Bamboo Cuisine Los Angeles Reviews
Loved Bamboo bistro! I have had very minimal experience with Filipino food but this blew me out of the water. Got the Adobo chicken and caldereta beef. Yum yum yum! Love the staff and restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go try it! 10/10
Service is fast and the staff are super friendly. The beef was very tender and the sauce was super flavorful. The soup is also not overpowering. I 100% coming back here because the whole experience was great. Highly recommend
Slid in during the grand opening to a modern, clean and sunlit interior...nice! Been craving pork adobo so as you can imagine, ordered a combo plate of THAT which came with a delicious soup too...bonus! Food came out in 10 mins and the pork was cooked fantastic with perfect tenderness...good quality! Also it was more of a pork belly cut versus shredded and covered in a mole'esk sauce. Now that sauce threw me off because I expected a more Datu Puti vinegar centric base and honestly that's what I was looking for but I appreciated what was in front of me and the more I ate it the better it got...nice surprise 😄! Definitely a place worth returning to to try all the other items offered.
We've been here several times even though they just opened. It's just good food! The dishes are filling, visibly appealing, and leave you craving more. They have karaoke nights too.
really clean and nice staff here! the food was super fresh and so good, would definitely come back here for other authentic filipino dishes!! we got chicken adobo, sisig and lumpia shanghai
They make it once you order it. You can tell that place is authentic when you can feel a sense of family. The service was friendly and the food was finger licking good

Cute place right off of temple. I've been to the other filipino spots in the area and this is my favorite so far (although dollar hits a fun experience). Waltzed in on a Friday afternoon and was advised by the very nice counter person to do the combo with caldereta beef. I got that and the grilled pork belly because why not? Substituted my garlic rice for the plain rice side and... my god was this good! I love well seasoned, tender food and this was exactly what I wanted. They also cater so I can't wait to have them at whatever random event I make up to eat this again.
I had an incredible lunch at Bamboo Bistro. I ordered the Lechon Kawali and Beef Caldereta. The Lechon was crispy and tender, while the Beef Caldereta was a heart warming beer stew that hit the spot. Highly, highly recommend this place for delicious Filipino food!
Wow! Really unassuming front but the food is amazing! Got the two plate meal with lechon kawali and oxtail kare kare and I was kinda blown away at how good everything was. The lechon kawali was perfectly juicy yet crispy and the kare kare was so flavorful. Will 100% be back and I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Food was excellent and the service was 10/10. I can’t wait to come back and try more menu items!

Kare-kare has a lot more to improve including the bagoong.
