BBQ+Rice Los Angeles Reviews
Good food friendly service, it was hot and fresh. We had the beef bowl and tofu bowl, or was tasty. Not enough beef though, a little more would be nice. Not too salty
Just look at these videos! They really show how much care goes into every dish. (And the newest video — don’t forget the egg! 🥚) One of the standouts is the Spicy Grilled Chicken Bowl — packed with flavor, perfectly grilled, and elevated even further by their house-made pickles. It’s the kind of detail that makes all the difference. And now, they’ve introduced a fresh option: the Black Pepper Chicken Salad Bowl. Crisp, savory, and full of bold flavor, it’s a perfect addition to the menu and definitely worth trying.
BBQ Rice Bowl has the best food, the best prices, and amazing customer service. Cesar helped me with my order, and I remembered him from the very first time we came in. He is pleasant, genuinely happy, and so kind—it truly makes a difference. Thank you so much, Cesar, for being amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of us and for feeding my family. We will definitely see you again soon!
The food was filling and tasted good. Nothing super special, but portions were amazing for the extremely low prices. About $13 to fill up on healthy food is a steal.
Super friendly staff, quick wait time for fresh food! Cute outdoor seating! The food is also absolutely delicious! Will definitely come back again! My only criticism is I wish there were drinks on their menu.
I had the Bulgogi bowl. It was great, hot, freshly made. It was $12. I will say, it was like 65% veggies, 35% beef. 🫤. The place was clean. I was the only one there..
I work in the area and love all the plates they have. I have tried all on what's on the menu. My favorite is their spicy chicken bowl. I get half rice and salad to keep it "healthy." The amount amount you get for the price in the area is also a great reason to come.
The first time, I was visiting fusion Korean BBQ restaurant. The food was good and tasted good also reasonable price enough food for big man too but popcorn chicken was little overcooked. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this BBQ +RICE

The Bulgogi Bowl was delicious! The tender, flavorful beef paired perfectly. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. Great lunch spot!
Yummy! Everything here is absolutely delicious, and the prices are great. You don’t have to wait long to enjoy tasty Korean food, which makes it super convenient. This place is one of my favorites — I truly love it!
One of my fav places to grab a quick meal. The flavor is always consistent. Highly recommend trying the spicy pork bowl!
Not just another pick a d build Asian fusion. They have variety that I can really sink my teeth into. My office ordered a lunch for over dozen bowls. It was just perfect for a nice lunch before we start our holiday weekend.
Four of us dined in - had the spicy pork and bulgogi rice bowl and salad. Also had the spicy Korean chicken and kimchi. Super delicious and filling. Sizes are generous.
The food hits every single time. They give you a good amount of food, I always have some left overs. It’s not expensive. The employees there are extremely nice. Overall 10/10 HIGHLY recommend
It was empty when I went. Seems like they get a lot of deliveries not much dine-in. Its delicious however pricy for the quantity. I walked in, wasn’t greeted but they took my order and that was it. Waited about 10-15mins and left. I got the beef bulgogi.
This place has amazing food and service. The fresh veggies and chicken are just so insanely good. The owner/ manager even made my bowl so it wasn't spicy. I explained why I couldn't have anything spicy, and he was glad to modify my chicken bowl. Ive had a lot of Korean bowls and teriaki bowls throughout culver city and the Westside. Currently this place is my favorite. For the amount of food you get here the price is extremely affordable. You're going to pay 5 or 6 bucks less here than other spots around the area. I stumbled upon this place by accident and am very glad I did
This place is unbelievably good, the bowls are big, nice customer service that big guy👍 delicious all the way around!.. $Price not to bad, about $13... Black Spicy Chicken...💥😋👍🙂
This is a perfect spot for nearby office workers who want a quick lunch with authentic Korean flavors. Both the taste and the prices are excellent. It’s conveniently located near the 405, so if traffic gets bad, it’s a great place to stop for a meal or grab takeout. I mentioned it to a friend who works in the area, and it turns out they already knew about this place.

We stumbled upon this place by chance before heading to The Getty, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable — our whole family left full and happy. What made the experience even better was the owner’s kindness. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel truly welcome. This was one of the best meals we’ve had during our trip. I would definitely come back next time we’re in LA. Highly recommended!
This is my third time ordering from BBQ + Rice through DoorDash, and it has consistently been a solid choice. The bowls are always generously portioned, filling, and never skimped on, definitely a good value for the price. I love adding a little sriracha on top and pairing it with cabbage, which makes the perfect combo. Their homemade kimchi is especially delicious and really elevates the meal. The only thing I'm not a big fan of are the pickles--out of three times, one order was great, but the other two tasted rubbery with an off flavor. I think cabbage would be a better side option to complement the bowls. I made my own and put it on top, it's just what it needs. They should add it for a side dish. Overall, this is one of my go-to spots when I want something flavorful, hearty, and satisfying. Highly recommend the bowls-just not the pickles.
Hot-wok-grilled beef & rice bowl. Nothing fancy. Tasty, simple, good. This plaza on the S.E. corner of Sepulveda and Santa Monica hosts a lot eateries. This one is my favorite for a healthy, quick, tasty lunch. Though, I'm tempted to go to Fatburger next door, I choose to eat healthy, thoughPanera Bread is next door. I guess BBQ+Rice is one of my comfort foods.

We ordered two things: Black pepper chicken Had no taste, the veggies were somewhat ok. I liked the sticky rice. It was good. This plate is good just to eat something without taste. Tofu bowl I appreciated the vegetarian option, but this bowl usually comes spicy. I asked them not to make it spicy which was very nice! Overall it was ok but the best part was the portions! A lot of food for take out which was awesome.
