Ordered the WP burger. It was $26 of criminally overcooked tasteless (meat?) to the point of bone dry. Definitely resembled a puck. Not one drop of moisture to be found. The fries that came with it were good. Splurged on the cheesecake, which for purchasing at an airport restaurant was decently priced at $13 and was pretty good. I regretted not just grabbing a sandwich at the nearby Newsstand and saving $40, but I had time to wait and thought I'd treat myself. That didn't end up happening. Can't recommend.

I just had an orange juice and buffalo wings. The wings were okay, not much different than the frozen variety from Costco; but it did take 15 minutes to get my order. So don’t eat here if you are rushing to get to your gate. You can order in person, via QR code posted near the counter or through one of the self ordering panel, which was what I used to order and pay, and it was easy.

This pizza used to be awesome but now it lacks. I just spent $55 on 2 pizzas and they were doughy, wet, lacked cheese, and undercooked. The chef also had a bad attitude. I get it, we all have an off day. But if you’re in an open kitchen with people watching you, hire people who don’t make you (and kids) feel bad for ordering pizza. I used to get this pizza for my kid every time we flew. Will now go to CPK. Feeling completely unsatisfied with my expensive lunch at this place with no time to get anything anywhere else.

The staff was extremely rude. There is a sign explaining that for dine-in you seat yourself and order at the kiosks, but it’s not very clear. When I made a small mistake with my order, the waitress responded with a sarcastic remark and was unwilling to help correct it. Had she been more polite, I would have at least ordered a drink. The person handing out the food also spoke in a rude and demanding tone, telling customers to sit down and wait for their name to be called. During the short time I was there, I saw four other groups treated in a similar manner. The food was subpar and overpriced. I ordered the wings with a side salad, and it did not meet expectations. Overall, the customer service and quality did not justify the price.

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my family and I received at this restaurant while trying to grab a meal before our flight home. From the moment my husband approached the counter, the employee displayed dismissive and unprofessional behavior. My husband politely asked multiple times about the status of his already-paid order, yet he was repeatedly ignored. When she finally responded, instead of offering assistance, she threw his receipt onto the ground and walked away, stating that it was “not her job” to locate his order. The interaction felt not only disrespectful but discriminatory. We were simply trying to resolve a basic issue before catching a flight. No one deserves to be treated with such disregard—especially after paying for their food. Customer service should be rooted in professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures no other family is made to feel the way we did.

DON'T EAT HERE!!! I bought a yogurt parfait from here before boarding. I tried to eat it right after finding my seat on the plane. I mixed the oats and discovered that it was all expired. I checked the date and it said it still had 2 days before expiration. I had to throw it away it was sour. I wanted a refund for it and since I had already boarded I couldn't go back to the store so I tried calling the store from the plane but the phone number was disconnected. I then tried emailing Wolfgang Puck from the company website. Its been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from them they get a negative review. Don't eat here they will sell you expired food and unless you can confront them in person they won't give you a refund. Pictures included are my proof.

Warning: Avoid this place at all costs!! I had to return the Chinese Chicken salad because the lettuce was not only brown, it was slimy. The pizza… OMG, the pizza gods should smite these people for pizza blasphemy!!! The sauce was pain tomato paste. No salt, pepper, garlic, no nothing. The Crust was blackened all the way around and no, I didn’t order a cajun pizza. If I didn’t have a flight to catch, I would have demanded a full refund. $50 for a crappy pizza and salad… Seriously, you would get better pizza at an elementary school cafeteria!!! It’s too late for me but not for you; save yourself and go anywhere but Wolfgang Pucks at terminal 6…!

BLT sandwich had lettuce with rotted edges that were disintegrating into the avocado and aioli. There was one server covering the floor at 2:30 in the afternoon. I waited for a few minutes for our server to check back in, but we had a flight to catch, so I ate the meat out of the $23 sandwich and waited until the server came back to the table. Our Server agreed that she wouldn’t personally eat that rotting lettuce (which wasn’t visible until the bread was moved). She took the plate to show the manager. Our server then brought the check with 18% gratuity automatically added in and didn’t say anything about the fact that nothing on my sandwich tab had been adjusted. She was embarrassed and gestured at the manager, a 40ish heavy-set Caucasian female with straight hair slicked back in a ponytail. I stopped on our way out to hear why she refused to take anything off the tab. She said I “should have sent it back immediately and allowed them to replace the lettuce”. She claimed the lettuce could not have been bad because it had been delivered that day. I started to argue that vendors often deliver an order that is 98% fine (my husband had the same sandwich and it was fine) , but it’s up to kitchen staff to LOOK at it as they plate and discard anything that is going bad. Our flight boarding text came in, so we left. I’m taking the time to report this, here in hopes that this really isn’t the way the franchise wants their restaurant run. Also, It’s insulting that “suggested gratuity“ is listed below the total, apparently in hopes that hurried airport diners will overlook and add another gratuity on top of the already mandatory 18%.

10 mins with no service so I decided go to kiosk to get my food, when I come back to seat old lady finally saw me , and I told her I have already ordered try to get a glass of water , but she rejected it. I know you want tip , and I was gonna leave cash , but since you like that , no wonder this restaurant have suck low rate . Girl you should work at Kitchen doing dish wash if you don’t like people

Frankly, it’s shameful, both for the staff and the management of this chain. You’re better off grabbing a plastic-wrapped sandwich from the newsstand next door. Just look at the photos and you’ll get the idea. Avoid this place at all costs. The food is awful, and the prices are outrageous. It’s a complete rip-off.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered two Margherita pizzas and a Caesar salad, and not only were the pizzas uncooked, but the total came to a ridiculous $99. For that price, you’d expect at least decent food and service — but we got neither. The pizzas were doughy and undercooked, with barely any flavor, and the salad was soggy and bland. On top of that, the service was awful — rude, slow, and completely unhelpful when we pointed out the issues.

This was an absolute waste of my money 😊 The food ( Rigatoni Chicken Alfredo) pasta dish is described very well on the menu👌🏾 Looks and tastes like a very well microwaved pasta sauce with pre-cut very tiny chunks of chicken pieces (to conserve it so they have plenty more tiny chunks to serve others), frozen peas and frozen mushrooms, all microwaved and then poured all over the pasta and voila. Garnished with fresh parsley 🌿 the only freshly made item in the meal I suppose— for a whopping $27. Yes of course it tastes bland and the food arrived in less than 5 minutes of my order because it only required 3 minutes of microwave time, 1 minute to plate it in my paper fancy appearing plate and plastic silverware. See how much effort goes into keeping up with this place while they make hundreds of thousands off of us? 😉 Oh, and then there’s my overly priced margarita for $25, in a regular non margarita glass as advertised. Please see photo for references 😬 Yes of course I finished my really expensive food because I will not waste the food AND my money, pah! 💁🏽‍♀️ Money I do not mind spending AT ALL 😊 if I’m actually going to get my money’s worth. I made the classic mistake of not looking at the reviews here before jumping onto a seat and placing my order very fast. Just for the craving I had for pasta. Don’t be like me, check these reviews and please run. Save your money. Airport foods are expensive enough. Go to an airport restaurant that at the very least cares to serve you quality food for your expenses and experience. You’ve been properly warned by a food connoisseur 😌
