Is nice place to go dance and have fun and drink
Nothing but sexy women dancing in that club even the mature women are sexy AF 👌
We had a great time. Steps to the entrance are scary though .
Great place to go dance on Saturday nigh small dance room.
9 out 10 disco, drinks are overpriced
Upscale new nice crowds exclusively for certain prestige
Thats the spot to party great times good vibes
We had so much fun love the environment
Great music and vibe on Saturday night.
Friday nights are pretty fun, DJ is lit plays pretty good reggaetón the securities are all cool and it’s a good atmosphere. Can’t forget the bar tenders, they are AWESOME!!!
Comfortable setting and seating, open environment for dancing and socializing, accommodating laid back friendly staff, yet organized and in control, easy access from garage up elevator to second floor.
If you live to dance and love chewing on chicken tenders, do both here. Even at the same time. I'm kidding, sort of. Very good dancing if you want to learn.
The place was great my friends and I had a great time definitely going to come back all of the staff was very helpful and friendly including the security
Great staff and VIP area. Had an awesome time celebrating my sis in law's birthday there!!!
Amazing time. All the staff is professional yet very personable. I look forward to coming back soon.
Awesome venue! Great staff! You will have a lovely night at Rain 😊
Good lighting. Happy people. Good space. Perfect music sound level. And free snacks.
Beautiful music, especially the Mexican songs. Nice atmosphere and nice people.
Enjoyed my night service was great ☺️
Every time I come I have the time of my life, staff is friendly and bartenders keep the drinks pouring on point
Really great location for a small group and live band for your event.
This is the place to go if you like to dance. Did I mention, that I like to dance? I need to tell you, that I love to dance. Amazing service, great drinks, cool people, I would definitely recommend this place if you're all about a good time. Great atmosphere. Nice, roomy & amazing sound system. Staff is always friendly, attentive, and fast
The Bachata teachers and the lessons are the best among the few places in the area I visited. The energy was great and everyone was nice and friendly and happy! A mixed age group. No partners needed. Every was dancing with everyone. Old or young. It's awesome!
At First I was upset about someone's treatment...and decided to leave. On my way out I ran into the owner..Maurice awsome man, he made our night better than he can even imagine..We had a blast and the crowd is cracking. The D.J gets Down. Can't go wrong.. Loved it planning on comming back...Thanks Maurice..didn't see you before we left...so I couldn't thank you...🌹🌹🌹 & {Carlos needs to get off his High Horse}
Very fun atmosphere. Staff was friendly my friend lost her phone and they helped us locate it quick they didn't hesitate to help. Great music
Got there around 9pm when they had started a dance lesson which made it fun to incorporate into the evening of drinking, dancing and fun. Lots of nice people. Nice establishment.
Superb place to dance Salsa and Bachata on wednesday nights! thanks to Natalie!!! for bringing back a salsa dance spot to the 818, entrance is only $5 and if you are lucky they will have a live band jamin' on your visit time here. 18+ Drinks can be a bit pricy.
Rain is one of the fun clubs in La that I’ve been too great atmosphere great music great drinks great finger food must club to visit
This place has been great both time I've been. Drinks are way over priced though.. $8 for a Modelo?? That's crazy! I recommend getting bottle service.
I celebrated my birthday here in July. The promoter was very informative and welcoming. I came here again with my girl cousin who’s been taking bachata and salsa classes every Thursday night. After the classes in turns into a social with drinks and lots of dancing. I’d say the best Spanish club in the valley. Stop by.
Loved their Saturday nights! Music is fire and their dancer is awesome! Super friendly stuff, especially the blond girl. Their security guard was very professional and welcoming. We had a blast!
If there will be one thousand stars i will give this place 2 thousand Best bottle service ever we love to go there my friend and I almost there every Friday i love everyone in there they have the best customer service ever..... starting from the valet service security is amazing especially (Allen), the waitress are the best the bast boys even the girl inside the bathroom is very nice.. i recomend this place the music is spectacular amazing dj we love everything here period🤗😍

On Friday I celebrated my birthday and I absolutely love it every when great I definitely recommend this place
Celebrated my Birthday at Rain last night. Amazing service. Bottle service at its best. My guests family were so happy. Thank you Vlad for accommodating us. Giving us best service experience. Now my friends want to celebrate their birthdays at Rain. Music Salsa at its best friendly vibes. Thank you Vlad and Rain for making my birthday memorable fun.
This was my first time visiting this place, a friend invited us, everything was great, we'll be back soon. 👍
I love this place, me and my friends always find ourselves here on a Friday night. It has great ambience, great music and most of all great drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful, one time I lost my phone and they helped my locate it. If you like to have fun but not be in a crazy environment this is your spot.
We went today ! We got free entrance . Just make your reservation on their website. Was not that crowded. They play good music …. Buen ambiente latino no complaints ! Also bartender was honest I have had other places when they try to charge extra tip
This venue is a gem!! We threw an event here last month and the owner Vlad was the most helpful. Their bar staff was on point and took care of is the whole night. The whole experience was Vegas-level for sure. Definitely a good place to throw private events! Will be coming back to check out a club night
We absolutely love Club Rain! The vibe is unmatched, the environment is classy but still full of fun energy. It’s the perfect spot for our events because everything from the setup to the music creates an unforgettable experience. The team is professional and welcoming, and the venue itself is just awesome. We also love going there just to party when not throwing events there.
"Rain is hands down one of the top venues in Studio City. The atmosphere is epic--great sound system, beautiful space, and a crowd that brings the best energy. we worked with Vlad to make our event memorable. It was a Y2K inspired nIght. Our guest all said how awesome the vibes were. The staff makes it so easy and enjoyable to work with. Couldn't recommend it more."

Cool spot sorta pricey not typical dive bar prices
Good music, had fun, bottle service was good.
Great location , great ambiance, music could be a little better.
Good music nice lounge but on the expensive side 94 dollars for a 12 pack way to much
Wasn't there til late for salsa night. Nice ambience
ok, full of people, good dancing vibe, mostly latin, some pop.
Good environment, fairly priced drinks...
The place is small but the DJ on Saturday was great! We loved it there and will return.
Bottle service area is kind of small. Latin crowd. Latin music. Beautiful women. Ill be back for sure..
Attended screening of music video "LIVE OUT LOUD" release by Daniel Joseph Baker here at the Rain Bar and Lounge and had a wonderful time there with my husband. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Maurice who was an angel and gentleman.
We were there for salsa night on Wednesday. Good place. Except for "cash only" cover charge
Fun ambiance, drinks are not expensive, great music to dance to!
Loved the music and cocktails were great not only sweet & colors.
Rain is a good place to party, but as a group. Street parking is hard to get sometimes. I do not recommend valet parking. The dance floor is great. The sound system can be deafening at times, and the DJs are not the best at transitioning from song to song. The menu and drinks are overpriced, but you can find delicious starters.
The place has a good ambiance. Very fun and lively place. The only thing I didn't like is that within a month I went twice but the 2nd time the cover charge was double what it was before.
1st time going to that venue this past weekend. Good vibe and music. Dancing to the beat electric. Mixer of drinks can't go out without the cadillac margaritas.
Place is nice a lot of friendly ppl...but $20 dollars for entrance plus 16 dll for a drink is over pricing, but I rate it a 4 starts because music and the ppl that was there in Friday was awesome ;)
I would give a lower rating because of the DJ, but he played Selena more than once which i loved. Otherwise fun local space for dancing.
Salsa Dancing Fun! I've been here many times for just social dancing and it's always a great time! They play mainly salsa but also throw in bachata from time to time. I'd been wanting to try the classes then social dancing on Thursdays. Finally went a while back; missed the 8pm beginner but made the 9pm intermediate class (didn't know it was Bachata class that week) stayed anyway. It was fun, the room was Full! Lots of people and a good ratio of men to women so only a few ladies without partners. I liked the way the instructors taught the class, they explained the steps and had us try them. They made jokes to lighten the mood which I always appreciate. Saw a handful of familiar faces from the other places I go, that was cool. The guy at the bar was in good spirits and friendly, beer was nice and cold, very refreshing. The place isn't huge but it's a good size and enough space to move around. You can park on the street, or in their lot (or park in the bank plaza next door at your own risk like me lol).

Music OK…. Crowd so so….. maybe better Latin music and better crowd will make this place better
Drinks are pricey and if you don't pay for a bottle service you don't get to seat
We were There last night a friend of us told us to take a look there cuz music is good .. we are from 4 hours away from Los Angeles And we were just visiting.. when we walked in we said wow small but nice and cute we like it .. we sat at the bar.. got some drinks .. while we were waiting to meet some friends there.. we saw the menu and dicided to buy food .. everything was good untill this guys moved us from where we were sittind deminding that that was his chair and he has to sit there cuz HE WAS THE MANAGER.. and he had to watch the bartender .. what kind of manager treats there customers that way .. he never apologize .. i think he has no respect for anybody .. a manager should conford there customers and see if they are enjoying.. cuz if it wasnt for customers there will be no b business .. if we dont spend he has no job.. anyways we feel ofended and cancel everything we didnt want anything to do with it .. and not spend money where manager treats you with fisrespect ..
The Drinks are Not good and are overpriced. The only thing that's good there is the Music.
The DJs this past Saturday thought they were singers too. Horrible choices in music. Overpriced.
Great vibe and music. And sorry, they have to be crazy to be charging a 20 dollar covers to this place. You have to be on the guest list to get in for 10. Drinks are expensive. Not worth it but still had fun because I was with good company
I ordered 4 Moscow mules.... 189 dollars. Just realized the club charged me 47 dollars per drink. Can management look up my card information and break this down for me? That's not good huge overcharge for 4drinks?

I give it two stars because it had free food. Awesome free food. Everything else was terrible.
It's a good place for salsa... They have a salsa class during the weekday. Music was pretty good on weekends (a little mix of different music genres) but a cover charge for a bar?? And for girls?? I'd rather go to page 71 where there is no cover. It's literally like 2 min away from this bar. Not worth the $15 they were trying to charge us especially when it's not as poppin or at full capacity.
So, I've always loved going to this place on Saturday nights, this was the place to dance some cumbia, merengue and salsa, but the music being played there was not great, I am sad to say I will no longer be going here, I'm done
It could be worse for sure, but for a place that charges a cover, this is a letdown, it's just a bar with a small dance floor. Charging $10-$20 cover puts it in competition with real clubs, and it does not compare favorably.
It's a Mexican club. Not a real night club. And super expensive for that. Crowd somewhat friendly but if you dress up you'll stand out. Not my style. The pics uploaded do not match what I saw.
Didn't even bother. Place seems to have different rules every time you go. Dress code is up to whomever is at the door. Bad service. And playlist is on repeat.
I used my ATM at bar 93.00 and looked at my bank statement and they charged me twice the second charge was 23.00 on a different date be careful don't use your cards now I got to go through all kind of inconveniences to get my money back cause someone is stealing I'm pissed
Bouncers attitude depend on your attitude and the place is overpriced for what it is. Your better off going to a actual club or a bar for what your being charged.
the music was bad the DJ is not even making the environment full of joy and with the energy to dance i went there on the 02/25
No hype for $20 cover charge. I’m good 💀
Auwful place. And very rude personal work here. Don’t recommend it.
This is not the place to go on the weekend to dance salsa if you’re coming from out of town! I wish someone would have shared that.
so we have been celebrating my buddies bday here for the last few years and it was always the same bottle prices 200$ for vodka or Buchanan one year i bought 6 the next 5 always drop a1,000$ , but this year the bottles were 300$ with a service charge and tax something they never did in the past coming out to 400$ which was a little over price and too steep for me which why we have decided to never celebrate a birthday or show our face here again. also the blonde server never came back with my change for the bottles or waters i bought !
Me and my fiance went here twice each time they had different rules and restrictions on the type of clothing you are allowed to wear, which wasn't and issue considering we are always dressed conservatively, however we went in tonight 11/18/2023 and a security guard pulled us aside and said we had to leave because people were complaining about our cologne/perfume. We felt completely offended and treated as if we were animals. They are obviously very PREJUDICE!!!😶 DONT GO THERE PS THE BLOND LADY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!
Carefull with this place. One bartender will charge a price and the other bartender will charge a different price. When confronted the bartender pulled a recite and justified the price by charging his own gratuity (22%). The night I was there I was not the only one who was complaining about the same thing. Look the place is not that great to being with, the music was just ok and if you are not buy bottle service good luck finding a seat. Look I would have rated better but the fact that the bar staff is so shady and just want t rip you off is why I rate this place and will not bring or recommend this place.
I walked in and the woman in the front discriminated me and said it is not Latin night it tomorrow and when I tried to tell her that was racist she told her security to escort me and another pair of strangers out never will come here
Quite honestly I've just had a bad experience with this place everytime I've come here. First of all consistency is horrible and lack of information is even worse. They have a dress code and if you don't meet it they send you back home but they don't really follow it as well. One week I can wear nice khaki shorts and then the next I can't (thankfully I live close so it wasn't too bad but say I'm coming from an hour away that just ruins the night) and it says nothing about the shorts but says no tennis shoes and they let me in with tennis shoes all the time. They sometimes only take cash, but sometimes take credit card whenever (who knows cause I sure don't). Their website isn't much help either, it's a link to their Facebook which doesn't say much about the place, just upcoming gigs that are coming. Now I spent 15$ on nothing because there is no real definition of what days are which, so I came when I thought was social dancing but it was just club dancing. Their VIP sections are quite nice though, don't know how they work exactly because once again lack of information. They are open three days a week so when they have legitimate social dancing days it's packed to the brim to where people are dancing in the front entrance and if not there running into each other on the dance floor. The music is so loud that last time my ears were ringing for a couple of days after. My suggestion would be to work on the website a little more to give the customers more information, like a calender to show what and when things are happening, maybe even put their rules and policies (like their dress code so that people don't travel an hour in their car to have their night ruined just because of a snafu). Customers need information and not to be scrolling through a Facebook page that doesn't say much anyway. Then stay to those convictions as well, no flip flopping to where it's cash only or not. Other than all that, the bartenders were pretty good and I like the seating arrangements.
Dj just horrible. Bartender even worse. Thus place goes down so fast, I'm surprised how they still open. Sometimes there's almost no people.
This place doesn't worth ur night...go to la descarga, sudamericana or Paloma...even cafe Roma. Rain charges u 20 dollars for something that is not good. Plus all the drinks are super expensive. They try to sell this place as a high level one and good quality people increasing the prices but trust me is not like that. Check sudamericana Paloma or descarga
Please be careful and check your receipts. Last night I went to this place and when I ordered our drinks at the bar I realized they charged me 20% gratuity!! This is ridiculous! Let me just add that a tall blonde lady that works there selling bottles or whatever the hell she does there was very rude and tried to move my friends and I from the bar when we were ordering our drinks. Lady don't touch people without permission! we're definitely not going back. The music is decent, but there's no place to sit unless you pay $300 for a bottle. Definitely not worth it. And again please check your receipts people.
I only come here for the salsa not. There’s a reason there’s no one in this club at 11:30 PM on a Thursday. Either it’s freezing cold on one side of the club or the music is so loud my ears hurt even through my earplugs. Also it’s a Salsa night, why are you playing so much Bachata? This night could be so much better but it’s always been crap. apparently it always will be.
in Club, Studio City I went to Rain in Studio City for the first time with my fiancé, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we did not feel welcome—despite sharing completely appropriate embraces, we were made to feel judged and, at times, outright discriminated against. Drinks were overpriced and served in tiny plastic cups—not at all commensurate with the $20 cover charge. Though the DJ had a good set, the dance floor felt like a dated 90s dance-off, not a modern club environment. The bartenders were unfriendly, and the dress code was enforced with baffling inconsistency: after two hours I was told to put my shirt back on—even though I was wearing a tasteful dress tank top—while the bartenders themselves wore tank tops. The double standard was glaring, and the broader lack of inclusivity made the night feel hostile rather than fun. This is not a space I would recommend to LGBTQ+ patrons—or anyone—looking for a respectful, welcoming environment. Alternative LGBTQ+-Friendly Spots Worth Checking Out: 1. Club Cobra (North Hollywood) – A queer-friendly club with Latin and dance music, multiple bars, and themed nights. 2. The Bullet (North Hollywood) – A relaxed, welcoming bar with friendly bartenders and a supportive atmosphere. 3. Eagle LA (Silver Lake) – A longstanding inclusive bar with a fun, community-focused vibe. 4. The Ruby Fruit (Silver Lake) – A cozy, sapphic-friendly spot hosting events like Tran scendent Tuesdays and Queereoke. 5. The Abbey Food & Bar (West Hollywood) – A landmark LGBTQ+ venue with lively dance floors and themed night
Do not come to this place, everyone here are so rude and racist, they like to discriminate people. Specially the guard at the front and the guy in charge I believe his name is Vlad. These 2 guys are so unprofessional, rude and think they can talk to people how ever they want. Also, if you order 1 drink at the bar the barbtenders will charge your card 20% tip without telling you. Why don't you let me decide if you are giving me a good service so I can tip you. Btw I always like to tip the bar tenders everywhere I go. I always tip more than that, but the way you guys are doing it it's wrong! Charging a tip just to order one drink without telling people is crazy! Now I know why this place is always empty, no people and the worst music! Read all the reviews before coming to this place. I will never come back to this place!
This is the most racist place I have ever been. First of all the security guard at the front Brandon is the most racist guard I have ever meet. He said a few racist comments and he wanted to charge my friend $20 "Tip" to let him come in??? Just because he didn't like the way my friend was dressed? A few minutes after some security guard friends came in and were dressed really bad with dirty tennis shoes and tshirts and he let them in rightaway??? My friend was even wearing a dress shirt and nice designer jeans! After all we were able to come in and then the worst bottle service experience was about to happen. We were at our table and a blond server came to ask us to pay for the bottles. We ask her if she could wait 10 minutes for my friend to bring cash but she was so rude and told me if I don't pay now I need to leave. I was like what???? She said I'll give you only 5 minutes or you need to leave. Then she came back not even 5 minutes after. She came back 3 minutes after with a big bad attitude asking me to pay for the bottles. I mentioned again I was waiting for my other friend and she turn her eyes up and left me talking by my self. Finally my friend came even before the 10 minutes and we were about to pay but this blond server came back with the security to tell me we need to pay or leave. I was like dude I have the money but you guys wanted cash! I asked for 10 minutes and we took less than that. Then we finally pay for the bottles and the same server came back with the bottles and just throw them in the table without saying anything. I have never been treated like this. I really don't recommend anyone to come to this place. The only good thing is that we were able to get in free because we had a reservation. But other than that the service is the worst and everyone so racist here. Read the rest of the reviews before coming here people!

I really don't recommend anyone to come to this place. The only good thing is that we were able to get in free because we had a reservation. But other than that the service is the worst and everyone so racist here. Read the rest of the reviews before coming here people!
