like I could give them five stars in the future if they put the "fast" back in there fast food and pay a little more attention to giving people what they ordered.
I was in here recently and the employess were short staffed and busy in drive thru. I had not been waiting long and the guy behind me that came in after me was very rude to the lady that was trying to keep up and do her job. He called her rude names and was really hateful towards her just because we had to wait a little longer. Just wanted to come on here and say you guys are doing great and keeep up the good work. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Sorry you have to deal with rude customers!

BK drive thru will actually have you pull around front to wait for certain orders because they make the productx fresh and hot. I don't mind waiting a couple more minutes for fresh cooked food! And of course the staff are always friendly.
Whoppers got smaller & more expensive but still tastes delicious 😋 Miss those 99 cent whopper days 😢 I got the app & love the deals that pop up on my phone 😋
The food is tasty for BK across the board, but what struck me about this location was how genuinely friendly the staff is there. It started the moment Jesse (Who is quite funny.) came onto the speaker and on through window number two where his manager and another crew member were happy and supportive for/of him when I had complimented his customer service style. It made the typically mundane drive through experience fun and heart-warming. I know, super cheesy, but knowing that the folks there at the OR Wy BK are working at a business which fosters happy and supportive employees means a lot to me. As many of us know, this is not always the case. So Kudos to Jesse and the others at OR Wy BK in Longview, WA! :)
Clean and quick. I ordered for four people. Everything I ordered was custom and they prepared it all correctly. The food was typical of Burger King and since I like Burger King food it did the job. If you like Burger King I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
Food is what expected but staff and service is not that great and also if you going through drive through be very careful to check what you ordered. 95%of the time either its wrong order or things are missing. When you call them they say will come back along with recept we will replace it. Well I live 7 miles from them and I am not burning $10gas to get 3 bucks of French fries or sandwich.
We went through the drive thru and they chased us into the parking lot because they thought they accidentally gave us extra food... lol... but we just got what we ordered. We had several burgers with special requests and they got it all right, which is rare for fast food joints. The kids were happy. It tastes better than McDonald's and it was cheaper.
They were pretty busy. Noon luckily the inside stayed off and on rather than consistent. I was inside the staff efficiency was great. Could of been a bit friendlier but they were short handed and busy. Still very efficient.
I love their food but my word it has gotten so expensive. The inside is closed so you have to go thru the drive thru. Was fairly quick but I still have a really hard time with the prices. When a whopper with cheese and no onion cost 9.00 without fries or anything it just makes me go somewhere else. It's fast food with restraunt prices.
Better experience today than in the past few times. My burger was good also hot, that's a good thing. The fries were hot and fresh, awesome!!! The last couple mabie 3 times I was at this location, my and my husband's food was cold, and icky. Mom's too. So it's nice to see they are trying a little harder to get your food out fast and fresh. This is a rather nice fast food place. They are really good about making sure all that you ordered is put nicely in a bag. The staff there is great and I thank them for not only doing their jobs but doing it very well!

We went through the drive-thru, with my bff whom I call BEAST...for very good reasons, I might add. It took a little bit because of the car that was in front of us and had nothing to do with the employees or Burger King When we got our order we parked and we were so hungry and we wanted to eat it right there. Well my friend, remember Ms. Beast, tell me that they got her order wrong so I went inside to have it corrected expecting a argumentative confrontation, what I got was a apologetic young man who honestly said he skimmed the order cuz he was in a hurry. HONESTY this time WAS THE BEST POLICY. Kootoes to Burger King, ya made believe in customer service is still, well maybe, still out there!!! p.s. & thanks, ya made the Beast happy, it would been long drive back to Castle Rock if my Beasty Beast was pissed.
I thought I had misplaced my property, but Brandy was super helpful when it came to locating it at their store. It was helpful of them to do so and so very quickly too. Thank you once again.
Of all the burger kings in longview area this one is the fastest one. Still pretty slow because they seem super short handed. The last time I went she had me pull up to the 2nd window and no one was there for about 5 min or so. Poor guy was stuck helping people on the counter and im.prettt sure the gal who took my order was also cooking it. What's with burger King operating with skeleton staff recently.
Short staffed, they worked hard and fast. Dining area was clean. Food was good. Normally not a fan of the fries or hash browns because they’re always old and cold. But today they were hot and fresh. So tasty! We ordered breakfast sandwiches, biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon and croissant with egg, cheese and ham. Probably the best experiences

They was out of all sodas , only had tea, and they wouldn't give us a shake To replace the drink that came with the meal. They also had an employee meeting and was not very quiet , in the dinning area.seems kinda if unfair that the bathrooms are still locked .
Stopped in at BK, bought a presumably homeless man a whopper, 2 for 5 is still a good deal. Everything was fine except the 20 min wait in the lobby. They did forget an item, but went back, got the item, no big deal
It's Burger King. They are pretty consistent in how they prepare their food, and for the price it's not a bad deal. You know you're not going out for anything special oh, and you know it's not going to be a romantic dinner if you eat there. So, for the price I think it's a good fast food restaurant oh, but it is not gourmet food.
I hate that they always try to take your order while cashiering. They're not really listening to you and you always have to repeat or correct them. And the morning lady throws your food out the window like it's on fire and she has better things to do than Actually help anyone.

My only issue is the cups never stay in my cup holder... everytime I go there & drive my cup of sweet tea spills before I can drink it, which isn't nessicarily their problem when they can't easily change the design of the medium/large/Xlarge to be spill proof 🤷🏼♀️🤣. Update (Longview Location); I asked the cashier if they did military/veteran discount & she said "we don't do that here." Not a big deal to me, I was getting the $5 meal & I don't consider myself a veteran until I'm either active duty or after my contract, but my issue is it seemed like she was lying so I wanted to ask her PIC or manager person just to double check.
the service was great, everyone had a smile & were super nice and helpful, even getting us a new soda when she noticed the one we were getting was leaking.. the buger was dry and small, the fries were ok . Burger King has downsized, no fault of the hardworking girls behind the counter.
I am a doordash driver. When I came to pick up orders they were busy but it took 45 minutes for order to be done me. The girl in front of house was so busy and still had a great attitude with co workers and customers. The cook in charge of make burgers was making a hard situation worse.
They always forget something. Then you either go back through the line or go inside. I use a walker so that is a great effort on my part. I asked to workers who were chatting outside if they could help. I was told no and that I had to do it myself. Customer service has went out their drive threw window.

I've been a BK Whopper fan for years but this one was not well taken care of. Asked for extra onions and I got what myself and many others would consider light onions. Tomatoes, 2 small slices which covered about half the burger. Lettuce was sub par and on one small portion of the bun. Attached is a picture. Also apparently no ice available in the restaurant. I gave a higher score cause the employee I spike with was polite. Tables were not clean so I made a table cloth out of napkins.
Terribly rude older lady named Teresa at the drive-thru, asked a simple question "is the ham thick cut or thin cut deli meat for the breakfast sandwiches?" and got a snarky and rude comment back," generally don't have this issue here but then again I don't usually get breakfast either, Teresa seemed to not be liking her position much from what I could tell, either that or she doesn't have the patience for such a customer oriented position. Probably won't be getting breakfast here anymore 😕
There food is never Hot and fresh.. I love burger king I keep coming back thinking these things can happen . I give them a chance to fix it. And then tonight. I told them please make me a fresh one. So the lady yells back something something "Fresh One" I smiled . got into the car and the dang chicken sandwich was cold . they made a fresh. Burger . I was so angry. Our food was great, but the drive thru line is the only part of this restaurant open due to COVID. So, we started our wait, with a line 4 cars long 5 including ours. We thought it should be a small wait, but nothing crazy long..well if u don’t consider 29 minutes to fill 4 orders that bad...we only made it to the payment window at that point. It was well over 30 mins before we left with food. Idk why it took so long with only drive thru open/worry about..but maybe, it’s just me & I’m being unreasonable, & Expecting more then I should.. But, with the inside closed,(that’s over 50% of their business they don’t have to tend to), & im sure ppl are working drive thru that nor has before, & that’s a different monster in itself to handle...but 4x’s longer that’s a little unexplainable right? I mean I could’ve sat at restaurant like Olive Garden, Cheesecake Factory, Applebee’s, all those no reservation, 3 stars restaurant could complete my order and have it cooked and brought to table within, or under 30 minutes 10/10 times....just saying you could walk 3 miles at a standard slow average pace within 30minutes, but not fill 4 orders.....idk but food was good,nothing wrong there but I will not visit this location again due to wait times....sorry lost my business..(did you know on average customers with bad experiences tell 8 ppl on average? When a good experience in a store or restaurant only tell on average 3) just thought I’d leave that Easter egg for you! Stay safe!
I ordered a large coke with my meal. "OH sorry, we ran out of large cups." OK. I guess a medium will do. At the window, "OH I'm sorry we ran out of coke." Seriously? This is ridiculous!
We went to get a quick burger, and when we went into the drive-through, there were no signs saying that they were not serving hamburgers that day only chicken burgers by the time he got to the kiosk. on the front doors after we came around from the drive-through after waiting 20 minutes to get her food there were no signs on the front doors or the drive-through that said they were only serving chicken burgers. they made excuses that they were too busy yet when I looked inside the lobby, there was not many people just many cars. Not go to this location again especially when I needed something quick and I waited longer. I could’ve gone somewhere else if I was not trying to buy the hedges and the curb. I felt as if this was entrapment and making a customer purchase something that they were not interested in truly purchasing.
Been here several times, burgers are usually too dry, with some being occasionally drenched in sauce. Probably a good 1 out of 5 burgers are decent. If you ask for sauce cups, you probably won’t get it unless you ask at the window where they give you your food. The fries are usually good though.
I like to get a burger on the go and the drive thru staff are great. However, the burgers are always cold or luke warm and the burger dried like it had been reheated and reheated. The cheese isn't melted. It's like they put the stuff together and microwave for 30 seconds. Not good. I've complained and they always just give me another burger. The next time I go through it's still the same. Started going elsewhere.

Not the best experience. I asked for dill pickle on the original chicken sandwich and they forgot. Only one person taking orders, taking money, and getting orders put together. They made me pull around to the front door. After 10 minutes I got out of my car and made it to the door when here she came with my meal finally. Sandwich was gross and slimy. Don’t go here unless you want a side of FLIES. Yes, flies. They are ALL over the restaurant, from the counters, to the walls, to the freaking floor. They were even landing on me!!! Went through drive through and ordered two whoppers with cheese ketchup only and some mozzarella sticks. I got dried nasty yellow old cheese sticks that made me gag, and two plain hamburgers no cheese and no ketchup. They never get your order right-!
The drive thru was ridiculous waiting in line for 25 minutes and I was the 6th car in line. So slow service and they shouldn’t tell people they are short staffed. That is not anyone’s problem. And no one should know that
Completely incompetent. Ordered two ROYAL chicken sandwiches and got the $1 chicken sandwich. Stood there for 15 minutes watching a 6 person crew and manager who could not figure out what they were doing. Disgusted with the service. Don’t bother. They gave away part of order to someone who came in after us.
The app shows you offers but won't keep you signed in to use them. Paid way too much for what we got. Won't be coming to bk anymore. You only get a good deal if you fight the hassle of the app. It's not worth the effort anymore. We shouldn't be eating this low quality trash at such an inflated price anyway. Ever single table inside was dirty. Food was trash as usual.
Let's pass over the clipped greeting and clear annoyance from the woman taking our order and just get to the both entertaining and unnerving part of the visit where the manager and an employee (I believe the same who took our order) started having a yelling match including colorful language where anyone could hear. The kids asked why there was no one at the restaurant and I think we have our answer.
French toast was burnt tasting the people at the counter are rude and ignore you as your trying to ask for something despite no one in drive through or in line, the lady at the front desk acted like I was putting her out asking to use the restroom. I waited 30 mins for 4 sandwiches and they couldn't even make them right how hard is it to make 2 cheeseburgers plain 1 chicken jr heavy tomato and a bacon cheeseburgers only ketchup & mayo
Didn't get a receipt for 2 of our orders. Chicken Jr's were dry, and slathered in mayo. Mozzarella sticks are hard and cold. 80% of the time we come, orders are wrong or the food is not fresh. Disappointed.
Quite possibly the worst Burger King on the planet. If you go through the drive-thru, expect to spend at least 20 minutes before you get your food. And then when you do get your food there's a high likelihood something's going to be missing. Going inside is no better. They leave the front counter unattended for extended periods of time, and you're left standing there feeling like a fool. There hasn't been any air conditioning in this Burger King all summer. That means that not only are the customers suffering but the employees are suffering as well. If you get a burger it is almost certainly going to be cold The french fries are hit and miss as to whether they taste like they've been sitting around or they are fresh. Nope never again. it was the Kelso BK I first went to when I moved here 19 years ago. they were the fist to be happy to offer a 10% discount for vets. I said are you kidding? so yeah that was my go to for food mainly because I felt a bit appreciated. Well this store informs me no, this particular franchise no longer HONORS the card (My VA card). I am going HONOR? do you have a clue how serious a word that is to me and to anyone who has really been there. And then suddenly have to go to war? I mean for gods sake! Well I am still pretty mad though I am accustomed to that whopper I stopped into this store again for a drink just today. Well it was odd there was nobody there. well there was the drive thru gal but she was busy who was going to take my order. She states no he is very busy having ALL the Burger kings from Centralia to Woodland and now I am like, Barf? He has now all the burger kings not HONORING the military. So on principle sadly I will not patronize any BK in this area though I miss my whopper.
As I waited (about 6 maybe 7 mins) for my food they had 4 people from drive through come in and complain their order wasnt ready so when i got my food i made sure it was all there. I leave i get on the freeway open my first burger and the patty was a piece of charcoal. Ok I guess mistakes happen I open the other one same thing. I havent eaten all day I'm super hungry and they beyond burnt my burgers. They cant say they didnt know those burgers were super burnt on both sides. Will not be back.
I ordered the 2 for 6 with a frozen lemonade. Both whoppers were gross. Disgusting in fact. We couldn't eat our food, both were very soggy and tasted like our buns were dipped in water. Plus the salt they dumped on the burger was foul. Inedible for sure. When we called and complained, we were told to come back in with our receipt. We wanted our money back, not more poorly made food. We told the manager we would be going to McDonalds instead, sadly. We were given our money back and told not to come back to the restaurant. The manager was a Latin male named Jose who was very rude. He didn't want to hear what we had to say and ultimately gave us our money back, but not before telling us to never return. Poor food and poor service. Would not reccomend to anyone. I wish I could review this with 0 stars.

I've been to this particular Burger King 2× recently and it's official they suck! The employees that waited on me I found rude and the food well, between being well done and dry from sitting in the warmer for to long. How bad is it that both my visits sucked.
I came to this location and ordered my food I told the employee that I was allergic to salt so if they could not put it on my fries I was waiting for my big fish too cook and that was going to be over 4 mins he told me the fries were fresh and told him that wasn’t the point I have an allergic reaction so he said he was going to make new fries as I was already waiting he brought my food out and I left after I got home there was a lot of salt all over my fries I called and asked if I can return to the store and get my unsalted fries and he again told me they were fresh I reminded him I have an allergic reaction I just wanted the fries with no salt he proceeded to me he put the fresh fries in the trey and they must have gotten salt from that I told him I have worked in fast food before the fries go straight from the fryer basket into the carton to avoid getting salt on them then mix the remainder then he said that he could not do that because of a policy they had and refused to fix the order and said if I went back I would get the same thing… some of the worst customer service I received and never have I been told this at any other location
I think this was the worst time I've had at Burger King on Oregon way I have ever experienced I made my order which was a rodeo King no bacon add tomato a large fry any medium drink they didn't add my large fry to my and I damn sure did not get a rodeo King with my order we gave me a double cheeseburger with tomato
Only thing good is the guy in drive thru that takes order he is very nice. However you guys cannot seem to get the orders correct out the window. For the second time in 6 months I was given wrong food. Impossible Whopper instead of a Bacon King burger. Seriously! Fries were not even half full you could combine both orders of fries together and still not fill one container. No ice for drinks. Will NOT be back to Oregon Way location again.
7pm on a Monday. One car in the drive thru. Attempted to dine in. Took 5 minutes to be able to place my order. Waited 20 minutes for my order with the entertainment of the 3 staff members fighting amongst themselves the entire time. Poorly managed and understaffed. Never again, I will drive to the other side of town for Burger King from now on.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, rude, inconsiderate, and down right unpleasant. Asked to use their restroom after buying a couple ice waters. I was told I had to buy something more than icewaters to be able to use the restroom
Went through the drive thru 3 times and my order still isn't right! They were extremely rude because they couldn't get the order right! First they didn't give me my nuggets for a kids meal. Then they didn't give me fries for my whopper Jr no onions, add bacon and cheese, then I get home after an hour and 15 minutes of them not getting my order correct and again my order isn't correct, clearly said add bacon and got no bacon on my damn burger!
I waited 25 minutes for a Chicken Jr. and a Rodeo Burger. It wasn't even crowded, and I was second in line. I only stayed second in line, however, because one of the employees spent 10 minutes chatting with the customer first customer after they received their order. I waited another 15 waiting for them to actually get it to me. For all that strain on my wallet and my patience, they didn't even give me the right items. I'm not going back there again.
I Placed a mobile order and checked In immediately when I arrived to the restaurant. Was told it would be a couple minutes so I stepped back. After about 15 minutes I asked how much longer it was going to take. The rede employee then grabbed a bag from under the warmer and gave it to me. Mind you I watched her place the bag there writhing 90 seconds of my arrival. I then asked if my food was cold with how long I had to wait. I opened the bag and felt my food and it was in fact cold. She then told me since I place the order online I can only get a refund thru the app and would not help me or even remake my order given the situation. Terrible customer service.
This is not a good location after dark, most of the parking lot lights are very dim or completely out. Drive thru is the only part that feels safe really.
This Burger King is the worst Burger King by far I have ever been to. They had four people working. My food was cold the fries were old and hard. Our order was wrong I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a fish. I called to complain and let them know. Didn't answer the phone three times. I walked in, Lee ask for the manager let them know the fries were wrong the sandwich was wrong. The lady offered to give me new fries I told her I'm sorry I don't have time at this moment I have a meeting. She started screaming at me to leave her store. I have never been talked to like this. I let her know I'm letting you know for the next customer maybe they could have warm fries. She claims to be the manager there is no way this person could be the manager. One of the employees was hitting the Coke machine with a dirty flyswatter. I would never go to the store or anyone should
This is the most disgusting BK I have ever ate at. I tried to take my daughter out for a quick little lunch. We were met with a rude employee that seemed bothered to take our order. The counter was covered in flies. Drinks were sitting up there with flies landing on the lids. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the fly issue until after I ordered. The tables and floors do not look like they'd been wiped down or cleaned in some time. I had to swipe flies away almost every other bite of food. After all of that, we went to the bathroom to wash our hands. The floor was so slippery with grease you could barely walk. There were no toilet liners and trust me, you need one to use those toilets. Honestly, the health department needs to visit here. I will never eat at this location again. 🤢
I feel like they could care less to have customers. Sad
Took my order, took my coupons, took my card and then disappeared for 10 minutes... I had to ask for my card back, was not served my food, and was not given my coupons back... Not sure what's going on at this establishment but I will not be returning.
Food was okay after 20 min wait in drive through. Store was not that busy.
Apparently that "open at 6am" is more of an approximation than an actual time. Sitting in drive through well after 6 and watching them walk around, seeing me sitting there, and choosing to not even acknowledge the fact that there is a customer in line well after you're supposed to be open. Really screams "shop here in the future, we appreciate your business ".
We went through the drive thru tonight and my son's bacon double cheeseburger came on half a dry chicken sandwich bun. I wish they would have just told me they were out of hamburger buns this is disgusting and my son is still hungry. We could have ordered something else if we had known.
"Opens at 6am". Not so much. We waited in the drive thru to be acknowledged after 6am for a while. Never happened. What a joke. Had to leave for work.
Assistant manager on duty was extremely rude, refused a coupon, stating "did you read the fine print? 1 per customer!" We were 4 paying customers. Boasted about how he was the best manager around. Went inside to ask questions, no ine was at the front, the drive through bell was dinging, we waited for someone to happen to come the front. When someone finally saw us, they seemed surprised that a customer was there and shouted "Oh hey a customer is up front!" Then walked away. Over all bad experience
Half hour wait for food and still didnt get it horrible service.
Employee at counter with pony tail and gauges in ears, 12/17/2025 @ 5:35 -5:40 pm dug food out of his rotting teeth with his finger while taking an order. Most disgusting 💩 I've ever seen ill never come back here.
Food was good but the guy working at 11:30 rushed us at the window and instead of telling us that we couldn’t get the sundays we paid for online just handed us a bag of pie and then when we went back through to get an explanation he was very rude and had an attitude when telling us we couldn’t get sundays after 10.
You really gonna sit here and charge people almost nine dollars for a single whopper? Is this real life? Crazy how in and out still charges the same price and yours goes up monthly.
The slowest “fast food” experience I have ever had. Might as well go have a sit down meal somewhere with the amount of time it takes to get through their drive thru.
I have had problems every time I've come in, gone through drive-through, and DoorDash. Consistent wrong orders, missing straws, and missing items. I went in today before work, not busy at all, I waited at the register for 10 minutes, and was ignored. The lady at the register walked by multiple times, stood looking back in the kitchen, when I thought she was coming over to take my order, nope she grabbed something under the register, walked away, came back, and took an order for the drive-thru. I walked out and had to get to work. It is a shame because I like Burger King and the only other one is on the opposite side of town.
Ordered the $7 trio. The double cheese came with no cheese and a luke warm burnt patty. Husband got the OCS also luke warm and barely any mayo when we asked for extra. Also no one at the first window for a fat minute so we went to the second window to pay and it made the process longer. The fries and onion rings are old and disgusting!! Usually this BQ is great this time it was horrible
I have given this Burger King multiple chances, and it is, by far, the worst BK ever. Save your money unless you want old food that is rewrapped.... If this is a fresh made sandwich with light mayo and 40¢ worth of extra lettuce, I would hate to see their regular chicken sandwiches... It is time for management to pay attention to the quality of food being served, or find new management. 👎👎
