Have never been disappointed here. Everything is fresh, and besides the fried chicken, it's healthy. As long as you go light with the dressing. Great displays of lettuces and toppings. Always a lot of delivery folks running through here. And the juices are all very tasty. Definitely a good option when you can't make a decision.

This place is by far the BEST salad spot I've been to in years. There's always parking at ground level, right in front of the restaurant. Usually super short wait to be served. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, efficient! Ambience is clean, minimalist, modern. Great place for a quiet retreat and a refreshing healthy meal. I've also had their salads delivered. #1 organic greens and dressings!

This is a great place to stop for a delicious salad. I stopped by for a quick bite. The staff was lovely and attentive. It was clean and there was ample room to sit inside of outside. There is also parking if needed.

Very clean, pleasant salad bar in Silverlake. Fresh produce, free water, friendly service. I had the bachelor salad, sub chicken for steak, sub blue cheese for balsamic. 630 calories. Ordered ahead and everything was on time.

The salads are delicious, very big, and reasonably priced. They use fresh ingredients and the flavors go together really well. I love that they have a menu of salads to choose from or you can build your own. The service is also really good, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Great place for a healthy lunch or dinner!

First time eating at Mixt and felt the overall experience from food to service was excellent. The young person who helped us went above and beyond with great service, excellent recommendations, and great conversation. +Food was delicious and excellent. Mixt offers plenty of ways to customize the salad of your choosing. Veggies and fruit are fresh, and they even have steak and chicken if you like. +Staff was helpful and kind. +Location was clean. -Nothing negative to say about my experience at Mixt, overall it's a great place to enjoy a meal at.

This was a great salad place! I will say $16 felt expensive for a salad but this is LA. On the plus side it was a very large salad. The ingredients were so fresh. You could see them all on display and all the greens. It was a pretty tasty salad overall and the onsite parking was a huge bonus.

They have ample free parking on site and curbside delivery from the MIXT Salad Valet™. I have probably driven past by this spot for years but never got the chance until now. I like their breadth of vegan food items on their menu as well as customize-make your own. Its interior was chic, naturally well lit, neat and clean. Furthermore, its layout is spacious with high ceiling and few wall art decor over their large white walls. I was ebulliently greeted by a female staff with gentle eyes. After perusing the MIXT menu, I ordered a fresh lemonade and BBQ bowl which is composed of cilantro, brown rice, black beans, apple fennel slaw, cheddar, roasted potatoes, and crispy onions. Food was tasty, fresh and delightful. Drink was refreshing. Service was spot on. Staff were cordial. Atmosphere was chill. Prices were economically competitive. Food serving was abundant. Overall, this is a good place to eat healthy food. I enjoyed it a lot. I recommend MIXT.

I got two grain bowls. One of them smells off, like there are rotten ingredients and the other lacks seasoning. I don’t recommend this place.

While there seemed to be more employees present, there was significantly less efficiency. To add to the inefficiency, there’s a lack of consistency in the salad making. It’s clear these new hires are lacking a sense of uniformity in executing the job. When I asked for an ingredient to be replaced in my salad, per my request, the staff member simply threw said ingredient on the side of my salad after it was mixed. It’s evident they don’t really care about the product they’re serving. They just need a little more retraining. I’ll still come here for their salads, but you can tell your salad might not be up to par as it was in the past. Hopefully their staff gets it together to uphold the quality and integrity of this establishment!

Everything we got today was not good, it usually is A+. Avocado was not ripe, soggy lettuce, dry falafel and chicken. What happened??
