Everything individually is so full of flavor & combined blends amazingly. Staff is helpful & informative. I would eat here daily if I could, so delicious. Only thing I would change on my order is for dips to be on side but that is just a preference.

While we were passing through town, we grabbed a thank you card for a local friend. There was a special, and they gave our kids free fries with that purchase! The kids loved the fries! They said they were spicy and savory, crunchy and salty. They said that the fries were yummy and the best fries they have ever eaten! The next time we visit Lubbock we will definitely stop back in at Moto Medi!

Moto Medi is absolutely top-notch! The facility is clean, modern, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were professional, kind, and very attentive — they truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for and comfortable. What impressed me most was the level of service. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. They are efficient but also take the time to make sure each person’s needs are met. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent service, professionalism, and such a positive environment, but Moto Medi delivers all three. I highly recommend Moto Medi to anyone looking for outstanding care and a team that truly values its clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

LOVE the food here. You pick and choose the ingredients as they build you a bowl. Healthy, delicious ingredients. The flat bread and the dips are so good. Topped it off with their free dessert... soft serve with coffee syrup-yum! Very friendly staff. Clean, attractive atmosphere.

my favorite restaurant in lubbock. the man that helped me was very nice, very accommodating and over all amazing i think his name was joey (that’s what everyone was calling him so im going to assume). the restaurant was very clean the food was amazing i got the steak and fries with wheat rice and lemon juice with avocado. it was awesome

The food was absolutely incredible! The restaurant was very clean even on a very dusty day and the staff member Raymond was very helpful telling me what everything was and what the flavors were like. Will definitely be coming back. Give that man Raymond a raise!

If you like Cava or Chipotle style restaurants, then you’ll fit right in with MotoMedi! Easy to order! SO MANY delicious food options! The new Pistachio with feta cheese dip, OMG YUM! Plenty of food is served person. Please go and ENJOY! I’ll be back, soon!

We love the food here and come often. Would love to see the staff behave in a friendlier manner. I’m used to the detached service as staff have never been super friendly and have chalked it up to introverts working together. Today was different, almost hostile. Def could use some social training.

As someone with a severe gluten allergy, the woman working the counter had a very dirty apron and was covered in what looked like flour. We go to moto because they are always very cautious about cross contamination, but not this location. The woman working also looked like she did not want to be there which is very unfortunate to customers. Both myself and my daughter were sick after our food. The food was good, but the food safe practices were not.

Today, I visited the newly opened restaurant with my family for dinner; unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We ordered a rice bowl with meat and a salad bowl with chicken, and what we received was far from satisfying. Upon receiving our dishes, it was evident that almost all the vegetables in both bowls were burnt. The charred appearance not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about the overall quality of the ingredients used. The meat, too, did not meet our expectations as it needed freshness. Aside from the disappointing food, we found the prices to be relatively high for the quality provided. It's disheartening when the cost does not align with the dining experience. Our initial excitement was also dampened as we struggled to find a clean table. It took us a few minutes to locate a suitable place to sit, different from the pleasant start we had hoped for. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the quality of their dishes. I don't plan on returning as a customer, but I hope others may have a better experience.

Usually good but this last experience was highly disappointing. Paid $25 for a bowl with little to no steak and a side of fries that were stale and not many given. The price, quantity, and value sadly don't add up.
