Men. Booze. And Rupaul's Drag Race on a Friday night??? Look no further and start driving. It's divey in the BEST way possible. The drinks are strong, and you can come as you are. Tall. Short. Skinny. Fat. No one really cares and that's a good thing. My husband and I love sitting on the patio, drinks in hand, to watch the action on the street.

The BEST bar in Los Angeles - every day of the week. They have the best entertainment. The best parties, The best GoGo dancers, the best bartenders, the best atmosphere, the best brunches. The friendliest staff. The most delicious food. And it’s conveniently located downtown. What more could you want?

Came here for a few events while visiting La. I can honestly say the food they serve is absolutely incredible. The chicken tenders are the best I’ve had. Big juicy and crispy. The staff are all friendly and professional. The lady who took my food orders on both days was an absolute credit to this place. Prices are very reasonable and the shows put on are well worth the money. There is some lovely pieces of art dotted around the venue and the mural in the smoking patio is incredible. Well worth a visit to anyone wanting to support LGBTQ+ venues.

Might be one of the most fun nightclubs in LA. Very accepting environment, fun, and always a good people watching place. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the entertainment is always on point. Always recommend this place to friends.

Came for Diva drag brunch! It was so much fun. Great performances and service. They had the Kylie minogue wines as an option. Definitely elevated our experience.

Decided to go on my last night in Los Angeles, and it was very good. Johnny was great, he was attentive without being much. He made great drinks! But when his shift ended the next bartender, I didn't get his name, he barely looked at me when my drink was out, he kept talking to someone though. I had to move into his eyesight for him to get me another drink, twice. I was standing maybe 3 feet away. But let me tell ya, the chicken tenders are amazing! Johnny recommended them and he's right. He said they aren't the frozen kind but actually home made. So so very delicious!

My most visited gay bar in downtown, next to Redline. Now that Mattachine closed Precinct remains even more treasured! Queen Kong on Friday's & Trivia night on Tuesday's are m ut favorite.

I had a fun time going solo last night, cheap cover $9 and beer was $6, for example in SFO last week cover was $15 and beer $8 while the show was meh. The crowd was welcoming and I didn’t felt out of place, felt very secure inside too.

I met up a friend at the Precint for their once-a-month Chub Club event. The vibes are incredible; the audience, diverse! While it was a packed evening, you can still have a very decent conversation with your party -- no need to shout over each other to be heard. The place is well ventilated as well, with open windows! The drinks are great and decently priced. Looking forward to going back and enjoying a drink or two with friends!

Precinct is one of my favorite places to hang out and see a show. They have great cocktails and food (try the chicken tenders!), and a fun atmosphere. Accessibility: They are located on the 2nd floor, but they have an elevator around the back-just ask security at the door for access to the elevator.

Loved every minute! They pulled my daughter SEAZYNN up on the stage and talked about her name, and she just got accepted into College! Thanks so much for the experience!✌️

Great club. No one hassles you. Friendly staff and excellent drinks. After 3 minutes you forget you are in a gay bar or "straight" bar because you are enjoying the moment. That's all that matters

One of my all-time favourite bars! Amazing parties - there’s always something going on. I especially enjoyed Club Chub, but the other events were great too. Be sure to go hungry and try the food - it’s incredible.

If you want to experience the heart of LA’s LGBTQ+ nightlife, skip the pretentious spots and head straight to Precinct. It’s one of those rare places that feels both like a local hangout and a must-see for visitors. Los Angeles might not have the biggest concentrated gay scene, but this place makes up for it with character, community, and pure energy. Precinct isn’t glamorous—and that’s exactly what makes it authentic. The space has a raw, welcoming vibe where you can actually connect with people, let loose, and have a good time without feeling like you’re at a fashion show. The crowd is a mix of locals and travelers, all there for the music, the drag shows, the dancing, and the sense of belonging. Whether you’re in LA for a weekend or you live here full-time, this is the spot to see what makes the city’s LGBTQ+ nightlife unique. No frills, just great people, great music, and a lot of heart.

All around the best bar in LA for a night to meet with friends and hangout. Love that it’s lowkey & not too crazy. Drinks are always amazing.

My favorite bar to go to in downtown LA. An incredibly inclusive environment, and a broad range of events catering to different crowds. Also their chicken tenders are the best I've ever had.

I enjoyed this nightclub. The staff members were nice for the most part. I enjoyed the dancers a lot. I blew off all my cash on four male dancers, LOL that’s how great they were! One even gave me a hug before he got off stage. I’m from the Bay Area, and I think this is a very nice, large bar. Lots of space to go hang out in if you need some air or place to sit. I would come back.

Only recently started coming to this bar and it’s such a good vibe. Big space with a great outdoor area. Bartenders are nice and accommodating. Lots of guys and always good music playing.

I love this bar but on a night like VPL it felt very understaffed. A full club but only three bartenders. I understand maybe scheduling issues came up but the lines to get drinks were way too long. I had to wait 20 minutes to get a drink.

Nice venue and helpful, friendly staff on site, but it’s pretty shitty that no one replies to their lost and found forms (tried multiple times) on their website, their phone number goes straight to a voicemail that’s full, and their instagram person just ignored my repeated requests for help in their comments and DMs. I live in Hollywood so we’re talking a 20-minute drive AT ABSOLUTE BEST and parking is terrible. Without knowing whether they had my wallet. Finally, 5 weeks later, I happened to be downtown. After driving around and around looking for parking, I went in and they indeed had and found it in 30 seconds. Just crappy that it was impossible to communicate with anyone without showing up.

Last night I was turned away because my doppelganger who goes by Ace Campbell has been sneaking in and being disrespectful to security. I have always felt safe here until 2/7/26 at 9pm. Security says im on camera spitting on him but I just moved to Santa Monica it couldn't have possibly been me because Ace has no ID and I have mine and I know for a fact he has snuck in a few times. This is racist. Do better Precinct train your security.
